As soon as I walked in the dealership I felt welcome and was happy to meet the salesmen who did not push me to buy buy buy. I told him what i wanted and what i was interested in and was shown two different cars. Right off the bat I found what i wanted and it was affordable and i was not told to get the one with all the bells and whistles. The process was very calm and quick. Everyone was nice and I really appreciate that since a lot of other dealerships try to force you to buy the best. I am very happy with my 2012 Jetta and will buy from this dealer again when the time comes.

Kerrie S. and Charlie did an amazing job finding the car that suited my needs and wants. I was already a little stressed after car shopping for two days Memorial weekend with 0 results. Mastria Volkswagen was my last stop. They assured me there would be no stress or hastle, 30 min. Later I found my car! The whole process was smoother than I ever imagined. I had been shopping for some while for a specific model/specification and found it here. Confirmed the price on the Internet and was told by their internet sales manager that they have "runners" that deliver vehicles to New York. A private sale on my old vehicle fell through and I ended up driving the 200 miles to Raynham from my NYC home to trade in my old car.Once time came to close the deal I discovered that Mass. does not issue temporary tags like many states and I would be unable to take the new car home that day (4/29). I went ahead with the deal anyway. Their finance manager had apparently taken the afternoon off and I was driven to the sister Buick dealership just down the road to conclude the paperwork; the salesman said he would be ready to pick me up in about 15 minutes. In fact, the transaction took almost two hours because the individual was unfamiliar with the other store's system. By the time I got on the road night work had started on I-95 and the excursion turned into a 14-hour day. Now I learned that they would not stand by the internet sales manager's offer to deliver the car in NY state. They said that once they had registered the car in NY state their salesman might be able to meet me halfway to exchange the new car for my trade-in. I explained that I was pretty tied up with a conference and overseas travel for the next couple of weeks and would have to take delivery of the vehicle after 5/18.Once time came to pick up the vehicle, the meeting half-way offer was off the table just like the "runner" delivery so I made another 400-mile round trip. Despite the fact that they knew that I would be delayed picking it up they handed it to me with a temporary 10-day inspection sticker that had expired the day before.All-in-all a pretty frustrating experience. That being said, if I lived nearby I would shop without hesitation:-Their prices are very competitive-They honor the "ePrice" offered by email-They gave me a very fair deal on my trade-in-There is no pressure to buy any unwanted warranties or other add-ons, at least not in my case-The store is very appealing in its lay-out and the staff very friendly-The vehicle was delivered to me with a full tank of gas-They even refunded $44 that they had over-estimated for processing the NY state paperworkIf you've done your homework, this is as close to a no-haggle deal as you will get.

In August 2015, I purchased 2007 Toyota Tacoma pick up from a dealership that I thought, was the best we ever went to. That was true until a went to Mastria VW in Raynham. When we pulled into the driveway, I expected to be mulled down by a salesperson. I was not. They gave us the breathing room to get out and look at their vehicles. As I was approaching the dealership side door, we were met by Our salesmen, T.J Leslie. He was so non pressure, and spoke to us like he wasn't someone not trying to sell anything. The bond from us was instant. He explained the vehicle we choose and went along for the ride. When we got back, we sat down and explained our financial condition to him. He stated that their finance dept was the best and could get us financing. True to his word, they gave us the most money for our trade in and got approved. After taking the vehicle, I had to call them to fix a little issue I had with one of the air vents, that I didn't notice when I was test driving it. They got me right in and treated me like all customers should be and want to be. I have Never given ANY dealerships 5 stars, Ever!!!! Mastria VW deserves it. Just visit anyone of their dealership and you will see what I mean.

I have been looking for a convertible for a few months. I checked around my area but wasn't seeing what I was looking for. When I checked cars.com they sent me a few emails for convertibles. I fell in love with the Audi A4. Mastria VW not only had one but they had my color, Blue !!! We sent an email back for an appointment. When we got there they were so busy that the manager ended up helping us! Everyone was very pleasant, and helpful! Thank you so much Richard Pacheco, I am beyond pleased with my car! Andrea C

When I drove into Mastria Volkswagen I was unsure if I would be able to get another vehicle. Kerri Strickland greeted my daughter and I she was very sweet, great smile and not pushy which I admire, but very helpful I explained what I wanted to do and she sat us down and we went over what I was interested in doing and after she showed me some vehicles I wanted to trade in my car and get another one with the same payment that was suitable for me, we chose a vehicle that I liked and she was able to get what I was happy with. I felt very at ease with my decision and my experience with Kerri and Mastria Volkswagen that I would definitely tell others my experience and recommend this dealership to others. I drove home with a smile and a new car.

In our search for a few vehicle, we visited three local volkswagen dealerships. The salesman at Mastria, TJ Leslie, was the only one who had thorough knowledge of the vehicle we were going to purchase. He also took his time to show us all of the features in the car. The salesmen at the other dealerships had no idea what was included at various trim levels. We visited Mastria for the competitive advertised price, but were pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of TJ Leslie.

From start to finish our experience at Mastria VW was superior. we were not sure what to expect as we are leasing for the first time. We negotiated a deal on a car with Mastria Auto that was based on price and some basic cleanup to the car. It was NOT based on being married to their internal financing.In trying to make arrangements to receive documents for our own lender, Mastria started claiming the transaction HAD to be financed through their internal finance department. They actually refused to offer the car to us if we did not finance with them. We had already put $100 deposit down and spent numerous hours on the phone arranging the details (this was spread out over a Sunday to Thursday period).We had our own financing and were simply trying to obtain paperwork from Mastria to complete the transaction...they refused and kept pushing (VERY aggressively) for us to use their financing.Steve Baker, their General Manager was extremely rude and unaccomodating, saying he "would put the car out to the open public" if we did not submit a finance application.This bothered me so much I actually emailed the owner Rick Mastria. The owner also refused to honor the transaction and claimed our house was too far for maintenance to work well (although they had driven the car halfway to us for our test drive).I know car dealers get a bad rap for manipulating buyers but this was a completely shocking and rude experience and fits the "be careful with car dealers" thought most consumers have. I would not recommend Mastria to anyone and would warn all buyers to watch for their pressured financing scheme and lack of common decency.

This is our first Volkswagen vehicle. We were extremely satisfied with our sales associate, TJ Leslie, as well as the sales manager, Stephen Baker. When shopping for a vehicle, it's always tricky to find a salesperson who listens to your needs and is more interested in meeting them than in making money and selling cars. This experience differed from so many other shopping experiences in that I did not feel pressured into anything I was not interested in, and I felt that the staff here was very "real", honest and knowledgeable. There was no hassle, not as much "back and forth" with the negotiating (which I feel is always a bit fake) that I usually experience when buying a vehicle, and overall it was a great experience. There's not that many dealerships that I can say that about, but this is definitely one. I will be recommending this particular dealership to my friends and family, and am very excited to become a part of the "Volkswagen Family".

Kerri Strickland was the most pleasant salesperson I have dealt with for purchasing a new vehicle. We told her what we wanted to spend and to get us to that point she worked very with her sales manager. We ended up with buying two vehicles instead of one. We were so lucky that we decided to go to Mastria Volkswagon in Raynham, MA. We were immediately greeted by a very nice young man name TJ. He immediately showed us exactly what car we were there to see. He was very informative about the car and all the services that you offer. We test drove the car right away and we were extremely pleased with the car and its overall condition. It was beautiful and exactly what my daughter was looking for. We were able to purchase the vehicle and with the help of TJ and the finance woman named Jenny they were able to get the best deal with the best loan. The payment came in lower than we needed and my beautiful daughter is rewarded for all her hard work with the car of her dreams. After some exhaustive homework on dealers and pricing, Metro Volkswagen did a fantastic job in giving the most competitive deal with some of the friendliest personalities I've encountered at a dealer. They have a new showroom/dealer building which is welcoming and easy for quick service. I had a small issue with the wrong Bluetooth client (wrong language) which Pete quickly got me scheduled and the issue corrected. They have competitive quotes, just do your homework before walking into ANY dealership to get the best value for your money.

My overall experience at this dealership was great for several reasons. First off, Henry the service employee was so knowledgeable about the Volkswagen line of cars that he immediately knew what I was talking about when I was describing the issue with my vehicle. He also knew it was under warranty, and that it would cost nothing for me to have it fixed. Secondly, he told me to leave the car and it would be ready at the end of the day...and it was. And thirdly, as it has been a few weeks now, I can honestly state...that the problem was fixed perfectly! When I picked up the car, Henry also reminded me of a scheduled maintenance service that would be coming up in about 3,000 miles. Yes, I would say this was an overall A+ visit.

The service staff is friendly and helpful, they explain the service that needs to be done and after the service is performed they explain what was done and why. The work is done right the first time. They always wash the car at no charge. The facility is first class and very clean.I continue to recommend this dealer to friends and family.

This was our first visit to the new VW service center, and a welcome one.We live in Westport, MA which has a dealership that's much closer than Metro VW.We will GLADLY drive the extra 30 minutes to have purchase professional service in a state of the art facility.Unlike their nearby, nameless competitor in Fall River, MA - everyone seems to be glad for the work.Dustin of the service staff took the extra time to take a demonstration ride with my wife behind the wheel of her EOS.Putting a professional in the car handled her concerns about 'Hildy', her beloved VW.Having someone else on the hook for handling her baby is priceless.What could have been involved, took a single day.

The people at Metro VW on Rt. 44 Raynham, Massachusetts are a great team to work with. Mike and Tabitha run a first class dealership. I got a good deal with thousands off the list price on my new VW Jetta during the during the (Sign and drive) sale. The people were respectful, cheerful, and all-around just great to deal with; did I say honest? Yup! I was greeted by sales rep Peter let me take my time and test drive models I was interested in. They gave me a very fair price for my trade, and I drive off with my shiny black 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. The staff was outstanding, and everyone was friendly and not pushy. It was probably the easiest large purchase Ive ever made. Id like to thanks Tabitha, Peter, Mike, Joe and the rest for an enjoyable experience, and I definitely recommend them. Excellence! Quality! Class!

My wife and I came in just to windowshop some Jetta wagons. Our salesman Jose was extremely helpful and patient, pointing us to some nicer precertified used Volkswagens. We fell in love with a Passat, and the entire staff worked cheerfuly with us to come up with a deal we could all live with. Went with my Mother to purchase her a Jetta. The sales person Peter was very good and helpful. We were told that the 2009 used Jetta with 30 k miles was mechanically "gone through". To my fault I did not look closely at the tires. We purchased the car and had the car inspected at their Ford Dealership. My Mom got a flat tire, and to my horror all the tires were dry rotted and cracked. We returned to the dealership to see if they would help us out but we were told by the Service Manager and Sales Manager that they would not help us because the car passed inspection. If you purchase a used car from these Crooks please do yourself a favor and take it to your independent garage and pay the $29.00 and get the car inspected at another shop. If I had done this they would have had to replace the tires

Everyone there was very helpful including our main sales associate Josh. He even contacted me the day after I bought my car to make sure I didn't have any questions. I had totaled my car and was pretty desperate for a new one but felt no pressure and was not taken advantage of which is something I can't say for the other dealerships I visited. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

As a prior auto salesman I was thuroughly impressed with the professionalism and product knowledge of Josh, which seems very hard to find these days, and his sales manager. There was no pressure and they let me drive anything in their extensive inventory I needed to arrive at my final decision. They didn't try to force any "extras" on me and when I arrived to pick up my car, it was impeccable and ready to go. I was pleased from beginning to end with my Metro Volkswagen experience. I HIGHLY recommend Metro Volkswagen.

Saw a new used Hyundai Sonata SE on auto trader from this dealer with leather, fog lights, dual exhaust (typical SE package) and 2700 miles. I called to confirm that they had the vehicle and confirmed price. Next morning drove 85 miles (ONE WAY) to see the vehicle only to find out that it wasnt an SE but a GLS with appearance package, did not have leather and had 3400 miles! When the salesman (Roy, great guy) tried to work with me on the price the manager said they weren't budging a penny off of the asking price, even though they had falsely advertised it. I shook hands with Roy and told the pompous manager that they may want to rethink they're advertising technique before they start losing customers...his response, and I quote "...There's a Hyundai dealer down the street, why don't you go there."For anyone considering or on the fence about visiting these guys think again...if the manager is influencing his employees at all this place won't make it another year. If you do go stay away from the manager, it's apparent the guy couldn't give two pennies about a customer or their satisfaction. I wish I had those 3 hours and 170 miles of driving back that I wasted that day.

My experience was very pleasant in every respect. Chris Menezes was very patient with me and stayed well past closing time in order to test drive different vehicles. There was no sales pressure and I was allowed to ask many questions and make my decision a well informed one. After choosing which car to purchase Mr. Hanna was very professional in explaining all of the necessary paperwork in order to close the deal. This is the second Volkswagen we have purchased at Metro VW. I would highly recommend this dealership and the great products they sell.

The saleman was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle. He was also very friendly and made me and my family very comfortable throughout this stressful experience. At first we were not going to purchase a new car. However, Mr. Steinberg was able to demonstrate the value in puchasing a new vehicle. He made us feel at ease. Most importantly he was able to make the experience of purchasing a new vehicle a pleasurable one. I feel my salesman was extremely professional in all aspects of our encounter with him. He demonstrated all of the features of the vehicle. He was able to secure the price that we felt comfortable with. Lastly, he went over and above in delivering the vehicle to us. Mr. Steinberg is an example of what a "car saleman" should be. He was friendly, knowledgable, and an individual that I was very happy to work with. I will certainly purchase my next vehicle from Mr. Steinberg and your dealership due to his concern and assistance in getting us the car he was able to show us that we wanted. I recently purchased a jetta se from metro Volkswagen. I had the best car buying experience that I ever had purchasing my Jetta Se. I highly recommend Marc Steinberg who is not only an excellent salesperson, but very easy going and non pushy. I had gone to a few other dealerships and was turned off by the old school tactics. Marc was quite the opposite from the beginning, making sure I was happy at every aspect of the sale. If your buying a Volkswagen I recommend you ask for Marc.

One of the best purchase experiences I've had in acquiring a new vehicle. Mike Rowe and Marc Steinberg were responsive and willing to negotiate a great deal to get me in my new 2012 Passat. Mike worked diligently to locate the promised vehicle and didn't try to push something I did not want to buy. Both are professional and fair, qualities that are not always easy to find at some dealerships.Marc Steinberg worked the contract details and made sure we were happy with the vehicle on delivery, demonstrated the superb features in the Passat SE. I would like to comment on Michael Rowe. I have never come across a more personable and understanding dealer.As a woman, (not always easy) he treated me with the utmost respect and honesty.This dealership is worth the trip. I have been to every one in Rhode Island and none of them could shine their shoes...with the way they treat a customer!!!!!!
