I did not purchase a vehicle, I just had the 30,000 mile check-up and the service was good. They did the job very quickly and were friendly.

Dealt with J.P.,and Brandon on the online purchase of a used conversion van. Never purchased a vehicle online. Can't say enough about the entire experience Their description of the vehicle was right on,and more.Had one issue,which was beyond their control,but was taken care of in a timely manner,and we were taken care of during the delay. Was well worth the trip in terms of value,and we got to see parts of the country we hadn't seen before. Everyone we came in contact with ,starting with Wilbur,who picked us up,to the guys in the shop were great. A really, really, nice experience in a time when you hear horror stories about used vehicle purchases..................Thanks

We were just browsing, but J. P. and others found the exact car we thought we might purchase in the future. They listened to what we wanted and found it for us. Mark Muller's patriotism is a delight!

This car hunt didn't do me much good. I was contacted by the sales person that same day, and was told he would get back to me with some numbers. I did not hear from him for a couple of days, and then he sent me a message asking me if I received his quote. I returned a message of no. A couple of days later I heard from him again wanting to set up a test drive. Still no numbers. After that I gave up and went hunting by foot. So much for on line shopping.

Purchased a vehicle that I viewed online and proceeded to set everything up for it. Loan papers were not done, rude finance guy when I declined GAP coverage, and then my Sales guy vanishing during the papers when I wanted to quote him on something. I felt pressured into my buy, I love my car BUT the pictures were not up to date of the vehicle at all. I guess I shouldnt of taken their word on it and checked it over myself - first car, lesson learned. Tired thread on the front was worn(had pictures of staff with NEW tires!) and one rim had curb damage pretty badly that was not shown in any of the four wheel pics. Back door of the vehicle had been repainted which was not mentioned when I asked if the vehicle had been checked for accidents! All in all, I overpaid for a previously wrecked car with glaring beauty defects. I attempted to contact my Sales guy afterwards, never heard back.

I live 2 hours away from Max Motors in Nevada. Inquired about 3 different vehicles on line. I was matched up with a 2004 Ford Escape. I had some concerns about the vehicle before seeing it and the salesman gave me an answer. I went to sign the papers and trade my vehicle in. I had explained to the salesman I needed a dependable vehicle for traveling. I was told this vehicle was in very good condition even though it had high miles. As soon as I got it home, I found out the CD player did not work and I had to pay out $265. for a new stereo. One of the concerns I had before buying it was the material on the door panels. The salesman assured me they were okay. I had to glue down the material on both panels because it was falling off. A week after getting it home, I started having problems with the engine. Soon after that it died while in traffic. It was taken to a repair shop where I had to put out over $400. in repairs. I contacted the salesman about my concerns and was told he would pass it on to his manager. Next I noticed the vehicle was doing very poorly on rough roads and found out that the vehicle's suspension was shot. It needed front struts at $87. each and rear shocks at $45 each plus labor. On top of this I found out the entire under carriage of the vehicle is severely rusted. Rusted to a point where large flakes of metal were falling off the frame. I was told by the salesman before I purchased the vehicle that they do a complete inspection of the vehicle. None of these obvious problems were disclosed. After numerous emails, the General Manager offered to send me a check for $150. All of my problems occurred in under 60 days of taking delivery.

We were looking for a particular car in a particular price range for 2 months and they had what we were looking for. They were able to work out a deal in a professional manner and we were out of there.
