My Salesman Rob Stewart was very patient, helpful, and professional. He informed me on the vehicle thoroughly as I asked several questions. Everyone seemed as a team in the building. I didnt sense any negative vibes. Also the loan manager(Dan) whom presented my loan/contract pkg was very helpful also. I appreciate him for making sure I understood all numbers in whole and putting together the best pkg. They both had good sense of humor

From the moment I walked in, I was taken very good care of. The environment at MCDCJ was very relaxed, and non-pressure oriented. I felt the staff took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. The salesman was polite, engaging, and very informative. The finance manager went above and beyond to secure my credit approval at a good interest rate. Other than an extended wait time to finalize/sign all ma paperwork. I'm very pleased with the overall process!

I went up to test drive a Doge Ran 1500 that I saw on the lot on Sunday. Needless to say Joe Vogt, Jason Grote and Mike Hilfink made it possible not only to test drive it but actually come home with it the same day. I felt no pressure, just a helpful and efficient experience. Joe and Jason made the deal go about as smooth as I've ever experienced and Mike did a fantastic job on the financing of it. After feeling like my previous salesperson at another dealership was less than enthused about finding "MY" car, I contacted Jordan with my long list of "must have options" and color choices. He quickly found several cars that matched my very picky preferences, and after I made my selection, he arranged a dealer trade and had the car ready for me the very next day. I was out of town throughout this process so he sent me pics of the car and even started it up and let me hear it. This goes above and beyond! He took great care of me (and my new car) throughout the whole process and I cannot imagine being treated any better. Being in sales myself, I know you're only as good as your last customer says you are, and I say Jordan is GREAT! I highly recommend him and Marty Cancila! I'm in love with my Scat Pack Charger!!

if you are looking for a great car buying experience don't bother going anywhere else! Joe, our salesperson, was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and kind. Jason, the manager, was the same with no back and forth, not spending hours making a deal. He gave us his lowest price immediately which was way less than the previous dealership we visited. My husband found his dream car (New Dodge Challenger) at this dealership. He had one in 2008 when we first met (it was awesome). When we found out we were pregnant with our fist child he traded it in to get me a Navigator. Our girls are 6 and 4 now, and we are approaching our 7 year wedding anniversary. When I saw the way he looked at this new Challenger, I knew it was love. We decided to pull the trigger on it. Todd was amazing! We had 2 kids with us and did not have a lot of time. We have bought a lot of cars between the 2 of us, most recently I did one month ago at another dealership, and this was by far the best experience either of us have ever had. Todd was very real and straightforward with us. We did not feel like we were being "sold" anything. The whole process was seamless and easy. We will definitely be buying more cars from Todd at Marty Cancila!!!

Three hours is way to much time to keep someone in your business, when you obviously don't really want to make a deal happen. There is such a thing as a laid back atmosphere, but guys, you need to have a bit of urgency in your day. Your customers, even the ones you don't come through for, don't deserve to have hours of their lives taken away that they can never get back. I was the very proud owner of this head turning 2011 Challenger... I am now the very proud owner of a head turning 2015 Challenger thanks to Mark Ware. Mark had left me a voice mail that he wanted to talk to me about the 2011, I'm used to this statement... it means we want that car. So while waiting on an oil change I went to see Mr. Ware and what he possibly could say to change my mind. I was given such an AMAZING offer on my car, I just could not turn it down. Through the whole experience not only Mark but the whole team at Marty Cancila has treated me like gold and they haven't stopped! There's a couple minor things I wanted done with the new car and the minute I walk back into the building... I am treated the same as when they were trying to get me to sign on the bottom line. I had a friend with me yesterday and his reaction was "dammmnnnn they love you in this place". My daughter & I received exemplary service, coupled by an honesty you don't often see these days. Sales representative Sean Gracy operated in simplicity; "James, tell us the deal you all are looking for & we'll try to make happen." He displayed superb listening skills, displayed a wealth of sales and product knowledge that bridged a sense of trust & dependability. It really caught my attention, that whenever I gravitated away from a particular vehicle, Sean didn't attempt to pressure me into something I expressed interest against. One can really appreciated that kind of service. When I walk into a business, I initially measure its service on how I'm initially greeted, the friendliness and timeliness of service, to include the willingness and ability to meet by needs, based on the knowledge base in personnel. Next, I look for consistency in the proposal from the beginning to the final signing. Lastly, I ask myself if I was truly satisfied and if there were any areas of opportunity for improvement. I believe there is always room for improvement in a business, but none was brought to my attention that day.I really appreciated Mike's diplomacy who handled the financial piece of the arrangement. He answered all of my questions, with precise knowledgeable wording, demonstrating he knew his product. He was up front, straight forward and out in the open with what he proposed. I believe this is the best approach in making the customer aware of what is required. What I liked most about Mike, was his ability to explain the proposed contract in laymen's terms, with a sense of patience and understanding that makes a customer feel comfortable in asking the same question more than once.My overall experience with Sean and Mike of the aforementioned is complete satisfaction!!

We were searching for a truck for over a month, and dealt with a lot of dealerships and people. Marty Cancila was the last place we went to and we wished we would have just went there from the beginning. It was a breath of fresh air, compared to dealing with all the pushy, shady Dealers we went through. The truck we bought was a Gem, and had everything and more for under or the same price these other Dealerships was selling their trucks for. The truck we bought make's all the one's we looked at- look, sound, and run like Lemon's!! Lavell Caradine was our salesman and he knew the truck inside and out, very knowledgeable. He made us feel like we were hanging out with a friend rather than trying to sell us something. Great guy, with an awesome personality. Everyone there was very helpful and nice. This review is for the new car sales dept, not used.After a few weeks of searching for my ideal car that fits my price point, AutoTrader pointed me to Marty Cancila. I called and spoke with Joe about the vehicle and came out for a test drive the same evening. After a few minutes in the car, we were ready to sign the loan papers. Joe was very courteous, friendly, and went beyond what's expected to get a great price on my new car. FYI-internet prices are their bottom dollar....not like the old days of haggling. We recently bought a car from a different dealership and can honestly attest that Marty Cancila's crew is much more ethical and straightforward. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.Mike in the finance department got us a great interest rate on our loan and spelled out the details of the loan-all the individual numbers. He didn't bundle things that we didn't want or need to get us at a certain price point.(Which leads me to a tip for new car buyers--don't give out a monthly payment number. Do the work ahead of time--check your credit, apply for an auto loan, and know what rate you should be offered and tell them the number you have to stay under. Otherwise you'll end up with a bunch of warranties that you might not need or want)All in all, we're very happy with our experience at Marty Cancila and look forward to working with them in the future (hopefully a few years out!)!PS-if you read my review and go there, please say I sent you ;)

I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot from Marty Cancilla and at first everything was fine. Our salesman, Jordan, was very friendly and helpful. We took the car on a test drive, liked it, and decided to purchase it. We fill out the application and then sit for over an hour without hearing anything. Finally, Leo from finance comes and tells us he has approvals but he doesn't want to accept them so he needs us to come back tomorrow because it was time to close. We did not have much time to spare the next day but we reluctantly decide to come back because they claimed we would be there less than thirty minutes. We were there for over two hours. At this point we had been dealing with Leo exclusively and he is the reason for this poor review. He is rude and should not be working in a position where customer service is important. We looked past our negative feelings about Leo and moved forward. When we turned in pay stubs to verify income Leo was bold enough to call both my wife and myself liars because our stubs did not match what we wrote down. My wife had started a new job a week prior and I had been promoted a couple months prior which reset my year to date income to zero. I understood the problem and agreed to get a letter from both of our employers to verify this number. However, Leo managed to make this a hassle as well. I had to request two different letters from my HR department and neither of those were good enough for him. Eventually I wrote it myself and that did the job. After making both my wife and myself feel like we were unimportant and low lifes we left with our vehicle. Three weeks later, Leo is calling us saying our loan was never official even though we signed all the papers and had copies of them. There were more things we needed to provide to them. At this time I told them I wanted my old car back and I did not want the Patriot from them. Well I was then informed they already sold my car and if I brought the car back I would owe them money. We eventually got things worked out once I requested to never speak to Leo again and dealt with the manager. Two more months go by and Leo calls to let me know they screwed up the mileage on my trade so I needed to come by to sign something to prove the mileage was correct now. Long story short, Leo in finance is rude and will make you jump through hoops. I can only hope the dealership comes to their senses and gets rid of him before he runs this dealership into the ground. I will never be back exclusively because of Leo.

I could not be more shocked and pleased by my experience. Mine was not the typical new car purchase and as difficult as it was, they went far above and beyond what would be expected. I originally purchased a Chrysler 200 4-cylinder. After driving 60 cylinder cars my whole life, the lack of power I was used to was just not going to cut it. I tried to get used to it but I ended up calling telling them I almost wanted to cry over the purchase. Jason was more than happy to make it right and he had me come in (after having 1000 miles and a month of ownership on a brand new car) and somehow he (along with Mike's help) worked out a way for me to be able to trade it back in without losing too much money and I was able to purchase the car I now LOVE!! Jordan showed me things in the car that I never would have found on my own and I have to say it was a great experience. They were very understanding and helpful. They truly listened to me and went out of their way to make sure I was able leave with a huge smile on my face. It is a month later and I am still smiling. Thanks guys! The entire transaction was terrific and I am sure I will be back (however, maybe a little longer than a month before my return this time :) )

My experience working with the Marty Cancila dealership was completely phenomenal! Dave Smith was my cars salesman. He was absolutely amazing. He worked quickly, efficiently and diligently on my car purchase to ensure that I came for what I wanted/needed and more. I visited the Glendale Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealership and was extremely disappointed in their customer service or lack thereof. The staff at Glendale was condescending, unhelpful, rude and had no regard for our time. My mother suggested that I visit Marty Cancila next because she purchased two vehicles from there and was always completely satisfied. We were both greeted immediately with an urgency to help by Mark Winstead. We explained our previous experience at Glendale and how we were so offended and disappointed with the service that we received. Mark Winstead and several other staff ensured that we would receive nothing but excellent service with them. We did, and then some! They were already closed that day but invited me back at their opening time the next day to get the purchase started. I already knew exactly which 2015 Dodge Challenger I wanted, but Dave Smith showed me several options in which I could get the most bang for my buck. I ended up loving another option that dave showed me and went forward with the purchase on it. We worked with Mike Hilfink to get it financed. He was awesome with finding us the best deal possible. The entire process took four hours. I was wowed by Dave Smith offering to deliver my vehicle to my job because he was picking up my vehicle from another dealership and I had to work that night. I am extremely satisfied with my vehicle and what I paid for it. If you want excellent customer service, the most personable dealership staff, an efficient car purchasing experience, professionalism and a great deal on new vehicles, then you need to work with Marty Cancila Dodge Jeep Chrysler! They are simply amazing! I am so happy that my mother steered me in their direction! Again, thank you Dave Smith! You were so awesome!

I recently purchased a car from them only two weeks ago. I'm so disappointed. No good words. Suck suck suck suck suck. I told them I only had five to seven hundred dollars to put down. the salesman said oh no problem. got to the back different story. I needed a week to bring in $100 to finance mike and was told I couldn't. I feel like they don't care about the customer but only selling cars. no referrals ever. They hounded me calling me oh you can come in get what you want, but different story inside at the table. I'm done. Everything will dry up for this dealership eveytime they're not truthful, everytime.

Having not purchased a vehicle in over 11 years and have owned 2 F-150's for the past 17 years...a few of my buddies have Ram's so this was my vehicle of choice this time. I looked for over 2 months to find the perfect truck for me and Marty Cancila had it! I sent an email expressing interest in a 2011 and within 2 hours I was contacted by Jordan (someone else actually contacted me sooner than that; sorry but can't remember the name but you know who you are and I appreciate the quick response.) I had also called and emailed 5 other dealerships on other vehicles, but the quickest reply I had from them was a 2 day delay; and I want to add 3 of them were very rude on the phone, which obviously did not earn my business; the other 2 just sent me an email telling me the price and never called me. I had the opportunity to get to know Jordan for a day before the sale took place and I can say he is a genuine great person; both personally and professionally...he is not just a "pushy sales person" just looking to make a buck; he takes the time to actually try and get to know his customers...all I want to say is Jordan; you are the man and yes, I love this sweet ride!!!

I hit a button for checking availability on the car and instantly had two people from Marty Cancila call me! That alone impressed me enough to want to go in the next morning. Then we I got there to the dealership and seen the car; did some driving, then they sat me down to take a look at my car. While I was waiting Jordan offered me a sandwich, and I said "No I was fine." I am a disabled vet and I had looked all over St. Louis for a car that I would like and would fit my price range. I used to work for a dealership a way back, and I am not too fond of new car lots and their salesmen. That said, I found a car that I really wanted, a 2000 Camaro, so I found a salesman to discuss the car with. His name is Joe Vogt and I have to admit that I was fully surprised by his honesty and true statements concerning the car. He told me that it had a problem with a sway bar and that it would have to be fixed before it could be sold, so they were going to send it off to an auction. I asked him how much it would cost to repair it, his price was fair, so I asked him if anything else was wrong with the car, and he told me no. So I offered a price and he accepted it. I have found that he was very honest about the car, that it is in very good condition and runs well! Joe is a decent guy, very friendly and not afraid to spend time with people and talking. I have to be honest in saying that he is the first salesman that I have met in a long, long time that I felt was being honest and fair with me! And the management at Marty Cancila is high quality and they go out of their way to ensure that you understand everything they know about the car and find the best price they can for you! I will definitely do business again with them in the future, and I will use Joe as my saleman and I recommend that you get in contact with him when looking for a new, or used car!

This was our second Jeep Wrangler purchase in two years from this dealership. After our first Jeep was totaled due to an accident with a drunk driver, we contacted Lawrence Willhite (who helped us with the first purchase) and he immediately placed an order for a replacement vehicle identical to the one we lost. Pricing was spot-on as usual, as I shopped around and several dealerships, and they could not touch the price from Marty Cancila. There was an unforeseen delay in us taking ownership of the Jeep once it reached the dealership, and the team went above and beyond in giving us a rental for the day. Jordan Slayback delivered the Jeep to my wife at work the following day. Very courteous and professional.I'm not sure when we will be in the market again for another Jeep, but when the time comes Marty Cancila will be the first place we go. Highly recommended!!

I had a 2010 Challenger (The car only had 55,000 miles on it) that was sitting in the shop for over a month due to a major mechanical malfunction. While that experience was lackluster in trying to get things approved by Chrysler to replace the engine and keeping the local staff informed of what was going on, a wonderful salesman by the name of Zach Jones stepped in to help my situation. Zach called me out of the blue and introduced himself. He noticed that my car had been in the service area of Marty Cancila for some time and wanted to find out how he can best help me out. We had a nice initial conversation and were discussing the new 2015 Challengers. I thought our conversation went well enough for me and my wife to go down and see what our options are. We also considered a 2014 Challenger while in the middle of negotiations. Another key player in this process was Mike Hilfink in the finance department. Once we decided the better deal was on the 2015 Challenger, Mike was very open and helpful in trying to find the best monthly payment and financing options possible. Once we agreed on the price, Zach was able to locate the car with all the options I required. He was able to locate with another dealer partner so I did not have to pay extra for destination charges. The buying process was smooth, but we certainly had to work at it to get the right deal. I will certainly recommend stopping by Marty Cancila and working with Zach and Mike to get the best deal on a new vehicle. I am a satisfied Dodge customer once again.

Zach Jones, the sales rep I worked with was very professional and ethical.I went to Marty Cancilla's to look at a late model used truck that they advertised, but found a brand new truck there that suited me better. The year end deal on new 2014's with the zero percent financing was just irresistible. Zach facilitated my buying experience and I left (in a new truck) feeling like I'd made a very good investment with good people and I never felt pressured. This was my BEST car buying experience by far, and I have bought a lot! After deciding it was time for my "dream" car I had been looking for weeks. I visited multiple dealerships, drove more than a few cars, even a couple for overnight test drives. I always have felt like car salesmen never take me seriously since I'm a female but this dealership was different. I knew what car I wanted and literally was minutes from walking out the door and head to a different dealership. I decided to pull up Auto Trader one last time to see if anything new came up that day. And yep one did, a 2012 Chrysler 300 at the same price point as the dealership I had planned on heading to. The one at Marty Cancila was the color I preferred so I decided to give them a call. I figured the worst they could say was no, right? I called the dealership, Mike O'Connor answered and was very nice and professional, I told him I was headed out to purchase a 300, told him my trade info and asked if they could match the trade-in. If so I would be there in an hour or so. He said yes & come on in. I drove the HOUR to the dealership, when I got out of my vehicle Jordan Slayback was already greeting me and knew my name. Crazy. I then met Mike O'Connor, long story short we realized we are from the same small town and he even knew some of my family! I really felt comfortable and immediately at ease with these 2 guys. They made me feel like they were looking out for me and what I wanted not just making money. The car was pulled up to the side for me to look at, Jordan went over all the features and then I drove it and fell in LOVE with it! Within 2 hrs or so I left in MY dream car ; )) I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, Jordan Slayback & MIke O'Connor! Leo in finance was great too, he somehow got the credit union I was approved at a previous dealership down an entire % on interest and explained everything in detail. After I left finance my car was waiting at the front door, my plates switched over and a full tank of gas. From the moment I stepped onto their lot until I drove off Jordan made sure I was taken care of and got what I wanted. I've already recommended him and this dealership and given out a couple business cards.I will be a repeat customer but it may be a while, I LOVE my 300 ; ) and could not be happier! Only wish I lived closer so I could have all the service done here too.

I seen the car that I bought on the internet and I requested more information. Ten minutes later Mike O'connor called and told me what I needed to know about the car. He "asked" me if I wanted to look at the car? Because I used their "on line" used car estimator and seen what my trade in would be and I also live about 50 miles from the dealership I told him I would not drive that far for that kind of a deal. Mike said that he would make my trip worth while and He did. My trade was actually $500.00 more than I expected and they did not shift the money to the other car. These people are straight and I would recommend Marty Cancila Dodge, Chrysler Jeep to anyone. This is the best car dealership that I have ever dealt with and I have bought 40-45 cars in my 68 years. Hope someone that needs a car reads this and gives these guys a chance. They are a great team!Because Mike is the sales manager he put me together with Jordan who is a very polite young man that treated me like we were old friends from the start. We talked about the car and when the deal was made he stayed with me until the paper work was done. He knew how to operate everything on the car and demonstrated things great. He was there when I picked up the car and manages to be there when I need come back for service. Again I hope someone who needs a good car gives Jordan and Mike a chance, you won't be sorry.

I had my softtop installed on my 14 JK no longer than 2 weeks. After being placed into sunrider mode for the second time the top would not latch closed. I called Jason at the dealership and he had me bring it in and see Byron. They trouble shooted the issue the same day replaced a defective plastic part and had everything all finished. Upon completion Byron met myself and my family at the service department, went and retrieved my keys so that he could explain the part and what to watch for. Even made sure that I did not blame my daughter lol for it happening on her watch. Our salesman was nice but the car broke down on the way home. That got fixed but other problems came up and we were lied to by a guy named mike in the service dept. Said that the cars problem was normal to miss a little , but wouldn't admit it when other people were around. Was told I would have to call chrysler to deal with it. The 2014 grand caravan was brand new and it only has about 1800 miles on it. I'm sorry I went to that dealer.

I went there looking at a used car. I was promptly greeted and together we looked at the car. Doug was very helpful and not pushy. His main concern was that I was able to get vehicle that I could easily get into since I wear a brace and have some trouble with that. He made some suggestions that were very helpful. I in no way felt pressured about the sale. After I took the car home I noticed ding on the bumper. I was not sure if it would be repaired or not since it was a used car. I called and spoke to Mike who asked if I could bring it right up and they would take care of it while I waited. When it came back Mr Cancila brought the keys to me and walked out with me to make sure I was happy about the repair. My last experience buying a car from another dealer was very stressful and I was shocked that there was any car dealer that cared anything about customer service. Since I have retired my days of buying a new car are over, but, I thing that this dealer has a loyal customer in me even if it is just for used cars.....however, if I ever win the lotery I will head there first to get a new one.

Well after searching all over for jeep grand Cherokee's I found marty cancila jeep. The one we wanted had a sticker price of $47500 and they showed a dealer discount of $6500 and put the sale price at $41000. I thought this was a great deal but I lived 3 hours and 30 minutes from this dealer ship so I called and got Charlie as a salesman. I talked to him letting him know that the price of the jeep was good but I wanted to get an estimate on my trade in value before I drove that far so he got me one and it was what I wanted so we scheduled to make the trip to St Louis the next day. When we sat down with the salesman he pulled out some figures showing me buying the jeep for sticker price or I could lease it for the $41000 advertised price. At this point I am furious because I just traveled 3 and a half hours for this deal and he said you should have looked at the fine print 2 pages before you get to the jeep add where it says these prices on jeeps are for leases. I pulled it up on my phone to show him the price and I don't see the fine print anywhere so then he blames it on my iphone for not showing me the fine print he's talking about. My wife and I get up to leave at this point and make the 3 and a half hour drive back home with our old vehicle and a bad taste in our mouths for MARTY CANCILA DODGE AND JEEP. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS PLACE THEY TRIED TO RUN A SCAM AND SOME MIGHT FALL FOR IT.

My family and I had been hunting for a new van. Researching and comparing prices and options of different vans. We came across one we found online at Marty Cancila. We decided to go check it out one evening. Jordan approached us in the parking lot when we found the van we had viewed on line. We had a ton of questions about what does this button do? How does this work? Jordan was extremely knowledgeable about every single question we and the kids threw at him. He was also very interactive with the kids. He made sure to include them in the situation. We were on the fence about buying the vehicle. So Jordan and Mike said to take it overnight and come back the next day. We were shocked! We were able to look over the vehicle without having the dreaded feeling of pressure or someone breathing down your neck. My husband and I could throw back and forth our ideas of buying the vehicle now or waiting. It took a lot of pressure off. The next day we brought the vehicle back and told them we wanted to get it, but wanted to get a few scratches taken care of and bring the price of the vehicle closer to what we were looking at. Mike and Jordan made that happen. While we waited for financing to go through Jordan kept the kids entertained with coloring books. water, balloons. They had water, snacks, and sodas to offer while we waited as well. When it came to financing Larry made sure we got the best rate possible. So long story short my family and I actually enjoyed buying a new vehicle. It was actually a very pleasant experience. I didn't feel like I was hassled, like things were being hidden(like some shady dealerships), and not stressed. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know.

I made several appointments to go over to test drive the jeep but inclement weather always got in the way of those appointments! Mike, Charlie, and Dunmont worked with me to get me in the car I wanted while working around my hectic work schedule and crazy Mother Nature. From the moment I walked in the door I felt as if I were appreciated! All 3 called me by name and acknowledged me each and every time they walked by me! Charlie was fantastic at explaining all the features of my Jeep to me before I drove off the lot. Will definitely recommend Marty Cancillla to all my friends and family when the time comes for them to get a new car and I WILL be returning for all my future purchases. After having very bad experiences at three other dealerships my fiancee and I were referred to Marty Cancila Dodge. We were impressed from our first contact with Lavell. He was polite and listened to what we wanted. We never felt that we were being pushed or pressured. It seems most car sales people never answer direct questions about the pricing or fees, but Lavell was completely forthcoming. Not only did he take time and explain all the pricing and answer all of our questions he explained almost everything before we asked. Another thing I would like to mention in regards to Lavell was that he (as well as everyone else we encountered there) treated my fiancee with respect. At the other dealerships we went to before Cancila they were rude to my fiancee and would not listen to her. Crazy when she was the one buying the car! This was the absolute best experience we have ever had buying a car. From tony Cancila pulling out the car we wanted to test drive himself. Seriously, we has anybody ever had the owner pull a car around for them?! I should mention he was great as well; very attentive, nice, and courteous. Then the biggest surprise was that Lavell and Leo (finance department) knew that what we were willing to pay monthly and they took extra time to find us a better rate! We ended up with a monthly payment 60$ less a month than we would have settled for. Anybody ever here of that?! I was so impressed with Lavell and the whole team at Cancila Dodge that I am taking my father there next week to buy a truck. We live an hour away from Cancila Dodge but it was completely worth the trip. I will refer everyone I know to Lavell Caradine and I will be a customer for life!!! I would say to anyone who reads this that if you want the best car buying experience possible go to Cancila Chrysler Jeep Dodge and work with Lavell Caradine. Matt & Tracy

A couple weeks ago, I had a wonderful buying experience at the Marty Cancila dealership in Florissant, MO. I live in Illiniois and would highly recommend this dealership to any of my friends living across the river, its worth the 30min drive. I had previously visited a local dealership near my hometown that was more interested in degrading the brand of car i was currently driving, instead of trying to sell me the car I wanted to buy. Therfore, I instantly walked away and went looking on the internet for a new dealership that put customers first. While doing some research online, I came across my ideal vehicle (2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 Limited) on the Marty Cancila website. I submitted my request for additional info and within 20mins received a call from the dealership. Jordan Slayback was knowledgeable and spent time focusing on what I wanted, instead of commenting on the features of the car I selected. Following our call, I set up an appointment for a test drive and experienced the best car buying customer service. Jordan had the car waiting for me when I pulled up and I was on a test drive in a matter of a few minutes. I was instantly sold on the vehicle and the Marty Cancila dealership. Due to some added features that I ended up wanting, I opted to order my vehcile through the dealership. Jordan and the sales manager made the whole ordering process convienent and easy. Jordan's attention to detail, customer service, and understanding of the whole buying process further confirmed that I had made the right purchase with the the right dealership. I look forward to going back in a few weeks to pick up my new Jeep and driving away knowing that I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My son was looking for a Charger and he researched it online and found it at this dealership. When we arrived Dunmont was the sales person that we talked to. He was very friendly and took my son serious when he said what car it was that he was looking at. Dunmont got our information and in no time we were test driving the Charger. After the test drive my son was positive that was the car for him. We went to Marty Cancila to discuss trading in a vehicle and purchasing a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. When it is time to buy a new car, most people dread going to the car dealership. This was not the case here, I was referred to Marty Cancila by a friend who said he recieved over the top customer service from Jordan Slayback when he recently purchased a car there. Jordan was the first salesman to greet me at the door with a welcoming smile. I explained to him that I wanted to purchase a used dodge charger with low miles on it, yet I did not want my payments to be much higher than what I was currently making on the car I currently owned. He listened to all of my requests and was able to answer all the questions that I had about the car buying process. He was very knowledgeable and did not make me feel pressured into buying a vehicle. Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted to purchase Jordan took me back to the finance department where Mike Hilfrank did a great job of comfortably fitting the car payments within my budget. My wife and I have brought our 2003 Dodge Caravan to them for normal repairs and service over the years. They are always friendly and somebody usually meets us at the service drive-in right away. Just recently, we had a minor problem with a trim part on our new 2013 Jeep Wrangler. They didn't have the part so they had to order it. We got a call 2 days later asking us to bring it in to install the part. I thought that was pretty fast compared to some of the places I've been to. We're very happy.

Terrance was the best salesperson that I have ever worked with. I will buy another car from him in the future. The finance guy was the only thing that kept this from being a 5 experience. The finance guy was not really clear, friendly or transparent. He kept saying one thing and doing something else.. Even on follow up visits. In 2011 I purchased a 2010 Dodge Avenger from this dealership and during the course of the years that I had the car I took it back to the dealership for service. I received a call from two different employees stating my car was in good shape and needed and was asked to come in to see if I could get a newer car. I loved my car but said okay because I really wanted the Dodge Journey and when I went in I was greeted by Montrell, who wasn't the person that I set up the meeting with. We ordered immediately with him and waited patiently for the car to arrive. When it arrived the car was so new on the market that they didn't even have the books available for additional accessory yet. When the book came in he called so we could pick one up. Now that's service in my opinion. He went the extra mile to let us know. I always feel he goes the extra mile and I'm sure it's just not me he treats like this. You can't go wrong when you purchase a car from this dealership and Stan Green. I'd also like to say that Mike Hilfrink back in finance is just the best. He's process so many loans for us he knows us by name. Both gentlemen are first class to deal with. Thanks guys for making buying a new car a great experience. My husband and I purchased a 2012 charger back in September. We had a accident that totaled the vehicle and we went back to Marty Cancila. We called Lavell who was so so gracious with us. Before I reached the door Jordan was there opening the door for us. Smiling and greeting us as if we were a guest in his own home! Asked if we were looking for someone or in need of help. I had a terrible experience last week at a different local dealership. I explained I wanted to trade in my car and update to a newer Chyrsler 300. He was very interested in what I had to say and he LISTENED TO ME! We found the car I wanted test drove it. He wrote up all my paperwork and explained every step as it happened! He turned all the paperwork over to Mike the Director of Finance. Mike came out introduced himself to me explained what he was going to do and went back in his office to take care of business. Approximately 40 minutes later Mike returned smiling asking me back to his office to sign for my new car! While he explained every piece of paper I had to sign and making sure I understood everything and answering ALL of my questions. Jordan had filled up my tank put my license on my new car and had the car detailed! Oh my God it was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I have told just about everyone I know how royal Marty Cancila treated me!!!

Honestly this was my first new car purchase. And like many others I am sure I had no clue what I was getting myself in. Before I even got out of my truck Cortez had his eyes on me, he came over and was very nice. He was never pushy, and made sure that I looked at only what I wanted. When I found the truck I want came the crazy part. I had all that paperwork and money figures and what not thrown at me, but Cortez was very prompt in explaining everything that I was signing, or doing, never once pushing me. Even when the prices started coming Cortez asked me if I wanted it, he never assumed I was taking the deal. Then we went into the finance room, it was quite daunting not knowing what was going on, but within minutes of sitting down Mike the financial advisor had explained what was going on,what was going to happen, and what to do. I love my truck and I will be coming back to Marty Cancilla for a while.

After coming out of Bankruptcy I was real hesitant about buying a new car. Cortez really helped ease the anxiety that I was having. Cortez staying in constant contact with to make sure this is what I wanted to do, and when it came time to make the purchase he was right there until I drove the car off the lot. Cortez was a Joy to work with, he really showed genuine concern when it came to making this purchace. Mike in Finance really took his time going through each finance form. Mike wanted to make sure that I knew and understood everything before I left his office. I just wish that Marty Cancila had more perks for their customers, such as free oil changes for the life of the car, free tire rotation, free 16 point inspection, free towing to the dealership, complimentary loaner car if your car is at the dealership for more than a day, road side assistance.

I did a lot of searching online and knew which vehicle I wanted and the options that were must have versus nice to have versus didn't want. I narrowed down to three different dealerships and checked them out. Marty Cancila was the last dealership we checked out (late at night). Garland was friendly and low-key. As is often advised, it is important to drive towards the final price in negotiation and to have a number in your head in advance. It's also important to think about the tax you'll pay for the license plate (especially for new) and to add it all up. It seems like there are always hidden charges but this dealership generally kept that stuff to a minimum, at least no more than expected. (Watch for prices on paper that exceed the window sticker - they all do that these days but it is generally possible to focus on the sticker as the starting price and negotiate from there). They had three models that matched my criteria. We bought a car that night and didn't leave until a bit after they were closed. All went well. I left it there to be checked out and cleaned up and picked it up a couple days later (tonight). They made the experience pleasant and fairly simple. I recommend you ask for Garland when you go up to Marty Cancila's to get a Jeep (or Dodge or Chrysler).

Overall, this was the best new vehicle purchase my wife and I ever experienced. Our sales rep Cortez and the rest of the staff rolled out the red carpet for us. No expense was spared in making us feel like V.I.P. Would definetly recommend Marty Cancila as the place to go if in search for a vehicle.

Awesome salesperson, LeJuan Pepper! Not high pressured, but had lots of information. Down to earth,friendly,enthusiastic, but not overbearing.. Will definitely recommend this dealer because of our experience. Financing was great also, with a very easy transaction, finance manager was also extremely nice. We have been customers of Tony's dealership for a number of years. My wife purchased a used car there before we were married which we later drove for a number of years. Later we purchased a used Horizon there for our son when he was in college, helped my mother-in law in purchasing a used Dodge for her use in the late 1990's. My wife and I were looking for a new van in late 1998, looking at several dealerships. We stopped in here while test driving a new Plymouth van from down the street, and test drove a 1999 Dodge Caravan. They were able to provide us with that Caravan, much better equipped than the other dealer's, as well as a better extended warranty. They even took the Plymouth back to the other dealer.My wife was looking to upgrade from her Champ to a Sebring. I stopped off on a Saturday morning, talked with a salesman and took a test drive of a 1999 Sebring. We stopped at our house, talked with my wife, she loved the car, and she asked me to see if we could test drive it over the weekend. The salesman was not sure that we could do this, but as we walked back into the dealership we ran into Tony, and he told the salesman to do it. We came back in after the weekend, and purchased the car. After the kids both graduated from College, we were interested in a new sedan, so being quite satisfied with Cancila's service, we went there first. We test drove the 2004 Stratus, they said to bring it back in on Monday after work since it was almost closing time. We came back in and purchased the car.We really like the degree and quality of service that we get at Cancila's, they make you feel and know that they are really interested and friendly. When in for service, I met Stan Green, and over the 7+ years that I had the Stratus we visited and talked every time I came in. I told him in 2011 that we were interested in replacing my car for a new one in 2012. He was never high pressure, but just stated that he would work to get me a great deal whenever we were ready.On November 29, 2011 I came in for an oil change, and noticed a 2011 Chrysler 200, that was very appealing. After checking my car in at the Service Dept. and walked out to look over the 200. I went inside, and looked for Stan. We talked about the car, it had only 7,3xx miles on and had been traded in on a larger Chrysler 300. We went out for a test drive and on the way back I asked Stan if I could take it home to show it to my wife. He took me to his boss who said yes, but was concerned when I said we lived in O'Fallon, MO. Tony as sitting next to him, and said to let me take it for an overnight. Needless to say, my wife loved the car, and we came back the next day and purchased the car and extended warranty. Stan has been a good friend, salesman, and all around good person to know, and we will be talking with him and Tony when we decide to replace my wife's Chysler Sebring. Stan's style and sincerity has a lot to do with our being a regular customer of Tony's.

I bought my used 2008 Sebring Convertible the end of March 2009. I was promised things by the salesman that I only got after I threw a fit and after MANY trips and calls to the dealership. When I was trying to buy the car, I was told many things about the vehicle that weren't true. As an example, Does it have heated seats....their answer was no but about 2 days after I bought it, I discovered it did. I knew more about the car than the salesman did. OH and he warned me about buying cars from the auction cause you never know what you are getting. Guess what, when you buy a used car they have to disclose where they bought it from....you guessed it...the auction! Pretty funny. I had a car that I bought at the auction and LOVED it and didn't have half the trouble with it in 4 years that I've have with this one in 3 months! Won't EVER buy another car here.I've had my car in for service 5...yes that is FIVE times since I bought it. I've only had it 3 months. When I bought the car they gave me an expired inspection with which to get my license plates....only found that out when I went to the DMV to do that. I had to go back to the dealership and "WAIT my turn" while they "worked me in". Excuse me, but REALLY? Then I had it in there because the cruise control did not work. When I called to report this, I was treated as if I was some kind of an idiot and didn't know how to turn it on. I can assure you that was not the case. Then I had to take it in because the air conditioner didn't work. Again, it was assumed I didn't know that the button with the little snowflake made the air cool. Wouldn't you think that before they put the vehicle up for sale, they would check this kind of stuff so that they wouldn't have the customer coming back over and over? They would if they cared but they do not.The roof leaks on the convertible top. So in I go again. The question is, "does it leak when it's in the car wash or just heavy rain?" What difference does that make, I ask you. IT LEAKS ALL THE TIME, FIX IT. Before you say convertibles do that...I had one for 4 years and that one never did so it isn't too much to expect. The brakes are squeaking. "oh that's not covered under the warranty". Oh really? Well when I asked what was covered under the warranty, I was told EVERYTHING BUMPER TO BUMPER no exceptions. Not only is it not covered but it's $140 just to check to see what is wrong with them. SO they've lied as well.So today I take it back in so that they can finish fixing rhe roof. I drop it off at 830am. At 2 I call to see what is going on as it is only supposed to take a couple of hours to fix. No one can help me because my service rep is at lunch. REALLY? What if he died....they just keep my car forever? COME ON! So I leave a message and at 4 I call back because I still haven't heard anything. Not sure what they had to do to find the service rep but after sitting on hold for 5 minutes, he comes on and says I can come get it whenever I'm ready. "I haven't had a chance to get to your paperwork. It's been done for quite awhile." THAT is supposed to make it better? So I tell him I need them to come back and pick me up, you know since they dropped me off at work. And he says "Why didn't we give you a rental car?" WOW this guy is brilliant. My response was, I have no idea, why didn't you? My office is approximately 5 minutes from their dealership and apparently it's just too much to expect them to come back and get me. So, this clown doesn't bother to put me on hold, he just sets the phone down. Then he proceeds to leave me there for another 5 minutes while they are trying to get their sh*t together and he comes back and says "I can't find Clarence. I don't know where he is. I don't know what to tell you." ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? How about "let me locate you a ride and I'll call you right back. I know you're busy and sitting on hold gets old so let me figure it out and I'll call you shortly." What a novel idea. BUT NO. I had to get UGLY and tell them nevermind, I would figure it out on my own. So while I'm trying to do that, ten minutes later they call me and say, "Can we send Clarence to come get you". NOT A SINGLE TIME has anyone said I'm sorry. When I left my car there today, he asked me if I'd been in for service since I bought it and I told him this was my 5th visit since March. He actually visibly winced when I said that and then he said, that's not good. I said no it isn't. Let's hope this goes better than the others. WHAT A JOKE!!!

This was by far the worst purchase experience I've had buying a new car. Only one key could be found for the car, and the lack of follow up by the sales rep forced me to keep calling to see when the $200 could be replaced. He also kept my license during the paperwork phase, and although he discovered it the next day, only when I called three days later after I discovered it missing did he say 'oh yeah, I've got it-been meaning to call you" I made several trips to the dealer which is far away for us just to get things settled. Their response, "We'll wash your car for you!!" Wow, what service. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone

When I dropped off my truck for sevice on my fuel tank sending unit, they made me pick up my truck and told me to run it out of fuel over the weekend because they had no place to put the diesel fuel while they worked on it. Would not help with defective air conditioner which was only a few miles past the 36,000 mile warranty despite the fact that air conditioner units were failing prematurely on many Chrysler vehicles. These are only 2 stories of many. I will never buy another Chrysler and for sure will never buy ANYTHING from Marty Cancilla no matter what brand he is selling.

Purchased Used '06 Ram Full Load from internet...advertised as "pristine", "as new", "All keys and manuals", never damaged...received truck with cigarette burns in the carpets/headliner, truck bed had been hit and resprayed, dent in the rear bumper, radio antenna almost pulled from the fender w/paint damage, dog claw marks in the leather, ONE key only (transponder/remote), Nav DVD and manual missing, grease and oil in the carpets and when I called to discuss these issues all I received was..."We will get back to you." NOTHING. Worst experience I ever had...(go somewhere else!)
