I purchased a Silverado from Greg. The overall process was quick and painless. I was offered the exact amount I wanted for my trade-in. I was happy with the fair price of the Silverado as well. This is my second vehicle I have bought from Masano and have been very happy with the salespeople I have worked with. I am from Southern Maryland and will continue to make the trip up. Greg was a honest man, and I would buy from him again.

WENT INTO SALES ROOM AND 1ST SALESMAN GREETED ME VERY FRIENDLY. THE SALESMAN WAS ABLE TO LOOK UP AND FIND MANY VEHICLES OF INTEREST AND WE WERE DRIVING VEHICLES WITHIN A HALF HOUR OF OUR TIME. I ENDED UP BUYING THE FIRST VEHICLE DRIVEN AND I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE TIME AND CARE MASANO'S TOOK CARE OF THE VEHICLE BEFORE AND AFTER THE SALE. It was a little bit later in the car buying process, so I was tired of looking at cars and talking numbers. Our salesman, Greg Wood, was very helpful in minimizing our search of cars that fit my criteria and telling us the pertinent details about each option. He followed through on a Friday afternoon, at about 5:30 PM, after his work hours for complete, and gave me the vehicle listing after I left the dealer so I could get the ball rolling on insurance information before my Monday pick-up.

Our salesman, Greg Wood, was very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I drove from south Jersey and we were a bit nervous that we were making a trip for nothing, but "Woody" made us feel very comfortable and he was very helpful. We knew which vehicle we wanted to look at and he made it very easy for us to come in, test drive it, and walk out with it quickly. He took the time to make both of us feel at ease with our purchase by explaining all the vehicle's features and their price was well below KBB value for the car. We were very happy with this transaction and we love our new car.

A+ experience with special recognition to Chris Karr and Shawn for their excellent service. Never happier with a car purchase. i bought a used ebay car from jim. first off, i don't know how he sold it so cheap. my next thought....what's wrong with it? absolutely nothing! my ford focus was as advertised. perfectly detailed inside and out. prompt, courteous, and friendly service . the paperwork was in order and i was out the door. then came the test. i drove it 1500 miles home. the thing drove like new. quiet, aligned. and everything worked. i am one happy camper. jim even went to the airport and recovered my cell phone i left in a rental car and sent it overnight to me in texas. i still don't know how he does it! thanks jim!!

Phil Peterson was our car salesman this time around. This was our third car we bought at Masano. We purchased a used Nissan XTerra. Phil was friendly,fair,courteous,and helpful. He kept me up to date on the XTerra's work that was done. I feel he went above the normal salesman's job. I thank him for making this experience less stressful. He delivered as promised. He is an asset to the company and i hope to deal with him again in the future! No games, no lies,just straight forward. And their prices are fair. Also the work that was done was excellent! I would recommend this dealership for sure.

The man who sold me our car, Jim Rosario, was wonderful. He was kind, helpful, and made me feel very comfortable. Jim and entire dealership were great to work with- no haggling, just strainght up, honest communication. While in the process of buying our car, a snowstorm hit and we had a family emergency. Jim was patient and understading in our need to delay the process a few days, which made the entire experience stress-free. I couldnt be happier with our 2012 Jetta Sportwagon :)

My salesman, Jim Rosario, did an outstanding job.. I feel Jim did everything he could to help me with my any question I had.. As for the dealership itself the were not very flexible with the 2 request that I had before purchase.. I wanted them to replace the battery and also provide a second set of keys since the truck only came with one. I was shot down on both occasions but Jim offered to reimburse me for half of the cost of the keys .. I had an issue with the heating system the day after I purchased the truck and once it was fixed Jim personally drove the vehicle back to my home( by the way i live about 25 miles from the dealership.. Overall my experience was good .. As for my salesman, Jim Rosario, I think he was tremendous .

We were not in the position of buying a car, credit score not the best, money tight. Met with Pete Morrotto, he is the best!!! He is very honest and upfront. He was not pushy at all like some car dealer people are and could back up what he was saying. I was looking for an "as is" car, but after a long talk with Pete he was able to show us how to get a better, longer lasting car was possible. Payments within reason and I bought a '14 car with all the warranties. I hate buying cars, but I would definitely go back to Masano and I would definitely ask for Pete again. The sales manager Mike, was so great and helpful as well. Never owned a new car, LOVE my car!!!!

Like a great deal of other people in Berks County, my Jeep Patriot was totaled by the recent hail storm. I lost both taillights, my fog lights and most of the windshield and of course there was the golf-ball impressions covering the entire hood and roof. I looked a number of places and drove quite a few used cars, not having great expectations. I simply wanted a knock-around SUV to carry my musical equipment. My father had purchased his car from Jim Rosario at Masano and was thoroughly impressed, so he suggested I stop in. Beaten down by the search, I sluggishly yawned my way to the dealership. I've known Jimmy for years and was quickly put at ease and cheered up by his positive demeanor. I drove a rav4 and liked it. I was fully prepared to purchase when my dad found the Murano on the Masano website and said "why not check it out?"Needless to say it was very well maintained and cleaned up by the guys at the dealership and the deal and paperwork was handled so fluidly and in such a timely manner, I'm ECSTATIC about my dealings with Jimmy, Bruce and everyone at Masano!And I'll be happy to appear in another ad for them! Ha!

Straight from the beginning of my car buying experience, Evan was a God send! He was the most respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, sales person I have ever dealt with. For the first time in my life, my salesman's number one priority was making me happy! Jon Richards worked so hard to get me the payment and rate that I needed. He wouldn't quit working until I was comfortable with everything. Overall, my Masano experience was a memorable one and I would recommend them in a heartbeat!However, it seemed to me that the sales team was spread thin and very overworked. As well as Jon Richards being the only special financing agent for all of the Masano Dealerships. Don't get me wrong, he is amazing at what he does, but in my opinion, they need to take some of the weight off of his shoulders and maybe hire a couple more people . A BIG THANK YOU TO EVAN AND JON!!!

I had the most awesome experience with Evan S. It felt like he was my agent. I told him exactly what I wanted. He didnt try to persuade me to buy something I did not want. He didnt sugar coat things. He even came to work on his days off to show me vehicles. Evan is hard working and the nicest salesman I have ever encountered. He put up with my fussiness and I appreciate him for that.

I was very pleased with my experience at Masano's. I had driven a lot of cars over two weeks looking for a replacement vehicle. I thought I finally found a vehicle I wanted until I spoke to my salesmen and he discovered that there was a different vehicle (same year and model) coming in the following week. Ultimately I decided I wanted to see this other. The salesmen kept his word and notified me as soon as this vehicle arrived on site. I waited almost 2 weeks for this other vehicle to arrive, but it was well worth the wait. The vehicle appeared newly washed and cleaned when we arrived. I was very pleased with the rest of the process and dealings with the salesperson.I will admit, I had read a few bad reviews on the dealership after my first visit, so I was a little hesitant; however I did not experience any problems or concerns and would highly recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

"GREAT EXPERIENCE PURCHASING A CAR" Prior to my visit to Masano Auto Retailers, I would have considered that statement an oxymoron. I would have rather eaten chocolate-covered grasshoppers, than negotiate the purchase of a car. However, working with Richard Nolt at Masano in Reading changed all of that. I drove almost 200 miles from Maryland to Reading to see two Cherokees that Masano had listed on Auto Trader. I originally spoke with Sandy who put in my touch with Richard. I'm glad she did. Richard had the two vehicles waiting for me. I really wanted them both, but had to decide on one. The test drive was easy and overall it was a "no pressure" experience. Richard explained everything to me and the transaction was smooth and we did not have to do a lot of back and forth with numbers. The price listed on the vehicle is the bottom line. There was no "funny business" once we started finalizing numbers. Richard and the Business Manager, David Arndt, explained everything clearly. The dealership even took care of the paperwork to register my car in Maryland. I highly recommend Masano as your first stop for your next vehicle purchase.

Great car, Great price! I was searching for a reliable commuter car that was fun to drive yet not too rough on the pocket. I met with Jim, who provided a no pressure approach, to discuss the particulars. He was able to provide me with all of the information I requested and also gave me more than enough of a background on the car. German Arroyo was very "non-pressure" salesman. He explained all about the vehicle and answered all my questions directly. I looked at various cars before deciding on an Explorer. He was more than courteous and patient with me as I looked at various autos. His patience was very nice to see and he waited for ME to make MY decision. It was a very enjoyable experience and I would recommend him and Masano for anyone looking for an auto.Dave in finance was also great to deal with. He also explained things directly and I felt like a person and not just a customer. He gave me various options and I was given options and not just a "take it or leave it" type of deal. And for the collector type person like myself, Dave office was quite unique and I found it quite interesting. Having collected "hot wheel and matchbox cars" myself, his office was very cool to look at and be in. All in all it was a great experience and one I hope to repeat with them again in the future.

Excellent experience! Rich spent all day combing through their used inventory to find the perfect used car for me. And thats exactly what he found, it was right in my price range, low mileage and all the physical criteria I asked for. The paperwork was quick and easy and I drove off the lot with my certified used car that night! I would highly recommend working with Rich if your looking for that perfect fit.

Not interested anymore. I was down there (2 hour ride each way), on Thursday to test drive a 2004 Honda accord. I had been assured that the car was in great condition. When I got there the car had accident damage (even though the car fax said no accidents) on the right rear side and there were car PIECES in the back seat that had fallen off when it was wrecked. The radio did not work. The sunroof did not work. And the car sounded like it was about to have major engine trouble. The salesman, Duane, said that he had MISSED the damage to the car when he looked at it because it was night time (I had also called right before I left home at 1:00 PM). He told me I could just have a "body guy" fix the damage once I bought the car. Yeah I guess I could if I wanted to pay a couple thousand more, but that is why I called and asked the condition of the car.Even after being mislead I still test drove two other cars. a 2006 pontiac G6 which did not sound good at all and on my way back to the dealership the power steering stopped working and I could hardly turn the dam thing to get it back in the lot. Dwayne parked it and denied the power steering was not working. The 2004 Ford Focus I drove was making such a loud noise up front that you could hardly hear. And all three of those vehicles had just been freshly INSPECTED.I then got to drive back home (two hours) in the pouring rain and sleet. It was a waste of my time and gas money. We recently purchased a vehicle from Masano after going through a dozen other dealerships and getting nowhere. We were offered crazy interest rates at every other place, like 22% or more. I told David Arndt Jr, Masano's Finance Guru, about our troubles and he went out of his way to find us the right bank and the best possible interest rate. And boy was he fast! We called on a Thursday and had our new car and financing on Saturday!!! We couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. Thanks so much for being so amazing.

We were in a bind and had to get a new vehicle fast, Jim Rosario help us to get exactly what we wanted. They were extremely pleasant and had a comfortable atmosphere! My children felt very welcomed by everyone there. They run a clean and organized facility, and the employees are very knowledgable about the vehicles on the lot! Jim Rosario is an awesome car salesman, I felt no pressure while looking at the vehicle and he was extremely kind to my children. The next time we need to buy a vehicle we will definitely be returning to Jim at Tom Masano. I highly recommend Tom Masano to anyone looking for any kind of vehicle new or used!!

I found this Mustang I really liked and Masano's price is unbeatable comparing to dealers in my area (central VA). So I called them and told them I would fly to PA to get this car. As it is not customary for them to reserve cars without a visit, Diane went all the extra miles to talk to her manager and made an exception for me. Two days later I was in Reading and the car is exactly as described in excellent condition! (I honestly only expected fair to good condition given the price) Everyone in this dealership was friendly and they did all they could to help me install an aftermarket stereo, which I needed to power my iPhone and navigate me back to VA. Though it did not work out since they are not a customs shop and do not have a wiring for my stereo, they find me a local shop which did the job fast so I could get back on the road. Diane even called me after the weekend to check if I got back to VA OK! I am very satisfied with Masano and it was totally worth the visit, even with my flight fare and everything out-of-the-door I got the car for less than the asking price from dealers around my area!

I bought my first motorcycle from a car dealer, not a good move, right? Actually, it worked out well. I still have it and cant believe what a good move I made. Maybe not going to a motor cycle dealer was the best move I made. Richard handled the necessities promptly and somehow I drove off. Honestly, the price and service I received was spectacular. Maybe buying a motorcycle from a car dealer is a smart move....

I had been involved in a serious car accident in which my car was a total loss. I was not in the mood to car shop. Masano Auto Retailers and particularly Brian Calhoun changed all that!This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! From start to finish, Brian and everyone I came into contact with were very helpful and professional. My girlfriend and I went into Masano just to do some browsing of vehicles. Usually, that alone is a stressful experience at dealerships. At Masano however, it was hassle-free and very enjoyable. Our sale person, Richard Nolt let us look over a vehicle on our own, sensing that we might not quite be ready to dive into a sale. While we browsed, he went to another lot to get us a comparable vehicle to view. After a brief test drive, we were pretty sure we needed to look a few more cars--we were able to take a few cars out without Richard present, and it gave my girlfriend and I a chance to speak honestly about our ride experience. This proved a very effective sales method, as we eventually left Masano having purchased (quite unexpectedly I might add) A Ford Edge that had arrived at the dealer only in the morning! When Richard saw that we had an interest in that particular vehicle, he told us to go to lunch and he expedited the Masano 128 certification process. Very helpful! Plus, I after searching our area far and wide, it's clear that Masano has the best prices with a great dealer facility to back it up. We'd recommend Masano and Richard Nolt to anyone who is in need of a used car. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Super friendly customer service, no high pressure sales tactics or sales bullsh*t! I always disliked car salesman until now, Kelly's honesty was greatly appreciated! Another salesman named Brian Clahoun was also very helpful with questions we had about the specific brand car that we bought. He had experience selling that specific brand car in previous employment. I purchased a 2007 Hyundai Sonata. I realized after I got the car home that there were some things wrong with the car. 1. There was only 1 key. The dealership covered the entire cost of the new key.2. There were no floor mats. The dealership covered the cost of the new floor mats.3.There were a lot of scratches all over the trunk lid. The dealership provided a loaner car and they did a GREAT job fixing the paint issues.4. The front bumper was cracked and dented. The replaced the bumper.I shopped for this car for a long time. I knew exactly what I wanted and was just waiting for the right one. This car was by far the best price I have seen. I have seen cars this week with 10,000 miles more than my car, for $ 2,000 more. I don't know how they do it. The dealership also provided me with a comparable vehicle for the entire time they had my car. I highly recommend this dealership for your automotive needs. Ask for Todd Soderstron. He really cares about customer service!

Rough deal with car problems but was worked out well. I have dealt with Masano prior with the purchase of 3 other vehicles. Richard is a well mannered, professional, calm and knows what he is talking about. He had an answer to all our questions besides giving information that we would have never thought of. Mike L. At Masano ford was awesome - if you are going to purchase a vehicle ask for him by name!! I purchased a used vehicle (toyota sequioa) and had a great experience. I would reccomend purchasing a vehicle from this company. The pricing was more than fair and can save you time searching by starting there.

I went to Masano to look at a Chrysler 300 that I viewed online. When I arrived I found that the car already had a deposit on it. I looked at a few other makes and models, and found a surprise with a VW Passat. Richard Nolt was extremely helpful to me in my search, and worked to get me a great deal on the car. I never felt pressured to settle on anything. I would recommend Masano to others, and when they go, to ask for Richard specifically.

Neal made it all very easy and a very friendly car buying experience!!....No tricks or gimmicks...just the facts and pleasant experience!! Nice and comfortable experience overall.....had something to drink for both of us provided by Neal.....Neal allowed us to drive several vehicles before we decided to purchase the vehicle....No attitudes like we had experienced at other dealerships like we are taking too much of their time.

The only dealership I will work with in PA. I bought my first car from them because no other dealership treated me with respect such as Tom Masano. I recently went looking to trade in my first car for a used mustang gt and Cameron was extremely helpful during the whole process. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He drove with me to the other Tom Masano dealerships to show me every mustang that they had for sale in their fleet. He also took the time to get insurance quotes and financing options for me. Which, really shows the dedication that Tom Masano has to the customer. The overall experience was great and I recommend them to everyone.

I was very pleased with Masano. The service was quick fast and Fun. The price was better than I had expected. Plus the loan rate was lower than I had expected. The car was clean and in good condition. I will go back to Masano for my next car or Suv. Happy driver.

fast and fair , got the vehicle we wanted with no hassle all rapped up in a few hours was very pleased to do business with Masano auto retailers. plus our sales man Jonathan Houck was great, best salesman that we delt with in years keep up the great work !

This is as good a car buying experience as I've EVER had! Total professionalism from start to finish. I searched the East Coast for what I wanted, found it here, was in communications by IM on an early Sunday morning, had manager level follow up when business opened on Monday, drove up on Wednesday to get my car, completed every aspect of the transaction within 30 minutes of arrival, and was on my way. THESE GUYS ARE TOTAL PROFESSIONALS, devoted to customer satisfaction in every way.
