What a fantastic car buying experience! Quick,easy,everything was explained and options were given. Sam and Arnold are just amazing,friendly,wonderful guys to work with. Once I signed all the paperwork, Sam took the time to explain how everything works in the car. He even set up the Mazda app for me. Couldn’t be happier! Even though there were Mazda dealerships closer to me, this was definitely worth the longer drive.

Excellent service! Sebastian was attentive, honest, and gave us the best possible deal, everything was fast and easy. I had to replace (buy) my car because of a very bad accident. Did my research and checked out several options. Went to several dealerships and informed them that I was NOT wasting their time, but I needed to make the right decision, and I needed to do it now. Even with written quotes it became a nightmare. They all lied, twisted and gave the whole deal a"personal" spin. The time wasted and the headaches were unbelievable. Then with my last Hail Mary I the Costco auto buying program. I was contacted by Mazda of North Miami and within 40 minutes (without leaving my home) I had made the purchase and at the very best price. Sam Velazquez was so awesome, friendly and decent (yes decent), that I was incredulous and still waiting for the other shoe to drop. Delighted to say the other shoe did not drop. My car was even delivered to me! Sam took over an hour thoroughly explain ALL the features. All paper work was in order and EVERYTHING was painless! I never thought I could write a review praising a car dealership, but if you are in the market for a new car or a lease, save yourself the a huge headache and wasting time...go see Sam or Bruce!!!

It was a real pleasure dealing with the North Miami Mazda service and sales team.It really started with an oil change. While my 2013 Mazda CX5 was being serviced , i looked at 2016 inventory and met up with Mr Christopher Valle to look at a new 2016 Mazda CX5.The figures really worked out, thanks to Chris and the deal was done by early afternoon.Chris even arranged for a loaned car to drive home and allow the service department to install the trailer hitch from my trade in the next day.Very pleasant experience, without the usual "salesman" pressure.I am now the proud owner of a brand new 2016 Mazda CX5 Sport.Domien Heremans

I was only looking at a Mazda 6 to satisfy my curiosity, I had every intention of buying an Audi. Mara was my salesperson and was excellent in explaining the benefits of a Mazda. She went through the options that the 6 comes with, different models and trimmings. I had arrived there with a 10% chance of buying a Mazda, left with a 70% chance of returning. Went to Audi, was not impressed with their salesman and options and ended up with a Mazda 6....and not regretting it. Mara was a pleasure to deal with, wasn't pushy and addressed every concern I had. Dayana (the cute insurance woman) was also very professional.

I brought the car in and dropped it off.Later the service rep called and said the car had several unrelated problems and began to rattle off parts and prices totalling $1800.Knew it was all lies and ran back and demanded the car back. Went to another Mazda dealer in Doral who tried to rip me off too for a grand, and got finally got the car repaired for under $400 at the dealer in Coconut Creek.

Representative Carlos Cabo was the person who assisted me. He was positively helpful. He heard all my requirements and he did everything to accommodate me. Incredible. I got my dark blue Mazda with black upholstery and also as a great achievement, my car came with CD player like I wanted!! This has been a very positive experience. First time I get a car and I feel extremely happy with the negotiation. No pressure. Really recommend this dealer and Carlos Cabo to anyone who wants a vehicle. And will do.

Just purchased my second CX5 at Mazda of North Miami and I could not be happier with the experience. I must say that every-time that I have visited the Service Department for my Mazda6i, starting from an interaction stand point that every single associate I ever spoke to was very knowledgeable, clear, polity and to the point. The expectations of the waiting time frame needed to work on the car was very accurate while in the interim the service adviser kept me constantly informed of my car's progress. I decided to write this post giving them 5 stars because in my personal experience I strongly believe that their management along with his team are doing a great job working hard when they have to deal with multiple personalities which is a factor that we as consumers don't even think about it. I was in the market for a new vehicle and was contacted by Albert Garver. My initial appointment was cancelled by me but I did make my rescheduled appointment the following day. My name is Adriana Essenfeld. I am writing this to expose Mazda of North Miamis terrible business ethics. Please make sure you read the full story, SHARE TO HELP ME SPREAD THE WORD, and make sure you never make a single deal with this dealership. Its not worth the psychological torture I went through.BEWARE: After reading about this issue I found out that this is something that Mazda of North Miami does A LOT! You buy or lease a car from them, they call you a few days later and tell you that they want their car back or demand you to make higher payments.Their tactic is that they make you go to the dealership with an amazing offer. The dealer tells the customer that the deal is a go, the customer signs the contract with the agreed-to terms and the salesperson allows the customer to drive away with the car even though the dealership still owns the vehicle (they dont tell you this).The catch is that the dealership does not get the finance company information until after you are gone, if they discover that either the payoff amount is higher than what they though or that you might not get financed after all for bad credit, they will ask you to make higher payments or they will retract the deal. Of course, once you wasted time and energy, and after you have that amazing new car parked in your lot, you are more likely to accept any deal even at a higher price than what was initially agreed upon.They put a clause in your contract called the Buyers Order to protect themselves in case you decide not to return the car and keep it.-----A year and a half ago, I decided to take out a lease on a Mazda 3. The lease was supposed to last 36 months, which meant I still had a year and a half more to go. Last week, my husband got several calls by a lady called Piccolina who was inviting me to go to the dealership and return my car. She was offering in exchange a new Mazda 3, which was basically an upgrade on the same model but for a better deal.Since we all know that when things are too good to be true there is usually something sketchy about it, I asked her what was the catch. She insisted there was no catch, that they only needed the car because there is high demand of used cars in Louisiana due to the flooding so they are making me that one-time unique offer for my used Mazda in order to send it to the needy families.On Saturday I was at a barbecue with my Canadian family, who I rarely see and who were leaving Miami the next morning, and I got another call from Piccolina, who said for the last time that I was going to miss on the deal. She said I needed to go that same Saturday in order to make the exchange. I decided to leave all the cool stuff I was doing to go do the most boring thing in the world with the hopes that they actually did had good faith and wanted the best for their client.As I arrived, a lady called Yeyca introduced herself to me as the sales person. She asked me for my social security, ran some numbers, and came back with a sticky note with the new amazing deal, which was to get the Mazda Limited for only $5 more a month. I was clearly not being offered less money for a better deal, I had to sign up for a NEW 3-year lease, and I had to pay for the plate number transfer and make a down payment at the dealership. I obviously got upset for the false marketing that led me to drive 45 minutes and leave what I was doing.I said I was not interested, that I had no issues with my car whatsoever, and that the only reason why I went there was because of the better price, if not, I was definitely not interested. She went back to the Manager called Arnold. After hours of negotiations, Arnold came to me to make a final offer: He offers me to pay the same amount (not a dime less) for the upgraded new car. Of course, I just had to sign up for 3 more years. I accepted and made the deal. Anyways who does not want a brand new car? He was going to pay off my car to the finance company (Chase Bank) and that was it.That day I spent 4 hours at the dealership. They made me sign a bunch of contracts and agreements; I had to transfer my stuff from a car to the other one at 90 degrees, I had to change the plate, remove the stickers, and so on and so on. It was a process that took forever. I finished the process at 6pm and was mentally and physically exhausted but at least I had my new car! (the white one from the picture below)This morning (2 days later) I get a call from one of the Managers, the same one who manipulated me to get into this deal (which again, I never wanted!). He says that they made a mistake and got the wrong number for the payoff amount and that it was actually $4,000 higher than what they though. I had two options: They would give me back my car and take the other one, or increase my lease by $70 a month. They asked me to please bring back the new car today or if not I would suffer the financial consequences, which would be a charge for $4,000.As I hang up the phone I immediately started crying. How could I be blamed for any of this? Why would I, out of everyone involved, had to suffer for the consequences? They made the mistake and they should be the ones assuming the cost for it. I mean, first they pursue me to get into a deal I did not look for through false advertising, then they make me loose time and money by keeping me for hours in the dealership, and after every contract has been signed they threaten me and take away from me what they practically made me purchase.They sent someone to pick up the car and instead of offering compensation for their mistake, they sent my car back in terrible conditions, filled with garbage in the trunk and in the seats, dirty, and with a terrible smell. I called several times and the only apology I received, which was actually more like a mock, was from their Sales Manager called Ruben. Ruben said that he is a very nice person for deciding to give me back my car in return instead of just charging me for the extra money. He kept putting the blame on the operations system or finance company and never offered anything for the damage.I will not take any legal action because its not worth of my time and energy, but I feel like no one should be deceit by these people again. They have no respect or manners and they treated me terribly. I myself am a company owner, and if we ever make an honest mistake with our clients, we are the ones that assume the cost, not them.Last, make sure you don't buy this car because is NO LONGER NEW. It's was USED by me and my dog Jango. VIN# is 3MZBM1U7XGM318139.SHARE!!! Very happy with my total experience. Javier Valera was great to work with! He understood what I wanted and delivered! He stayed on top of all our communications and the price he quoted was the price I paid. Manny Fucia made sure we were happy with all the rest of the process, from getting the specific car I was looking for to working with the Finance Manager to make us happy.with the final arrangements. This was our 4th Mazda purchase and we will be back to talk to Javier and Manny for the next one.

I was in a great need for transportation. My computer skills aren't the best and by God's grace I ended up on Mazda's website. $9.00 down leasing program. I just knew it was a guimic or something. I put my info in and got a call back immediately. This could not be true! The next day, I went to the dealer, Albert Garver was soooooo patient with me, answering all my doubtful questions. I was given a purchase order and the date that I decided to pay for the car the sales person totally changed the price and said that the paper I had was incorrect. Arnold Vargas was the manager who provided me with this false information, never followed up nor apologize for the terrible mistake. Basically, I received a false purchase order from the dealer and they said that it was not in the system and I was the one who changed the figures. I was terrible irritated for the accusation , they made me feel they don't appreciate Mazda clientele. What's going on with this manager and his team members ? Fortunately, I had a hard copy of the paper to proof them they were wrong.See the formal complaint I made though the Better Business Bureau, yahoo, google and social media. This is WRONG!! YOU DONT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT!I also sent an email to corporate office and upper management explaining my experience.

Good client care considering other auto sale dealers. A bit too eager and pushy to close transactions on the spot. Clients would have much richer experience if they are let to make decisions at their own paste. Confident brands leave clients to make their own decisions. The dealership should also influence the finance as Mazda financial services wouldn't return my final month payment even though I returned my car 3 weeks before end the last month and I had paid my monthly lease in advance. Customer service at Chase - Mazda auto loans is as dissatisfying as one would expect no follow up which tells me her valuable clients are to this financial establishment.

I had been searching for the right car at the right price for about a month. Then I saw a vehicle listed on TrueCar, I submitted a quote request and within minutes I had an email and a call.The price on the Mazda CX-5 was right were I wanted it. This was a Saturday, after having spent a day at CarMax and then at HGreg looking at several cars and just leaving - not too thrilled with the sales guy at either location. One was too pushy and the other had no interest in selling. I sent Mara Batista an email saying we would be at the Mazda No. Miami dealer on Sunday at 11 am. We got there super early and had the opportunity to check out the cars on the lot before anyone got there. Instead of the one I originally saw, I feel in love with another CX-5. It was the grand touring model, and the "soul red" I wanted and the prices was within range. Mara was on time (rare for Miami to be on time) and we went on a test drive. Both my husband and I took a spin. Then we got to the negotiation and I have to say the whole process was easy, no b.s., on fees, none of the usual "dealer tactics" you would expect. We got financing directly with Mazda at a better than expected rate and our monthly payments were well within the range we had agreed we needed to fit our finances. Mara and Ron (I think was the name of the finance manager) worked hard on the numbers and while I really didnt expect to walk out with a car that day and I did. One things truly thought was great, was that Mara was extremely knowledgeable about all the features of the car and very patiently when over each one, even had me practice right there with her. They filled up the tank, washed the car and away I went with my Soul Red CX-5 Grand Touring. Thanks to the awesome team at Mazda of North Miami, especially Mara Batista!

I bought a new vehicle with them and I tried canceling my GAP insurance for the previous vehicle. I called two weeks later, only to be told they did not cancel the GAP insurance, with proof that I had already canceled the insurance I was told by Arnold that within 4-6 weeks I would receive a check with the remaining balance of the insurance. It has been 8 weeks and still nothing. I tried contacting the dealership on multiple occasions and they are always busy. What can I do to get this settled? I'm only trying to get back what is only mine.

There are two things that you should enjoy, buying a house and buying a car. The process is so complicated that you don't even want to do it. I'm glad I found this place, this time buying a car was a pleasure. From the first visit I didn't feel pressure to buy, I felt everyone was open and clear about the deal. The Sales Associate (Devon Martin) and the General Manager didn't want to make the sale at all cost but they wanted to offer the best deal possible.When the moment came to sign the paperwork the Finance manager had everything ready and I was able to sign the deal like in 5 min. I bought a car and signed contract and paid $3500. Three days later they demand that I come in and sign a new contract with higher interest rate and gap insurance and $399 mystery fee etc.. I refused to sign another bad deal. They didn't allow me to leave dealership with car and refuse to refund my $ 3500 down payment. No car. No money. This is a used car salesman playground all tricks are used. Very deceptive, false advertising, keep deposit, lie and cheat to get your money.

My experience began by requesting an Internet ePrice on a Miata I saw online from Mazda of North Miami. I received a quick and friendly reply from Mr. Chris Valle. After a few texts between us, we were able to quickly schedule a time and day for a test drive. As soon as I arrived at the dealer and met Mr. Valle, I knew I was "NOT" dealing with your typical salesman. He could not have been any friendlier and was willing to give me his undivided attention. It is important to work with someone knowledgeable as well as relatable. Yeyca went out of her way to make sure that I could get my financing and checking in with me frequently. It took 3 visits to the dealership to finally get my new Mazda CX-5 in RED. She is so down to earth and a genuinely nice person. Javier and Arnold were helpful via email and text messages to negotiate an early lease turn-in which persuaded me to trade. He stuck mainly to my timeline as he could not control how long it took to prepare my new vehicle. I gave him 75 minutes to complete the deal in person and it was completed in 105. Not bad... :)

I found a certified pre-owned Mazda online that I was interested in. I sent in an online inquiry and was immediately contacted by Danny Barranco, who provided me with additional information and invited me in to the dealership for a test drive. I like that we were able to text back and forth to negotiate this sale. The people at the dealership were very nice and made my family feel at home. After purchasing the car I did experience a little problem. Danny set me up with Lazaro Prats in the service department who did a great job with customer service and resolved the problem with the vehicle. All in all it was a very good experience. Even the wait in the customer lounge was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this dealership and return to the service department as well.

Buying a car has always been a daunting task for me.....until yesterday. I have spent 10 months researching my options, and the more I read and learn the scarier it would get. Few months ago I made up my mind on the Mazda3. After jumping from website to website I decided to contact Mazda of North Miami. I filled up the form and clicked send. In less than 15 minutes I received a call from Rob of Mazda of North Miami saying "Hey, we got your message, what car you have in mind? Do you have a trade in? When can you come in? And told me that one of his associates would call me or if I prefer he would text me, since I was at work. So in less than 30 minutes I got a message from Javier Valera. That was on a Monday afternoon, and when I went Wednesday I drove back home with my new Mazda3. They work with me in every possible way, it took few hours but we all got what we wanted. Javier Valera became my best friend in minutes, he gave me options around what I wanted, very respectful and not pushy, we test-drove few cars and he explained to me the different features. While waiting to get me the financing Javier Valera stayed with me and shared interesting stories, at times I needed to remind myself what I was waiting for. When we got to the end of the transaction he guided me around all the paperwork, the different offices, everybody super nice, Winston Mendoza did his magic to lower my payments to "almost" match my budget. Javier Valera set up my new car to my preferences, showed me how to use the different features, set up the Bluetooth with my phone. He was amazing. Javier Valera changed my perception of what is to buy a car. I love my new Mazda 3, my wife was impressed and forgave me for going a little over our budget. She can feel that it is worth it. If you are like me 10 months ago, preparing myself to be slaughtered....don't overthink it. Just call Mazda of North Miami and set up an appointment with Javier Valera, tell him what you want and what you have, and he will work with you to make it happen. My Daughter had purchased a car from them a year or so ago and they did a great job (Yeyca was great) so when my wife decided to purchase a 2016 Miata MX-5 we went right back to the same dealership and looked for Yeyca again. She wasn't in however so we worked with Daniel and he also did an excellent job for us, got us the car we wanted at a price we felt was fair. All said and done we were in and out with the car in a single afternoon. I went to test drive the CX-9 with 2 children (3 & 1 yrs. old) He was very patient with my babies and so very kind making my car shopping a breeze. I just purchased my first Mazda CX-5 and was pleasantly surprised by the great service I received from Danny at Mazda of North Miami. I was hesitant about going into the dealership, worried I would get attacked by sharks but that wasn't the case at all. Danny was respectful and courteous and very easy to work with. I never felt pressured at any time by him. Danny is very knowledgeable about the different features of the cars. He gave us lots of helpful tips that will be useful later on. Everything was a smooth process up until it was time to meet with the finance guy. I waited a total of 5 hours from start to finish, but in the end it was worth it. I love my new car!

He is a great professional salesperson, offer me all the information I wanted, was in no hurry, was courteous and friendly. He gave me an excellent price for my new 2015 Mazda CR-9. He was not pushy and we talk a lot about the car and also about our families. he even share part of his homemade lunch (prepared by his wife ) with me. It was delicious !!!! He helped too with USAA financing (my insurance company). Everything was just right. No complaints at all, just it was not only a great buy but I have I have a great time talking with him. Everything he told me and all the incentives were there in the final papers. What more can I want, I expect that the future maintenance be as a good experience as this. I'm a loyal Mazda costumer, best car (I had a 2000 MPV that was with us for 15 years, great van and lots of memories. I was very hesitant to come back to this dealer with the really bad experience i had 3yrs ago when I bought a 2009 Charger and the salesman never told me it had been in an accident, and to make things worse the manager told he could not do anything about because I had bought the car already and the car I had trade in was already gone. this time thanks to Andrew Taylor who is a true people person and took the time to explain the process of the sale of my daughters new Mazda6 and did not rush thru just to make a sale, he turned my negative experience from the previous time to a very good experience this time. usually finance guys get a bad rap, but Wilson really is a good person. the only reason I would recommend this dealer is because of this two guys. thank you both.

I was shopping to lease either a new Mazda 6 GT or CX5 GT. I dealt with Bruce Rosenberg at the dealership, and I was most impressed by the high quality of service I received from him. As I was undecided which of the 2 cars I wanted, Bruce offered to have me test drive each one for 24 hours at no obligation. That is a great sales tool, and I eventually went for the CX5. The paperwork and closing of the deal was fast, transparent and efficient. The car prep was similarly fast and I received the car in impeccable condition. Bruce displayed a lot of patience with my back-and-forth between the 2 cars, and cheerfully braved the heat and humidity to check out their inventory time and time again. I was impressed by the professional attention I received, and the low key attitude. There was no hyping-up of the cars - no pressure tactics - just a pleasant and straight forward deal. Mazda makes great cars which are fun to drive and give BMW and Mercedes a run for their money - in fact my CX5 feels very much like a German luxury car - solidly built, fun to drive, attractive styling - all at thousands less than their teutonic brethren. Leasing my new car at Mazda of North Miami was a pleasant experience, and I will happily recommend the dealership.

Making an appointment makes all the difference. Your name is on the board when you get there and your service rep. assists you right away. Very friendly and reminds you of what your car service looked like last time and makes suggestions of what you should do to your car without being aggressive. Yeyca is an amazing person, doing business with her was the most pleasant experience i've had in a while when buying anything. I had the experience of purchasing a car from Yeyca Quintero last week. I told her what I desired as I new what I wanted already, 2016 Mazda6 from a internet search. She delivered the vehicle the same day, it was at a palm beach ciunty dealership. I also didn't want to spend a lot of time at the dealership when picking up the vehicle, everyone hates that part, so I was able to deliver the info thru texts and she had the paperwork drawn up already. Of course I waited for the finance people to long about a 1/2 hour, so Armold Vargas,the sales manger stepped in to prevent any further delay. 5 minutes later we were done. Very low key, no pressure experience. Not at all the "sleazy car sales" experience we are all so used to. Ami is very friendly, down-to-earth and will help you in any way he can. It's not a fast experience, so don't go in when you're trying to cram lots of things into one day. Go when you're relaxed and have time. The dealership was the busiest of any dealership I have ever been in. People were buying cars left and right...and expensive ones! But...it was all low-key, no pressure. It took most of the entire day...but, I did trade in two cars for one...so had to go back and forth from the house. Ami went with me and drove the second car back! That's service! They also didn't have the car I wanted and had to find it and bring it to the site...which took a while. But...the fact that they never pressured me to buy anything but what I really wanted (they did show me options) was a huge plus for me. When I know what I want, I don't want to be told I want something else or that I have to settle...and they never tried to do that to me. Overall terrific experience. If you go in when you have the time and when you're ready to buy, they will get you in a new car and it will be a pleasant experience.

Bruce and rob the mgr were an absolute pleasure to deal with! I'm a single working mom with very limited time to spend all day shopping for cars, I called the dealership spoke to rob on the phone told him what I was looking for and he was totally forthcoming answering my questions and told me Bruce wld call me and take care of my requests in a timely manner taking as little of my time as possible and WOW that's exactly what Bruce did! He called me w/ I 30 min and went out if his way to find me the right car and financing I needed . I drove a long way to buy our Mazda here because they participate in the Costco auto buying program. We test drove the model we were interested in and liked it. The Customer Service was out of this world!! From the first phone call to the test drive,everything was out of sight. Horrible experience. I leased a car with them & unfortunately I was in a accident 3 weeks after getting the car. My car had no scratches or defects prior to the accident. They told me to send it to them at the dealer to do the work, they forwarded it to a D rating bodyshop, the bodyshop had the car 2 months and 2 weeks , werent getting anything right, they had worked on the car already 3 times. After i called endless calls to the dealer i got a hold of the gm who assured me that they would handle it and do the work in house. The dealer was also not getting it right another few times of going in and the car not being right before someone in service slipped in a email to me when I asked why they used a whole tank of gas, they slipped and said because it was being outsourced to the same lousy bodyshop behind my back without my permission. The car is unsafe, they are untrustworthy . 3 months and my car still isnt right. I only really owned my car 3 weeks to be going thru this ordeal and no one really cares of the health issues they are causing me. Still my car isnt fixed entirely and I feel its unsafe.

I just purchased a new CX9 Mazda GT from Sam V. at Mazda of NM. Sam is an excellent sales person. He is very cordial and personable. He is a not a "pressure" type sales person. I went to Mazda of NM to look at a great deal on a new 2015 white pearl CX9 they might have in stock. Upon arrival I met with Sam who I had email correspondence with earlier. He apologized to me and said they did not have a white pearl one in stock but stated he would be more than glad to give me a test drive in a CX9 they had but was a different color. I was very pleased with the suv after the test drive. After the test drive he stated he should be able to get a CX9 in white pearl toward the end of the month. There was no pressure in trying to sell me one in a different color and I stated I would wait. After several days Sam followed up with a phone call and said he was still working to get me this suv. Well 1 1/2 weeks later to my surprise they received 2 in stock and was told one was mine. This was sooner than I was originally told by Sam when it would come in toward the end of the month, excellent. I bought the suv at the original price agreed upon. I had an issue with transferring my Fl tags to my new suv, no fault of theirs, but Sam said he would try to resolve this and he did come through the following day. Excellent! You can not ask for a better person to deal with in your new car buying experience and also this dealership.

I was in a kind of emergency situation to get new car and Sam figured out what I wanted, quickly ascertained the price and financing options, and worked with me to figure out the details until both of my wife and me were happy. He put in a lot of effort.(at that day, he supposed to finis his work at 7:00pm. but I got there late after 5:00 pm , then we started and everything done by 9:30pm!) And he called me and e-mailed me several days after my purchase to check in on the car and my experience and to see if I had any questions. I have never had a Mazda but I was very interested in becoming a Mazda user, I think their cars are great but to be honest when you come here you don't deal with cars but with people and that's the problem. Do not trust their offers over the phone, have it on paper or better, try another dealership, it is my deep suggestion.In my particular case, the manager Bruce offered a 2016 Mazda CX-5 por 249 a month. I called THREE times to make sure the offer was real and went through all the details before taking the time to get there. Despite the fact that I was warned they would try to trick me, I was convinced that after confirming three times with the same manager they would honor their offer. Well, to summarize, the manager had just left when I arrived and they offered me $297 and $1,500 in additional down payment. The next day the manager texted me saying they got confused and the original offer was for the 2015 mazda which by the way they were "out of inventory". My recommendation, drive a little bit further and go to a more serious dealer. After that deceiving experience I decided to buy another brand. I mean, even if salespersons have particular tactics for closing a deal, this was an absolute lack of professionalism, a joke, don't deal with them.

I used TrueCar.com to select a Mazda CX5 for my daughter. I was wary of the deal because it was much better than the other offers I had received from other dealers through TrueCar. I called Javier Valera to confirm that the deal was in fact correct and that I wouldn't be put into a bait and switch situation. He assured me that he would honor the deal, he even offered to get the color my daughter wanted which he didn't have in stock for the same price. Garry wrote up the deal, a few minutes in the finance office with a very straight forward signing of the paperwork with no pressure to buy any additional services.Very refreshing experience - I was waiting for the catch but there wasn't one. I chose to go to this dealer since they were the only dealer within 50 miles that had a descent selection of the Mazda 3s GT I was looking for. My wife and I were looking for a good 15 minutes before deciding to ask for a sales person (I appreciated not being bothered as soon as I stepped out of my car). The salesperson (Andrew) was excellent, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. We ended up buying a car and got a fair deal. The finance guy was also very pleasant and professional. I was impressed how the salesperson stayed quite some time after they closed to go over all the features of the car. He set up my bluetooth, went over all settings and answered all my questions. IMy only complaint about the dealer is all the cars I looked at had a package already installed that included nitrogen filled tires and Mazda pinstipes at $400. I'm sure they make a lot of money off this, but I didn't appreciate it. I'm sure this package costs them very little to install and allows them more flexibility while negotiating price. Overall, it was the best car-buying experience i've had.

I bought a car in 2014 from Mazda Lehman in North Miami Florida and the day of purchase i was there for 7 hours and then finally left with car. 30 days later they call me saying i have a tag there for my new car but the problem is i never said i needed a tag because i already transferred over my old tag to the new car, I went to tag agency place and they said Mazda placed my old tag as a temp tag. Not only that but it took me 3 months to get an answer from them and when i finally got an answer they blamed me for no coming sooner. Hello i was going weekly and calling daily. Oh wait and they charged me for a new tag too, SMH

I had gone to another Mazda dealership in Miami, much closer to where I live. However, the service was horrible! They did not know how to treat customers, especially one that was sold about the car from the get-go. The salesperson lied about the features inside the car, barely explained anything, and wanted me to leave with the car in less than 2 hours. I was going to trade-in my car. It took them less than 5 minutes to really look at it, and then they wouldn't give me a quote. It was horrible! So I searched online and found this Mazda dealership. I sent them a message online, explaining my past experience and other details, and immediately received a welcoming email from Matt King. I personally went the next day with my boyfriend to the dealership, and Matt King walked me through the entire buying process, taking his time, explaining everything as in depth as possible, and facilitating the process. I got to test drive the car, while Matt explained every single feature in it. After everything was said and done, I asked for a quote of everything singled out. He happily did that for me, giving me the best and most reasonable price. I got the car that I wanted, with the buying experience that I wanted. Even further, after purchasing the car, Matt is still very much available to answer any questions I have. I can't complain!

I was very impressed with North Miami Mazda in general and with Yeyca and Arnie as individual salespeople. I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle and decided on a 2015 Mazda 3. I emailed several dealerships in the area to get initial price quotes and such so that I get start doing some research and figuring out where I could get the best deal. Yeyca was the ONLY person out of the 10 or so that I reached out to who would give me a reasonable online quote. When I got to the dealership, Yeyca was very friendly and helpful about looking at various models, packages, and options without being pushy. Then, when I decided on the car that I initially asked about in the online quote, we started negotiations at the same price she had quoted me via email (no tricks), which was already a very reasonable price based on my independent research. I had to do very little haggling to get what I believe was a very fair price for my new Mazda 3 i Touring, and I believe I also got a very fair value on my trade-in. My name is Tarvaris I traded in a vehicle and purchased a brand new 2015 Mazda 6 in November of 2014. Two weeks after the purchase, I received a short payoff notification from the bank that I financed the vehicle that I traded in for the Mazda.I initially contacted Ami the salesmen via email and clearly explained that the dealer failed to pay off the loan on the trade-in within the 10 day period that we were quoted the night that we did the deal. He did not reply or attempt to contact me so I waited two days and contacted him by phone where he lied and said that it was paid within that period, I disagreed but contact the bank for a second time and was informed that the loan was not paid within the 10 day period. The second time around I emailed Ami and the Phil Anders the General Manager about the matter and received a call from Ami where he explained that it was paid outside of the 10 day period that the dealer was not going to pay the difference of $150.00 in accumulated interest. The conversation with Ami turned into a verbal argument, he was rather nasty and I will never purchase or recommend this dealer to anyone. Ive never heard from Phil Anders to date nor received a reply to the email sent to him. As a sales manager myself, I can say that this experience was poor in terms of customer service. Everything was outstanding about the experience, except received about $450 less than expected for trade-in based on what TrueCar told us. The place where we had maintenance done on the trade-in was not linked up with CarFax, so the price was knocked down for that reason. Live and learn. Devon was very personable and professional. It was a good experience, not like new car dealership nightmares in the past. It was well worth the drive of 2 hours to save at least $1500 compared to what the local TrueCar dealer was offering. And basically no stress either! Don't worry mon, be happy with Devon.

I would rather have extensive dental work than sit in a car dealership which is why I do all of my negotiating and research online. That said, negotiations with Victor at North Miami were quick and to the point right from the start. After some email exchanges and price research on my part, they were within $100 of what I wanted to pay and had the car I wanted in inventory with no miles on it. I emphasized my dislike for car dealership sales departments and Victor assured me that the experience would be the quickest and best. I was literally driving away under 30 minutes!! I have never had such a quick and painless car purchase. I am sure others in the building would have wanted to up-sell me things I didn't need or want but Victor made sure that never happened. I live in Broward and all 3 (the furthest south and northwest)of their dealerships were either disorganized, indifferent, pressuring, condescending and impatient. So I returned to Marlin-Lehman- North Miami Mazda. The timing was perfect. The car I wanted and bought just came off the delivery truck; in fact, the protective plastic was still on it. The one thing I hate the most when buying a new car is spending time at dealership going back and forth over the price of the car. So I tried a new approach. Life is such that you can buy almost anything through the internet. And yes, it does help tremendously if you know what you are buying; what features a must for you in a car. This is where Victor came into the picture. Unfortunately, they didn't have the car in the color I wanted. He located one for me, we quickly settled on a price and the next day he had there ready for my mother's birthday. I literally did not spend more than an hour at the dealer. Walked in, signed, paid and drove away in a new Mazda 3.Thanks Victor - wish there were more like you.

I had first went to another location for mazda and not saying any names but they did not give me the customer service that i would have expected from a dealership. All they wanted was for me to buy the most expensive car on their lot. Not giving me an option to choose whether i wanted this model of car, The sales person seemed like if they did not sell me this car it meant their life so the person basically kept pressuring me to buy this specific model off there lot. And thats not how someone should sell a car to someone. But when i called the NORTH MIAMI MAZDA DEALERSHIP a wonderful women names JEANNIE TORRES. Was not only a WONDERFUL sales person but she was completely HONEST, she was not telling you things you wanted to hear but she was being realistic and thats what i think anybody looking for a new car should have. Someone who is not only HONEST and truthful but someone who is there for you and not there to just sell a car. She had amazing personality and a great vibe. She was never pressuring you to buy something unnecessary or overly expensive but she was and always is looking out for the customer and that is what i loved. I spent at least 4 to 5 hours at the dealership trying to decided what car, color, or model i wanted that fit for me. And in every last step of the way she was completely patience, kind, honest, and easy going. Because Jeannie understands that buying a new car is an important decision and you should absolutely LOVE the car you buy when you drive out of that lot. So thats what she did; she took the time for me and i drove off with a brand new mazda 6 2015. THANK YOU JEANNIE TORRES!!!! I LOVE MY NEW CAR! This is my third Mazda in 25 years. I went "Grand" this time and treated myself to a 6 GT. Thrilled beyond belief. So pleased. I could have gone to any Mazda dealer as they are all about the same distance from me. Went with Mazda of North Miami because I once purchased a part for my Protege there. So glad I did. Yeyca Quintero greeted me at the entrance and from the beginning to the end of the transaction, felt she knew I wanted the 6 and waited patiently for me to make up my mind. Deal was done and drove away the same day a month later. Yes, it took me a month to decide! And Yeyca never hounded me with endless calls or emails looking for a sale. Nicely done!

Car shopping in the past has felt like going to the dentist with a tooth ache. Get ready for what was to come. But I was shocked from the time I pulled into this dealership and met Matt King . He was a gentleman and walked me through the features of the car and a test drive. He applied no pressure to do a deal today. Matt answered my questions and then I was on my way. I live over 3 hours away in Orlando and after consulting dealerships everywhere from Jacksonville all the way down to Miami we finally found what we wanted, here. It all started with a true car quote and the help of Vince to get the exact car we wanted at a price we wanted. We've found it's extremely difficult to track down a manual transmission car these days, but these guys located one and got it for me, all while being around a price range that we liked. Naturally, dealing with car dealerships can be a pain, but these guys made it worth the trip and, in all, got me what I wanted. After going to three different dealerships, where service was not the best, being misinformed and not feeling very satisfied with the guest service experience, I decided to Mazda, the dealer I should had gone first, I bought a car there 5 years ago and I have nothing but great memories from that Mazda 3. When I walked in, Yeyca was assisting another client but she was the only one who approached my dad and I, and let us know she could help us. The process was incredible, she took the time to explain and educate me on the process and did everything to assist me. She gave me a great opportunity to test drive the car and feel comfortable with the car. Yeyca really made the decision, process and end result a great experience, you can tell she takes pride in what she does. I was incredibly nervous as this would be my first car purchase. I worked with Yamaira "Mara" Batista and was honestly met with professionalism, knowledge and patience as I navigated buying a car. Jose "Tito" Amaro helped me with my old Mazda and I traded it in and purchased a CX5. At every step, I felt comfortable to ask any question no matter how silly it may have been, and Mara really worked with me regarding what it was that I was looking for in a new car. I was greeted by a gentleman that saw my in the lot, we had a conversation about the Mazda 6 the told me the different models and showed my the different packages. I previously owned a Hyundai Genesis, which was a bit of a gas hog but was fast, The Mazda 6 does not compare with speed or luxury trim my Genesis had.Over all it's a nice car and deliverers a smooth ride. I have only had the car a few day's so time will tell. It unfortuntaly is not back with a warranty such as Hyundai offers, but Mazda has been in the US alot longer than Hyundai so i pray for the best.I highly recommend Garry as a sales person he seems to give a very fair price and absolutely no BS, he is a honest hard working sales man without any nonsense.

I brought in my 2001 Mazda Millennia for service. To make long story short, I paid them $1860.00 on Friday. Friday afternoon, one of the belts broke in my car. I had to call a tow truck to tow it back there. That following Monday, I gave them another $670.00 for more work to be done. When I finally received my car back that Wednesday, the sunroof wasn't working. The CD/tape player and all amenities including power seats, reading lamps, and sunroof - stopped working. I had to go out of town to visit my mom at the time, so the following week, I brought it back in and let them know what was going on. They never asked to see the car, and shoved me away. These guys are definitely crooks. Even the Mazda Manufacturer in California stated, "Your car is warranted up to 12000 miles or 12 months whichever comes first". They still never looked at it.I took the car to Gunther Mazda, and I was told they never fixed the gaskets and have no idea of what the mechanic did to my car for the amenities to stop working, but it was going to take me another $2100.00 to get fixed correctly and the sunroof was not even included in that. Luckily for them, I sold the car because of our Home Association. They would have towed the car away if it is not working or moving and with the gaskets not working, it was a matter of time. Don't take your car here. Its still LEHMAN MAZDA with a new name and same people working there!!!!!

Rob was very friendly and informative. He himself had a Mazda 3 so he was very knowledgeable about that model and the new Mazda 6 I was interested in. Rob was not pushy about the shiny Mazda 6 with all the bells and whistles. He told me to choose one for the features I wanted and would use daily. This was my first visit to North Miami Mazda to check out the CX-5 . When I walked in I was greeted by Victor Benhaim with his bubbly personality. I had narrowed down my new car options to the Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring vs. the Toyota RAV4 Limited, and decided that the CX-5 was a better choice for my family due to it much better crash safety rating from the Institute of Highway Safety. Also, the CX-5 has some nice features that aren't available on the RAV4.Once I decided on which car I was going to buy, the next question was where to buy it. When looking for a new car, I checked the Consumer Reports New Car Issue and the Mazda 6 that I was interested in was rated very high. Mazda of North Miami was a participating dealer. I called and said i was coming in and when i arrived I was introduced to Devon Martin. I had been to other dealers and was not very happy with some of the people at these places. I sent about 500 requests for quotes over a 6 month period, so I was very annoying. Nonetheless, my inquiries were always addressed immediately and in a friendly manner. From day one Erin and Bruce listened to my needs and concerns reassuring me that I was in great hands. This weekend I had the pleasure of meeting a fellow Brooklyn, New Yorker - Bruce. Some of Mazda's cars may sell themselves given their ratings. However, I found outstanding professionalism from the salesman (Devon Martin) and friendly and prompt service from the other areas involved in leasing my new vehicle. Mr. Martin was courteous, informative, paid careful attention to my interests and concerns and did not set out to sell me a car, but rather, as he says, "to earn my business". And earn it he did. Upon entering the dealership, the first face i saw was Victor's, although he was in the middle of a sale, he briefly stepped out, shook my hand and said he would be right with my after he completed his current conversation.I know Victor since the mid 1980's and quickly remembered my name ( I could not say the same for me!!!), we caught up on personal stuff and then we test drove the car that I wanted.A week after the initial visit I went to the dealership again and tried to proceed with the pruchase of the car but had some issues with my trade-in, he recommended that I take care of those issues first and then he could try to work with me on the new purchase/lease. When the trade-in issues were resolved I once again went to the dealership and negotiated the lease with Victor. He match the trade in value that I was getting at one of your competitors and worked with me on the final monthly lease payment. Although he did not have the car in the lot, he stated that one would be available within 2 to 3 days, he call me the next day and said the car would be ready that eveninig. I went to the dealership in the evening and he had all the paperwork ready to go for me to sign, he explained each form and delivered the car.I am very satisfiedy with my experience with Victor Benhaim and Mazda of North Miami and would recommend both to anyone.ThanksJacob Molko...

My husband and I saw a Suzuki Reno for sale online for $7,000. We called and made an appointment for Friday March 7th at 10am. Unfortunately, the Suzuki was sold on the night of the 6th. At first, my husband and I were upset. We took the day off from work and travelled from Fort Lauderdale to Miami to find out the car we scheduled to see was sold the night before; however, Matt King (our sales person) made sure we didn't waste our time there. He immediately showed us what used cars were available that were close to what we were looking for. Matt is personable, smart, sweet, and professional. He cared about us as individuals and made sure we test drove a few vehicles. He was not pushy, rude, or obnoxious as many car salesmen tend to be. Just because of Matt's excellent soft skills, we decided we wanted to give him our business and test drove a few cars before deciding on the 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer. I gave Matt and Victor a hard time with haggling on the price, but both Matt and his mentor Victor, were patient and professional throughout the pricing agreement process until we finally came to a price within our budget. Both Matt and Victor personally handled all of the legwork and made sure we were comfortable as well as educated on what steps were being taken and why. Our goal was to rive out of the dealership in a 'new' car by lunch - that goal was met! I'm loving my Lancer! Matt emailed, text, and called to make sure that I was still just as smitten with the Lancer as I was when we left the lot. I appreciate how the Mazda of North Miami staff took ownership of the situation and worked hard to make sure they rectified it. I am forever grateful for their patience, kindness, professionalism, but most of all honesty. We got a great deal on the car and were well informed of what we signed up for. I've already recommended the dealership and Matt to friends and family. I am a firm believer in the power of word of mouth! My husband has done his share of bragging and even stated, "If we're getting that same treatment each time we go there, I'll buy a NEW Mazda from them!"Matt/Victor - you've earned faithful customers. Simply put, yes.Your time is worth more than anything, so it's important to you that you don't waste it.My entire experience with Rob was done over the phone, via e-mail and texting, with an occasional phone call.Rob was the only salesman who sent me a written buyers order--his price was already lower than others dealers, and I could have very easily taken that price to other dealers. I saved time by visiting a dealer that was much nearer to me, in order to drive the car. Once I decided on the CX-5, I knew how it drove and I knew what features/options I wanted, so it made the entire process much easier. Rob & I began going back and forth on the phone about the options, and colors and what he had in his stock.One day is all it took of occasional texting back & forth, and all from the comfort of my home & my office. I never had to go to the dealership and spend the hours and hours waiting for the usual "let me check with my manager."Bottom line, is do your homework. If you do decide that you want a Mazda (I used to own a 2008 Mazda3 Hatchback, which was totaled. I now own a 2014 CX-5 Touring. I can't say enough about the whole process from start to finish. Andrew Taylor handled everything from start to finish. I never met with anyone else, Manager or Finance Dept. (A very pleasant surprise). I was treated in a respectful, casual, low key, but very professional and friendly manner. No matter how many emails with request for information and revised quotes, Andrew replied in very timely manner and with all requested information. When final numbers were agreed upon I asked if all paperwork could be prepared and ready for my signature when I came in to pick up my new vehicle. Andrew promised that it would all be ready when I came in at our scheduled meeting. I gave Andrew all necessary and required information over the phone so that he could process the paperwork. I actually timed the process from when I met with Andrew until I drove off with my new Mazda3 and believe it or not it was 22 minutes. This was the fastest and best transaction I have ever had in all of the vehicles I have purchase or leased. I told Andrew that I was working with two other Mazda dealers to insure that I get my best deal. Mazda of North Miami and Andrew Taylor gave me the very best deal. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew Taylor and Mazda of North Miami to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new Mazda. I went to Mazda of North Miami as I was close to the area to do another test drive on the Mazda 6 2014. It went well, I loved the car and liked how I was treated. I had actually already tested the car at another dealer before, but I didn't like the experience there. Their sales rep did not even talk about the car features (in fact I knew more about it than they did), but tried to lure me into buy the car that day when I explicitly had said I was only testing. They called me later and made me go the next day because they supposedly had a super offer I could not refuse - when I showed up they didn't even know what I was talking about and the sales rep did not even remember me - the NEXT day!.Back to Mazda of North Miami. I was a little hesitant about buying a car at this dealer because of how far I live (about 40 miles away) but the experience and especially the sales rep made me choose them over the other dealers in Miami. Albert was very friendly, knowledgeable, detail oriented and helpful in making a decision. Not only that, he went the extra mile (something you don't see often at car dealerships): I was interested in the almond interior for the Mazda6 but I had never seen it so I asked Albert to send me a few pictures of the car they had to see how it looked (I didn't want to drive 40 miles only to see that...). He did not only send me pictures.. he made a video for me, showing the car with the color I was interested in and the different features it had. Besides the great price the dealership was offering on the car and the overall experience, this extra mile basically sold me.

After countless encounters with various southwest and southeast Florida Mazda dealerships I was very fortunate to run into Robert Kesser at Lehman Mazda. No smoke and mirrors, no just come in and we will match any deal etc.etc. I contacted Robert and explained to him that I had a budget that I needed to stick by and unlike any other one of the dealers I worked with, he came up with the numbers and got me into a CX-5 for a price that was incomparable to the others. I drove from Naples to Miami and left with the CX-5 that was ready to go upon my arrival at the dealership, all the paperwork drawn up and ready for signing when I arrived with no surprises. I had so much spare time that I looked into a Mazda 3 while I was there and the day after Robert was able to come up with yet another fantastic deal for me, so I bought my second Mazda from Mr. Kesser less than 24 hours apart. Robert was instrumental in getting all the paperwork completed up front, he was very accommodating to my wife and I, explaining how to use all the new technologies in these vehicles which we had not been exposed to in the past. I feel that Robert went above and beyond my expectations, and I can comfortably say that I have dealt with many car salesmen in the past and my dealings with Robert has been one of the best to date.

I live over 2 hours away! The only reason I even looked that far was truecar,(truelly a few minutes to see what dealers are asking) I checked with 3 dealers and they were the second best price. So most of my transaction was e-mail, text and a lot of telephone calls. On the phone they sounded great! which is the main reason I went with them over the local dealer which were jerks when they saw a young couple with a baby. We jumped around a few cars to get to our Mazda 3. Once we were settled, The delivery was set for Thursday, but for random reasons it went to Friday, then Friday night until the actual delivery which was Saturday.Before, the delivery I noticed a few missing things in the invoice. The cargo net and wheel locks which aren't that big of a thing, when I called they said they would be delivered with the car. Of course, they didn't come delivery man said first thing on Monday. The delivery price was $300 incase you are interested. Long story short it took then over 2 months to deliver them and I can't even use the cargo net because apparently the hatchback also needed the hooks, which no one ever mentioned. Why not mentioned that when the cargo net was mentioned? On a side note don't ever look at the truecar price after the sale. They dropped the price $350 with in hours, and to paraphrase the management 'it is what it is". If I had to do it again, I wouldn't.

I was actually beyond satisfied with the experience I had at Lehman. Although at first we did not agree on what I was initially requesting not once they become rude or arrogant as they do in most dealers. My salesman Robert was honestly the best salesman I have dealt with and would consider buying from him again in a heartbeat. He told me he would get me the car I wanted regardless of where he had to go get. He definitely did make it happen and I am now the proud owner of my MazdaSpeed3 :). I did much research prior to purchasing my car and had been car shopping for about 3 weeks at that point. Based on reviews from various websites Lehman had a reputation for the best deals one dealership told me that if I had already negotiated with Lehman Mazda they wouldnt be able to beat their price. Overall I would not think twice about purchasing a car from Lehman especially with the treatment. They have even messaged me a few times to see how my experience was going. Very Happy with my Purchase!

I recently was shopping for the new Mazda 6. I compared dealers that were around my immediate area, but also expended to look further out. Despite being physically far, Albert Garver and his whole team at Lehman were so far ahead of everyone else. Not only Albert manage to get us a deal substantially below other dealers offers (which they claimed can't be beat), he personally drove from Miami to Boca Raton at 8pm to deliver the car to me, show me the various features and make sure all the paperwork was done fast and clean.

I bought my 2014 cx5 and it was suppose to be brand new, i test drove the same car in a different color but with same specs, i asked if they had a specific color and they said yes, i was happy with the car and i started paper work, i was told one price but since i didn't have prefect credit they said i was approved but i had to pay a bad credit fee of 1000 dollars, this was being implemented by the finance bank and also i needed to buy extended warranty and gap insurance even through i put a 6,000 down payment which automatically doesn't require gap insurance. I first refused but they said the interest rate would go up because the loan wasn't insured, i didn't make sense but i was already there for like 6 hours with my kids driving me crazy and i also read that i had 30 days to cancel, so i decided to do it. Paper work was done and as I'm working towards the car i see they had the color i wanted ready but as i get inside and turn on the car i see the car says it has 158 miles already which on the title transfer paper work it said 12 miles on it, i went inside to complain and they said, too late, u already signed paper work, the car was titled and registered, nothing they can't do, well as I'm leaving like 2 miles down the road the cars transmission feels bad, the 3rd gear was having an issue and 2 weeks later i was able to finally duplicate the same issue at a different dealer and the transmission needs major repair, 3rd gear needs replacing and some other parts, long story short, i still haven't received my refund for extended warranty or gap insurance and my cars been in the shop more then i driven it

My search for a new car started several weeks ago. After taking a firsthand look at several crossover vehicles and researching important factors like mileage and safety ratings, my wife and I decided to go with the Mazda CX-5 Touring. The next step was the daunting task of visiting dealerships and negotiating. Just the thought of visiting different dealerships turned us off since a visit to any showroom usually consists of high pressure sales and bait and switch tactics. So we decided to try a different approach and we used an online tool to requests quotes from several local Mazda dealerships.Robert Kesser from Lehman Mazda was the first person to contact me via phone and email. Throughout the process, Rob was by far the most responsive salesperson. He answered all of my questions in a very professional, patient and courteous manner. I never felt any pressure and he never played any games. In an industry full of overly aggressive salesman looking out only for their pockets, Robert's honest approach was absolutely refreshing. He was always more than willing to negotiate in our favor and kept pushing to drop our price. The more I interacted with him, the more I realized that he wasn't just another car salesman. All in all, we worked with about 6 or 7 dealers throughout South Florida and Lehman Mazda kept coming back with very competitive prices. But what really sold us was their top notch customer service. Keep in mind that when you're buying a new car, you're also "buying" into a new partnership. Having said that, we're very happy and incredibly satisfied that we bought from Lehman.I also need to thank Al Silva. In Rob's absence, he stepped in right away to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Again, no games, no pressure, no confusing salesman speak. After contacting several local Mazda dealers, I went with Lehman Mazda. Sam Velasquez was very helpful as an internet consultant, giving be an amazing deal on a 2013 Mazda 3, which was special-ordered from another dealer since they did not have the specific trim I was dead-set on.The only reason I cannot honestly give this dealer's service a five-star rating is they made an error in the order of my car, ordering a sedan instead of a hatchback. They gave me a loaner in the interim, and were very apologetic, offering to deliver the hatchback 100 miles to Miami to exchange. However, I am confident that this is a rare mistake. This dealer even worked with my credit union for financing without hassling me: a huge concern for me, since other local dealers wouldn't even offer deals if I did not finance with them. He truly wanted me to love my first car buying experience.Sam Velasquez is the definition of what an internet sales consultant should be, and I highly recommend his service if you are considering purchasing a Mazda in the South Florida area.

Bought a used 2010 Mazda CX-9 from Lehman. Salesman Sam was great. Unfortunately, the first week I had the car the battery died. I called Sam and he said that had never happened before and to bring it in and they would "take care of us". Considering the dealership is a good hour away at the time of day we called, I figured it was worth it since they were going to "take care of us". My wife took it in only to find they were charging us to replace the battery. I was obviously unhappy when my wife returned and told me what happened. I tried to call and speak with Fernando the used car sales manager for 3 days. Not once did he come to the phone or return a call. I understand batteries go and no one can foresee that. I expect that when I place my trust in a dealership, on a certified car, that they would at least be willing to stand by the car for the first week. Bottom line, I got a good car, I liked the salesman, but have no tolerance for disrespect and the failure for Fernando, the used car sales manager to make himself available to speak with me. I do not recommend this dealership!

WE started looking for a new car, and decided for a Mazda5. We started sending email for quotes in South Florida, and the best price I received was from Lehman Mazda. Rob Kesser call me and send the prices immediately After that we went to the dealer and directly talked with Rob. I wanted a specific color and the touring model which they did not have at that time, but Rob looked the inventory, found the color and model we wanted, and brought it to the dealer for us. They honored the internet price and even gave us a better price. We have excellent experience buying our new car and will recommend Rob Kesser from Lehman Mazda.

STAY AWAY FROM LEHMAN MAZDA.They systematically trick you with lies so you feel comfortable to even consider buying their cars.No discussion whatsoever on negotiating the price, but also the sales manager Arnold V. lies to you about credit reporting and inquiries.I was told that Lehman Mazda is the only one that will pull my credit and no one else, and it ended up being 14 banks including Lehman Mazda dealership themselves.As an FYI, no authorization form was signed on the day they tried to finance me, no papers at all, not even to read. But once they got me approved from 1 out of 13 banks and I came back to get my car (btw this was my first car ever in the US), they slipped the first page of the the "personal information sheet" which included all my data including my social, which I signed on the bottom. Later I found out, when I tried to fight off all those inquiries, which I really assumed was a fraud attempt or a mistake, I was sent the authorization form, which was the personal information sheet, but it had 2 more pages, in regards for they can do what ever they want with my info, including selling them to their other dealers.nice right?DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LEHMAN MAZDA there are hundreds of other dealerships. Stay clear from Lehman.

My sales rep Albert was being so nice and friendly with good knowledge. He knows what he is doing. I traded my lease ended vehicle to new one. It was smooth transaction. He had reasonable price and there were no surprises. Highly recommend.

stay away from this dealer, the are HORRIBLE , DISHONEST,they try to do a scam to me, selling me a new car, and telling me to call the bank to pick up mu old car. they told me that is nothing wrong with a voluntary repossesion , and that my credit is going to be back in less than a year , i almost beleived it , i sign the contrat , but i didnt take the car home, thanks God i call my lawyer the next morning, he told me if i do that , my credit of 720 will be mess up for the next 7 years ,and he told me that a voluntary repossession in not going to take away my responsability with the payments of the car. Al or alberto silva is the sales person , Rob (on the financial departmen) manny sale manager, josh and every single person in there is trying to rob you and if the can screw you they will. DONT GO TO THIS DEALER .

I recently bought my 2013 Mazda CX-5 from Lehman Mazda and Bruce Rosenberg.. I must say that it was THE best experience of my car buying days ever. Bruce was very professional and did not shy away from me even with my less than perfect credit he was able to get me approved and into a payment I can afford. I would like you all to know how displeased I am with the service at Lehman Mazda in Miami, Florida. There was a series of promises, cajoling, and misleading of functionality. After I refused to accept my Mazda, a concession was made to add remote start in lieu of the dual zone automatic climate control and advanced keyless entry. When all was done and I was ready to walk away content, I was told that the cargo net was not in the car. The Sales department refused to OK it. I spoke to my salesman and he admitted that we agreed it would be added but it was not on the UE BILL.VERY POOR SERVICE. When dealing with Lehman, GET IT IN WRITING
