Had a terrible experience with the Finance and Sales Manager, Ivan Martinez. Became aggressive when questioned about additional fees not required by law. Delivery charge for a used vehicle already on the lot, $695.00. No details to explain this cost. Because very agitated and rude. Told he was being rude and continued to behave in a rude manner in fro t of my younger children and raising his voice. It was not a good experience. Would not suggest doing business here solely for due to this bbn individual. Everyone else is respectful and helpful and had no problem answering questions. Mr Martinez was a bully.

Al and everyone at Mattingly Motors were amazing to deal with. Easy and quick buying process. They had great cars on the lot to choose from at all price points. Perfect places to get a gently used luxury car. Definitely will be sending anyone I know looking to buy a used car.

The entire team at Mattingly Motors are dedicated. They are trustworthy and the information they provide is priceless. "Al" is very knowledgable and personable (he cares). Doug is fantastic and Ivan is a hard working individual.

Doug, the sales manager, was in the process of selling my family and I an Expedition. After multiple hits to our credit and giving him all of our personal information he stops responding. I assumed he was busy and waited until Monday to follow up. I text asking for a status update on Monday and he responds that they sold it. He claims he thought his finance manager, who I have never met, contacted me to let me know... Snake.

NEVER!!!! I repeat NEVER go to this place. They tried to sell me a piece of crap car. I felt pressured by the salesman. They PREMATURELY signed money orders that I was going to use as a down payment. I did not like the deal so I changed my mind. They handed the money orders back to me but since they made them out to themselves I can't cash them. I called them and they said there was nothing they could do about it. What a CROCK!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Numerous problems with vehicle. Salesperson promised items would be taken care of. No cooperation from management. I paid $2900 to correct problems.

Over the course of many years my family has purchased many automobiles, trucks. and crossovers from Mattingly Motors. We have also recommended Mattingly Motors to friends who have purchased vehicles here. Our friends' response has always been an appreciation for the recommendation. The reasons are many..... The company has honest, straight, no nonsense, no pressure sales personnel selling vehicles the owners of this business do not have to make excuses for. The vehicles at this dealership are just what you want and just what you don't find at other enterprises. They sell beautiful cars. Each time I help a friend, I want to buy something in their inventory. Eventually I do.......

This is not a bad place. I felt rushed and pressured. But, you have to expect that from a small auction car based business. If you are thinking of purchasing a used car from here, just be very diligent and don't let them rush you. I dislike feeling like I have to make a decision right there on the first look at the car.

As my wife and I were car shopping and wasn't sure of the options available for financing, we stopped in. Doug was very informative of what would be an easier car to get financed. The information he shared was more in line in the used car buying process, not necessarily about buying a car from him. There was no pressure to buy a particular car off their lot, or to buy exclusively from them. It was nice to have a salesman with our best interest in mind FIRST, and then sell a car SECOND. We ended up being able to purchase a newer/nicer car than we expected we would. Their financing contacts had us out the door in a car within 2 hours. Great deal, great service, very helpful. It truly was the easiest, least pressured car buying experience. I will definitely be back. They took care of everything and made it extremely easy and painless. Next time I am shopping for a car, this will be my first stop!

This is the best place around to get your car. Reasonable prices and great service. When my vehicle was wrecked, Doug was able to get me into a vehicle right away. With some minor hurdles of mine to overcome, I was able to drive away the same day, with a great vehicle, at a great price and interest rate. Incredibly satisfied, and will be sending all my family and friends to see him when they are ready for their next vehicle purchase.

Purchased an Audi A4 2.0T. Was greeted very fast by Doug Holaday. Great fast service. Had the car within two days. Dealer very knowledgeable about vehicle. Was able to test drive the car. Vehicle in great condition. Overall I was very pleased!

Attempted to purchase car for my mom. Car was to be purchased with a cashier's check (cash). I simply used cashiers check because its safer to carry than cash. Finance Manager, young rude guy, insulted me and told me my check was nothing but a piece of paper. We decide not to buy car from them. The next day I go to the bank to deposit the check back into my account, and the bank manager informs me that the owner of the dealership just left the bank with a copy of my check attesting its validity. Of course it was real! So later my mom gets a call from the salesman "Doug", who never apologizes, but states what happened was "company policy" and they are willing to lower the price of the vehicle by $500. NEVER, NO, WONT, CANT! These people are nuts! When it was Deal'n Dougs, it was THE premier place to buy a used car! I bought my truck from Dealn Doug 6 years ago and still drive that vehicle to this day. Another salesman tells me they haven't been selling too many cars, yet you turn my money down?! No apology, no message from the owner, no nothing! They have no remorse, they treat the customer with no respect! My money pays your bills and keeps your business afloat, think twice next time! DO NOT BUY HERE! GO ELSEWHERE!

Honestly, I was so excited to buy my first car, but I really don't appreciate the treatment I got from these guys. I still bought it because I love the car, but I am sorry to say that Mattingly Motors did not give me a nice experience whatsoever.

My wife and I had been shopping for a vehicle for over a month. The problem is we were always shopping at the big dealerships. When we passed Mattingly Motors my wife noticed how nice the place and they're inventory was. So we pulled in. That's when we met Michael Mattingly. Our experience was excellent , better than anywhere else we had previously been, his salesman Doug was equally as informative and friendly. By the end of the process we felt like we bought a vehicle from our friends . I would not only recommend Mattingly Motors, but I will be back

Called January about buying 05 Mecedes cl55amg,was told it had been sold day before I called,so I bought a 06 cl55amg from another dealer with less miles,at lower price,now a month later I see the car still there and reduced in price,I guess they didn't have time that day to sell me the car for cash
