They did a hard look into my credit which cost me 19 points. I was told by the salesman that he would tell finance that its only a soft look, not hard look into credit. I had this done before at same dealership 7 months ago, ( by a different salesman) ,this is the reason I went back. Now, the sales and finance team outright lie and don't care what they do. When I saw the point deduction from one of the credit reporting agencies, I called them and they told me that only Nissan can remove this inquiry. I.m still in the process of getting points removed from Nissan headquarters which is another bad joke.

I bought a car for my 17 year old daughter from this location today. It's her first car and she had to have the red Nissan Sentra that we had seen online at Maus Nissan's website. Originally I thought it was at the Port Richey location but then when I called to see if it was still available I realized that it was located in Crystal River. This location was about an hour and a half from where we live, but let me just say that it was more than worth the drive! Once we arrived we were greeted by a salesman, Bob Kitchens and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very pleasant to work with and was very accommodating. He was very engaging and made sure that we were comfortable and had all of our questions answered. He was very friendly and there was never any awkward silence. I brought my mother with us and he made sure that she was comfortable the entire time. He had a great personality, kept smiling and we had a great conversation during the financing process. Before we left he even took the time to go out to the car and show my daughter how to hook up the blue tooth to her cell phone so it would play on the radio. He showed her where everything was located and how to work all the gadgets. He said that he wanted her to be safe and feel confident driving the car before we left. He was by far the best car salesman I have ever encountered. He made this car buying experience pleasurable. Usually buying a car is a huge headache but the staff at Maus Nissan of Crystal River were great. There was another man who helped while we were there named Sean Derion, who seemed to be overseeing the operations. He was so nice, very well mannered and made the entire experience a breeze. I never felt pressured and felt like an appreciated, valued customer the entire time. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car. I would even consider taking the hike back out in the future to purchase for myself. I cannot say enough about my experience today. I am very happy and satisfied. A+

This dealership is in crystal river It starred off very nice, everyone was polite, then a A few cars later it went down hill. We were showen a car with a/c problems, another car that was stalling & instead of them taking the car to get service they just parked it back on the lot. So we did find a car which were going to purchase, if the price was right. Told them it could be over 200 a month & then they say will it'll be 236. No cant do, this car is for our daughter that just stating college & works full time. So after about 10 minutes they said well that the lowes we can go. So my husband, my & myself get up to leave, we should their hands and thanked them for there time. Then they oval began to say your going to let this deal fall though because of .50 day, then Kirk followed us out the door to our car & continuing yell .50 day! Later on that day he even called my husband saying I can't believe you let this deal fall thought because of .50 day.We ended up purchasing the same car with Less Miles, less money and it was preowned certified, for another dealership!

Been shopping for a new Altima and Maus had the vehicle I wanted. I drove over from Ocala and was glad I made the trip. Sean the internet manager and Bob Kitchens worked with me and were above and beyond being helpful and professional. I never felt pressured and I did purchase my Altima. The buying process was painless and efficient and I was on my way very satisfied. They will be my first stop from now on whenever I am in the market for a new vehicle. Check them out, not your typical experience!!!

Even though we could not make a deal today I am definitely going to return. Made me feel like my business matter and is important to them. Great customer service unlike the Crystal delerships I have delt within the past.
