This dealer was one of the best dealers I have worked with in the used car buying process. When I originally called to test drive the vehicle I was interested in, they asked what time I would be coming by and had the vehicle and the keys ready when I arrived. I was very interested in purchasing the vehicle, but needed to arrange financing. Ahmad was very up front with me that, with my excellent FICO score, I would probably get a much better rate through a local credit union he referred me to. I was very impressed with the fact that he could have financed me at a much higher rate, though one of his lenders, but instead was honest and steered me in the direction of a better rate for me--that showed the level of integrity this dealer has. I ended up buying the vehicle from him at a very competitive price and the sales process was smooth, no pressure and handled extremely professionally. I would definitely recommend MBK Auto Group to anyone looking for a great deal on a great used car.

Living in Colorado the local Acura MDXs were a bit beat and/or high priced. Sami had the right MDX and made purchasing a vehicle sight unseen completely simple. The pricing was excellent, the vehicle's condition was much better than the already good condition I was understanding it was in. I'm thrilled with my purchase and have confidence in working with MBK out of state. Solid company. Solid vehicles. This will be my first call when I need another vehicle.

I just bought my Lexus RX 330 from them about a month ago after my previous vehicle was totaled by hail. Sami and his brother were great to work with. They negotiate a fair price and even did a few things we asked that the vehicle needed. They sell only high quality cars and are very honest about any questions you ask. Transparent dealers with great communication and fair price. I'm very happy with my vehicle!

My daughter needed to replace her car which was totaled by hail in San Antonio. There was limited quality inventory which sent us looking in Houston. So glad we found MBK!! Coordinating the efforts of a friend in Houston who checked out the vehicle and negotiated the sale with Sami and the owner and transacting the sale with my daughter was a seamless and pleasant experience. Sami and the owner were helpful and trustworthy and exceeded our expections on delivery of the vehicle. It was worth flying her to Houston for her Lexus RX330. I would absolutely do business here again in the future. Highly recommend!!!

Purchased a vehicle from them a few months ago and the experience was great. Good communication and quick service. In and out within 3 days. Sami is a great businessman that will take care of you with the utmost degree. He's even stopped in the middle of his lunch to come meet me. Small business but everyone has to start somewhere and they're doing it right. Highly recommend anyone to check out their inventory and make a trip. Even bringing a friend in sometime to check out the inventory.

I had the most pleasant experience Sami was my salesman i found the dealership through "Cargurus" came in to purchase a RangeRover. All the vehicles were very clean and in very mint condition. The Owner was very honest and accommodating. In th mist of shopping around MBK Auto Group continued to stick in my head i debated for 3 wks i end up purchasing a Beautiful White ML350 /4matic Mercedes-Benz 2007. Purchased a 2010 BMW 535i. Sami and his brother were very friendly and answered all my questions about this car before I made the trip to Houston to see it. The car was exactly as they described and we were able to close the transaction in less than an hour! Would definitely recommend buying from this dealer, but since they sell their cars pretty quickly, I strongly suggest that you make an appointment first to make sure the car you are interested in is still available.

Bought a GX470 in excellent condition. They were honest and dealt very fairly. Great prices, good trade value, and fast fast fast. I wanted to be in and out of there and I was within 30mins. I will be buying from them again!!!

Let me start off by saying I never do reviews, yet I feel compelled to let the world know what an amazing service and great company MBK Auto group is. They rely mostly on online sales so online reviews are important to them and thats the least I can do for them after superb buying experience. I have purchased 5 dealer vehicles in my life time and each time I need to buy one a dread dealing with the sales people, stacking warranties and hidden fees, patch job fixes even on certified vehicles etc. Not here no sir.. Sami and his brother have made this business from grounds up and done a great job. They have quality vehicles at a good price no hassle buying with extremely friendly service, they will do everything they can to accomodate you during your purchase during business hours and after business hours and you'll leave out of there smiling with a new car with assurance that you received a quality vehicle at a good price. Don't hesitate for a second to buy from this dealer. You will be pleased. Purchased a 2001 Land cruiser.

I found the perfect RX330 at MBK online. Called and worked with Sam. He was so accomodating and fantastic. Every aspect of the process was easy and comfortable. Since I'm in Colorado I was nervous about buying in a different town but it went off without a hitch. Couldn't be more pleased with the car quality, final price and MBK. I will definitely check with them first next time I need a car.

I'm a big advocate of supporting small Houston businesses. The owners of this dealership understand customer service and provided me with a great product. I have owned my new (used, but new to me) Infiniti for about 4 months now with no problems at all. Even then, MBK offered me an additional 3rd party warranty that I was able to purchase on top of the warranty the dealership gave me. So Im covered in any incident (God forbid). I ran into these guys on cars.com, I drove from New Mexico to Houston and grabbed my Lexus. Sami was amazing, he made sure everything is tested, all fluids ready for the ride. I saw the car I wanted in the internet through MBK Auto Group. I called and made and offer and flew to Houston to pcik the vehicle up. I was in and out of MKB Atou Group in 30 minutes with the vehicle and this was my first time evern doing business with them. Sam was a charm throughout the process.

Bad experience , don't waste time with this dealership.I made a appointment a day before, and they told me the car is still available. However, when I come to the dealership, they told me they lost the key! They said they will have the key next week, when I call them to ask if they have the key now, they told me to give then 2 mins to check out and they will call back. But no replying anymore.I feel like they did care about their customer at all.

Honest, Friendly and excellent customer service, Im so glad i checked them out, they made me feel comfortable, no pressure. Chose the car i want, test drove, did all paperwork everything went very smooth. Car was in Excellent shape for the age, clean, as described and all the proofs, receipts and carfax was provided and very helpful! not to mention i got a great deal on the car. First time for me to buy a vechile from MBK Auto and it was AWESOME. I purchased a 2009 Altima Coupe and it was in EXCELLENT shape, no problems at all. There was no pressure in buying like you get when going to a large dealership. The car fax was very helpful and they had no problem in showing it to me .Sami and Ahmed are honest guys and they do not take advantage of their customers. When I am ready to purchase another pre-owned auto, MBK will be the first place I will look. I would recommend if you are looking for auto, do check them out.

Before you buy check out this dealer first! Sami was very nice and was very helpful throughout the entire buying process and everything went very smoothly. Ive bought several cars throughout my life from many name brand dealers and Ive never had a smoother transaction! Car was top notch and had every service receipt from Lexus. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family. If I ever need another vehicle I'll check with them first.
