I love my Mustang GT. My dream car is a Mustang GT, now I am finally driving one. The car came in sooner than expected which was a plus. On Friday I called SiriusXM Radio to transfer my service from my previous car to the Mustang. I was told by SiriusXM that the dealership hasn't activated my Sirius radio. After calling SiriusXM with the VIN number of the Mustang, I was told that my Mustang doesn't have the SiriusXM option on the radio. I am puzzled and stunned that I would have to spend another $2,000 to get a radio with SirusXM capabilities. After spending over $37,000 for this vehicle, I would figure that Ford would include this feature. I guess not. I believe Ford just loves to squeeze extra cash from the customer by whatever means available. When I asked Mastel if the dealership would purchase my previous car, I was told, I would receive a $1,500 rebate. When I was offered $2,000 more from a different dealership, I sold it. When I went back to Mastel to take delivery of the Mustang, I was then told the rebate was $1,000 not $1,500. When I asked why, the reply was, the $1,500 was only if I sold my previous car to Mastel. That wasn't mentioned to me before this time. When it comes to the Finance Department, beware. Kristen, the lady you deal with, should have a position were she doesn't t deal with people. She is rude, talks down to the customer, and she is short with the customers. She treats customers like they are ignorant. Kristen believes she is the only person that knows anything. Good Luck.
