Have driven a Cadillac since 1982---have purchased new and used. Although I have taken my Caddy to McGuire previously for Service, this is my first purchase at this dealer.Very pleasurable experience with a new, young sales person, Michael Barfoot, who came to the sales dept. through Service. He was extremely knowledgable helpful and I never felt rushed. Even through the sign out of the car, he took his time to carefully explain all of the new features to me until I was comfortable, and gave me his personal cell # in case I had any further questions. I hope he is very successful and remains at McGuire.Sam Kolenovic was professional during the financial close and we were treated very respectfully.The purchase experience was a pleasure.

We've been dealing with McGuire Cadillac for over 15 years! And in all that time never had any complaints! The staff is always friendly, and extremely helpful. Just a note of thanks to Jodie, Sam, and the entire McGuire Cadillac team for the great service and exceptional experience we had when purchasing our certified Cadillac ATS. When I first arrived at the dealership, I was interested in a particular ATS I'd seen online. Consistent with this entire summer, this particular day was clear skies, sunny, and temps in the 90s. Jodie met me in the showroom, and was very kind, gracious and professional. After going to look at the car, I discovered that there was a model sitting next to it that I was more interested in. Despite the heat, Jodie went back into the dealership, got those keys, and spoke extensively with me about the vehicle and its features. After a test drive, I was sold. Adding to our positive experience was the friendliness and professionalism Sam exhibited in stepping us through all the paperwork, information on warranties, etc. Signing contracts and tons of paperwork are rarely enjoyable, but Sam made it as positive an experience as it could be. By the time we headed out to the car, it was going on 9 p.m., yet Jodie waited for me and my family, and spent the next 25-30 minutes or so walking me through the car's features, and helping me to program the computers to my likings. Then, Jodie called our home two days later just to ask if everything was going okay, and if there was anything else we needed. So, that's it... not only are we sold on the beautiful vehicle we just purchased, but McGuire's people have ensured that when it's time to trade up or purchase again, they can be sure we're coming to see them, and we'll definitely recommend them to others. Truth be told, the #1 reason why we returned to purchase from McGuire Cadillac in Woodbridge is because the Service Department led by Manager Bill Whale has always, without a doubt, provided OUTSTANDING customer service many times over. He was personable, very knowledgeable and worked to make our experience very comfortable and productive. He made the completion of the paperwork, a painless and efficient experience. He was well prepared and thorough and made the financial part a breeze, I also want to acknowledge the great job Bob Jacobson did, in finding and securing the specific vehicle we wanted. He was very responsive and focused which was reassuring, Bob also took the time to make sure we knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as Bluetooth, Onstar etc, and went over every single button and options in my new Escalade. My hats go off to this dealership on my recent buying experience. This was by far the best car buying experience that I ever had. I had come to the dealer to pick up my old vehicle which was being repair. I had no intention of buying a car. However, Sam Kolenovic started very casually speaking to me about the incentives that were in place to buy. The conversation was very informal with out pressure. He answered my questions and informed of my options. Treated me with respect and dignity. This feel especially crucial as my credit was less than perfect. He also went to bat for me to obtain the best deal possible but it was all in the spirit of what was best for me. He wasn't solely trying to sell a car but I felt that he had my best interest at heart. Bob Jacobson was also very helpful. He actually picked me up from my house and brought me to the dealership to pick up my car! He also went over every feature of the car. Should me how to use everything before leaving the dealership.

Whenever I shop, I do all my research first. So, by the time I go into a store to purchase, I have most of the info I need, and I'm very clear about what I want. We all know how the car buying experience can be a very long and drawn out process...so many people leave a car dealership feeling exhausted and wondering if they have just been taken advantage of in the process.Well, NONE OF THAT was my experience at McGuire Cadillac! When I entered, I received a friendly greeting, without all the high pressure. All of the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. McGuire Cadillac has a great selection from which to choose. Salesman Peter Labracio never tried to steer me away from my interest or preferences. He patiently showed me and gave me info about every vehicle I wanted. He listened well to my needs and preferences and then, gave me clear insight to make the best choice. Once I chose the right vehicle for me...a gorgeous, gold Cadillac SRX SUV that I affectionately call, GlamBella...Sam Kolenovic handled my loan and processing. Easy easy easy and sooooooo painless! Everything was explained clearly to me. Throughout the whole process, I felt comfortable with and confident in the team at McGuire Cadillac. Once my new vehicle was prepared for me, Peter sat with me again to connect my phone to the car's bluetooth, to set up the OnStar and to walk me through operating and using all the other great features. I left the dealership feeling excited and thrilled and extremely satisfied with the car buying experience at Mcguire, as well as my purchase!!! I actually caught myself thinking about the next car I would purchase from McGuire Cadillac in a few years. That's just me...when I receive great customer service, I truly appreciate it and can't wait to come back for more! The entire team was very pleasant and made the entire process smooth and easy. All the paperwork was done and pre-printed when I showed up and Sam Kolenovic explained everything in a fair and thoughtful manner. There was no pressure for additional options or warranties.Vinnie was also very helpful explaining all the features of the car and helping me get thinks set up the way I liked on the screens. For a brand new model, Vinnie had done his research.I would not hesitate to go buy another vehicle or recommend this dealership to any friend.

The sales staff is very, very unreliable. I called about an offer in the mail and they told me I would receive a call back the next day, then never followed up. When I came into the dealership from over an hour away, they told me the deal was expired, even though their lack of diligence is what caused this to happen.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned cadillac ats from this dealer. Went with my family on a cold and rainy night an hour before the closing time. Although im sure the last thing my salesperson :Jody Bossert, wanted to do was to walk around in the freezing rain showing me vehicles right before quitting time. But she did it with a smile. I did the test drive of the car i was interested in and we sat down after and crunched numbers. Very honest and straight foward woman: i was happy from the start.Banks were closed so waited till next day for her call back.First thing in the morning she called to congratulate set up for pick up and signed later that day. Then i meet Mr. Sam Kolenovic. for the signed and money transaction portion. Another breath of fresh air in my buying experience. I felt like i knew him for years and was buying the vehicle directly from him. If you are looking for a Cadillac , i highly recommend this dealer. I have been telling family and friends the same since my purchase.

Being Cadillac drivers for nearly 35 years, we've dealt with several Cadillac dealerships. Several years ago we came upon Maguire Cadillac and we cannot be any happier. Jody Bossert our sales representative has done at least six or seven deals with us. Sam Kolenovic the sales manager has closed each and every transaction for us. and Jerry Wojo who heads the team always goes out of his way to make sure that we are happy with the deal with the financing with the price with the terms and everything wrapped in one that makes for a successful transaction. We all experienced car buying nightmares in our lives but I must say that this dealership is seamless in making us feel totally pleased with the entire transaction. on 12/29 we stopped in at McGuire to see if they had a red ATS in stock so we could see the color in person. We were approached by Bob Jacobson out in the rain in the lot. We fell in love with the red ATS in the showroom since it was equipped just the way we wanted. This would be our 2nd ATS. Without any pressure from Bob, we put a deposit down on our 2016 ATS. Bob was courteous and pleasure to deal with. The Business manager, Sam Kolenvic was also friendly and courteous. He was thorough and efficient explaining the details of the documents when we picked up our new Cadillac. Our overall experience with McGuire was pleasurable. Purchased a used Hyundai Tucson at this dealership this weekend for my daughter. It was an exceptional buying experience! I worked with a salesman Al Bonadona, we told him the type of car I was looking for, and he recommended several cars that they had in stock. After going over the features of each with us, we selected the Hyundai. Al helped us complete all of the paperwork, line up the insurance, and led us to Sam Kolenovic the finance manager, who went over all of the pricing. He clearly explained all of the contracts, took the time to show us available options, and wrapped everything up in what I consider to be record time! I was the proud lessee of a 2013 Cadillac ATS4 . Being meticulous about my cars I always service them according to the manufacturer's recommendations. That being said I had my ATS serviced at McGuire Cadillac. I found the service department to be most accommodating (Billy, Ellis and Rich)My ATS was nearing the end of the lease when Rich suggested that he introduce me to the proprietor Regan. Regan spoke with me for a while regarding families and then introduced me ti the G.M. Jerry who could not be more kind and helpful. Jerry introduced me to one of his sales associates names Al who showed me the SRX4 both inside and out. it was the car I was looking for.During my conversations I let Regan, Jerry and Al know that the price drives the deal, not location and that I had shopped prices at three nearby dealerships. Regan assured me that the SRX would be priced right. Regan provided me with the lease cost and I found that all three dealers were within $10. of each other. I decided at this time I would wait to see if any of the three dealers would call be back. Several days passed and Regan called me and said I am not calling to be a pain, however I can save you a substantial amount on the monthly payments. He continued to say that GM just released an additional incentive of $2000. WOW what a savings. I wondered why the other dealers did not call me, common sense told me that they wanted to keep the $2K and not pass it on to me. Their loss of a sale and McGuire's and my gain.McGuire Cadillac and I made the deal for much less then previously discussed with the three dealerships. The paperwork was prepared closed by Sam. (No Fuss, No Muss, No Hassle!)The SRX delivery was OUTSTANDING in all aspects. McGuire Cadillac is GREAT for SERVICE, SALES and sales follow up. .

The entire transaction which is very quick was stress free, just as it was with my first vehicle from them. My car is a 2013 with 21,000 miles. McGuire Cadillac refused to Warranty something that went wrong. I had the same thing happen on another 2013 Cadillac I own, it had 31,000 miles yet a different dealership covered it under the warranty, no problem. I brought in the paper work of the car which was fixed and covered under the warranty, I showed it to the Service Director Richard Levandoski, he could have cared less, and was extremely rude in the way he spoke to me. This car cost over $50,000 and Mr. Levandoski would not warranty a fix that cost me $133.00. I will never give McGuire Cadillac any of my business ever again.

I have purchased several Cadillacs (new and pre-certified) over the years. This is my first purchase from McGuire Cadillac. I had originally intended to buy a new CTS Coupe but Cadillac decided to discontinue the model and replaced it with the ATS Coupe which I DO NOT LIKE. I searched Cadillacs web site for Pre-Certified CTS Coupes and found a 2013 CTS Premium at McGuires. It was a beautiful day so my wife and I decided to drive the 50 miles to check out the car. The car looked like it was brand spanking new and was absolutely beautiful. Bob Jacobson, our Salesman was very knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. Sam Kolenovic, the Business Manager handled the financing and finalized all the paperwork. He has a nice personality and very patiently explained and gave us copies of all documents we signed. I've been leasing vehicles since 1990, nearly 25 years. I've probably purchased and or leased 40 vehicles. I was a long time customer of Reedman in Pennsylvania however they were sold a few years back and they changed their model. What did I love most about their model? No hassle sales experience and a finance area that didn't try selling you the kitchen sink. I've purchased and leased Cadillac's before however not at McGuire. I recently said to my self "why not McGuire". So I took a ride over the Outerbridge to visit the dealership. Within 30 minutes I selected a car and was stunned with regards to the professionalism, and cleanliness of the dealership. Not only did I select the car, I left the dealership the very same day in less than 2 hours. It took 2 hours because they provided me with breakfast, called my car rental company (I had a rental with me) had them pick up the rental, called my insurance company and also obtained my loan during the very same visit. So it was time to sign the paperwork and yes since I had leased so many vehicles I was ready for the finance persons sales pitch. Well guess what? There wasn't any. Yes of course he informed me of what's available however no pressure at all and the closing process was as smooth as possible. I left the dealership wondering "why in the world would ANYONE from Staten Island not purchase their Cadillac from McGuire?". Makes no sense for someone to drive further away from Staten Island (like Gold Coast?) to purchase their car. McGuire has me as a customer going forward. They are my first stop when it comes to leaving the island. Great job McGuire!!!

Bought a new CTS there and the couldn't fix the noise from my muffler. They are not very nice people there. Go to any other dealership in the area Malouf in Princeton or Goldcoast on Route 35 are much better dealers, more customer friendly. Avoid this dealer at all coasts

His expertise and willingness to expedite all the necessary transactions enabled us to drive home the same day with our new Cadillac. It is "personal" for Al. Found a used car online at McGuire's. Drove up from Philadelphia; Salesman had the car already to go as soon as I got there. Everyone was super friendly, no BS. Went to three dealerships before and it was your typical used car salesman; this place wasn't. I didnt feel pressured at all; they gave me a great price for my trade in, a great price on the vehicle I wanted and really made it a wonderful experience. Donuts and coffee were there in the morning for the customers. Car was detailed in front of my eyes; they put new tires and brakes on before I left. I dont have a bad word to say about anyone there; everyone I interacted with made my time there a pleasurable one, especially Pete La Bracio. While my wife and I were waiting for the car to be detailed, the people at McGuire's offered to drive us to the mall and pick us back up later to pass the time. I would recommend buying from this dealership to anyone; and if I ever buy a Cadillac, I will make the drive 2 hours up to North Jersey again, just to deal with this people. My wife and I have never had a good time at a car dealership, and she was very uneasy going in to this; but they proved us totally wrong. I highly suggest McGuire's, ASK FOR PETE LA BRACIO.

Mr. Bonadonna was a very nice guy. The service was excellent and he was very informative, friendly and helpful. He spent time with me in showing me how to utilize the features and gadgets in my new ATS. I will continue to use Mr. Bonadonna and recommend him to friends and family in the future.

Leasing my Cadillac SRX from McGuire Cadillac was a very pleasurable experience. My salesman, Isaias Olivares, was very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, helpful and a very nice young man to deal with. It was a pleasure to also meet Jerry Wojciechowski and to deal with Sammy, who took care of all the paperwork, I would highly recommend McGuire Cadillac.

Isaias and Jerry made my purchase of the Cadillac SRX a pleasurable experience. Every one was courteous and respectful.Isaias is very knowledgeable about the cars controls and operation. He was a great comfort to me since a lot of this new technology is unfamiliar to me.

My overall experience was pleasant. Al, the salesman, had contacted me prior to my lease end, offering to help assist me when the time was right for me to come in and see what my options were. He was accommodating and patient. I did not feel "pressured" when I entered the showroom. I expressed what my needs were and we were able to agree on a "presidential deal-of the-century," so to speak.

Hassle free show room. Got right down to the price and worked with purchaser. Deal completed within one (1) hour of walking in to show room that included a test drive. They had new car ready to drive out about 90 minutes after signing the contract. Al Bonadonna, Reagan McGuire and Jerry Wojciechowski made you feel very comfortable and I would purchase a care from them, again in the future.

This was an extraordinary experience from beginning to end. A friend wanted to get out of his CTS lease early and into a new ATS. I worked with Jerry completely by email and ended up getting the new ATS at a very competitive price and they took him out of his lease 4 months early. My friend lives in Norwalk Connecticut and drove the hour and a half to pick up his car. Upon arriving, he met Jerry, who went out of way to make everything simple and pleasant. The car was clean and waiting on the showroom floor...the paperwork was ready....and the staff was professional and friendly.If you are in the market for a new Cadillac, regardless of where you live, you need to go to this dealership. You will find an experience atypical of any car buying experience you have had in the past.

Jerry and Jodie have been excellent since our first conversation. They have never given any indication that they were the typical sneaky car dealers, nice at first, pushy in the middle, aggressive at the end. I've dealt mostly with Jodie and she has provided and incredibly easy and honest experience. Both however suggested I wait to purchase my ATS because they felt the deals would be better. I've never had any dealer tell me to wait to buy a car.I highly recommend this dealership and make sure you ask for Jerry or Jodie, you won't regret it.

Another great experience from McGuire Cadillac and their exceptional sales team. Pete LaBracio is wonderful to work with. This is the third cadillac we bought from him and his team and we keep going back for more. I definitely recommend Pete and McGuire Cadillac. I would like to also mention that they have a fantastic service dept.

sales staff don't know much about equipment in the cars they are selling, they put me as co payer not co signer without my knowledge becareful with samy the finance manager. I have been paying over 1100 a month with no possitive credit on my credit report because of the contract they put me in. They are the worst people to deal with. the sales man tried to bluff me with the price of accessories. just watch out and great luck

As we walked into the McGuire dealership, we browsed for five minutes, when a salesperson, Pete LaBracio approached and asked if we needed any assistance, I said we were interested in the XTS, he proceeded to escort us to his office and said he would be right back as he was with another customer. Pete retuned in a few minutes, reintroduced himself, apologized for keeping is waiting and asked what we were interested in. From that point on, working with Pete was amazing; he did not pressure us, he spoke with us and not to us, he made us feel like we had known each other for a long time. After I explained to Pete what model and options I was looking at; he left for a few minutes and retuned with a price. Now, I already had received quotas from the other dealers and did my own research. While the price Pete came back with was a little more than the other dealers, I felt he was honest and sincere during our negotiations. I also asked him do I need to give him an answer today, and he said no and I could get back to him whenever I was ready. Pete was called away by the previous customer he was working with, when he returned, I extended my hand and told him we have a deal. My car was ready for pick up on Thursday, January 24 and once again upon arriving at the dealership I was treated with the utmost respect. Pete was a real gentleman and now I know I have a friend at McGuire. In addition, I met with Sammy Kolenovic to sign all the papers and hand over my down payment and as with Peter, Sammy was a true professional and did not try and sell me every warranty under the sun, he recommend and it was my decision what to purchase, no pressure.

Excellent service. Received the trade in that was very acceptable. Love my new XTS. Has everything you could possibly want in a car. The Salesman took the time to explain the Cue system and told me to come back anytime if I had anymore questions.

Great Dealership. I recently obtained my third transaction with them. They are all a class act there from the mangers and sales down to the service center. They are normal people and describe everything to you . Never do they hard sell you .

This is probably the 10th or more car that I purchased over the last 40 years for me or for my family members. It was best experience. It was the only time that getting a car was not a painful experience, thanks to Bob, Sammy and their colleagues.

Excellent customer service at McGuire, I traveled all the way from Westchester County with Multiple GM dealers in my area to purchase from Mcguire.The sales person Isaias was professional, courteous and extremely helpful during this entire process or leasing my new 2012 Cadillac SRX.There were no gimmicks or games evryone was very honest and displayed great integrity.I would highly recommend McGuire Cadillac to family and friends and it was definitely worth the trip! Just a warning. When you buy a used car from this dealer they believe in putting you off until your warranty expires. Also do not expect them to forewarn you about any problems with a car. They still fit the Used Car Sales Stereotype.

Dealership personnel were very friendly and the salesperson was not pushy We weren't sure if we wanted a new car and just looking as our car was only two years old but I wasn't really happy with it (another cadillac) We didn't feel pressured. After Tom asked what we wanted in the car he brought us a car and we drove it, I loved it and very happy we bought it.

I went to McGuire looking for new car. I test drove two cars. The second car was a pre-owned Cadillac. I really liked this car. The salesman explained the warranty which was a super plus to me. He also showed me how to work the buttons on the dash for mileage, tire pressure, etc.I work at JFK hospital in Edison and have told my friends of the friendly and relaxed experience I had. I shopped around and came back to McGuire. I had to bring my car in for a headlight adjustment. The crew was very nice and friendly. My headlights were adjusted correctly. I trust McGuire to honor the pre-owned warranty on my car.Thank you McGuire!

Purchased a used Volvo S60 T6 from McGuire Cadillac. I found the car online through the dealers website called up and ended up speaking with Pete. He got me in for a test drive the next day. What I really liked about my experience with the dealer was that they didn't try to push me into the car. I didn't feel pressured at all. After test driving the car I thought about it for a day or two and decided to pull the trigger. Pete and Jerry handled everything quickly and seamlessly. Very happy with my experience will likely buy again from this dealer in the future.

Have purchased a couple Cadillacs (new and used) over the years from McGuire Cadillac. The sales team is very knowledgeable about the cars and I have always been able to get a better deal from them than competing dealers. The service dept has also been extremely helpful in helping to resolve a couple sporadic issues that were not easy to find. I highly recommend this dealership.

This is the first time we bought a Cadillac and the experience was a pleasant one.From the salesman {Pete} to the Asst Manager {Sam} right up to the Gen Manager [Jerry}.All our questions were answered. Having done our homework we knew what price we were looking for.The first offer was already in the ballpark of what we thought the SRX should cost.Within a short period of time we were shaking hands abd signing papers.We would recommend McGuire Cadillac to all.

Vechicle was brought in for oil change and my 85 year old mother was taken for $649.00 by the timethe service was completed. Service manager claims to have legitimate reasons for all work accomplished, blaming some repairs on an improperly installed air filter. The only problem is vechicle was only at their dealership 3 times in the past year, (and no where else) and these problems only arise now that warranty has expired. Thats a lot of money for a car with 11,000miles on it.I'm not happy with their service and don't recommend it.
