No pressure. No hassles. Very professional and very friendly staff in every department. I had a great car buying experience, and highly recommend. Go talk to Ron, he was a fantastic salesman and got me into the car I wanted. He's a very knowledgeable guy and definitely knows his Mazdas inside and out. I was a little skeptical going into the car buying process for the first time, but this place just wants to make sure you're a happy and satisfied customer without giving you the run around.

This dealership is much nicer to work with than some of the larger dealerships in the area. They deliver on their promises, don't play games, and provide customer focused service. Dave and Lisa negotiated with integrity while a nearby dealership played games trying to win the business. Mark handled the expected business management function but I appreciated that he didn't try to oversell and accepted "no thank you" without pressure. Dave has followed up very well on a "we owe" included some very personable service to complete the job. One of the best dealerships in greater Hartford of any manufacturer.

Went to Mazda of Manchester to purchase a car I found on Cars.com. I called to see if the car was still there and spoke to Rich Silva and it was. When I got there and met Rich he was very pleasant and courteous. We took the car for a test drive and I fell in love with it. So we started the paper work and he was very helpful in helping me purchase the car and explained every step. After all of the papers were signed with Rich I had to go and see Mark Smith the Finance Manager and he also was very friendly and courteous. We were able to get the warrantee that suited my needs and process the loan so I could take the car that day. I am very pleased that I went to Mazda of Manchester and would go there again.

The last time I bought a Mazda, I knew I was getting a Mazda, so the sales staff didn't have to work that hard to win me over. This time we were undecided. My wife and I came in and told Dave what we were looking for. He showed us something that met our needs perfectly--safe, compact, efficient, inexpensive. We experienced a friendliness and a level of service we didn't get with any of the other dealerships we visited. We left, happily, with a lease on a 2016 Mazda3. Next time we're looking to replace a vehicle, Mazda of Manchester will be at the top of our list.

Our new 2016 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring is the third vehicle we have purchased from Mazda of Manchester. This time, when we returned to the dealership, we were a little disappointed to find that the salesperson we had dealt with the previous two times was no longer working there. No problem, Rich Sika introduced himself and assured us that he would be able to take care of us. Two days later, I was driving my new CX-5, and once again I am extremely pleased with this dealership and the people who work there. Rich was very easy to work with. He answered all our questions, and spent a lot of time with us explaining all the bells and whistles in our new car. We have exactly the car that we wanted and it was a painless experience! Today I picked up my new 2016.5 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Edition. I met Rich Sika earlier this year. His sales approach was low key, informative, & relaxed. There was no pressure involved. I returned to see him last week to test drive the vehicle I picked up today. He made the test drive fun and genuinely enjoyed showing off the bells and whistles. The shopping process remained stress free. The delivery process was seamless. I must also commend Lisa Friedrich for a laughter-filled F&I experience. My paperwork was processed. It was a happy event. Rich reviewed the various technology settings and I feel quite comfortable with my ability to operate the controls. He made himself available for any questions, gave me a tour, and even introduced me to the service advisor. Five stars.

We had a horrible experience at a different dealership and then contacted Lisa and started the great experience. Working with with both Lisa and Rich was a pleasure, they both truly go out of their way! Rich brought us on a great test drive and explained the car fully to us and Lisa walked us through all of the paper work easily. Working with the both of them on the purchase of our car is to us how car buying should be. Other car dealerships should take notes! We live an hour away and they are definitely worth the trip!

I was in the market for a new car and had narrowed my choice to a few vehicles, including the 2017 Mazda3. Got email from dealership about 2016 car deals contacted Rich as we had bought our previous car from him. I explained to him what I wanted to do, but was not 100% sure I was going to do anything, he explained the ad that was sent, deals available. I told him I would let him know. Told Rich I did not think it was in my budget. He called me back a few days later and offered to figure out my payments, trade and down payment. Rich was able to get the #s to my liking, no pressure just honest figures in plain language. Talked it over with the wife and now she has a new car. Thanks Rich

I was simply at Mazda of Manchester for an oil change on my Mazda 3, which I'd owned for nearly 10 years with no issues. While waiting I browsed the showroom and was greeted by Rich Sika. I was looking for a safe, economical, attractive and dependable compact SUV/crossover. The Rich showed me the Mazda CX-5, described the features in detail and went on a test drive with me. I was impressed with the car. Since my car was in for service, a sales manager, Brandon, looked it over and made an offer as a trade-in, which was only a little below what I would have accepted. I went home with my old car and looked over some reviews of the CX-5, which persuaded me to buy one. I called Mazda of Manchester the next day and Rich was off for the day, as he previously informed me. I spoke to Brandon with a figure I was willing to pay for the car, which he accepted. He offered me slightly more for my trade in, which I also accepted. There was no pressure, hassle or stress in negotiating a fair price. They did not have a unit with my selected color/option combo, but we're able to do a dealer swap in a reasonable amount of time. Rich was back to work the following day and stayed in touch with me through delivery, which was also very easy. Rich explained each feature and how to use it, the car was nicely detailed and full of gas. The finance paperwork went quickly, having completed the credit app online previously. Overall a smooth, stress free experience and I love the vehicle. Thanks, Rich and crew.

I decided to give Mazda of Manchester a try in the purchase of my 2016 Mazda CX-9, after comparing my previous experience I have had at Liberty Mazda in Hartford. I worked with Rich Sika and I did not feel at all pressured into purchasing anything. Rich was helpful in answering questions I had about the vehicle, company incentives, and loan rates. Rich took care of everything for me on the day of pickup and trading my existing vehicle in was a breeze. In the end I was very pleased with their customer service. The customer service at Mazda of Manchester was the best we came across in our car buying experience. Our car buying process was slow as we searched for the best car for our family. Fran and Lisa were helpful, informative and patient with us as we figured out what to do. Any questions that I emailed them with they responded to immediately. They were not pushy and did not pressure us at all. They even let us take the car home for a night to see how it fit into our family's lifestyle! We decided on the CX-5 and could not be happier. We had been looking for a car for a little under a year and were not quite sure what we wanted . Both Lisa and Fran were helpful and patient . Recently our focus shifted to getting a car for our newly licensed driver. They made the process so easy and after visiting MANY dealerships , we settled on a cute and safe Mazda 3. We requested something to be out in after market. When we went to pick up the car it wasn't done yet. Lisa took ownership, apologized, and offered to have a loaner brought to us while they picked up car for service . It was brought back the next day (both times at my job) and the work was stellar. We really appreciated Fran and the whole dealership going the extra mile.

Rich is an unbelievable help in the car buying process. His knowledge is second to none. You can tell he puts in the time to get to know the cars on the lot inside and out through talking with him. He takes your wants and needs and gives you the appropriate recommendation and necessary information without creating an overload (that feeling where you walk off the lot flustered not sure what you should be focusing on). If Rich was unavailable for any reason, Lisa stepped right in and no knowledge or expertise was lost. Mark made the financial side smooth and uneventful as well. Overall, it was a great experience!

After attempting to purchase two brand new Mazdas from a number of other dealerships, we finally arrived at Mazda of Manchester. In short, working with Brandon and Rich was a great pleasure, and we are now the owners of a 2016 CX 9 and a 2016 Mazda 6. Honest, reliable, patient, and transparent, Brandon, the sales manager, was a thorough professional who arranged an excellent deal for us on both purchases. Rich Sika, our salesman, had a Ph.D. in Mazdas evidently, as he spent over an hour with us on each car detailing all of the myriad features of each car. We have never encountered a salesman who spent so much time ensuring we understood the cars for our maximum enjoyment of them. The other dealers we met were hard pressed to find the seat adjustments, never mind the finer details of these vehicles.Mark Smith, the finance manager, was a lovely gentleman who in no way pushed options we did not select. He was extremely patient, accommodating, and kind. How many people can say that about their finance manager?We endured awful experiences at Liberty Mazda and some other places, all of which attempted to tack on ridiculous fees and illegally tax CT DMV registration fees. In stark contrast was the service we received at Mazda of Manchester. We shall certainly service our cars here and purchase from them in the future. The family-run nature of this business truly shows itself in how they deal with customers. Mazda would be well served to ensure the other dealerships in the state, all of which were varying degrees of awful, emulate Mazda of Manchester.

I just had 4 new tires put on my Cx9, when shopping around for the best price we ended up at Manchester Mazda.. They have always serviced my Cx9 ( oil change,tire routation and safety inspection etc) they have ALWAYS been professional and courteous available to answer any questions and explain exactly what they are doing. Having them mount and balance 4 new tires with a front end alignment was never a no brainier. The dealership is clean and very comfortable while waiting for the service. I HIGHLY recommend Manchester Mazda..

Everyone one I dealt with at Mazda of Manchester was excellent. Dave Small was my primary salesperson and he is very customer service oriented. On his day off, one of his co-workers, Rich, was happy to take me out for a test drive and spend quite a bit of time with me. I purchased a 2016 Mazda 3, 5 door, Grand Touring with the technology package. The exact car I was looking for was not available in CT. They kept me informed during the entire process of finding me my car. I absolutely LOVE this car. Fun to drive. The car and the dealership exceeded my expectations. I just want to jot down a few words about our experience in Manchester. It was by far the best experience we have ever had when buying a new car. Rich came out to greet us in the lot and immediately provided us with a ton of info about the vehicle. And he spent an abundant amount of time with us during the test drive process. A few months ago I visited the Manchester dealership in search of a CUV. I had visited various dealers to test drive different makes and models. I met Lorraine, explained which vehicle was interested in and we went for a test drive. The test drive was very thorough, Lorraine suggested a route we took so I can experience the car's handling and engine performance. Lorraine was very well informed and patient. We discussed the many options and features and she took time demonstrate them. When I compared my experiences of all the dealerships and sales persons I met that day, Lorraine's impression was very memorable. Although I ultimately purchased a different make and model from another dealer, I high suggest visiting this dealership and specifically look for Lorainne for a insightful and comprehensive test drive experience. Great experience shopping for a new car. I was able to take a new CX5 for an extended test drive and that really helped in choosing between the Mazda and other vehicles. Everyone involved in the sale was attentive and courteous. This was definitely not a high pressure dealership. David Small and Lisa Friedrich were straight forward and easy to deal with. I always thought buying a car should be as easy and hassle free as buying a refrigerator--and for me that was never the case. Mazda of Manchester is different, they are not your typical dealer. I first dealt with Mike online and he gave me a fantastic price right at the start compared to the other Mazda dealers who were just trying to get me into the showroom. With that kind of price, I had to go there. I drove 45 minutes and it was worth the drive. Mike, Ron, Mark, Pat and Lisa made it incredibly easy working as a team with the single goal of making me happy. I felt no pressure and therefore felt I was buying a quality product from a quality family run business. This dealership is awesome. Every one of the 5 representatives that my husband and I dealt with were terrific. Buying the vehicle couldn't have been easier. I negotiated a deal with Mike through email; he answered every email I sent within 5 minutes. Brandon welcomed us after our two-hour drive from Massachusetts and set us up with Lorraine for the test drive and to have all of our questions answered. Lorraine couldn't have been any more helpful. Dave wrote up all the paperwork and it was fast. (No hanging around for hours like you would do at other dealerships.) Mark handled the money transfer, registration, insurance forms, etc. And, lastly, Bob met us when we came to pick up the car--our 2012 Mazda Miata. While doing that final inspection before driving it off the lot we noticed this little scratch. I guess it was no big deal, but Bob knew it was to us. He had us pull the car up around the side of the building and this very nice guy from the service shop came out and worked "some kind of magic" and that scratch was gone. This dealership is the best. You won't be sorry. Give it a try!

I have been looking for a low mileage late model Mazda CX9 for about 6 months. My time during the week is limited so my wife and I came to Mazda of Manchester on a Sunday. Lorraine Mumby came out and helped us through the process. Buying a car can be overwhelming but I did not feel pressured at all. Lorraine answered our questions so it was easy to make a decision. After years of leasing BMW's I decided to lease a Mazda CX-5. Being spoiled by BMW I was wondering what working with another dealership would be like. Mazda of Manchester turned out to be terrific. The sales team was excellent as was communication and follow through out the entire process. I would recommend Mazda of Manchester to anyone. Regarding the service department: after I took delivery of my new car the tires felt out of balance. When I called the service department they told me that the tires are computer balanced at the factory, but to bring it in anyway and they would look at it. Well I did and they did and sure enough all 4 tires were out of balance after all. They took care of it in less than an hour and I was on my way. I relate this for two reasons: first, the service department was excellent and second, maybe tire balance should be double checked on all new cars before delivery to the customer. In any case well done!

My last Mazda's transmission went. Since the car was 11 years old and was showing some wear, I decided to purchase a new car. I was working long days training a new system, and had very little time to shop. After deciding to purchase another Mazda, I went to Mazda of Manchester, of course. I had been going there for all my car repairs in the past, so I already knew I would be bringing my new car to their Service Dept. for any maintenance or repairs I would need in the future.My experience with Lorraine, in the Sales Department, was actually very comfortable and easy. I wasn't sure which car to get, so I asked her if we could test the cars out and maybe get a coffee to see how the cup holder would be (since I always keep water with me in the car). She not only said it would be okay, but she spent a considerable amount of time with me and allowed me to test drive multiple cars (some more than once). This went a LONG way towards helping me decide on a car in such a short period of time. Before I knew it, I had made my decision and was on my way to the actual purchasing process. Which again was so easy. Everyone helped me to ease into another car loan/payment that I could manage, since I wasn't expecting to buy a car at this time.Since then I have had my oil changed and even purchased rubber mats. By the way, the Parts Dept. spent quit a bit of time with me while I was waiting for my oil change, and helped me make some decisions on the type of mats I would end up purchasing that day and on some future purchases.Thank you Lorraine and everyone else at Mazda of Manchester for making this process so easy at a very stressful time in my life!

My last two Mazdas exceeded the 200,000 mile mark, so I was confident in my selection of a 2016 Mazda for my next car. My new CX-5 is my first experience with a CRV and I'm delighted! The experience of selecting and buying "the right" new car can be overwhelming, but Mazda of Manchester and Rich Sika made the process a pleasant one. I had visited several other dealers around the state, but returned to Mazda of Manchester to buy my car. Rich and his colleagues made me feel that I was dealing with honest and forthright people. They never exerted pressure during the process and did not present "convoluted numbers" when arriving at the sale price. When buyers invest thousands of dollars on a new car, it's nice to feel guided by a friend, not an individual with a "sales pitch". Even after the sale was finalized, Rich spent a great deal of time walking me through the operations of the infotainment system and other basics I should know about my car. I'm leasing a Mazda CX-5 Touring and I love it. Fran took us on some curvy roads to see how it handles and it was great. It hugs the road. It is roomy and fits all my work supplies. I had done a significant amount of research and was confident that I wanted a Mazda, and my decision was further solidified by my visit to Mazda of Manchester that day. Brandon passed me and my parents off to Dave Small, whose calm and professional demeanor was an absolute delight to work with, and we embarked on a test drive. It was clear that the Mazda CX5 was the car for me, and Dave was arguably just as excited as I was to get me started on my purchase.My parents and I had some challenging schedules to work around, and the flexibility, patience, and understanding with which Dave and Lisa worked with us was really appreciated. It was so refreshing to work with such honest and genuine people who were excited about my decision (they even congratulated me on my purchase by putting my name on a poster inside the door when I came to pick my new car up!) and who were knowledgeable and explained everything about the car- inside and out- in a way that was clear and concise. I've been taking my Mazda 3 to get serviced at Mazda of Manchester, but it was time to upgrade to an all wheel drive vehicle. At the end of November, I went to Mazda of Manchester to look at some Mazda CX-5's, and I was quickly and pleasantly greeted by Dave Small, who was very knowledgable about all the ins and outs of the Mazda CX-5. He spent a lot of time explaining the useful features of the navigation and communication systems and answering all my questions. Not once was he ever pushy, rather he was very easy to work with. I ended up trading my old Mazda 3, and I received a very fair trade-in value as well. When I went to pick up my car, the whole process was very smooth and organized. However, the headlights did have a cosmetic defect, but the sales manager and Dave were great about getting the issue taken care of without a worry. Again, Dave was there to answer any further questions and was willing to spend more time with me to show me even more technology features. I was very impressed with their follow-up as well and Dave made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and the whole process. I would recommend this dealership and would certainly buy a car from here again.

I had a positive experience at Mazda of Manchester. Dave was cool, calm, and professional despite my aggressiveness in negotiating price, zero tolerance for add-on costs, racing through the winding backroads, and challenging his claims about Mazda vehicles. I never expected to buy a Mazda. I walked into Dave's office to check out a Mazda 3 hatchback expecting to leave and buy either a Golf GTI or a BMW X1. After a test drive, I was impressed with the quality of the car, the road handling, decent performance, and value. He respectfully responded to my unending concerns admirably. For example, I closed the car door and said it sounded tinny. He was quick to point out the superior side crash rating. He almost lost the sale because I was willing to walk away unless I got a price below true car value. Fortunately, I was able to qualify for an additional manufacturer rebate. After closing the deal, they even offered me $$$ for a courtesy trade-in saving me a trip to the junk yard so I could just drive there, switch plates, and leave my old bomb. It was great doing business with Dave and the Mazda family!

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pressure-free experience. I cannot say enough good things about Dave Small. He was professional and knowledgeable about my 2016 CX-5, and had the car ready for pickup less than a week after my initial visit to the dealership (even with a remote starter added on). My last experience at a Mazda dealership was stressful as they seemed to be pushing the fully decked out vehicles with extra warranty coverage and added fees. I walked into the dealership knowing the exact CX-5 that I wanted, and there was no pressure from Dave to upgrade with extra technology packages. Additionally, I did not feel pressured by Lisa Friedrich to add additional coverages to the vehicle which was very refreshing. I had a car I wasn't very happy with but had a lot of negative equity remaining. Rich was extremely professional and patient with me, explaining an affordable option to get me into an amazing Mazda3. I wouldn't have ever imagined that leasing a new car would actually put me in a better financial position and get me a safer, more reliable, and down-right fun car! I would 100% recommend Rich Sika for sales. He worked with both myself and my fiance in the purchase of our new Mazdas. When I say he was patient, I mean it. Between the two of us, we drove 5 different cars, made dozens of phone calls to him, and it took us weeks to finally commit to signing papers but he was never pushy or impatient. A truly professional dealership with a professional staff. My friend bought her CX3 here and dealt with Fran and also had a glowing experience with her. I've since brought my Mazda3 in for a complimentary car wash (offered with a new purchase or lease currently) and Service did an amazing job and was friendly and courteous. I choose this dealership because everyone is very nice and it is a no hazzle to work with.2 years ago, we bought a Mazda CX5 from Dave as well.I was happy with the service provided except when it was time to deal the finance department. I was helped by M. Smith.Things were going smoothly until the part of additional services I could of purchase for my car. I informed Mr. Smith that I had called my husband and we both agreed with didn't want the additional services. After signing all the paperwork, I left VERY ANNOYED because during the loan process, Mr. Smith continuously ask if I wanted those services for my car and he would talk to my husband about these special services.. After ten years and nearly 200,000 miles of faithful service my wife and I decided it was finally time to replace her Mazda Tribute. Although several other brands offer worthy small sport utilities we were eager to try out a CX-5, given our history with the brand. There are two other Mazda franchises within a 30 minute drive of our home. The first I have nothing against but I had purchased from them in the past and wanted to try somewhere else. The second I would not buy a bicycle from. (No offense to anyone out there who sells bicycles). So where to go? I had heard good things about the Carter organization in general and Mazda of Manchester in particular so on a sunny Columbus day afternoon we made the hour long trek. Upon arrival we made our way to the lot and were greeted by Fran. I explained that we wanted to look but would not be ready to make a decision that day. She assured us that was fine and would be happy to offer a test drive and answer any questions we had. Her demeanor was friendly and relaxed. My wife and I both took a turn behind the wheel as Fran explained all the features and functions. When we returned we went in the showroom to talk numbers. Everyone we encountered was equally friendly and courteous. We were able to get figures on the model we were interested in easily and clearly with no pressure whatsoever. When we left that afternoon we had the information we needed to make a decision. As often happens in life, other priorities take precedent and we had to put off purchasing a vehicle temporarily. I explained this to Fran who said not to worry, she would be ready when we were. In the interim she contacted us two or three times, just to "check in" with no pressure at all. Finally in mid December with all in order I contacted her and told her we were ready to proceed. Despite the large CX-5 inventory at Mazda of Manchester, they did not have the exact combination of options and colors we wanted on the lot. Not to worry, as they located the exact vehicle from another dealer out of state. They did all of this without any grumbling or drama. Delivery day arrived and Fran was waiting to show us our new ride. But first we had to take care of the paperwork with Mark, who proved to be just as knowledgeable and friendly as everyone else. He explained everything clearly and did not try to pressure us into anything we didn't want. Once we had finished Fran introduced us to Morey in service who explained Mazda's recommended service schedule to us. I also stopped by the parts department to purchase a part for our faithful Tribute. Mike knew what I needed without having to look up the part number - a true parts person. Fran then guided us through all the features of our new CX-5 and we were on our way. This has been a truly great experience. I was just out of college and had a really terrible car buying experience 5 or so years ago, so when I started my research, the other dealerships proved that car buying was still an awful experience....until I went to Mazda of Manchester and met Lorraine. When i walked in, Lorraine greeted us in a friendly manner, and I mentioned I was eager to test drive the CX-5 in Black, she was just as excited for me, and had no pressure to "sit down" and get my information down. I work a technology company, so I did some pretty extensive research into the car, and Lorraine was able keep up with all the questions I had, as well as go into more detail unlike any other dealership that I've been to. She really is the most personable saleswoman I've ever met, and truly cares about her experiences with her clients. When I finally decided it was the car for me, she wasn't pushy by any means, and actually made the number talk more fun. There wasn't any pressure, or pushiness by any means. I decided that I wanted to think about it, and she fully respected that. She was the only individual that respected my ask for email instead of calling, and truly cared about getting me the best dependable car, and the best experience. No matter how many times we stopped by the Dealership to test drive vehicles or ask questions we were always greeted warmly and assisted promptly. Fran and Bob were great, always going out of their way to work with us. Fran was always very informative and always responded to my emails quickly. We ended up buying a CX-3, which I absolutely love. Bob tracked down the car I wanted and in the interim, my old car died. The dealership provided me with a loaner vehicle while my new car was in process of delivery, which was a godsend. I did a lot of research and many test drives before I settled on my new CX-5. When it was all said and done, the Mazda was a cut above the competition. The sales staff at Mazda of Manchester were very friendly and professional from Lorraine, the salesperson, to Brandon, one of the sales managers. There was never any pressure to buy the car and it was obvious that their goal was to make sure that I was happy with my choice. I was in the market for a used Miata to replace a BMW 3 that I loved but had incurred fatal frame damage rammed in a parking lot by a texting driver. We had tried going to one car for a few months unsuccessfully, and then began looking for a used Miata to use as a second car.A web search lead to multiple candidates. One was found and a PO committed. At the last minute, the dealer coped out.Fortunately, my second try led me to Mazda of Manchester, and Rich Sika. Rich was wonderful, immediately understanding what I wanted to do. We jointly reviewed the car, and quickly agreed on the deal. Working remotely, we finalized all the necessary paperwork, and Rich delivered the car to me last Saturday. Everything went like clockwork, and I have been touring Maine, New Hampshire, and Mass since. The car is great, and I would unhesitatingly recommend Rich Sika, and Mazda of Manchester for any Mazda purchase they might be considering. I was saving up for a new care recently and when my '97 Mercury Tracer finally kicked the bucket it was time for a change. I wanted something fairly new with low miles that I wouldn't replace in just a few years. I knew around what I wanted for how much. I was looking for a Mazda 3 hatchback in the 2008+ age group. While I didn't find a hatchback 3 in their pre-owned section I found the one that I wanted. 2012 Mazda 3 with 49k miles. Rich was super helpful and offered on the spot to take it for a drive. I fell in love with the smooth ride and the tiptronic transmission. When we talked numbers I thought it was going to be the hard part. But everyone made it really easy and got me approved that day. After calling my insurance company and changing my insurance to the new car I was able to get everything signed that day and take her home.The best part was the service of Rich when we had to call the insurance company several times to get the entire thing with them sorted out. Rich even asked to speak with the insurance rep after I verified information with them and asked to get it sorted out for us.I would definitely recommend them to everyone looking for a long term car.

So...I went to Mazda of Manchester for a flash update for my 03 Mazda 6! While waiting my 2 yr old daughter and I were just browsing the lot just for fresh air! Lorraine Mumby came out and introduced herself! I told her my wife and I thought about purchasing the CX-9 but never seriously considered it! She then offered me an extended test drive of a 2014 CX-9 for 24hrs and BAM...we were sold on it! Lorraine, Brandon and I agreed on the numbers and Mark (Business Manager) sealed the deal! We were still deciding between another make and the Mazda 3 when we first visited the dealership. We went on a long test drive, and were able to get a really good feel for the 3. Our salesman Nate Sommers encouraged us to try out as many of the features as we could on the drive. After that we were decided on the Mazda, but we weren't quite ready to buy, feeling like we needed to do more research on pricing and financing. We felt no pressure from Nate and took his card. We returned ready to make the purchase a couple days later and were greeted by Bob Hansen, one of the sales managers. This was on a Sunday, when they are usually closed, but were open that day (with shorter hours and a skeleton crew) for a Mazda sales event. Bob was great! He worked out the deal on Nate's behalf, appraised our trade-in, and handled all the details until we got to the finance department. The initial deal offered to us was very close to a consumer reports 'great buy' designation, and Bob worked with us, giving us more than our pretty old station wagon was worth, to get us the exact deal we wanted. Again, it was a no pressure experience, and after the deal was negotiated, with the financing left open, to get us the best interest rate, we returned Monday morning to transact the deal and take delivery. We ended up with a great deal on the financing through them, getting an APR just a little below a preapproved 1.99 % rate we had secured on our own as a backup. The finance manager Mark Smith was also a pleasure to deal with, and he had everything ready to go when we got there, so it was a very smooth process, which did not take too long. He facilitated everything for us, so that we did not have to go to the DMV, and he had also informed our insurance company, so that we were covered when we drove off the lot without even having to call them. Very much appreciated! The car was perfectly detailed and ready to go and Nate spent a good deal of time going over all of the Mazda 3's many features. It was a really pleasant way to end the experience. Nate had also taken us to the service manager Morey, who answered a few questions we had and gave us good information concerning service and warranty protection. The dealership is a bit of a drive for us, but it is where we will be going. Obviously we had a great experience with the purchase and would recommend the dealership itself and everyone we dealt with to friends. Also- we love the Mazda 3, it's a great car, we're very happy with it!

I don't usually write reviews, but I had a great experience so I wanted to share it. I bought a certified pre-owned 2014 Mazda 6 from these guys and the price was fair. I was a bit suspicious at first so I called in to see if there were any issues with the car. This dealer is about 2 hours away from me, so I didn't want to waste my time on something that I may have not been interested in buying. A nice lady by the name of Michelle made things clear. She clearly stated some of the minor cosmetic issues and I instantly found her to be honest and fair. So I thought it was worth my time to make the trip. She was consistent in person as well and had her teammate, Nate, show me the car. The car was absolutely fine despite some minor dings and road rash. Nate even let me take it out for a long test drive on the highway and on local roads where there were plenty of turns to enjoy the car's handling. He explained all the features and let me try them all out. There was no pressure as I made it clear to Nate that I would think about it and had a few other cars to check out. I did just that and got a call from Nate a couple of days later. I decided to get the car from them. So I did just that and the experience was great. Since I knew we needed some time to process insurance and other paperwork, I decided to drop off my trade in and spoke with the manager, Brandon, who said he would arrange for my wife and I to drive back with one of their rental cars since we were coming from so far. That was very kind and he didn't have to do that, but it was a nice touch to their service. Little did I know that they managed to get me to drive home in my new car, which was a pleasant surprise. Lisa handled the final paperwork and clearly explained all the additional options I should consider. Then Nate, Lisa, and her team stayed a bit after hours on a Saturday to get me a temporary ID so that I could safely drive home.I want to thank Michelle, Nate, Brandon, Lisa, and the rest of their team for a great experience and impressive attention to quality.

While we have Mazda dealers closer to our home,the deal we received from Manchester was comparable to the others,but just felt SO much more comfortable there. While I would usually buy from the dealer closest to us for service reasons,everything just seemed right at Mazda of Manchester. We had talked with Dave a few times,then went to see him to buy the car,but he had already left and we had Brandon(a sales manager) help us with the paperwork,so that we could pick up the vehicle(CX-5) the next day.When we went to pick it up,there was a mix up in a few of the extras. Everyone bent over backwards to make things right,and they made them right. Had we called and found out Dave had left,we would've waited til the next day,so this was our fault,not anyone at Mazda of Manchester. While we're hoping we don't need another vehicle for many years to come,we wouldn't hesitate to go back,thanks al for making it such an enjoyable purchase.

I had the greatest experience with salesman Richard Sika here at Mazda of Manchester. Prior to this experience I had gone to two other dealers to check out new leases. The first dealer saw me and with that saw a grad student with no money who wasn't worth their time. The next dealer gave me a great deal for a great car but it wasn't clear to me that their salespeople knew everything about their cars. My last stop was Mazda of Manchester, and I really fell in love with the Mazda3. Rich took me on a test drive and taught me about the car. This was the first salesperson who took the time to talk about something other than the color, which I appreciated. I went into Mazda of Manchester and met Lorraine Mumby....... she is sooooooo nice. They were busy so the owner himself evaluated my trade. Lorraine and I started talking prices (I already knew what I wanted) and in less then an half hour we found one that worked for both of us. This was my first time buying a new car, the experience I had was awesome from the Mazda family. The car sold itself to me online, when I was looking at all my options, that I had out there.Upon walking in, the atmosphere was welcoming and I did not feel pressured at all to buy a car. With the price and options, I am very pleased with my first time car buying experience with them. The only issue I had was that the model and package option, that I had chosen did not come in a standard, stick shift option. I had to schedule service appointment today I was told a few days ago it would be $48 an hour.I have a 2016 CX5. The service I had done on my vehicle today was front and rear splash guards door sill plates and a rear bumper guard I was informed it would take two hours and $48 an hour for a total of $96 plus tax Grand total was $112.31 vehicle was in the shop from 11:44 AM to 12:47 PM I should've been charged $48 plus tax if Mazda of Manchester continues this practice from the service department I will take my Mazda and have it serviced somewhere else that's just a rip off. So I was charged $112.31 for an hour and three minutes worth of work if they want to keep my business and they should compensate me for those three minutes it's the principle not the money

Rich was just amazing. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly and informative in a very casual way. I immediately relaxed. After some questions and answers about the CX-5 we returned several days later for a test drive. Rich handed me the keys and off we went. My husband and I had a great time learning about the vehicle and even some laughs. Upon returning it was decided that the CX-5 was the car I wanted. At no time was there pressure from Rich nor did he ever make me feel rushed or as if he was watching the door for the next perspective sale to walk thru. I dealt with Lorraine. I do not have enough adjectives to describe her. From the test drive, Lorraine explaining everything in detail was a great experience, make sure if you test drive a Mazda from this dealership, ask for Lorraine, she allows you to go on a fun ride. I had not bought a new vehicle in 14 years and I was a little skeptical, I was thinking this is going to be like going to the dentist, but instead it was painless. I also dealt with Brandon Hansen the sales manager and he was up front right the beginning. There is a no pressure approach in this dealership. The day I picked up CX 5. Lorraine went over every component of the vehicle, the SD chip for the navigation unit was missing and she was very apologetic, her and Brandon address the issue right on the spot and with in 10 minutes, vola the navigation unit was operational. I was introduced to the service manager and he was very informative. I did plenty of research and also drove a 2015 GMC Terrain SLE-2 and came back to Madza of Manchester. I also had the pleasure dealing with finance manager Mark Smith and he was very organized and the paperwork was less than a 20 minute process. All and all great dealership and great Mazda team!!

I dealt with 7 different salesmen at 5 different dealerships during my car search, and Rich was hands down the best. He answered all my questions (both embarrassingly inane and decidedly detailed, going so far as to take me to the service department to get one particularly unusual question answered), and took me for multiple test drives in rather similar cars. He gave me plenty of time to be confident I was making the right decision, never trying to apply any pressure to buy before I was ready.Lisa and Mark were quite easy to work with on the financing, and Lisa made things as easy as possible with all the reams of paperwork buying/financing a car entails. She was also admirably patient sitting and waiting for me to read every line of the various agreements.I can also now say that the service department is easy to work with as I managed to drive over a screw after less than a week. After leaving several local dealerships unsatisfied, I extended myself beyond my immediate area because the pricing at Mazda of Manchester was attractive and because they had the features I was seeking in the vehicle. A huge thank you to Rich, Lisa, and Mark! Rich is an outstanding sales rep. I have been looking to buy/lease my first car for the past few months and decided to check out Mazda of Manchester because it is close to where I will be moving. Rich was very professional, but personable and easy to talk to. I never felt pressured to look at cars outside my budget like I had experienced with many other dealerships I had been to. He knew which deals/rebates were valid and because of this, I ended up leasing a car that I did not originally consider...and I LOVE it. Since I have no previous experience with buying or leasing cars, Rich was exceptionally helpful in explaining each step along the way. He even went the extra mile to contact my insurance company and give them the information for the new car so all I had to do was approve the change. When I bought my first (new) Mazda Rx-8 in 2007 in a different state, I experienced the whole range of bad experiences from people trying to push me into a car I didn't want to being completely unrealistic during negotiations. This time was completely different. The crew at Mazda of Manchester (specifically Rich & Bob) made the whole process extremely easy. This was the experience that everyone wants! There was no pressure, there was no cross-sell. Thanks to S-Plan (Go MazdaSpeed MotorSports Development!), there wasn't even negotiations, just a fair price for both sides of the fence. It was perfect, especially for someone like my wife who hates the whole "sales process". As much as I loath buying/leasing a new car this was by far the best and most comfortable experience I have had. I had walked out of three other dealerships prior and still waiting for call backs on two from a week ago. We had just experienced being ignored at a different make dealer even though we had an appointment so we left and went down the road to Mazda. What a contrast! Bob welcomed us at the door and though he was busy, encouraged us to take a test drive on our own in a Mazda 3. When we came back, Lisa was there to greet us. Me and my fiance went to another Mazda dealer before this one and they slapped us in the face with a disgrace of a trade in for her car which led us to check out this dealer, and we are sure glad we did! Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was super friendly and helpful. They were very upfront and transparent with the price and costs (unlike every other dealer I've been to). We first talked to Michael online and told him when we would be stopping by. They had the car ready for us up fromt to check out and test drive. Nate was the sales representative we dealt with moslty and he was very knowledgeable which was great because I've had experiences test driving cars and knowing more about them than the sales reps did, so I was very pleased. Jim helped break down the finances for us and showed us different scenarios and Mazda rebates. We ended up getting a great deal and awesome trade in for our car. Finance took a little longer than expected because of some miscommunication about insurance and registration, but it was all resolved the same day and we were able to drive away as anticipated with our new CX5. I couldn't have asked for a better dealer experience and we will definitely be lifelong customers.

Last summer, Rich Sika and Mazda of Manchester helped my daughter to find her first car, a CPO Mazda Tribute. They treated her with all the respect that would have been afforded to a new car buyer, and made it a wonderful experience for her. This is unusual for us to visit Manchester Mazda for no other reason than to say hi to the gang and get a car wash. But yes, we do it now. At least twice a month for a squeaky clean car. Then, we were notified of our 1st service, No apprehension or dread here--we looked forward to seeing everyone and keeping our CX-5 up to date on it's service visits. It may sound corny in these days, but a kept car keeps you running. And it does help to deal with friendly and helpful people. Was able to take care of the whole process through email with Michelle Dougela while in the hospital. After being in the hospital for 11 days, all I wanted to do was just pick up the car and move on. I showed up the dealership the day after I was out of the hospital and Nate Sommers was ready for me, with the car all ready go (cleaned, paperwork ready, etc). I was able to sign a few papers and then Nate took me through all that the car had to offer. Nate's explanation of the car wasn't mechanical, and in fact felt like a regular conversation about what the car had to offer. I was driving away in my new 2016 CX-5 in under 45 min. Great experience!

Suppose if NYC resident traveled 120 miles to get a new car there should be a solid reason for that. After increasing geographic range of my search I was able to find couple dealerships out of NY State with a good customer rating. Again, I dont take with a grain of salt every review or word written online, but reviews on Mazda of Manchester in Connecticut appeared like written by real people describing their positive experience. I just decided to take my chances, surprisingly, I was able to locate a car I was looking for listed on their website, and more amazingly Mazda of Manchester had it on a lot. It may sound obvious, but not to New Yorker dealing with bait and switch tricks. After my initial inquiry I was promptly contacted by Michelle Dougela. My price negotiation was via email(s). I would like to emphasize that every single reply was clearly and sufficiently written in very professional manner. When my wife and I got to the dealership and had been greeted by one of the most amazing sales person I met in 7 years Brandon Hansen, in a second I knew we are in good hands. After that, everything was smooth as silk. The finance department is very lovely the numbers on a contract matched to the penny, every single detail was explained, and every question was answered, no tricks, no arrogance just help and cooperation. Very well maintained facility in general, which makes most NY Mazda dealerships look like, well, not pretty. We were heading back to NYC just enjoying our new Mazda 3 and greatest purchasing car experience. One more detail for out-of-state purchasers; Mazda of Manchester staff is very knowledgeable and responsible. There should be no worries with a taxes and registration and insurance and even obtaining new license plates for your home state, these guys just amazing.

When my husband and I first arrived at Mazda of Manchester on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, we had only planned on test-driving a CX-5 - we had no intention of purchasing that day. We had been to a different Mazda dealership a few months prior and had driven a CX-5 then. I remembered liking the CX-5, but also remembered HATING the dealership. As we were walking the lot at Mazda of Manchester, a salesman approached us. I kept walking and let my husband do the initial conversation. I just wasn't in the mood to deal with a salesman.We were fortunate enough to have Rich Sika be the salesman that approached us. Rich took the time to listen to what we were looking for and understand where we were in the car search process. He was not pushy and provided an abundance of information on the CX-5. Rich made me feel completely at-ease. There was no pressure to buy. I felt that Rich truly cared about my experience and what I needed. Not only did I go into Manchester Mazda knowing what i wanted but I also went in not expecting the great service and knowledge that was provided to me. I was greeted like a friend and treated like a family member. I got way more than i expected and I feel so great about my investment with no doubts at all. I also can say there was no stress and lots of fun during this experience and that is not something you would ever think would happen at a car dealership. Brandon was the best and answered all of my questions with a smile and laugh even when they were absolutely ridiculous. He also helped complete the follow up simonize treatment and pick up when requested with no question. We bought a non-Mazda used car here. Brandon was open and clear about exactly what they had to offer and was easy to get along with. We were able to negotiate on price without it turning unpleasant, aggressive or making us uncomfortable. (No vague statements of "we're flexible for the right buyer" or anything like that.) And yet, I still feel that we got a very good price! I feel that I could write a much longer review, but in fact, the team was so efficient (but never hurried) and the process so smooth that I feel like there almost isn't much else to say. Pleasant, businesslike, clear, appropriate. The team occasionally had missed communications between departments - for example, we had decided after our initial visit not to purchase an additional option; we called and emailed to communicate this, but the item still appeared on our final purchasing contract. (However, when we pointed this out, they had no problem removing it!) Overall, this was a great experience buying a used car. I hope we can continue to buy from Mazda of Manchester in the future.

Out of all the car shopping I did at other dealerships, the salesman wanted me to commit to something, but Nate was very accommodating and took us on several test drives over a course of 3 visits. He didn't pressure us to commit to anything, or harass us with phone calls. I was happy to give him the sale. Mark made the financing piece easy, offering us many options to enhance our car buying experience. The guys from service were very accommodating to fix a small issue with my driver's side mirror that I discovered after taking delivery, and afterwards, Nate took the car through the carwash for me!

I had emailed a few dealerships for a best price for a CX-5. Mazda of Manchester was one of two that responded with a quote and by far the most professional and courteous (also gave me the better deal). Michelle was great to deal with over email as she was very upfront, polite and patient with my requests. I came in for a test drive and worked with Rich who was very knowledgeable and, again, very professional. I liked everything so much that I decided to close the deal that day. Rich (and Michelle, who periodically stopped by) was patient with all my questions and with my finance calculations (had brought an ipad with excel to make sure the numbers matched up. They did.). There were no hidden fees, everything was told to me upfront since the very first email. I never felt pressured at all throughout this experience, except when we went over the final paperwork with Mark. They reeeally wanted me to get the 5 year extended warranty.Overall, great experience. Would recommend.

While test driving, he walked me through the many features of the car, including many features I didn't even know cars were capable of. He thoroughly explained all the features, accessories, technology that come with the car, and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car, on top of being very pleasant to deal with.We were offered a fair value on my trade in, and without even asking, Brandon came back to let us know he had found another $500 credit we could use towards the purchase of the new vehicle. What other dealership looks for more money for you??We worked with Mark to finance the car, and he walked us through every step and every form we were signing, so we knew what we were getting into, and made everything very easy for us.The sales consultants would not be able to do what they do if it wasn't for the sales philosophy of the owner as well as the management of the dealership. Rich Sika: My wife and I thank him for being patient for over 1 year and for not being pushy, but explaining the pros and cons of the CX-5; this says, in order to provide excellent customer service, he knows what he is selling, inside and out. It is very important as a sale rep to know your products and services. Rich was aware of the most common questions asked about the CX-5 GT, and knows how to articulate the answers: He knows the car as if he had built it from scratch!!!We really appreciated the fact that he came in to work during his day off to meet with us to explain the car and finalize the paperwork.Also, he was very upfront about the cost of the CX-5, where other dealerships hid important details.When I returned to the dealership the next day to have a special clear coating put on, Rich dropped me off at my house, and brought the car back once they were finished. We recently purchased a new 2016 Mazda CX-5 Touring through Mazda of Manchester, and the entire process was smooth and easy. The sales person, Rich Sika was very respectable, helpful, and found us the 2016 CX-5 in the color we wanted, with the options we wanted and for the price we wanted out the door. I have to say that this was the first time I have been to a car dealership where I didn't have to argue and haggle with the sales staff. This is my second time at Mazda of Manchester and I can't say anything but great things. They are super friendly and definitely go the extra mile to make you happy. I have to say my first time around I was not pleased with the service department. However, when going in the second time to purchase my brand new CX-5, the Sales Department won me over. Rich Sika, my salesperson, made sure I was completely satisfied. Not only did he show me great customer service, when I told him I was unhappy with the Service Department he made sure to introduce me to the new Service Manager. He was very knowledgeable on the car, all of its performance and safety features, and walked me through every step. I truly appreciated his help. The Sales Manager and himself even worked with me on a very fair price. If the Service Department can win me back over, then think I might be a Manchester Mazda girl for life! :-)

I had a wonderful experience. They do not work for commission so the experience is totally different here than most dealerships that are scripted. I ended up buying a Mazda CX5 2015 and to be honest, i loved the car before coming in but Brandon made me really fall in love with it. He spent time and dedication on showing me every little detail in this car, and i did not experience the same service when I went to other Mazda dealers. Found the car for sale online. I spoke with Mike from Internet Sales. He was very helpful and professional. We made an appointment to test drive the car. We had to reschedule a few times because of weather. He made it very easy. When I arrived for the test drive, I was helped by Rich. He made it very easy and laid back. We agreed on a fair price and I picked up the car a few days later. The service department did a great job detailing the car. The car was already very clean, they made it look brand new.

I went into Mazda late on a Tuesday night because the clutch in my 2010 mazda 3 was failing, again. Rick was great in helping me out and getting me into a car within my price range within a few days. We had a pleasurable experience working with Rich when purchasing a certified pre-owned 2012 Mazda 6. He was very helpful in explaining pros and cons, such as leasing vs. purchasing. Lisa (in the finance department) was very warm and friendly. A couple of days after having the vehicle, I noticed that a headlamp wasn't working. We drove up to Manchester to look at a Mazda3 because we hadn't been satisfied with our experience at another dealership. Brandon got us in quickly, answered all of our questions, and worked with Lisa to come up with financing that worked for us. I seen the car I was interested in online, a 2009 Mazda6, and called to set up an appointment, Rich had the car ready for me when I arrived there, and after a brief discussion we were ready for the test drive. I knew after the drive this was the car that I wanted to buy and both Rich and Susan made me feel comfortable the whole time that i'd be able to purchase the car. They were both very friendly and personable and Susan even continued to drive the APR down with the banks even after I was already approved for a loan, to try and get me a better deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

A few weeks ago I went to Mazda of Manchester to test drive the new CX-5. Rich was in the showroom and he was great! He showed me all the features, we went for a drive and I knew it was the car I wanted. The next day, I purchased the car. I went to Mazda of Manchester a few weeks ago because they had a Mazda CX-5 online with the options I was looking for. I called before I arrived & Rich had the car outside ready for a test drive. He very thoroughly explained all of the features to me. I worked with Rich & Jim to figure out the financing, and the response time was incredible. I felt comfortable and welcome at the dealership. I called several times with questions and always received a quick response to my questions. When I took delivery I was introduced to the service department, and was pleased with what they have to offer. Back in May, I purchased a nice used Honda that I was very happy with. Unfortunately, 6 months later a bad accident left the car totaled. I dreaded having to endure the car search once more. However, while looking online I found a nice-looking Honda at Mazda of Manchester reasonably priced for the year and miles on the car. When I called to inquire about the car, the staff was very helpful about answering any questions that I had. The car had been traded in to the dealership; it was clean and well taken care when it arrived there. While test driving it, we detected a funny sound that we believed to be a wheel bearing (which the dealership guaranteed would be taken care of), but it ended up being something to do with one of the tires when the service department looked it over. I ended up with four new tires! Rich was able to answer all my questions, provided me with Carfax information and service records and was able to work with me on pricing and accommodations for my used car. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others!

We worked with sales person Michele Sanchez and finance person Sue Muzzy. We also had some step plates put on our CX5. What a pleasure! Michele could answer every question we had and went over the car thoroughly with us before she would let us leave. There is nothing like knowing the functions of our vehicle. She is friendly and considerate and kept all of her promises with regard to the car and our process. Sue's ability to put us at ease with regard to the financing made the process go very quickly. We were not in a big rush to pick up the car, and they needed a few days to prep it for us, put it was ready when they said it would be. Painless and seamless is how our car purchase here was. We had gone to a Ford dealer in East Hartford and it was an awful experience. We went to a Honda dealer in Manchester and it was a great experience. We had our hearts set on a Mazda from the start but wanted to compare 3 similar SUV's. The vehicle was Mazda hands down. To cap this experience, all departments at Mazda won us over hands down. Kudo's to Mazda for having the only glossy pamphlet jam filled with facts and info on our CX5. We dogeared the pamphlet until we knew more about the car. Neither Ford nor Honda had any. This helped my husband who is not real computer literate learn all about the CX5. I guess I could go on and on about the people we met and dealt with at MOM. I learned a few personal things about Michele and Sue. Michele is a computer geek and Sue loves to fish. The experience at MOM was definitly the personal touch.. This is so rare today. If you need a car, beat feet to MOM. The people there will make it worth you time and money. Thanks for letting me share my opinion. And, oh, yes, we love out 2015 CX5. We named it the "Red Tomato". PS: I went to High School and lived down the street from Rich Sika.

From the beginning Brandon Hansen was interested in meeting my needs for a car. He was very attentive to what I was looking for first, then making sure the model I was interested in had the features I cared about (not just adding features that might be useful). Brandon was low pressure and was willing to discuss any other vehicle comparison (rather than just saying Mazda was best as a company line). Bob and Patrick, with more experience, also came around at times to answer my questions on leasing (which I was seriously considering) and the CX-5 in general. Im currently leasing a 2015 CX-5 grand touring and I love it! I went into the dealership partially knowing what I wanted and Brandon, my sales associate, helped me with making my decision and answering any questions that I had. I contacted Mark Cross at Carter Chevrolet last Monday as I have been doing business with Carters for over 20 years. I explained that I wanted to try a Mazda3 with specific interior/exterior colors and accessories. Saturday, I picked up my new car and I could not be more pleased. I don't know much about the mechanics of cars but whenever I have a question, he never makes me feel like an idiot for asking. He's great at his job and makes the waiting period less painful. Sorry for only giving you guys a 5 stars rating, if I could make that a 10 star service I would!!! I came to Mazda of Manchester after I had a NIGHTMARE experience at Balise Mazda in West Springfield, MA. For starters, they were open on Sunday, they had the car I wanted for the price I was looking for. They helped me with my current car situation and they made to process easy and painless. The best part and my favorite part is the treatment I received. Simply amazing.

My fiance and I had a fantastic experience buying our new car at Mazda of Manchester. We got a used car that looks and feels new! It was exactly as described, and everyone was super-friendly and low-pressure. We had some special circumstances and they were very accommodating with what we needed. I have been in a lot of car dealerships and every time that another dealer would have tried to take advantage of the situation, these guys did the right thing. Go to Mazda of Manchester and ask for Bettina. While you are there also say hi to Patrick the manager (if he doesn't greet you first). They will give it to you straight, and give you fair deal.

This dealership has excellent reviews for a reason. The whole car buying experience was great. Living in Maine and driving 3 hours to a dealership to buy a car that you haven't even seen or driven in person is not ideal. The vehicle however was exactly what we were looking for and the price was in our range. We had visited local dealerships and they said they couldn't get the vehicle we wanted with the mileage we wanted for the price we wanted to pay but Mazda of Manchester did all of these. I first contacted their internet sales manager Michelle Jette, she was great at answering my questions and working on the price to fit our budget and the vehicle was already at a great price. She always got back to me promptly either through email or phone with responses or updates on the vehicle. We had a price agreed upon before we even left Maine which made things so much easier not having to haggle and we only wanted to make one trip down there so knowing the final price with tax and fees factored in really helped our cause. Later on in the buying process we worked with Rich Sika and Lisa Friedrich. They were also very helpful and pleasant. Rich actually came in on his day off so he could meet us on the only day we could make it down to the dealership and join us for the test drive and purchase. Lisa was great in explaining all the paperwork we had to sign and letting us know what warranties were available to us. There was no pressure, surprises, or hidden expenses with the vehicle. Buying a vehicle out of state seemed risky at first but after reading the dealership reviews and having one of the best used car warranties I have seen (90 days) it turned out to be a no brainer. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience from start to finish. Thanks again Michelle, Rich, and Lisa.

Like dealing with a real friend.My experience was a long distance correspondence with Kieth Chappelle, the dealership's Service Adivisor. I was in Fitchburg MA and the Mazda was in E. Windsor CT where it broke down while my grandson was at school there. Kieth quickly developed a relationship of trust with me through his frequent contact through the diagnostic process and every step needed to correct the multiple problems discovered in this 2004 6S. The problems found and corrected were less than I had feared for a vehicle of this vintage. The work was performed as scheduled and the car was ready and picked up at the time I had been assured it would be./My sincere thanks to Kieth and the dealership's technician who performed the tedious task on a rust infested broken drive axle and braking system. This dealership respects its customers. I was treated very well by a knowledgeable sales staff. They answered all my questions, allowed me multiple test drives and even offered an extended test drive. Price negotiation was not the usual horror story. I had done my research and they beat my expected price. On picking up my new CX5 I was given a comprehensive explanation of all the systems such that I have been able to take advantage of all it's great features. I came in to trade in a fairly new CX-5 in order to lower my monthly payments. Rich was incredibly helpful in explaining the lease process to me and setting me up in a new Mazda6 that fit my financial needs. Even when we couldn't come to an agreement on the car I originally wanted, they did everything they could to work with me to get me a deal I could work with. I left there with a much lower monthly payment and a car that I love to drive.

A seamless lease . We encountered sincere people,real opinions that fit our needs. Our initial contact was with Sara the night prior and her willingness to accommodate us was impressive. I had many questions and got many answers .so meeting rich was the icing on the cake.He took a lot of time with our daughter. We weren't pressured our rushed It is nice to see such continuity. I was looking at a used car online and decided to request some info on a trailblazer. Within minutes I had a response from Michelle Jette. It was all it took for me to come down to Carter Mazda. Once we arrived, we were greeted with friendly sales people and test drove the vehicle. The next day they found me a newer trailblazer and took it home on monday. Great team and very friendly. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I was helped by Brandon and was very pleased with how he handled everything. He was not pushy and when the car i originally went to see didn't work out he brought out a better car for me to look at. Lisa in finance was very nice and willing to work with me though i had bad credit and little money to put down. Would recommend this dealer to anyone and will probably go back when it is time to upgrade.

Rich and Susan were really great to work with. I did initially go there and spoke with Bob, who wasn't very helpful and gave me a lot of incorrect information about the different types and years of the Mazda 3 that I was looking at. I told him about my price range and he immediately told me I should lease a car. Which I don't want to do because I like to keep my cars for a long time. But I came back a couple weeks later anyway to check out a 6 speed manual transmission 2013 Mazda 3, which was hard to find. When I came back, I was handed over to Rich, who was really great. He did not place any pressure on me, and was very knowledgeable. Gave me the right info (which contradicted things that Bob had told me) and worked with me on my price range. Susan, who handled all of the paperwork was just a real pleasure to talk to as well. All in all, great experience. And I love my car!

Basically was interested in two cars, a Mazda cx5 and a Subaru Forrester. Went to Mazda dealership first and told Rich we were interested but wanted to check out the Subaru also. Rich took the time to explain all the bells and whistles on the Mazda cx5 and let my wife take it out on a test drive. Gave me a price for the car with no trade-in. After we left, we check out the Subaru next weekend and wife decided the Mazda was for her. Went to another Mazda dealership and checked out the same car. Salesman explained nothing. I felt like I knew more about the car then he did after talking with Rich. Bottom line, we bought from Manchester Mazda (Rich) because of the personal touch and price he gave us. Even let me take it out for another ride before purchasing. A very pleasant experience. Susan, also a very pleasant experience from finance department. I am not crazy about the car purchasing process (all the games), but I can say this was about the best experience I had buying a car.

I had done all the research and found the CX-5 to be well suited to my needs; AWD, fuel efficient, safe, fun to drive, all the latest technology features and, unlike my previous vehicle, without a recall notice showing up in my mailbox every week.Mazda of Manchester was one of the few dealers open the Sunday after the Fourth of July...which worked perfectly for me. Like most people, I don't exactly look forward to shopping for a vehicle, and as anyone who has kids and a full-time job knows, there's not a lot of extra time in the day to spend hanging around a showroom.Rich Sika was fantastic. He knew the product he was selling, explaining all the features during the test drive and when I took delivery of the vehicle, he was extremely thorough and made sure everything was set up and ready to go. (I got the grand touring technology package on the CX-5 and I don't regret that decision one bit.)When it came time to do the paperwork, Lisa Friedrich was beyond efficient and equally pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. Whether you dread car shopping in general, or the thought of having to deal with a discourteous, no-nothing showroom drone makes you wish you were having a root canal, the people at Mazda of Manchester will change your mind and put a smile on your face.

My new car search began on a snowy January morning with Michele Sanchez. I liked her right away. She was very professional, but told me a funny story about birds nesting in the A of the Mazda sign over the door, and when they reluctantly took the nest down, the bird just moved to the other A! After a test drive, I told Michele that I was just starting my search and wanted to look at 5 other brands before deciding. She didn't pressure me, which I liked! Long story, short, it took me 6 months to come back and retest-drive the Mazda6. She remembered me, and which model was my preference. She very thoroughly went over the features of the car. I also dealt with Patrick Cosgrove, who was familiar with one of the other brands I was considering, and he pointed out some feature differences that helped me choose the Mazda. I would recommend these people and this dealership highly!

I can't recommend Manchester Mazda, and more specifically, Jay and Lisa, enough! We recently purchased a car and found every step of the way to be fantastic! So first of to shorten this review a little its going to be in list format,1. Put a Hold payment on a Mazda 3 GT 2.5.2. Go back in two day to pick it up, and they traded with another dealer (car was moved to NJ 5 hours away and another 400 miles on it) they cant get it back for me.3. The same car was coming to their dealership from Japan in about 10 days (so they say).4. Fought for more money off the car because I had to wait and my $500 didn't do what it was meant to do (hold a car for me)5. Finally got a remote start for free because of the trouble of them selling my car. but i had to pay for the installation.6. they wrote up the paper work and I reviewed it (I bought the car before it was even there to do them a favor and give them a sale before the end of the 1/4) there were some errors in their math, and when i asked what some numbers meant they couldn't give me an answer.7. After reviewing the price math I found the error and they had to do the paperwork all over again. I signed the paperwork and went home to wait 10 or so days for my new car (I was super excited).8. 12 days of waiting no call from mazda of manchester, I call them, and they say my car is not in yet they are expecting it any moment now (they say they will call me with updates)9. 15 days of waiting no call yet, I call again, no car same explanation.10. I call a couple more times can't remember exactly how many times but the point is that they didn't call me a single time. 11. on the 25th day of waiting my car finally came in (i called again). 12. They did the paperwork all over again because I waited so long.13. now that the story is out of the way, I must say that the car being late wasnt there fault and them selling the car i put a hold on was a simple mistake, overall they are great people and I would buy a car from them again. they dont try and screw you over they want to help and actually give you a good deal.

Between my husband and I, we have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership, and we both have had a very positive experience. Our main contacts and the dealership were with Bob Hansen and Lisa Friedrich. Both are very professional and knowledgeable while being warm and welcoming. The process of purchasing a vehicle went very smoothly with a minimum of stress. Bob was a good listener and was very attuned to our needs as far as selecting the right vehicle and trim level. Lisa took care of the financial end of the transaction which was quick and painless.The care and attention continued beyond the sale of the car. Bob was very helpful in solving a problem I was having with my navigation system several weeks after the purchase of the car. I was very grateful and the effort on his part is above and beyond the customer service I would expect at most dealerships. My wife and I decided to stop by Mazda of Manchester after an internet search revealed they had three MX-5 Miatas on the lot. Rich Sika came outside to meet us and things just clicked. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had...and we've purchased quite a number of vehicles in over 40 years. There was zero pressure, all our questions were answered, pricing was fair and Rich and the rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was almost surreal. I inquired about a Mazda vehicle for my daughter via the internet. Michael Sawyer was very prompt and replying. I explained what my daughter was looking for and what she could afford. She has a Mazda 3 (2008) that she was trading in. Michael kept in touch with me via email pretty much daily. My daughter wanted a vehicle out of her price range, but Michael did his best in trying with all the incentives available and we decided to look at a Mazda 3 hatchback. I talked to Michael on the phone a few time, and was very impressed and felt very comfortable - no pressure, not pushy. We did meet with Rich Sika this past week to look and test drive a vehicle Mazda 3 Hatchback. Rich is newer to this dealership, but was very helpful and knowledgeable. Rich understood what we wanted and didn't try to talk us into something else. Rich worked quickly with the sales manager and came up with a quote for us. Did have to play the waiting game back and forth with the manager. After a couple of days. My daughter decided not to go with a Mazda 3 and, when Rich called to see how thing were going and if there was anything he could do for us (he left a message). I called him back and told him we had decided on another vehicle - not in the Mazda family. Rich wished me the best. Rich even followed up with an email wishing my daughter the best and if there's anything he can do for us in the future or if we ever have any questions, he'd be more than happy to assist us. Karolina was by far the best sales representative. Prior to my visit at this dealer, I had gone to a few other dealers who honestly didn't seem that interested in selling me a car and frankly lacked customer service skills. Karolina was extremely friendly, caring and was willing to do whatever it took to get me to buy the vehicle. I appreciated her honesty and willingness to give me any information I asked for. Went I arrived at this dealership I knew I wanted the Mazda CX-5 Sport model, but wasn't convinced I should buy right away. I didn't feel pressured by Karolina and her ability as a good salesperson to cater to my needs are what made me seal the deal and buy my new Mazda CX-5 from her. I strongly believe in good customer service and I will go back to this specific facility for maintenance because of it. Even though Liberty Mazda is closer to my home, I would prefer to go to Mazda of Manchester. I would also like to mention Lisa Friedrich who was willing to do whatever necessary to get the paperwork signed. There was some confusion about the signing of paperwork and Lisa did not hesitate to solve the problem, more importantly she made me feel like I was an important customer. I am reasonable to believe misunderstandings happen, however it's all in how it's handled. I highly recommend Mazda of Manchester and specifically Karolina and Lisa.

I purchased a CX-5 from Mazda of Manchester after going through a bankruptcy. Lisa Friedrich and Patrick did a great job of getting me into a new Mazda with a lease, which is difficult with poor credit. I plan to purchase the car when the lease is done, but they were excellent. Also, a young woman named Michelle was a great help showing me the features of the car and nobody at the dealership had the stereotypical car dealer "game.". Theybwere just friendly and informative. Easily the best buying experience of my life.

I was shopping for a compact SUV. I had narrowed my search to 4 vehicles (Subaru Forester, Honda CR-V, Nissan Rogue, Mazda CX-5).The CX-5 was the last vehicle that I test drove. My wife and I walked into the Mazda of Manchester dealership on a Saturday afternoon andit was apparent that they were quite busy. Karolina managed to break free when she saw that we were waiting for a sale person. She was very friendly and professional and after discussing our desire to test drive the CX-5 she pulled one up to the door for it to warm up before we went out (winter in New England). She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and we discussed how it matched up against the other 3 competitive vehicles that we previously test drove. Karolina took us on some local back roads as well as the highway. When we returned to thedealership she did not give us a heavy sales pitch but offered to answer and questions that we might have as we made our final decision. For me, to CX-5 and the Nissan Rogue were very comparable vehicles. In the end, I chose the CX-5. I would certainly recommend Karolina to any person interested in test driving a new Mazda vehicle.

I gave up on USAA's car search program because it was showing too many flaky car dealerships, one even stole my paper work that said how much the car was worth. Another refused to give me back my Deposit after they failed to reserve the car I wanted. I went online and searched "Mazda CT", and Mazda of Manchester was showing a 4.9 out of 5. I thought why not, and I could always walk out if they try X,Y and Z. I walked in with out calling any one and within a minute was greeted by Michele. I told her the color, make and model I wanted, but unfortunately they didn't have it. I asked if there were any in the area, and one of her coworkers made a few calls and found what I wanted. He came out and showed me the list of cars in the area he could get for me. He then told me if I was interested, I could swing by Friday and see it. Two days later, Michele emailed me with the car's VIN number and said If I want to see it, I can come in tomorrow. Sure enough the next day, it was there, same car model I wanted with matching VIN number from the Email. I bought it that hourIt was that easy. There was no theatrics, no drama, no acting and no magicians. The sales rep I started with was there from start to finish, and the price didn't magically change in the 3 days I waited. No one touched my paper work with out my permission and it was always promptly handed back to me.

I recently purchased a used Mazda from Mazda of Manchester and had a fantastic experience. Michelle Sanchez did a great job seeling us our Mazda; we didn't feel pressured and she was pleasant and easy to deal with. I was referred to Mazda of Manchester by my co-worker when I mentioned that I needed a new car but wasn't sure if I'd qualify for financing due to a less than desirable credit history. I went on the website and immediately saw the car I wanted and the live chat on the website made it easy to make an appointment, Mike Sawyer was my internet rep and he was friendly and able to answer all my questions. I requested Lisa as my sales consultant because she came highly recommended by my co-worker. when I arrived for my test drive I was early and Lisa wasn't here yet but Bobby was really kind and took me on the test drive instead. We went on a pretty long drive on different types of roads so i can get a good feel of the car. Lisa took care of me when I came back and within 2 days got me approved at a reasonable rate for a car I never thought I'd be able to afford. My favorite part of the entire experience is how every single person I encounter at Mazda of Manchester never treated my as another sales opportunity but as a person. It feels great when you're in the process of buying something as important as a car to have people that genuinely want to help you! I would recommended Mazda of Manchester to anyone. And when my co-worker told me she got a $100 for the referral I was even more excited about my purchase.

She went above and beyond service....she wouldn't give up as she knew how important it was for me to have a car that was comfortable to drive and get in and out of and also for my mom, who has severe arthritis...The Mazda CX5 is perfect. I then worked with Bob Hansen, who with his professionalism and his sense of humor made my first drive in a Mazda CX5 and wonderful fun time. I was hooked!! I brought my wife in to take a look at Mazda's crossover offerings to accomodate our growing family. We worked with Dave Small and took a look at the CX-5. Although just there to look, we were impressed enough with the vehicle, the sales process (no pressure, and extremely knowledgeable of the product), and the pricing that we chose to end our search then and there. I bought a Used 2006 GMC Canyon form Carter chevrolet approximately January 2014.I heard a bearing type noise coming from the engine compartment , especially when just starting the vehicle.I suspected the Tensioner or Idler pulley was making the noise.Since I have a 90 day warranty from Carter chevy I decided to try to get it looked at.I was told (By Carter chevy) to go to Mazda of Manchester for Service.I dropped it of in the Morning on Saturday 2/22. When I got there I met Kyle Chappalle.Kyle impressed me the minute I met Him. He was very attentive to my problem, and within a matter of hours I wasable to pick up the Vehicle with a New Serpentine Belt Tensioner. Now I can say that the noise I heard was no longer there.BACKGROUND : In the past I have done all of my own work on my Vehicles, because quite frankly I never trusted anyone working on my car.I must say that after the experienc with Mazda of Manxhester, I am a true beleiver that there are good service places out there and I must say that Mazda of Manchester made me a true beleiver.I am a Mechanical Engineer and am an avid Shade tree mechanic. I have done much work on my own cars, such as;1). Tranny fluid filter and flid change.2). head gasket replacemtn on a front wheel drive (olds) Ciera.3). Multiple brake jobs.4). Heater Cores.5). Clutch replacement6). too much else to list here.I am now in my 50's and I must say that I have finally found a repair center that I fell in love with.I would not hesitate to take my car to mazda for any type of repair. They even washed my car. This was the first wash since I bought the car (it is still winter).I work at Pratt and will HIGHLY recomnmend Kyle and his buddies at Mazda of Manchester to my Coworkers.I know I rambled but I never thought I would truly trust anybody working on my car, exce3pt for Mazda of Manchester.Thanks to Kyle and the entire team at mazda of Manchester.

As a long time Ford owner, I can't remember the last time I was at a dealership other than Ford. Owning a 5-speed 2008 Focus (that had been a great car) but due to lower back issue, I needed a vehicle with an automatic transmission. I decided to check out Mazda of Manchester because my daughter has had a great experience with her 2011 Mazda 3 i Touring sedan. I was looking at their used Mazda 3's on the lot and Jay Wood approached me asking if there was anything that I would like to take a closer look at or a test drive. I found a 2011 that I liked a lot and asked if we could take it for a test drive. Being later in the day with darkness closing in, I found that I liked the vehicle so we went inside to work out what the cost would be with my trade in. Walking in, I braced myself for the typical dealership games (being passed around up the decision making chain, the lost key game, the no one wants your trade-in game, the I can't remember what you were promised but let's start all over at MSRP game and on and on). Actually to my surprise and delight, it was a no-nonsense, pleasant experience! Jay offered what was a fair price for my vehicle AND CAME BACK WITH A GREAT PRICE for the used Mazda 3. I told him that I wanted my wife to see the vehicle and that we would be back the following Saturday. There were no pressure tactics and we set up a time for the following week.A week later I returned with my wife and daughter and we looked at the vehicle. After closer inspection during the day, we found some items that we were not aware of on the 2011 Mazda 3 and decided to pass. We decided however to continue to look around (because of the great experience) and found another vehicle, a 2012 Mazda 3 and after taking it for a test drive, I asked Jay if he could give us the same great price for the 2012. He came back with a very reasonable offer with my trade-in and he sold us the vehicle. We are extremely happy with our 2012 Mazda 3 i Sport and our purchasing experience with both Jay Wood, Lisa Friedrich and Patrick the Sales Manager. The paperwork process was smooth and the dealership worked out the new plates and registration for me, which helped being 45 minutes away in the Springfield MA area. Jay introduced me to the service and parts department staff as well as the drop box for keys. So if you want a pleasant, no-nonsense, no drama experience where you are ACTUALLY RESPECTED through the process, I strongly recommend this dealership and both Jay and Lisa who were consummate professionals. My wife now wants to buy a Mazda 6 from them as her vehicle.I guess I'm not a Ford guy any longer.

Very upfront and they were able to break everything down for me in a handy-dandy sheet with all the cost/fees associated with the purchase as well as possible financing scenarios (interest, term length, monthly payments) which was totally awesome. Kate impressed us with her professionalism and knowledge of the cars. She also has a great sense of humor.We test drove a CX-5 and loved it! Back in November 2013, I was involved in a car accident that unfortunately totaled my amazing 2011 Nissan Sentra. Once the settlement came from the insurance company, I then had to go through the painstaking hassle of finding a new car. This may sound strange but I was having a difficult time looking at a new car to get into, as I was very attached to the car I just got out of. You would think that the worst part of this would be finding a new car, actually it was more-so dealing with sales people. Before coming to Mazda of Manchester, I had managed to visit about ten different dealerships in a week and a half span, all populated with either skeezy sales people or sales people that just didn't take me seriously. (I mean seriously, once someone says they just got out of a 2011 vehicle and have an insurance check, you think they'd be automatically interested.)It was about 4:30/5pm on a Saturday, after an arduous day of looking and talking to the skeeziest of the skeeziest (pretty much any Nissan dealership in the Western Mass/Hartford County area, if you were wondering,) I was just about to give up, but then saw the one Mazda dealership that was less than twenty-five miles away from my home. I decided to scan the *gently* used lot before completely giving up hope. As soon as I pulled in, there was a sales person running right out the door to greet me, but I (less than politely) snubbed him. Thinking that I wouldn't find anything, all of the sudden, I happen to come upon this sleek 2010 Mazda 3 that was the epitome of *gently* used. I decided "Why not?" and walked into the dealership and walked up to the first sales-woman I saw (and that I had seen on this entire adventure) and simply said "I want to test drive your Mazda 3, I don't want to hear anything about it, just let me drive it." And that is how I met the amazing Lisa Friedrich. If you're someone who is easily infuriated by the cliche sales person type, or anyone in general actually, I would recommend Lisa Friedrich. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She will stop at nothing to make sure that you are getting the "best bang for your buck." I'm sure if Mazda of Manchester has Lisa, I'm sure the rest of the sales group follows by her amazing example as well!

First Frank screwed up the sale by dropping the ball on getting finance and blaming my son when in fact he took the day off and forgot to tell us that. He tried to blame us for it taking so long. Frank told my son on Wednesday that he could not do the sale that day,that he was off Thursday, but could do it on Friday. My son took the day off work, did the finance application on line, I called our insurance to change everything,all of which I believe should have been done by Frank. We waited all day Friday and finally at 4.30pm I called the dealership to find out that Frank was off and no one knew what was going on. Lisa tried to help but at that point too late. So Saturday, I left work early to go to dealership with my son,and Frank was not sorry in any way. In fact, he had an attitude and was trying to blame my son. We were about to leave and go somewhere else when he finally said he was sorry he dropped the ball, and to make it up to us they would install satellite radio to the car. Against my better judgement, but this was my sons decision, and he was so excited about buying his first new car, we stayed and bought the car. We made an appointment for January 7 th, 2 weeks later, to have the radio installed. So, you would think all is well, right....NOT..we dropped the car off the night before, arranged our schedules to drop Mathieu at work and pick him up. We are on our way to pick up the car at 4pm in the afternoon and when we get there, Dave, the service manager rudely tells us that the part did not come in. No phone call to us, nothing.....now they say I guess we will have to get u a rental car. They knew for two weeks that we were coming in for this installation. They did not call us to tell us they did not get the part, and then they are rude to us......Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have bought many cars in my life and have never been treated so poorly or badly. They did not show any remorse or care about the fact that they dropped the ball not once but twice. I wanted people to know how poorly we were treated.

My buying experience with Frank could not have been easier. My husband and I stopped in one Sunday to take a new CX-5 for a test drive. We had been shopping for a new car for a few weeks, and this was one of the last cars on our list to drive. During our first visit, Frank explained all of the benefits of the car and the brand, but was not pushy at all. We left without making a decision (since we wanted to discuss in private).Frank followed up with a friendly email the next day. A few days later, I called to set up an appraisal for my trade and to discuss purchasing the vehicle. The appraisal process was simple and we were given a fair price for our trade. We did our research before going and knew what we wanted to pay. The price we were quoted during the test dive was higher than the sales price offered during this second visit. We settled on a price very quickly (their offer was about what we were willing to pay) and negotiated for floor mats. We left satisfied.Unfortunately, the car we test drove (which was exactly what we wanted) had been traded to another dealer, so Frank had to locate the same car elsewhere and arrange to have it transferred to Mazda of Manchester. Apparently getting the car was not the easiest task, but he delivered on schedule, just after Thanksgiving. The car had a few added accessories, such as roof rails, that we didn't ask for, but we were not charged for them. So, we ended up with the car we wanted, plus some added bonuses, on schedule at a fair price.Throughout the process Frank was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated his very straightforward approach and would not hesitate to recommend him or Mazda of Manchester.

I recently bought a car from Frank Fomo at Mazda of Manchester and I would highly recommend him. I would buy another car from him without reservation. I stopped in one night after a long day to look at a used car I had seen on line. I was not really in the car shopping mood but Frank was very laid back and not pushy at all. He was helpful but not overbearing.I wanted to buy the car but it needed to have a few details taken care of before I was totally satisfied with the car, and Frank took care of it. I also had a car to trade in. The title and the lien information were both missing from my trade in which could have been a big hassle, but Frank and Rob took care of all the details and the process went very smoothly.The car runs and looks great and it was very easy to deal with Frank and everyone else at Mazda of Manchester.

My old car was on its last legs, so my wife and I got a number of online quotes for various cars from the local dealerships. Kay contacted me originally, with a good price for a new car, and included information on some other cars, so we could make a fully informed decision. We took a test drive and met with Kate. We ended up getting a reasonable trade-in offer, and we liked the car we looked at, so we end up buying it. Kate and Rob gave us options for add-ons and protection, but never pressured us into a decision. We would highly recommend dealing with Mazda of Manchester, if you're in the area.edit: Forgot to mention - while on the test drive, Kate asked us if we wanted to take the car on the highway. YES!!! I've only had that happen once when test-driving vehicles.

I was not planning on buying a car the day I took the CX-5 out for a test drive. I was driving a 2013 Honda CR-V that I was very unhappy with, but figured that financially, I was going to be stuck in it for the term of my loan. Jay Wood (my sales consultant) was very laid back and simply asked me WHY I was unhappy with my existing car. Even though I told him that I was not going to be buying, he still took the time to explain the features of the CX5 to me and showed me how it could address each concern I had with my Honda. Because I have a bad back, I needed to know that the CX5 would be comfortable for me, even on long trips. Jay arranged for me to take the car on an extended test drive so I could spend the day in it and I was convinced. The dealership offered me a very competitive trade in value for my car (even more than Honda) and with the low interest rate available for financing, it turned out that I was able to purchase the Mazda and still not be "upside down". This is the fifth new car that I have purchased in my lifetime and Mazda of Manchester is easily the best dealership experience I have had. I highly recommend Jay Wood to my friends and family. He's a straight-shooter, he's honest and he takes the time to listen to what is important to the customer instead of just trying to meet his sales goals for the month. I visited Mazda of Manchester during a particularly drawn out deliberation over which new car I should buy. All of the staff were extremely helpful, and Kate Micari, whom I worked with in particular, was especially helpful. She didn't try to push me into anything, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was considering (Mazda3 and Mazda6), and was really helpful and quick in getting me a price quote when I finally decided to buy a Mazda3. The price that she gave me was the best that I received from any dealership for the vehicle, and though I ended up buying the vehicle elsewhere because a dealer closer to where I live (Vermont) was able to match the price, I would recommend Mazda of Manchester to anyone for their excellent service, friendly staff, and great prices.

I came to Mazda of Manchester on a whim after seeing a used car on their lot that I was interested in. I was so pleasantly surprised and pleased by the whole experience. From working with Jay Wood, our sales rep, to Patrick Cosgrove, the Sales Manager, to Lisa Friedrich, the operations manager, there was absolutely no pressure to buy and they could not have been more accommodating. They even arranged to let me take the car overnight so that my spouse could test drive it before we bought it.I feel like I got a very fair price for my trade and on the new car- and their customer service was excellent.

Lisa was knowledgeable and friendly. Lisa encouraged me to take the car on a test drive and to even take it home for the night. My wife and I were impressed with the upgraded engine for the 2014 CX-5. We also liked the fact that one matching all our preferences was in stock and on display. Lisa made the purchase as enjoyable as could be; and, having looked for several months at all the alternatives, we decided to purchase our first Mazda. When my wife and I went to see a new Mazda, I had my requirements rigid. Kate welcomed us to the dealership and the first thing she did was to go through my requirements and narrowing down to the possible models that satisfy them. This saved us a lot of time. In addition, we didn't hear any 'sales talks' from anyone we dealt at the dealership which made us confide in them. Kate took us through all the vehicles we liked to see (Mazda 3, CX-7, and Ford Mustang (used)) and explained us the differences of the vehicles in many aspects such as fuel economy, safety, etc. She didn't suggest we settle for any vehicle or did not rush us through the process which would be the case at many other dealerships, rather we had enough information to make a comfortable decision within a decent amount of time. Finally, we liked the Mustang and settled for it.Rob did a fantastic job by getting the credit approval right way, without jeopardizing my credit score. He took us through all steps of the deal, warranties, and all other information that we should know in order to make informed decisions. They did a great job with the vehicle price, credit approval process, and documentation. The professionalism and expertise demonstrated by Rob should be a benchmark for every auto dealership.In summary, we were offered a great service at Mazda of Manchester. Everyone there was friendly and very helpful and helped us to get the car that we were really fond of having. Exceptional customer service!

This dealership is the absolute model for what all dealerships should be like. My husband and I began our car search at a dealership much closer to our hometown of Worcester MA, but after being completely underwhelmed by the atmosphere there, we ventured off to CT.We were greeted on the lot by salesman Jay Wood within minutes of arriving. We told him we were looking at the Mazdaspeed 3, and when he found out we hadn't had an opportunity to drive one yet, he enthusiastically offered us a test drive. Jay was the perfect mix of laid back and informative, he answered our questions, but also let us form our own opinions of the car. When we returned to the dealership, we went inside and talked numbers-the part most people dread-but it was surprisingly low key and comfortable. Jay worked to get the price to where we were comfortable, and although the offer for our trade-in was too low for us to afford, we knew we'd be returning to buy the car as soon as we sold our current vehicle. The prices at this dealership are already so low, there is little need for haggling and BS back and forth negotiations. We left that day, sold our car 2-3 weeks later and returned a few days after that to purchase the car. Buying our car that day was almost as simple as buying a pair of shoes. There were no hidden fees, we got a decent interest rate through the dealerships bank, and there was no high pressure offers to buy extra stuff or extended warranties (purchasing the extended warranty did come up, but we never felt overly pressured to agree to buying it). From start to finish the day we bought the car, we probably spent no more than 2 hours there, which is pretty impressive considering it's not unheard of for folks to spend an entire day at a other dealerships. Also, before we left, we received a card from the service center to remind us that they would be contacting us when it's time for our first oil change. Overall, my husband and I were extremely impressed by everything about Mazda of Manchester, the prices, the people, the sales approach, everything! We've already recommended them to our friends, and if we are in the market for a car in the future, we will be going back!!!

I spent a short amount of time at another Mazda dealership where it felt like I was just a number and where they didn't do a very good job answering my questions or making me feel comfortable. I felt rushed test driving the car I liked. I really enjoyed the car, but my experience at the other dealership ruined my shopping experience. I was hesitant, but decided to test drive the same car again at Mazda of Manchester -- and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! Kate greeted us outside and was very friendly. She understood that I felt pressured when test driving at the other dealership and offered to let us take the car out for a test drive on our own. She was patient with us when we drove multiple cars to get the feel and was very well informed about the cars. Everyone we met at the dealership had a smile on and it was a completely non-threatening/non-pushy environment. They made me feel very comfortable the entire time and I got an incredible deal on my new car! I highly recommend this dealership!

I recently purchased a new 2013 Mazdaspeed 3 and couldn't be happier with my choice. Mazda of Manchester and Jay Wood were great to work with. No pressure and hassle free! They gave me a great price on my 2008 MX-5 trade-in and were very good to me financing the new Mazdaspeed 3. This is how all car purchases should go. I didn't have to negotiate since they were right on the money (so to speak) with their trade in values and financing options. I went in, took a test drive with Jay, sat down and went over the numbers. They handled all the paperwork and I was in and out with my new car the following Saturday. The car is phenomenal, as all Mazdas are. Fun to drive, economical, and built very well. You don't have to settle for 4 tires and a steering wheel. My experience at this dealership purchasing a new 2013 Mazda3 Hatchback was fantastic. I had known for months exactly what kind of car I wanted, so when I was finally ready to make the purchase, it was only a matter of finding the right dealership. For me, picking the right dealership is equally about price and liking the people that I have to work with. I want a good deal as much as the next person, but I will not buy a car from someone that I dislike. Its a big purchase, so I need to feel comfortable.That said, Mazda of Manchester was the first dealership I visited, because it is located conveniently close to my home. This dealership is on the small side, but I found it cozy and inviting. I liked everyone I interacted with immediately, from Jay (my sales consultant) to Lisa and Michelle (the sales managers). Everyone was friendly, laid-back and had a sense of humor (a big plus in my book). There was no pressure whatsoever to make a purchase, and no shady stereotypical car salesman tactics used, which I appreciated. I left that day with a good feeling, as well as a fair price on the vehicle I wanted (but I did not make any commitments).As much as I enjoyed my first visit to Mazda of Manchester, I wanted to do my due diligence by visiting some other dealerships. There aren't very many Mazda dealerships around, so you can probably guess which ones I went to. The people I interacted with at these places employed your standard underhanded stereotypical car salesman tactics, which just served to piss me off. Pushing your pen at me doesn't make me want to sign anything, it just makes me want to poke you in the eye with it. One of these dealerships actually undercut the others with respect to price, but I didn't want to give them by business of all the shadiness going on.So back to Mazda of Manchester I went a few days later. Jay, Lisa, and Michelle worked with me until the numbers fit my budget (go me for sticking to my budget!) and arranged for me take delivery the following day. When I returned the next day, Rob make the paperwork quick and easy, and I was on the road in a flash. My experience here was so pleasant, that I actually felt a little sad when it was over. Next time, I won't even bother going anywhere else.

We went to Mazda of Manchester after looking for a car for about 3 weeks. We had just started looking and had looked at used cars and realized that moving from a van to a 5 seater car with 2 boys their sports equipment and friends as well as two large dogs that we should take another look at used CX9's. We had no intention of buying a car that day - we even said to eachother "we are not buying a car today" on the way there. We walked into the dealership and a nice woman asked how she could help and introduced us to Dave who took the time to show us some used CX9's as well as explained car options and financing options. Based on the information he shared we decided to look at a new CX9 with all the options we were looking for and realized it was affordable. We walked away putting a deposit on a brand new car. Dave was patient with us, personable, - answered all of our questions and the Mazda team provided great information on financing options. Dave also took the time to explain all the functions of our new car with all its safety and tech items. The financing people were great and explained everything. All in all my husband felt it was the best car buying experience he has had. We have been back for our free car washes and have caught up with Dave and are planning on getting a couple of accessories for the car. Car has been great so far - great handling - was great in a recent thunderstorm downpour and I look forward to how it will handle in the snow.

My experience was much like Stan had said. I had visited another dealer a few days before and that was good til I was ready to go and the price haggling began. I never experienced that with Kate. I saw the information online and can in armed with my Consumer Reports pricing information and ready to see what Mazda had to offer. I was set up to see Lisa but she was with a client so we saw Kate and she had the car I wanted to test drive and see all set in front of the dealership. Kate was informative, pleasant and honest. The trade in for my car was a bit less than I expected but the price offered on the Mazda was the quoted online price. I felt very comfortable and have never had that experience in a car dealership before. I was so pleased with the way the car handled and how we were treated that I made the decision right there to purchase the Mazda 3 and have not regretted it at all. I love my new car. Lisa came over and asked if we had any questions and we told her how happy we were with Kate's work. We came in a few days later and met with Harold to complete the financing. That was pleasant as well. I would recommend Mazda of Manchester to anyone and especially Kate Micari!

I just had a great experience buying a car. Let me say that again. I just had a great experience buying a car. To me buying a car used to mean preparing for battle with the sales person, then the sales manager and finally the business manager. In this case, Mazda of Manchester (CT) was completely different. Their web site was comprehensive and up-to-date. When I called they indicated that the cars I was interested in would be available for review. When I arrived at the dealership I noticed all three used cars were in front of the sales office ready for inspection and possibly a test drive. Kate, the sales person, greeted me, asked for details of what I was interested in and then offered to show me each car. I did a test drive with two of the cars. They were in immaculate condition. Both cars met my needs so I sat down with Kate to discuss pros and cons of each in relation to their price. I had checked Edmonds and Kelly Blue Book so I was ready to battle about the price. The Mazda of Manchester prices for both cars and my trade in were right on target with the prices I had hoped to negotiate. After we agreed on the price, Kate told me that they were going to put on new tires and windshield wipers as well as replace a malfunctioning key remote all free of charge. One more thing, I had the car inspected by my mechanic. He found a slightly cracked air conditioning belt that Mazda agreed to replace. Mazda of Manchester has completely changed my thoughts on buying a car. I recommend them enthusiastically.

I went to this dealership on the advice of a friend and I was very impressed by how attentive the staff was and how comfortable I felt with this dealership. Joe Hawley was in the parking lot when we arrived to "just look". He asked me questons re: what car I was interested in, and suggested the Mazda 3. He then had me test drive the car. I liked that he was not being pushy in trying to sell me a vehicle. He had me test drive the car and showed me the bells and whistles, which I really like. The following day I decided to purchase the Maza 3 that I'd test driven. Joe was not at the dealership that day, however I had plenty of help from the staff in walking through the process of purchasing a new vehicle. Again, nothing pushy, but staff who were very helpful and informative. I was very impressed with the sales people, as well as the other employees who handle payments etc. I felt very comfortable buying from this dealership, alhough there is one closer to where I live! I am well aware that everyone wants to make a sale, but their knowledge of the vehicle I wanted and the fact that they were helpful but not pushing me to buy from them, made me feel comfortable. I also was glad that they had th color of car that I wanted.

I visited this dealership with the intention of just checking out the features in a Mazda 3 Grand iTouring. Dave was very accommodating and allowed me to take one on a test drive. We discussed the pros and cons of the iTouring and Grand iTouring trims. The whole time Dave was very friendly and never pushed me to make a purchase. In the end I purchased an iTouring. I initially went into this dealership to look at a used car and I first worked with Pat. After visiting several other dealerships, I decided to come back to look at the new Mazda 3 and ended up purchasing a 2012. The Mazda 3 had everything I was looking for in a car, both mechanically and visually. In my return, I worked with Michelle and Dave who were both knowledgeable and professional. I was able to work closely with Michelle over financing and we were able to come up with a reasonable plan that was within my budget. I also had specific requirements and they were able to find the car that I wanted in a dealership in NH n wihch they were able to bring it down in just a few days. I was very happy to be able to drive out in the time frame I initially came in with. Dave was friendly and took the time to go over the specifics of my car. By the time I left the dealership, I was secure in the fact that I made the correct decision and I am still very happy when I get behind the wheel. I also like the fact that I can bring my car down to be washed for life at any time. I have recommended Mazda to my friends and talked about how pleasing and non pressuring my experience was.

I was originally not interested in Mazda vehicle, but my son influenced me to try the CX-5. Doing so at Mazda of Manchester was a no-brainer for me because the parent company (Carter) was one that I had dealt with previously for previous Chevrolet purchase. I was not disappointed for my choices, deciding to buy the CX-5 after test drive. I was particularly impressed by Stacey for her knowledge of cars in general and the Mazda vehicles in particular. Lisa was key individual for finding and securing the vehicle I wanted from another New England dealership. The final purchase process with Harold and the good discussion with Steve when ordering a shop manual were icing on the cake. I would not hesitate to recommend Mazda of Manchester to anyone.

Everytime I go into a dealership they try to sell me a car I do not want, this was not the case.He listened to me and didn't offer me anything that wouldn't interest me. Kate, Lisa, and Stacey were all great in helping my purchase my new Mazda 3. On my initial visit to the dealer Kate did an excellent job of showing me the vehicle and going over the details of how a sale would work out. She was very friendly and conducted her business without applying any pressure on me to sign a deal on the spot (unlike other dealers I visited). After test driving some other vehicles I returned to Mazda of Manchester to sign for a 3, where Lisa and Stacey were great in helping me fill out all the necessary paperwork. Again, both of them were quick with their work, great at answering any questions I had and, best of all, did everything with a smile. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Mazda of Manchester to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a vehicle.

First contact was with Micheal over the internet and he was very helpful when it came to answering all of my questions. I reserved a Mazda 3. A week later, I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Lisa and Kate who were very kind. Kate came along for a test drive and had a great knowledge of the car. When it came time to figure out the pricing and financing, it was very uneventful, not stressful at all and overall the experience did not feel like a typical car buying experience. (Internet Sale)Mazda of Manchester was great! This was my first new car experience in 15 years. I have shopped several Mazda dealers in the state of CT. The people at Manchester Mazda(Michelle, Nora, Kay, Harold and Joseph H) were a pleasure to deal with over the phone, then in person when I made the final purchase. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I have a sense of trust and loyalty to this dealership, especially since this was an internet purchase. When I arrived at the dealership to see the car and sign the paperwork, everything went so smoothly. I was given a very thorough walk through of my New CX-9. All the features of the car and the maintenance program was explained. I was even introduced to the service department, where they showed me a brief description of their service checklist. My salesman, Mr. Hawley even set up my phone with the bluetooth system in the car. A few days after purchasing my car I received a follow up phone call from Mr. Hawley to see if I had any questions. Mazda of Manchester made me feel very confident in my buying decision and offered me the car I wanted at a very good price.(it couldn't be beat in CT!) I would definitely purchase another car from Mazda of Manchester!

I brought my new 2012 CX-9 for some minor warantee work. The service department was very friendly and very knowledgable. Upon dropping my vehicle off, I was able to get a loaner car which made the day easier to manage. Overall, very satisfied with the service department. On another note, I would just like to commend the Mazda of Manchester sales team. I bought my new 2012 CX-9 from Mazda of Manchester and had had a very pleseant experience from the beginning. I had originally gone to other Mazda dealers around the Hartford area and got the typical sales run around and "sales talk". I finally walked into Mazda of Manchester and spoke directly with Michelle Jette (one of the Sales Managers). I told her what options I wanted on the vehicle and the interior/exterior colors. I also mentioned the price I was willing to pay. She did some calculations and 30 minutes later I signed the agreement and bought the car. No haggling, no fuss. This is what car buying should be like. Great Work!!!I would highly recommend this dealership for its sales and service!

Jeff Pollard is a top notch technician... highly-qualified, capable, and thorough in his diagnostic explanations. I've specifically asked for Jeff when serious work has to be done. The first such was a while ago when the hydraulic clutch mechanism was binding on our 1998 Mazda 626. My having tied a rope onto it to pull it up off the floor so impressed Jeff that a mutual bond of respect was established during our short test drive. More recently when a heater hose sprang a leak on the same car I decided to have all the hoses replaced. Knowing that tearing into that vintage engine compartment could cause more problems, I asked for Jeff to do the job.

Also, the cost of the oil change is very reasonable and I love the fact that they wash your car after the oil change.Stacey Violette was the sales associate that assisted me with purchasing my new Mazda 3 sedan. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in deciding on which car to buy.She was not at all pushy which would have made me angry. I couldn't decide if I wanted a hatchback or a sedan and she helped me to decide to buy a sedan. Although I did not buy my car from this dealership (they bought the stock of the previous dealer afterwards) I continue to travel out of my way to have my car serviced here. It's not easy to find trustworthy mechanics. Things always seem to cost double what you expect and if you're like me and aren't extremely knowledgeable about cars, there isn't much you can do about it. With Mazda of Manchester things always seem to cost less than I was planning. Their service is great all around and my car has run flawlessly for over 5 years now with the bare minimum of service thanks to their help.I like that I can make an appointment quickly online, drop my car off the night before, and pick it up after work. They've offered me rides to work as well, although I do have other means so I haven't used this service. I'll keep coming back for sure! I've dealt with some shady garages in the past and these people have been nothing but pleasant and honest.

I could not remember the names of employees I worked with. (FYI)I came in a week after I got my front brakes (new pads, resurfaced rotars) due to a weird clunking noise coming from the front passenger tire when braking at a very slow speed. I was told after an inspection that it was due to "wear and fraying" of my tire.I took my car to another repair shop this morning to get a second opinion and was told that the brake area was loose. (The part that holds the pads on - I'm not sure what it's called.) I am bringing it back to the other repair shop tomorrow to have them fix the issue. The service man there said there way no way that noise was coming from a warn tire. I have been happy with my Mazda 3 as long as I have had it - but this bad experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Though we ended up buying a different vehicle for our college-age duaghetr--the Mazda 3 just didn't do it for us--we were extremely pleased to work with Sales Rep Kate Micari. She's very knowledgeable about the Mazda line, was attentive without being pushy (major turnoff from other dealers), and stayed in touch with us throughout the search process. She made sure to listen to our needs and was honest with us--her responses indicated that she was listening and she wouldn't tell us anything just to make a sale. Overall the dealership was very friendly, and there were many women working there--that's not typical, and I think it speaks to the inclusive nature of their business. I like Mazdas, and would welcome working with Kate again on my next purchase or lease.

Michelle was very helpful and knowledgable. She answered all our questions about leases, and the new skyactiv engines, etc. Then entire staff was very friendly, and were not pushy or rude like most other dealers we have dealt with. Michelle did all the insurance transfer, the current loan payoff, and the transfer of registration, which was also very nice. We moved to the Tolland area a few years ago and went once to a Mazda dealer in Hartford since my husband worked in Harford. After having a horrible experience with them, we looked for another dealer nearby and found Mazda of Manchester. We had the complete opposite experience with Mazda of Manchester than we did with the dealer in Hartford .... Mazda of Manchester was much more courteous, more knowledgeable, kept us informed, returned our car in a timely manner, just all around excellent customer service and car service. They do not perfprm any work that is not deemed necessary (unlike the Hartford dealer). We would not even consider going elswhere at this point. Also, when we are ready to purchase our next new Mazda, it will definitely be from Mazda of Manchester.

I found a used vehicle online that I was interested in viewing. Through their live chat online, I was able to set an appointment to test drive it that same evening. My husband and I were there well past their closing time, and never felt like they wanted to leave. Very responsive to what I was looking for. There were cars to test drive and I was even given the option to try the car I was most interested in overnight. Sometimes women are not taken seriously when buying a car, and this was totally not true of this dealership. In addition, they were pleasant and friendly. By the time I stopped by the dealership, I knew the car I wanted (Mazda3 Skyactiv hatchback). I also knew the price I was willing to pay, and the approximate value of my trade. The test ride went great. The car was just as I expected. The salesman was very nice and answered all my questions. They evaluated my trade and came back with the right price the first time. Not wishing to waste time going from dealer to dealer, I accepted the deal. I gave them a deposit and picked out a color (which they didn't have in stock). Two days later, I came back with my check and drove away with my new car. Prior to leaving, everything I needed to know about my new Mazda3 was explained thoroughly. I love the car; it is everything I hoped it would be. The sales experience was quick and the price was fair. I had intended to visit a few local Mazda dealers before purchasing. However, if you do your research first, there is no reason to shop around if you get the fair price you want. Thanks for a satisfying shopping experience!

My son and I were looking for a car for him and we were hoping to find our 3rd Mazda Tribute. Given that this model has been discontinued we knew it would be a difficult search. My son was referred to Kate at Mazda in Manchester and we showed up there Monday afternoon without an appointment. Fortunately Kate was there and was extremely helpful in getting us into the perfect Mazda Tribute in great condition and a great price. Kate was very friendly and knowledgeable and thanks to her efforts and the efforts of Lisa in financing my son was driving home in his new Tribute later that afternoon. My search for new and/or pre-owned vehicle began around the holiday season of 2011 (December) and ended with a great experience and very fun car from Mazda of Manchester Ct. I found the online inventory to be very accurate which helped me narrow my selection down to (2) Mazda 3 models. Sara Lucas (Internet sales) was kind enough to cordinate with me via email and phone calls. When I arrived, I was met by friendly staff and warm smiles. Dave Small (sales) had both cars running and ready for my test drive. I was pleased with both vehicles but fell for the 5 speed manual A 2008 Mazda 3 sedan in silver. It is too soon to review the car for longevity, but I am thrilled with the driving experience. I was pleased with the accurate pricing, no pressure sales, and condition of the vehicle. I have never had such a pleasant experience buying anything, much less a car. I would not hesitate to buy my next car from this dealer. Thank you to all of the staff, and special thanks to Dave, Sara, Bob and Lisa for helping me, I am an impatient person by nature and the staff met all of my needs in a timely manner. The car buying experience can be aggrevating. Most dealerships will extend the process as far as they can in order to wear the buyer down. By the time you finally buy the car you can't wait to part company with your salesman. My experience at Mazda of Manchester was quite the opposite. From the minute I first walked into the dealership I felt at ease. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and extremely accomodating. Because of personal circumstances the deal took about 2 months from start to finish. During that time my salesman Jimmy stayed in touch but was never pushy. I never fealt rushed. He maintained a level of professionalism and at the same time remained approachable. Whenever I went to the dealership with my wife and/or family they were always made to feel welcomed. I have to say that overall I am very satisfied with the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Manchester of Mazda to anyone who is looking for a relaxed yet quality car buying experience.

I had an overall great experience with Mazda of Manchester! I was purchasing my first new car and everyone made me very comfortable and excited about my new purchase. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and friendly! He was persistent in keeping me updated with the progress of my purchase, since they had to get it from a dealer in New York, and made sure that everything was ready to go for pick up. Even though I found a dent on the car when I got it home, Jimmy was quick to reply to my concern and set up a time to get it fixed that was convenient for me. Mazda of Manchester had the car repaired in no time and now I can really enjoy it! Thanks Jimmy and Mazda of Manchester for a great experience! I highly recommend them:)

These are the best people ever to work with for all your needs. They are always friedly and courteous and do everything in their power to provide answers to your questions and to make any dealings with them a pleasant experience. There is little turnover in sales staff. We have been dealing with Pat since it was Carter Dodge. It was a new experience for us to work with Bob and Lisa and I have to say that buying a car with these 3 people was about as painless and painless can get. These are not your typical car salesmen!!!!!Great job as always Pat. Kudos to you, Bob and Lisa. I look forward to working with all of you in the future. Jimmy was fantastic and extremely friendly and resourceful in locating the car we wanted. He took the time to explain the features and encouraged us to return for a more complete run through of features.This was our first new car purchase in the US and while we were very happy we expected that Mazda would provide some additional complimentary post sales service. Nonetheless we were pleased with our purchase. Incidentally, we bought a 2nd new car about 1 month later from a competitor Japanese maker and have received 2 years of free Toyota Care.

The 0% financing deal was one in a million. Every one was friendly, and informative. I have to say that the seller for me was when Pat D'Angelo took me for a test drive. I wasn't even in the market for a Mazda 3, when I drove the car I had to have it. He took me on city roads, on the highway, and down back roads. The car drives so great! It was really the seller for me, and the 0% sealed the deal. Great experience.

I went to fix my tire and they put an old tire on my car! they did not repair my tire... very bad customer service and it was my second time with issues at this dealership... and yes i bought a brand new car at this dealership so i had to be back for repair but this is my last time!!

Here's a LONG overdue 'thank you' from my wife and myself. Back in September, when we spotted our Toyota Sienna LE van at Mazda of Manchester, we recall how Dave Small approached us that Saturday morning and when we said we were 'just looking' and 'didn'tneed anything', that he told us to 'feel free to ask' if and when we had questions. Well, we KNEW this was the van we'd been looking for so just minutes later we waved him over and the rest is history! With no pressure of any kind we were treated by Dave, the manager, and finance manager like we were buyin a brand new vehicle! We were able to take a nice test drive and have any questions answered in a most hospitable and professional way and we decided that very morning, within an hour to put a deposit. When we came to pick the van up, we were totally pleased that Mazda of Mancheseter had gone and detailed the vehicle, put on some new tires(when my wife mentioned to me that probably in about a year I'd have to get them replaced, and which Dave overheard) and many more things that we simply couldn't believe! Both my wife and I have been looking for and buying vehicles for ourselves since we were in our late teens-some 37 years! New and used. In our combined years, neither of us has had such a pleasant experience wherein we were made to feel totally appreciated as customers. Just fan-TAS-tic! We have had oru van now for 4 months and people still think we bought a new vehicle, because it was so taken care of by the previous owners as well as Mazda of Manchester who took it in on trade. Price was fantastic as virtually ever other dealer around who wanted two to three thousand more! Wow!! We will continue to not only recommend Mazda of Manchester and Dave, but to continue as faithful customers ourselves!Steve and Trish S

I went in to look at a Mazda3 and the salesperson was very helpful and polite. I really liked the car. Everything was going good until the sales manager, Bob, got involved. He was really pushy and wanted me to buy immediatly. He must have called me at home 5 times in two days asking when I was going to buy the car. This was such a turn off that I ended up buying a car somewhere else. It's too bad that Mazda is so poorly represented by this dealer.

This was my first new car purchase and was kinda nervous. I had been to another mazda dealer and they were pushy and not helpful. I went to Mazda of manchester and they answered all my questions about the car and financing and treated me like a customer, not some kid. (Im only 22) They had the car I wanted on the lot in my second color choice and Rich the manager offered to find my first color choice from another dealer but I decided to take the one they had so I got it that day. I was hoping for 0% financing but it wasnt available on the model I got. I hope their service department, if needed, is as good as the sale department. I would deff buy another car from them.
