Roman thank you for all of your help with our new Jeep. The transaction was as a smooth as glass. I just drove it and I love it! We are both very happy! I also wanted to let you know that Robert Hayes is a real asset to your dealership. Thank you both for taking such good care of us. He was very knowledgeable and just a decent guy. Believe me, I have dealt with many, many dealerships over the years both professionally and personally. McGovern Jeep is top notch. Friendly and timely service. The service manager Kevin went above and beyond helping me on the reward point redemption for my recent service and parts purchase. The redemption process is no way streamlined and Kevin was really patient. I really appreciate his professionalism and attitude.

McGovern Automotive Group was friendly, professional and easy! As a single mom, I didn’t want the process of engaging with strangers coming to view my car. McGovern, and other dealers began reaching out and offering to purchase my car. McGovern added the human touch and made a respected offer for my car. Once agreed upon, it took only minutes for a team to come pick up my car and complete paperwork. There was zero “hassle and going back and forth” as associated with car dealerships. I can’t say enough about the service I received at McGovern. I truly felt helpless after being given the run around multiple times at a different dealer/shop in Dorchester. And I came here based solely on reviews as I don’t have a mechanic in Massachusetts. I was blown away right from the start. The service entrance was a breeze, not chaotic whatsoever. And as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Eddie who listened to my horror story of an experience. He test drove my car himself, constantly communicated with me about all updates, and even was able to help me with pricing after coming to the realization that the issues I was experiencing were due to the recent work I had done elsewhere. He really genuinely cared about helping me and it showed. The mechanic (I don’t know the name now) also test drove the car with me and immediately diagnosed the issue correctly. My car, after bringing it to another shop 4 times!! is finally fixed and driving great. I feel extremely confident referring them and am truly thankful! Anita

Best car buying experience in my 30 years of buying vehicles. Test drove 2019 Ram I found on-line and purchased the same day. Vehicle had some minor hail damage on the hood and McGovern fixed it perfectly prior to delivery. Max was with me every step of the way and I never felt pressured. Thanks!
