Amazing customer service by Kevin. My husband and I walked into this dealership after going to 5 other dealerships. We have never experienced such a welcoming environment. They defiantly know how to take care of new customers. Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He worked his way out to give us the best deal. We had expressed to him what we were looking for and he made it happened. I defiantly recommend this place and make sure you speak to Kevin. Don’t walk out without addressing him first. 😊

Mazda of Valley Stream is an extremely welcoming business with excellent employees. I recommend them because they are straightforward and helpful when in regards to all your options as a customer. They offer fast and effective service so that I completed my purchase in a short amount of time along with reputable insurance. Their team members such as Kareem and David insure there are no gray areas upon purchasing or leasing which is greatly appreciated! Lastly they always follow up and stay accessible after working with them as a means to answer any questions a customer may have. 100% would purchase from them again!

Kevin and Mohamad were extremely helpful and generous in helping me start a new lease. This is my second lease from Mazda Valley Stream and they never fail to show up for their customers! I so greatly appreciate the smooth transition from lease to lease and all the close attention they paid to me during the process. 10/10 for EVERYTHING - customer service, loyalty, generosity, care and kindness. Highly recommend this Mazda dealership over any else.

Stephen and Kevin (manager) made my first car buying experience as easy and effortless as possible! You can tell that the staff's main goal is to keep their customers happy. I'm so in love with my new 2021 Mazda 3. Shout out to Stephen for being so welcoming and making the process as smooth as possible. He even stayed past store closing to thoroughly explain the features in my car to me. Kevin is the best too! I would highly recommend Mazda of Valley Stream to my friends + family.

Kevin and Kareem were excellent at helping me transfer over to a new lease. Both of them treated me as part of the Mazda family and made me feel confident in getting another lease through them. In addition, the service department is great to work with! Our finance guy, Daniel, was amazing to work with as he explained everything thoroughly and accurately. All around, the Mazda Valley Stream location is a great place to do business with and I always feels as if I am treated properly.
