They are horrible liars and took advantage of my situation. I bought a car that was 30 miles shy of 30k. They offered this great warranty that I purchased so I wouldn't have to worry about anything in the future. Well come to find out once the car turned 30k it needed ALL THIS REQUIRED MAINTENANCE IN ORDER FOR THE WARRANTY TO BE VALID. It would have been nice if someone, anyone would have just let me know that when I purchased the car. Horrible experience, I would never recommend this place. You don't treat people that way.

Dishonest from the moment I walked in-answered ad for 2013 Altima and Jaryd Gerhart said it was while it was a 2012-never got Carfax for 2 weeks which showed it was in a wreck and it was a rental-had issue immediately with car and it took almost a week to diagnose and repair and it was only a gauge-this is the most Sleazy and unethical business I have ever done business with-STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP-they leave their integrity and ethics at the door when they enter-NEVER WOULD HAVE PURCHASE A CAR KNOWING IT HAD BEEN IN A WRECK AND HAD HAD 100'S OR RENTAL CUSTOMERS DRIVING IT-they had me sign the last page of Carfax stating I had received it while NOT providing it to me-they hid this part of the equation in order to make the sale-GO DOWN THE ROAD TO COURTESY NISSAN-JARYD GERHART IS A SLIMEBALL-requested David Maus Jr to call me 3 times-he did not

My son recently purchased a used or in the bill from Nissan and lifted two weeks it was a clunker making noise they refused to honor the warranty and told him that he could not even get anything done for 30 days to close the warranty purchased was only good after 30 days they were unreceptive and rather nastie. I have dealt with many different car locations in the past as well as the Nissan here in St. Petersburg and I will tell you this is the worst of the worst nasty not nice and unreliable I am reporting them to the attorney general of Florida

My husband and I moved to Fl from the D.C. area 13 yrs ago. We have tried several times to buy from a dealer close to us. We live in Trinity. My Mother and in laws all live on the same street. None of us were ever able to get a good deal at any local dealerships, we always made the trip to Tampa, and just assumed we would always have to. My husband had heard good things about Maus, he wanted to check out the new Titan XD diesel pick up truck. I made an inquiry online and Joe Lucatra called me and answered all of my questions. My husband and I went the next day, Joe was friendly and very helpful. We actually had a lot of fun with Joe. Mike Lupica helped with some paperwork and was very friendly. Joe Migliaccio in finance was awesome explaining all the other options we could add to our warrenty. I can't believe we finally found a great dealership just 4 miles from our home. We came because of radio advertising on "The Captain's America" morning talk radio program on AM 860 - specifically, because the advertisement said that the dealer gave "employee pricing" to veterans.Our primary sales person, Wade Kohn, was a great help, allowing us to view the whole inventory, and then to drive as many as we liked - we drove two, and got in a third.We settled on a 2011 Buick LaCrosse, mostly because it was in very nice condition, and loaded with features we liked. It had one touched-up blemish in the paint, and Wade had his mentor, Sean Digley(?), look at it; Sean said that he believed their detail department could do some magic wih that small place on the side of the driver side rear bumper; we were pleased with that assurance.We were offered a very nice protection plan, included in the financing, and when we found a more competetiive rate of interest that the dealer first offered, the dealer found a way to not only match the rate, but beat it by 1/2 percent.We are very pleased.

This is the worst dealership I have EVER worked with before!!!!! They lie to potential customers telling them that they will help them make the first couple monthly payments by giving them the first two months free and not to worry about the high monthly payment because you can "refinance" in 6 months as long as you pay every payment on time. ALL LIES! You can not "refinance" in 6 months, I couldn't even "refinance" one of my auto loans after making on time payments on time for 1 year! So, long story short, I helped my mom get into a vehicle only for them to call her two weeks later and say that the financing "fell through and she had to return the vehicle". After waiting a WEEK for them to "find" her trade in, they claim the loan wasn't approved because of a repo from 2010 on my credit........weird since I purchased a brand new car at 6% in 2013, purchased my husbands Jeep in 2015, and just bought myself a new Jeep with NO PROBLEM. The other story we were told is that the financing fell through because the bank that was giving us the loan "thought we were trading in my husbands Jeep and since we didn't they won't approve the loan because you can only have one loan with this bank per household". They also tried to tell us that the "sales people" who sold us the vehicle at their "tent sale" do not work for them and was a company that they hired to run it for them and they will not be using them again. (Basically tried to put the blame on some one else). HOWEVER, when we took the vehicle back, the "sales" guy we were working with WAS there and DOES work for them! (Yet again ANOTHER LIE) Also, they gave us a hard time giving us a "price" for the vehicle we were interested in, low balled my mom on her trade in, and then when we finally got a price for the vehicle I told them it's not worth that much and no finance company will approve it......they came back with a $7,000 price drop! RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE!We should have never signed any paperwork with them to begin with because I knew they were feeding us lies the entire time. But I am happy that they took the vehicle back, now we can go to where I just got my new vehicle and get my mom a great deal where she will not be lied to and taken advantage of!I know you might be excited and really want a car they might have, but do yourself a favor and WALK AWAY!! DO NOT listen to anything they tell you, they will say and promise you anything to get you to sign paperwork. Save yourself the headache and aggravation!

Dealership responded. I didn't have any problems w/employees they were very corteous. Problem is with the DEALERSHIP. Whereas they claim they're giving you something (all verbal from their sales). Then you agree and sign their paperwork which NO ONE reviews with you the wording that takes most of what is given away. In other words there is no disclosure.

Went to the Tent they had set up at Walmart for a Crack the vault promotion. Got the flier in the mail. It said if I pressed the card and a winning code appeared, I won! Well happily, the code matched a 500.00 cash prize so I called the number it gave me, entered the personal activation code and it told me I had a winning number. I took the flier to them only to be told the prize was based on the winning number/activation code by the address. It was like the press the code part didnt exist...guess I didnt read the fine print. But what made my experience the worse was when the lady asked was I looking for a car...and I told her I had a 2016 corolla...she asked why don't you want a Nissan, I said I do, but I had just traded one and was not looking to purchase again. She asked where I was working at the moment..I said no where and she said well thats probably why you aren't looking for a car. How RUDE! She then told me I won the 5.00 card and told me they were out and to come back. Why would I do that? If I were to be looking for a car, it wouldn't be from people who allow their associates to make comments like that. Guess thats why I didnt get the 500 either because I wasnt buying a car from them

I bought my car march of 2016 I had a problem with the miles to empty reading took it in they said nothing was wrong with it and they were very rude how they talked to myself and my husband after I left I noticed the miles to empty was working the right way but they still claim they did nothing to the car. So today I took my car up for the free lifetime oil change but when I got there they wanted to charge me 19.99 for tire rotation I was not prepared to pay that cause when I bought the car my sales man said no hidden fees totally free again a lie so now they tell me any time I bring the car up for an oil change they always rotate the tires with a charge and as maintenance goes on there will be more charges and if I don't comply they can cancel my free oil change program they should let people know there will be a charge for their extra crap that you can have done elsewhere cheaper

Renee went over and above to make the sale happen. She was running back and forth between talking on the phone to the finance companies, and management to make sure I was able to get the best deal possible. Avery pleasant young lady who kept taking the time to make sure we were comfortable while waiting for Aldo in finance. There was a computer problem on the government side of things. Go figure. Finally, Aldo in finance gets to me and he excels at getting me a great deal on extra warranties for my new used car. These two are great at what they do and Maus Nissan is true to their word. I had a horrible experience there and I plan to name names. My Lady Friend went in there and told them her budget was approx $250/mth. 6 hours later at 8:30PM, she drives out with a $409/mth payment Sentra. Next morning we were there when the doors opened to try and replace the car with one she could afford. We were there 5 hours listening to their lies about the car already being funded (not true), fees they said were mandated to add (not true), insisted they could not swap the car (not true). I offered them $2000 as a "restocking fee" and they basically said "screw you" (she had only had the car 12 hours and 15 miles). After one of their finance guys slipped up and admitted that the car had not been funded yet, they acquiesced and agreed to swap the Sentra for a Versa. Then they had the nerve to tell us the monthly rate for the Versa was only $10 less than the Sentra even though there was nearly a $10k price difference.Using a Truecar quote for the Versa, I was finally able to get them to agree to a reasonable price (still $2000 higher than Tampa Dealer) but even then, they stuck it to her again at closing and bumped the interest rate 2% higher than 12 hours before. When you walk in the door they give you the big pitch about how they are a faith based, Christian business and then screw you over with their add on fees and high prices. The Sales Manager, Joe, is a typical high pressure salesman and the finance Manager, Jason is one of the biggest liars I have ever had the displeasure to meet. These guys get a charge out of taking advantage of people. If you do decide to enter this shark tank, make sure you have a Truecar quote in hand...and even that won't save you. The only person I met there that seemed to care was the Salesman, Tom. Beware of these clowns...I am disappointed that David Maus could not assemble a higher quality staff.

First I would like to say that our experience with the sales department was solid and we are very happy with our 2013 Certified Used Nissan Murano. That's where the good stops. This dealership advertises FREE LIFETIME OIL CHANGES as a benefit to customers. When I took my vehicle in to have the oil changed I was shocked to learn that if I don't have their service department complete all recommended work then the "FREE" oil changes cease to exist. This means that what is said to be a benefit to the customer is actually intended to benefit a service department that can't attract enough business in an honorable way such as satisfying the customers they serve. Instead they attempt to extort people into paying them for work. I overheard a service writer tell an older gentleman that even though there was no issue, it was recommended that he change his spark plugs and they could do this for $299. Outrageous!!! Finally, when I asked how to upgrade the navigation if I purchase the upgrade online from Nissan I was told they didn't know and I should "google it". In closing, I would recommend the Murano if it fits your needs. We really like the car. Just DON"T BUY IT FROM MAUS!!!

I first will say that our experience with buying a 2013 Certified Used Murano was solid as far as the sales department was concerned. I really like the vehicle. That's where the fun stopped. We have tried 3 separate occasions to have our car in to the service department and have left angry each time. First I was told that they did not know how to update my navigation and I should "Google it". Next I hear them tell an older gentleman that according to his mileage he was due to have his spark plugs changed and they would do it for $299. Outrageous! This last time I found out that the "free" lifetime oil changes only exist if you have Maus service department perform the other required scheduled maintenance. Otherwise no free oil changes. In fact, our salesman and the sales manager were not aware of this. As I understand, this was in the agreement but never mentioned to me. This means that something touted and advertised as a benefit to the customer is actually intended to be a benefit to the dealership. I had to wait an hour for the "free" car wash and it was terrible and does not even include vacuum. Our car was done by 5:20 but we were not called out till 5:45 just before the service dept closed. And by the way, we were the only ones in the waiting room. Absolutely shameful. In the future when my wife and I get our next vehicles it may be a Nissan but it will not be from Maus. This is the worst large car lot experience I have ever had.

After leaving a competitor's lot due to being ignored, I received prompt and friendly greeting from Rebecca. She took the time to ask me what it was I was looking for as well as what I was wanting to pay. She did not force anything on me that was out of my price range or that did not meet my expectations for a replacement vehicle. I have driven a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for the last 16 years and have grown accustom to certain features (leather seats, power everything, and cargo room). The first vehicle she showed me was a 2015 Rogue SL, which I instantly feel in love with after test driving. The payment was a bit higher than I wanted so Rebecca took the time to show me a 2013 that did not have as many features but would fit in to my budget. We took it for a test drive and she was very patient and understanding with my dilemma. I really liked the SL but wasn't sure about the payment. I could settle for the 2013 but wouldn't have been happy. Rebecca never once influenced my decision, only asked the questions to prompt my thinking. I of course settled on the 2015 Rogue SL and am so glad that I did. I am thankful that she took the time to really get to know what I was looking for and what I wanted. Rebecca and the rest of the staff at Maus Nissan went out of their way to make the buying process as painless as possible. After arriving home that night with my new car, I notices a nail in the back tire. (most likely from the current construction on the lot). I called Rebecca and she told me to bring it in asap and that they would patch it for me. Being as it was a Saturday on Memorial Day weekend, the earliest I could bring it in was Tuesday after work. I arrived at 4:45, Rebecca met me and assisted me with getting the car signed in with the Service Department. They were gracious and friendly. They had the tire repaired in less than 30 minutes. I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences with Maus Nissan.

Had an appointment for a Factory recall at 10:15 and arrived several minutes before my appointment. Was attended to immediately, but I waited two hours (Two hours) before I went to the desk and asked why I had to wait so long! Answer: we are very busy!! But the attendant did go see about my car and from that point I was out of there in about 20 minutes??? I made the appointment several days in advance, So I believe the service department over Schedules and does not consider timely customer satisfaction into the schedule. The delay is most likely caused by customers coming in without appointments!!! Give Timely Priority to the folks that make Appointments. A Two (2) hour waiting period for a scheduled appointment is entirely too long!! My car is Maximum, Platinum and was in for a Factory Recall.

Carried my new 2016 Nissan Murano in for service on the Bluetooth. Serviceman got grease on blonde interior on two different occasions. Service manager said if they serviced it, there would be grease inside the vehicle after they worked on it. Then the service director was very rude and sarcastic. Kept putting me on hold and kept talking to other people, basically was disinterested and didn't want to talk to me.

Our original salesperson Rebbeca drove a vehicle to our house to look at on Friday before we bought. She was so knowledgable and personable that we decided to drive to the dealership that following Monday because we just weren't sure what we wanted. We drove Monday to the dealership and met with Tom because Rebecca was ill. He showed us several different vehicles and went out of his way to help us with all the processes. We got what we wanted for our trade in. We didn't have to bicker back and forth and again everyone was beyond kind and helpful. Well...I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima from Maus Nissan on the 14th of April. After driving my old Pontiac for 5 years, I decided I wanted to get something a little newer while staying within my price range. I will first say that the staff greeted me right away and my salesman was EXCELLENT! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He kept his word and got me approved in spite of my not so great credit! The day I picked up the car, I was very excited, even though my payments were a little more than I wanted, I was willing to pay due to the great service I received from Ilan (hope I spelled that right). His manager was also very nice. So that is the nicer part of my review. Well...I drive off the lot, the car was fine. Now granted, I am fully aware it is a used car so I expect to have things that may be wrong with it. I did ask the salesman about the mileage, engine and transmission. My two biggest deal breakers when buying a car. I have bought a total of 3 cars from buy here pay here lots so I know that things happen and cars can break down. I am a pretty open minded person. But...what I didn't expect to happen was the transmission to go out while driving the car not even 24 hours later. I went to Tampa to pick up my mom and the car hesitated, went forward when trying to back up, and had a VERY slow take off in the middle of traffic...I won't horrify you with how many times I almost got ran into while driving with my 1 year old daughter in the car. I contacted the dealership immediately to let them know I had bought the car the day before and something was wrong. Customer relations was very nice and told me to bring the car in that day for service. I ended up making a second call because by that time, the car was hardly drive-able and I was way in Tampa...So again, I was asked to bring it in. Well during the commute to New Port Richey, the car kept stopping in traffic and then would take off after accelerating on the gas a few times. It would then take off so fast that I had to hit the brakes to avoid hitting someone else. My brother ended up meeting me and driving the car to NPR to keep me and the baby safe because it kept stopping. I finally make it to NPR and then proceed to drive to Maus Nissan. When I got there the salesman asked me what the car was doing...he then drove it to service. Customer relations came out and explained to me they would put the car on the machine to see what codes come up and go from there. I waited and the salesman pulls up with a 2010 Altima that he says is my new car...now granted I appreciate the offer, but the car was scratched, the carpets were badly stained...but he tried to cheer me up telling me the car has 56,000 miles apposed to my car which had 81,000. I didn't want the car. So he tells me that they are trying to work with me and my credit isn't the best. At that point I got really upset. My credit had nothing to do with me being sold a car with a bad transmission and he had told me everything was fine with the car the day I test drove it. So he goes back to see what he can do. Meanwhile, I'm waiting...he comes back to tell me that they are going to put a new transmission in the car. I go inside to do the paperwork for a loaner car and I tell them I am not happy with the way this panned out. Things happen, true. I appreciate them fixing the car, but the transmission should have been check prior to me purchasing the car. On top of that they tell me the tech was fired, but nobody seemed to care that I could have been injured or lost my life, my daughter's life due to a faulty car. And I was told, they understood that part, but I guess I should have jumped for joy since they were fixing it. It was almost like being told, you have bad credit, be happy we even gave you a car and be happy we are even fixing it. I was reminded how this could have happened later down the line and I would have been responsible for the deductible, etc. etc. Still not good enough for the experience I had with them as a new customer. I now am waiting for my car to be fixed, 14 days I was quoted. I am not impressed with a loaner car, I would rather have my own. They want a down payment this week, but I haven't drove my car for more than a few hours. On top of that, I had to drive it way back to NPR instead of them coming to get it or have it towed to protect my life and my child's. I get my credit thrown in my face and if it was so bad, why not just decline my credit app and let me take my bad credit elsewhere...and lastly the Manager Shawn G was a complete JERK. I called to air my grievance (considering a manager never came or the owner never came to apologize for the inconvenience I was caused) and he listened and rudely responded we are fixing your car ma'am, what more do you want us to do. I had to get off the phone because by that time I was livid and probably would have used some not so nice words. At this point, I would take my old Pontiac back any day. At least its paid for and did run. I replaced the tranny in that car after 2 1/2 years so they couldn't make me feel better by saying hey we are fixing it. I would have appreciated being put into another Altima that same day that wasn't scratched or dirty...and going on my merry way. But hey I guess you can't always get what you want. We have contacted the owner and he has NOT returned our call. I have went over to Sun Toyota who would love to have my business as well as a few other lots I have spoken to. If only I could let them keep their car and move on. I referred my brother to Maus Nissan, but after this experience, he went to Toyota as well and just got approved for a Camaro with not so great credit....maybe they wont throw it in his face if something like this were to happen.

Maus Nissan in New Port Richey, Fl is the best of the best! I just bought a vehicle and my salesman was Dixon . He said he just recently started working there but he was a great hire for the company . He was very patient with my husband and I, he payed very well attention to our needs and most of all he put us in the car that we loved . WE LOVE Maus Nissan and will definitely recommend their service to others. Oh and we even got a cruise to the Bahamas ! THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!

I drove 2 and a half hours from Orlando, FL and left Maus Nissan with an experience of a lifetime. I came with my mother because we thought she would have to be present for most of the paperwork. When the sales man (Kevin Thompson) found out she was running late for a meeting he offered to lend his car so that she could make it back home in time. Not only did Kevin have the patience to test drive 3 different cars with me to make sure I knew what I liked, but he also had knowledge as well as a genuine perspective on the different cars, kept them all within my budget, and made sure I was a satisfied customer overall. Not to mention he filled the tank for me out of his own money and accompanied me during my drive back to Orlando to pick up his vehicle. It is extremely hard to find customer service this well especially in the car sales industry where most sales associates only care about their paychecks. If you need a car or are in the market for one give Maus Nissan a shot and I promise you will not be disappointed with their service.

ZERO STARS!!! My family and I have had an extremely terrible experience buying a truck for my autistic sister and start up food business. This previous Monday my family and I go to buy a truck for our small start up food business. The truck was also was supposed to be used as a means of daily transportation for my sister who is diagnosed autistic. This is the first car purchase that my sister has ever made. The sales staff showed us a 2016 Nissan frontier. The truck seemed okay at first but we were lied to about certain specifics of the truck before we bought it such as the truck has no power windows or locks and the towing capacity was 6,500 lbs when it actually can only tow 3,500lb. Which we found out after signing the contract. My disabled sister needs a car with power locks due to saftey reasons. The aspect of this deal that was the most con artist like was the salesman told us we would get a FREE cruise if we bought the deal. I asked him can we please think about if for a day or two and his exact words were "YOU HAVE 2 MINUTES TO MAKE UP YOUR MIND". He urged my disabled sister to sign even though we where asking for more time to think about it. The salesman went behind my back and pushed the deal on my sister so hard she was almost forced to sign the papers. Less than 24 hours after we bought the truck we were contacting management to help us undo the deal we were pushed into purchasing. We already put 3000$ down on this truck and they're only option for us is to put down another 4000$ to get a different pre-owned truck that suites our business and is safe for Anna. Dealership was very UNSYMPATHETIC to our situation. We are continuing to fight this battle because we do not feel it is morally right how this dealership took advantage us and our situation. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!! They have bad reviews we have seen in Google as well. Also the FREE CRUISE actually costs 200$ per person at the port.

I was interested in purchasing either a new 370Z or Hyundai Genesis Coupe. Maus had two 370Zs in stock. Both had 6 speed transmissions. I definitely wanted a 6 speed. I had the choice between a white one and black one. After about 5 minutes of looking at them side-by-side, I chose the white car. Let me emphasize I had done my homework regarding the value of the Z and the Black Book trade-in value of my car. What I offered was fair both for the Dealership and me. The salesman was fine but when I went to complete the transaction, the salesman brought in what I would refer to as "the closer". After introducing himself and beating around the bush for several minutes, he would not accept the offer or could I figure out the amount he wanted. I finally got up and said I was obviously wasting his time and mine and left. That evening I received an email from True Car. It listed both cars at the price I had offered. I will never understand why they did not accept my offer. Next day, I purchased a red Genesis Coupe, 6 speed across the street at the Hyundai Dealer. Very satisfied with the car and the Dealership I purchased it from. Needless to say I would never waste my time going back to Maus.

My girlfriend and I purchased a Certified 2014 altima a few days ago, and we absolutely love it. The first vehicle we tried to get we were denied by the bank, and basically we thought we parted ways, days later we were called by this dealer saying they found a bank to work with us on a CPO, so we went that route andf are 100% satisifed. Bought a 2015 Versa love the car but have had problems with the tires ever since I bought the car. By the way I bought the extended warranty for the tires in case anything happened, so they would be covered at least so I was told. My car has been back to the this dealer several times for issues with my tires not holding air with nothing being resolved. I have to put air in all the tires every 2 weeks. The last service takes the cake. My car is only 1 year old and they tell me I need to buy new tires and that the warranty I bought will not cover anything, The cost of the new tires over $500. so I left to drive 120 miles to my family and you guess it I get 5 miles down the road and have to stop and put air in all the tires because this dealership decided to only put 26 pounds of pressure in each tire. I will never buy another car from them. When it was Ferman the service department was awesome not NOW. And by the way they had the nerve to call me and try to sell me another car? stay away !!!!!!!!!

I went to the dealership with my poker face on ready to face the sharks until I saw this super smiley, sweet looking girl waving to me welcoming me into the lot. When I got out of the car she didn't rush to instantly get into my face. Instead she held her hand out, shook my hand, and casually walked with me as we found my new baby (2015 Rogue SV!!). The BEST experience hands down that i've had at a dealership. When it came to numbers, her manager Joe, helped us and didn't pressure me to get this and that. He knew she helped me find the perfect car and from that on it was smooth sailing. I got a fantastic deal on my Altima and i'm now a proud member of the Nissan family. I bought a 2015 Nissan Sentra sr had 200 miles on it .when I took delivery I asked salesman to make sure car looked good . Because it was black and had a lot of hard water stains most likely from sitting at dealership . Well it was pouring rain when took delivery I asked about the second key was Jim says no problem I'll have it by the weekend salesman Cale is gonna pick it up from customer Saturday . I said are you sure Jim there not cheap he says tell you what hold on to your second key to your trade a 2013 Altima we will need that just as bad I was hesitant but I did . Then I tried calling finance manager Jason I called him and left 5 messages to call me back I needed the bank info for lost payee after 4 days no call or messages so text Jim and he said no problem I'll get it and he did . Then I sent several texts to Jim about key and he says oh yes your gonna get it I promise I said and if not he says come on Nissan wouldn't do that to you I said ok . Then about week later messaged Jim asked what's going on and I found out that he doesn't work there he left to work for Lokey . But he says here is cale he is working with customer and gave me number which he didn't have to do . So I start with cale and he says no problem I will get you key so I say Ty so week goes by I text him . He says man I'm trying he's not returning any my calls and I say so this is bad for me he says nope don't worry I'm not gonna stop I'll go by his house if I have to I said ok Ty well another week or so goes by I say Cale this is worrying me he says don't worry let me get with my manager and see what we can do I say so you will get back with my ?? He says oh yeh I will well few days now and nothing . I wished I got up and left when they told me the couldn't do what Jenkins Nissan price there's just not that much movement in any car so I said I understand and the gentleman that was training Jim says but if some act of God I could get you that price would we have a deal well I stand up and guess what he comes back and bam almost 5k off the price I should of left then when the first lie came out but then seen I was gonna walk they honored it . All I can say is get everything in writing or like the 25 or more texts from them saying they will get me my key not happy with this dealership

Paid for oil change and tire rotation and find out that tire rotation was never done 2 weeks later. I had a slow leak in a tire that I had previously fill that needed to be filled again cause my indicator light came on. Turns out tire was in the same spot on the car. And during a previous service it was recommended to me that my cabin and air filter be changed so I did on my own cause I didn't want to pay $ 130 when the filters only cost me $40. I did the change in filters 4 days before this last visit. Guess what they wanted me to change again. Yup my 2 filters that were brand new. Sham dealership.

My wife told service manager Drew Ruggiano that we did not want over priced tire and to put back old tire, that was still reusable. Similar tire is available at half price elsewhere. He pressured her by saying only after 3 to 5 minutes it was too late. He also told her that there was no less costly tire in stock. Cost 160.00 go elsewhere 1/2 to 2/3 the cost. Men do not let your wife go to this dealership alone. My wife is suffering with asthma

He was courteous, helpful and non- condescending. Completely the opposite of the help I had received elsewhere. I am a person who arrived with less then great credit and he still was able to put me in a great vehicle. Dropped my Rogue off for an oil change and found out if needed extra repairs and I had a feeling. New Port Richey Nissan did a good job of explaining what was wrong and made me feel comfortable with the options, they gave me a good better best and I ended up getting it all fixed that day. They took me immediately and even gave me a brand new loaner car for the day. While I was there I inquired about a new vehicle and dealt with Sean Ginley. He was very helpful, not pushy and knowledgeable. I did not end up getting a new car that day but would highly reccomend this dealership to anyone looking for sales and/or service!

My husband and I have been shopping for a Rogue for 3 weeks so we know exactly what we are looking for and what we are willing to pay. We found the exact model and color scheme that we were looking for online at the New Port Richey Nissan. So before making the hour long drive to the dealership, we called and wanted to make sure they could get to our price before we went there as not to waste anyone's time. We called up and asked to speak to a salesperson and were told the person we were speaking to was a salesperson (Brittany). We told her exactly what we were looking for and what our out the door price was, told her we were an hour away and didn't wanna make the trip if they couldn't make our price. She put us on hold to talk to her sales manager and came back and said come on in she had picked out a car for us. We made the hour long trip and met Brittany who turned us over to a different salesperson (I don't remember his name). Test drove the car then set down to do the paperwork. We were shocked when the out the door number they came back with was over $3000 more than what we told Brittany our price was and was actually the most expensive price we have had after shopping for 3 weeks. We then spoke to Jordan (I am not even sure what his position was) who said there must have been some confusion with Brittany and then it turned into an our word against hers type scenario. Turns out Brittany wasn't really a salesperson but a business development specialist who isn't allowed to talk numbers with customers at all. Long story short, after going round and round in circles they wouldn't budge on the price and never dropped their number but played games with payments and financing. What a waste of our time! Feel like they used the "Just Get Em in the Door" trick and had no intention of meeting our number. It was insulting, cost us 3 hours out of our day and gave us the worst price out of the dealerships. Stay away if you don't like to play slimy games. We came to leave with a car that day and were extremely disappointed

Just got home from the dealership with our new 2014 Nissan Roque. LOVE IT!!! Still alot to learn about all the bells and whistles, but Chrisgave us a very detailed demonstration of how everything works. This is the fifth Nissan I have owned (and three more for famiy members).So we are definetly sold on the product, BUT this was by far and away the best experience we have had with a salesperson. Over the course of the past year, I had researched and shopped at several area dealers to find just the right car at the right price. Of all the dealerships I had visited, I have to say that I am very happy I chose Ferman Nissan to make my purchase. My salesman, Jonathon Widing, was respectful, answered all of my questions with patience, and shared his knowledge of the vehicle without the high-pressure sales pitches. One of the sales managers, Robert Packard, was also very helpful and courteous when discussing my payment options. He was genuinely interested in gaining my business. Eric Dugas processed my final paperwork efficiently and explained warranty options without high-pressure. I was in need for a new car as soon as possible. After searching online and newspaper ads, I found exactly what I was looking for at Ferman Nissan! Cole quickly responded to the inquiry I put online. I should mention it was on a Sunday and was not expecting to hear from anyone until the next day, but he literally responded 10 minutes after I put in my inquiry. I was worried my car wouldn't make it to the dealership (yes, it was in terrible condition), so Cole worked with me over the phone and answered all of my questions quickly and accurately. He made sure everything was ready for me so I wouldn't have to drive an hour to find unwanted surprises when I got to the dealership. He was super professional, yet incredibly friendly. George Martins was helpful in the finance department and thorough when explaining all of my options. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! This was my first car buying experience and I could not have asked for a better time. We had set up an appointment very easily the previous day and Ali was very helpful in showing not just the value in something I had already been looking at, but explained a lot of features that were initially overlooked. The entire purchasing process; all the paperwork was explained very well. It's always a lot easier signing something when you're confident with what you are signing! Even after, something as simple as helping setup the blue tooth in MY! car really went a long way in ensuring a great experience from start to finish. Mark was fantastic :) I was really anxious and nervous because this was my first "big purchase" being out of college. He was not pushy at all and made me feel super comfortable. My daughter was coming into town and told me before she came that she needed a new car. She said she wanted me to help her find one. Not something I was looking forward to. I had bought a car at Ferman Nissan of New Port Richey recently. I had a very good experience when I bought my car. I thought I'd see if she would consider visiting the Ferman dealership. I asked her to look over their web site and see if she found anything she liked. She picked out a few vehicles and we headed to the dealership. When we got there, the folks at Ferman Nissan were great. They made the car buying experience so different than what my friends told me they went through at other dealerships when they were looking for a car. We test drove the vehicles she had picked out online, a few more and settled on the one she wanted. Really important to me is that they were really good at making sure we focused on the cars we could afford and would really like. They helped my daughter understand the financing options. I could have spent an entire weekend going from lot to lot and wasting a lot of time. Instead, Mark Ricci and the folks at Ferman Nissan of New Port Richey matched my daughter with the right car for her and made the experience a pleasant one. These folks are really good at what they do. When I need a car, I'm going Ferman Nissan of New Port Richey and recommend you do as well.

We've always felt that it's really the service advisor who keeps customers coming back to Ferman for repairs and maintenance -- that's who makes or breaks it for us. When our favorite advisor left Ferman a few years ago, we were so lucky to have Jaime Kissinger take over. Not only does he take care of our older model Chrysler, but he really takes care of us. He knows our car inside out ... knows what needs to be checked ... knows the proper maintenance that's right for us. I only continued servicing our car with Ferman because of Jaime's outstanding customer service, great attitude, knowledge and genuine kindness. When I pulled up to Chrysler for an appointment last year to find he wasn't there, I had a terrible, terrible experience with a very rude and unprofessional advisor -- who was since fired by Ferman. When I learned that Jaime was moved to Nissan, I immediately contacted him and he assured me that he could continue as our service advisor. Not only does he know everything about cars, but he knows everything about our car ... and it's his positive attitude and helpfulness that keep us loyal to Ferman service. We trust Jaime and we know that he'll always do what's right because he's honest and dedicated. He puts customer service first and we feel safe driving our car because of him.

Chris was very polite, friendly and attentive. Not once did I feel pressured, which is unusual at a car dealership!! He did a great job taking care of my issues. There was a couple things I saw wrong with the used car I purchased and Chris had it fixed on the spot with the service department. The finanace manager could have been a little more warm but I suspect it was because I used my own financing lender. Overall, it was NOT the horrible experience I have encountered that week with 6 other car dealers that I walked out on. It was a long drive for me to this dealership but I would certainly go back when purchasing another car...as long as Chris Muniz is there. My brother will be buying a car in the next few months and I am HIGHLY recommending Chris and Ferman Dealership in New Port Richey!!

When I knew that it was time to buy a car I initially dreaded the thought of going through the process. I had visited a few car dealerships and found the experience stressful and unpleasant. When I visited Ferman of New Port Richey I was extremely impressed. Every one I interacted with was pleasant, professional and responsive. I knew I had to find a car that I liked and could afford. Mark Ricci is a real pro. He was patient and very adept at asking the right questions to help me make a good decision. Very important to me was Mark's ability to patiently guide me through the process and understand every step from vehicle selection, cost, explaining how the various warranties worked, financing and more. What I saw at Ferman Nissan was front line personnel that really seemed concerned that I had an exceptional experience in dealing with them. I hope to see that wherever I spend my money, but rarely do. I didn't expect it as part of my car buying experience and was very favorably impressed when I experienced it first hand. I know that when a customer has a good experience like I did it's because the people involved want your business now and in the future and that sort of customer focus is driven from the top down. Here's my experience with this very unethical and rude dealership (especially David Lee). I contacted the internet department regarding a 2013 Pathfinder in the color combo I wanted and they quoted me MSRP +++, stating that there would be no discounts on this vehicle. So I went to my local dealership who sold me this color combo for the price I wanted to pay. My local dealer dealership sent a driver to trade one of their vehicles for the color combo I wanted. As they were driving to swap vehicles, David called me to harass me when he discovered that I bought the Pathfinder from my local dealer and not Ferman Nissan. David Lee became severely spiteful and rude calling me "unethical" for buying from my local dealership and "wasting his time". He then proceeded to refuse to swap vehicles with the drivers who came to get the vehicle. He continued to be extremely rude on the phone to me and then tried to still get me to buy the vehicle from him and tried to find out what price I wanted to pay to make the sale. Unbelievable! Why would I want to buy from a dealership who is treating me like this? In the end, all parties lost out and I'm sure David hurt ties between dealerships. Freeman is still staring at their Pathfinder, I don't have the vehicle I put a deposit on, and my local dealer did not make the sale (and had to pay for a driver to drive down to sit and wait for this dispute to work out). What a horrible way to do business. David, if you are reading this, I hope you have either learned to treat customers correctly (remember, the customer is always right, even if you don't think they are), or have moved on to another profession.

George Martins called me and gave me a very flexible time slot he was going to be available that day to show me a couple of the Frontiers at the price that was advertised. George made it a very simple process for my wife and I. He was polite, professional and most importantly....he wasn't pushy. I've been buying new cars since 1976 and I make a habit of dealing with folks who take my business seriously enough, not to treat me like the next chump in line. Our negotiations on my purchase were more related to what I wanted for my trade. That's when another professional became involved - New Car Sales Manager David Lee. Davidtold me what he'd do to meet what we agreed to was a fair price; then he did EXACTLY what he told me he would do. I got to Ferman Nissan's Finance man Eric Dugas where every thing went just the way David Lee and George Martins said they would. Eric was the 3rd professional I met with today at Ferman Nissan in New Port Richey, and Like the other two, He really Impressed me! I'll be going back to Ferman Nissan next week to look at a new Altima my wife took a look at. I'll be going back and I'll be telling other friends and co-workers about Ferman Nissan. I guess those fellas across the street at Hyundai no longer have the lock on my business.Charles E Piercey

We used our USAA no hassle price that we received, took it into the store, and were able to do a no hassle deal on the usaa price! There were a few additional options that we didn't need, but the dealership took our usaa discount into consideration and we got the extras for little to no charge! We did a trade in on our Honda,and for the first time ever, were able to finally come to and work out an honest and extremely fair price.They were low on the offer for the trade in initially,but "they truly listened and were in to get our business,not our money!!" As for the Tampa Ferman Nissan, we wouldn't recommend them... ever! Definitely will be coming back here again in the future!

We went back to this dealership with some concerns as we had not had a very good experience with them in 2009 after having had several excellent experiences previously. Well, this latest experience on July 27,2012 was wonderful. From Ali who was our salesperson to his manager David Lee to Eric in Finance, we were treated with respect and in the manner in which a loyal customer should be treated. As far as Ali is concerned, ww could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and patient salesperson. His sincerity in dealing with us was also notable. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership or Ali.

In searching for a new car for my wife, we looked at all the coupes available on the market. We visited a different Nissan dealership and were not very impressed with some of the personnel there. We had also visited, as I said, all the other brands in the area. One night we pulled into Nissan of New Port Richey and met George Martins, Sales and Lease Consultant. He was amazing, he took the time to test drive three different cars with us. He spent almost four hours just riding around with us as my wife contemplated the different features and mechanics of each vehicle. I greatly appreciate his patience and non-hassle demeanor as we worked through our pros and cons of the vehicles. We had even informed him that we were not looking to purchase right away, and he still developed a relationship with us. George Martins is the reason we decided to go back to the dealership and purchase the vehicle we did. Even though when we sent out on our journey of car hunting over a few month timespan, the Nissan Juke appealed to all our interests. It was not even, what we were originally looking at and George happily went for a ride with us anyway. I am so thankful that he did; we found the car of our dreams and were able to get it at a very good deal. George was with us every step of the way. At Nissan of New Port Richey, we were blessed to work with the Finance Manager, Service Department, Parts Department, and Sales Manager. All of them were fantastic and helped us design our Juke from adding accessories, getting a fair value on our trade-in, working with our bank on the sale, and getting the accessories placed on the vehicle. I have no regrets and I will gladly send anyone to Nissan of New Port Richey.

Went to purchase a Juke, and from the time I parked my car I was hounded like I was a criminal. The salesman was new, so I really can't blame him for not knowing all the in and outs. Right off the bat, he tells me that I need to fill out a credit application before they will discuss price. I said I would never do such a thing before negotiation of the price of the car. The game began where he say well let me go talk to the manager, WARNING SIGN FLASHING. He returns and I told him that they have one chance with their pricing and I do not play the good guy bad guy game. By this tie we were already inconvienced for over an hour and I told him I had dinner plans and needed to get home to get ready. I said when your manager isn;t busy get the numbers and call me. I was no more home and my phone rings and he is telling me the manager will not do figures over the phone. Ironically this is the second time I tried to buy a car from this dealership and got screwed bot times. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership and going to one of the other Nissan dealers, you will be surprised and how great your experience will be. On top of everything else there is no feeling of comfort once inside the showroom they way it is arranged, it looks more like an execution chamber then a dealership. This all took place on 1/15/2012 and on the following day we went to another dealership and completed the deal from start to finish in just a tad over two hours. I will never return to Ferman Nissan or any other Ferman Dealership.

I took my vehicle in for service. Was suprised to find their prices were less for an oil change than Walmart. They recommended some stuff which I did some things but they didn't pressure me because I didn't do it all. They were faster than expected. The only reason I went was for a recall, I didn't expect them to be so nice and affordable.

I found Greg to be very pleasant to work with. I also enjoyed my time with Robert Packard, Finance. GO PATRIOTS!!!! I would highly reccommend them. I did alot of research as to the price of cars. I compared Ferman to every other Nissan dealer in the area. They were by far the better deal.

BEWARE of this dealer, while the lower level sales guys are friendly, the next level of sales management is high pressure, shady with ther verbage, and unethical.I had my homework done on the internet value, and still missed the game they were playing. Senior sales didnt even refer to my internet request prior to walking into the room. While I do feel Ray B. was honestly trying to share my needs with them.They will sell you the world verbally, and on your initial quote, then take you to finance, while in finance they remove your tag and take your vehicle while getting "your great deal" of a new vehicle ready.Finance prints up a stack of paperwork and befriends you while reality starts to set in, the negative equity on your vehicle was not taken care of by their "wonderful" incentives, and they basically rolled it into your new vehicle by playing with the numbers.You feel helpless and tired at this point, and want to leave, but feel like an idiot so emtions are mixed from happiness your negotiation paid off to a rollercoaster of dissapointment and feeling helpless. Oh yes, this is 2 hours later....BEWARE it was smooth, and the fact I heard senior sales management verbally flexing their ability to his co-workers of being this master sales person was icing on the cake for me to let as many people I know to be WARY of this fast game they play!

We purchased our Jeep from Ferman because we found Charlie very easy to do business with, friendly, well informed about Jeep Wranglers, and very professional. When purchasing my new Jeep, I have to say that it was one of my most favorable experiences when searching for a vehicle. Both Charlie and John were very attentive, asking questions regarding my choice of vehicles and ensuring that my family and I were comfortable and kept well informed of the progress as it was taking place. I had a great experience with Charlie at Ferman. I had been to several other Jeep dealerships, told them what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay for it. Everyone except Charlie consistently told me I could do it for just $1,000.00 more than I wanted to. Charlie went out of his way to find the vehicle I was looking for and make my purchase happen. I couldn't be happier with my Patriot! Also, Charlie was great to deal with. I didn't feel pressured at all and he even mailed my floor mats to me as the service department was closed when I purchased the car.

First I was told to bring my car in to the New Port Richey dealership for a window defect in the Liberty Jeeps and they would be happy to take care of it, I have already had all four windows replaced because they just fall down while you are driving, I was never charged for this BUT this time I get there and am told that I might have to pay for it, to leave my car, no sooner than I get home, 26 miles away, I get a call saying they don't have the part and I can either get my car (in the rain) or leave it over the weekend. I think they could have told me before I left home that the part was not in, before I drove 26 miles on my only day off by looking in the computer to see if the part was in. The service department has changed people since I was last there and I did not like the new service person or his attitude. It seemed he was trying to prepare me that I was going to pay them something no matter what, even though I received a letter from Jeep that the windows would always be honored because the Liberties has a defect with the windows and they recognize that. Also the first set of windows that were replaced, I had paid to have them tinted and when they replaced them it was not the same tint that was taken out. I am not happy with this service department and will be looking in Spring Hill for another dealership to deal with.

Went in to see a car that was advertised on the internet; the advertised price was a fair price. We test drove the car and then sat in a cubicle until the "sales manager" brought their quote. The quote was $3000 more than what was advertised. After informing these people of this major fact, the price came down but not in a smooth manner; however at the point I lost all trust in these people even as they chase you to your car as you leave. Overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I felt very pressured at this dealership. I came in pretty sure about the model I wanted, but I was treated to a succession of managers who tried to pressure me to make a decision when all I wanted was to step back, go away, and think for myself in private. I was so uncomfortable that I left, took the time I needed, and went to a more distant dealership where I found a friendlier environment and bought a car that same day (Lokey in Clearwater). The deal was about the same, but the sales pitch was very different. Ferman alienated me. I think a sales team should at least act like it is confident enough to let a customer go away to consider her purchase with firm information and see if it stands up to scrutiny. I probably would have returned to Ferman later that day if they had treated me differently.
