This is by far one of the best, nicest and most modern dealerships in the area! I was on the fence if I should keep on being loyal to Ford, which I've had since I became a driver when I was 16, but the experience of buying a Nissan from McLarty, specifically through Donals, has won me over as a Nissan customer! Their service is top knotch and I encourage anybody that is even thinking of switching over to Nissan from any other domestic car brand to go over and check their lineup!

I went to browse McLarty Daniel, but 99% sure I was buying from another dealership due to an outstanding deal they offered me and my mind was made up. The very first car that was shown to me, surprisingly, changed my mind. The salesman knew what I was in the market for but asked me to just take a look at another make/model. I am so very thankful I drove an hour to McLarty Daniel because they not only gave me a better offer than the previous dealership, but listened to my needs and had a list of cars ready for me to look at by the time I arrived. They were never pushy or talked me into something that I wouldn't like. The car I chose was cheaper, better MPG, almost brand new, 17k miles, better features, better insurance rates, and something I am excited about driving every morning on my way to work. Great job Jesus and Tom!

I was searching for a car after one of the worst experiences of my life, this was not leisure shopping. I was paying hundreds of dollars for a rental, it was chilly and raining on my brother and I all day. We must have been to every dealership in Fayetteville and Rogers and seen the worst of the worst. Other locations made me feel like my budget was pennies. I just wanted to give up and go home. But I remember seeing a Mazda 3 online at the Mclarty Daniel Ford dealership in Bentonville. Well unfortunately, it wasn't there, of course! However, I was VERY lucky to meet Mr. Nathan Anderson! He went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible, so he searched other locations when he came across the 2009 Honda Accord at McLarty Daniel Nissan and his manager was able to negotiate down to 11K so the price range was in my budget. He had me take it on a small test drive, explained all the bells and whistles of the interior, he made me feel relaxed, calm and dare I say it happy again to be car shopping. He was extremely patient while I was asking all of my questions and didn't make me feel embarrassed at all. He even took it upon himself to make sure that the Honda came with the Lifetime Warranty.After I purchased the vehicle he contacted me a few days later to make sure that I was still happy with the vehicle and that everything was working properly. And when my brother and I first saw the vehicle we noticed a couple of small scratches and asked if they could get fixed or filled in so what does Nathan do? He asks me to visit McLarty Daniel Ford at my earliest convenience and he took care of it himself! Out of his own pocket! I don't know anyone else who would do that. McLarty Daniel is very lucky to have him! And I am going to recommend everyone I know that is looking for a vehicle in his direction.

We received great treatment from Our salesperson! Everything he promised, he delivered and then some. We were more than satisfied with his efforts with us! Adam in finance needs to learn how to deal with people more professionally. Asking you customers 5 times about gap insurance is very annoying and almost lost this sale. And when a customer says "no", he should never say "wow" and huff like the customer is stupid!!!

I happened to be hanging out with a friend at the time I decided to drive onto the lot and had literally no expectations for what I was going to buy or if I would even buy. But I ended up with the right deal at the right time and everything ended up seeming to line up in the end and it made for a great purchase. My only possible critique, that seemed out of anybody's control, was the length of time it took was outstanding, well over 4 hours. The employee I worked with definitely assured me this wasn't a common experience and swore that most sales take place within 2 hours.

The Salesman is good and trying to do his best, but what was irritating that after signing the contract and took the 50% down payment of the car the issue pop out. This dealership took one week to provide a second key for the car I purchased plus another additional paper work to submit that take them one week to tell us that we need this requirement which we never been us from other dealership that we just purchase our truck last year and fully paid now. Why they don't tell what the real status of the transaction or they only have one key for the car during the negotiations. Plus when the set the time to go back to this dealership, it took us minutes.... And waste our time there. Need to manage how deal your transaction as how you deal your business before and after the sales, that is how you make a good customer service.

My husband and I have purchased many cars from McLarty Daniel Nissan and each time, it is one of the most positive experiences we could hope for. Everyone who works there is the absolute best! This most recent car was an early birthday present so I got to pick it out. I chose the Murano because not only is a gorgeous car but it had every bell and whistle (and then some) that I could ever want. But the buying experience wouldn't be the same without the folks who helped us.Our sales guy was and is Josh Davis. He has been our go-to guy for a couple of purchases we have made. This young man is so impressive in his knowledge but also in his customer service skills. He answered every single question we had (and there were a lot!) with a smile on his face. He is so friendly and just a great guy!In management, we had the pleasure of working with two outstanding gentlemen, Marty Kellum and Clark Christie. Both of these men are so easy to work with, and did not back down when the answers weren't what we wanted to hear. They gave us first class attention and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or Josh or Jorge to anyone looking for a car.I know we will be back. After all we are serious repeat buyers! We recently purchased a used Chevrolet cargo van which we were very happy with until we drove it home and realized it would not go up our gravel driveway to the garage. We returned to the dealership immediately to see if we could get our money back, Rob Whittaker , a pre-owned sales manager suggested we have another staff member drive it back to our house and see what we were doing wrong and once again the truck would not climb the hill. The dealership was unwilling to return our check. The only thing they would do was TRADE for something on their lot and their was nothing for sale even remotely like what we needed. I called the manager on his cell phone to explain our situation and he claimed never to have received the message. The friendly perception of this dealership ended when a problem arose.

Unlike other dealships and sales representatives that try to bribe you into buying a vehicle and do not seem to care about the reason why you are looking for a vehicle, Robert Pratt was the complete opposite. The first thing Robert done was sit down with my mom and I and asked about the main features I was looking for and the price range of the total car and monthly payments. After finding a car a I fell in love with the team done everything possible for me to drive it off the lot that day. When it was not possible for me to purchase that car, Robert chose a car that was a newer model and had the same if not more safety features that I requested. Drove through the lot on an evening when I did have much time, our salesman David Pepe greeted us professionally with a smile! I was able to ask lots of questions about the two vehicles I was interested in and received honest answers; if he was unsure he would go verify. I asked him to get me a side by side comparison of my monthly rate and within 10 minutes I had all my information. Carlos Becerra even offered to get my diner since the processing paperwork was taking quite a bit longer. He definitely went the extra mile. He had my car fueled and ready within 30 minutes, before the paperwork was even completed. I've bought two cars previously with him and his customer service is always excellent, it's one of the many reasons I've choosen Nissan.

My mother never knows how to react to that question when I ask her. Why, because she doesn't know what I have up my sleeve for the day. Sometimes, I get the opportunity to be spontaneous with where the day leads us. Saturday, August 20, 2016, was that kind of day. Our adventure started off with I'm only going window shopping for styles of automobiles which mom didn't have a clue until we went a totally different direction than normal on our adventure days. We ended up at McLarty Daniel Nissan in Bentonville. Mom's reaction - what! My reaction was we are only looking for styles that would be more comfortable for her to get in and out of so I could narrow down different automobiles from different dealers. Wow, was I wrong. After meeting Josh Davis, we piled in a Versa Note for a parking lot test drive. I could tell by mom's face that she was ever so fascinated by the back up camera and the hands free telephone system along with the ease of getting in and out of the vehicle that she was sold. For me however, it was a little different story until I started asking a few more questions myself which Josh expertly answered each one and put up with our giggles. I came around but still wanted the weekend to think about it some more. And then Josh asked us what it would take to get us into the vehicle today? Mom pointing to the sales tax and said take that away and it's a deal. Josh went to bat for us and struck the home run in our book. I now own a Nissan Versa Note! Thank you Josh for being patient with us along with coordinating with the other employees at the dealership to make our 'Are You Up For An Adventure' day an awesome experience!

Trent Lawson was extremely rude and condescending when I had questions regarding why he put the list price of the vehicle higher than the price listed on the car..he said to show the discount they gave me... Raised the price above the list price and this is not a discount. I have never been treated so rude as Trent treated me. I guess as a senior citizen I should know better than trusting, however that is my nature. I will never recommend Mclarty Daniel to anyone except go stay away from them.

I am very pleased with my Nissan Rogue. I know that is the most important thing to me, but I was also pleased with my treatment by Josh. I had shopped at several dealerships before I went to Bentonville, so I got to see several salesmen. Josh, did not oversell me or put on pressure. He laid out the deal and we discussed changes. I got the best price on the Rogue from him. He was centered on me and what I wanted. My highest recommendation would have to be, when I get ready to trade, I will go back to Josh.

Really felt the sales person I had was all about the sale. Did not feel a connection at all with him He even said he needed to sell me a car so he could get his bonus which really rubbed me wrong. Waiting a extremely long time waiting on the "deal" and too too long of time to finalize the deal. Felt the company was more about making their numbers for the month (since it was the end of the month).The truth will come out if they come thru with all the promises they made during the sale.

Best damn Auto dealer by far. I have had 3 cars and have visited multiple outlets, but never have i experienced such wonderful service. I purchased a 2010 Ford Mustang Convertible and everything was wonderful right from the moment i entered the dealership to getting my keys. My sales guy Mike Mckenfuss is a gem of a person who took time to understand my requirements and budget. He got me a good deal. They even took the courtesy to give me a loaner vehicle to get a recall fixed on my car even before i could bring it up. Actions speak louder than words and they know their stuff well ! I decided to check into the 0% financing offer and the possibility of trading in our 2014 Altima. I spoke to Jesus Beltran and told him what she was looking for and what we needed from the trade. Dave, Grove, Ok July 14, 2016I took my 2014 Nissan Xterra Pro-4x in to McLarty Daniel for the 30,000 mile service, and to check why the air conditioning blower was not working. I did not buy this vehicle from them as I recently moved to Grove OK and this is the closest Nissan dealer to me. I was treated really well, like I was a repeat customer, as well as I have been treated in the past by the Nissan Dealer I bought two new cars from in Kalifornia. They did the service, replaced ac blower relay, air conditioning was working, pay the bill and go home, 50+ miles. The next day a.c. quits working again, call the service writer I worked with the day before and he says, "bring it back." It's Friday so no ac for the next several days. Not ok, so I Google the problem and the most commen fix for my issue is a resister and connecter to the ac blower motor above the front passengers feet below the glove box. I find this and wiggle the wires and ac goes on and off, wiggle wire, ac works, good to go. Take it back to McLarty Daniel the next week and my service writer is not there that day so I work my way up to Nick Jones the Service Manager. He listens to my story, apologies for me having to come back and he himself checks the resister connecter and sees the blower motor going on and off. He says, "yes it is the resister" and he will fix it right away. Again, he himself, looks up the part, gets it, replaces the part and makes sure all is working correctly, all of this in the service write up area, not in the back, I mean he does do it right away. He now writes up the work order and hands it to me, NO CHARGE! I checked and just the part he replaced, the resistor, costs more than the relay they installed in the first place, again, NO CHARGE. I have never been treated so well by a car dealership, and I have never bought a car from them! First time there. I will be in the market for a new car soon as the wife's Armada has 170K miles on it and the first place I will be going to is, McLarty Daniel. If the rest of the Dealerships people treat their customers as well as Nick Jones treated me I will be a happy customer.

Went there to purchase a used car for my daughter as her first car (she works part-time and saved for months for this). I was shown a vehicle (2005 Ford Freestyle) with 128K on it that I was told would likely be sent to auction. Offered to test drive it, it drove okay for a clearly high mileage vehicle. The air conditioner blew out barely cool air and the sales guy said it likely just needed a recharge and I figured that was likely as well.After the test drive, we popped open the hood and it was pretty dirty. This is when the sales guy tells me that it will be all cleaned up and that "we always do a safety check before any car leaves our lot sold". I was also told it was an "as is" sale which I would expect for a high mileage car. As it drove fine and he assured me that they always do "a safety check", I felt it would be okay to buy.When I purchased the vehicle, the engine was cleaned up, broken windshield replaced (it had a major crack across it and I requested it part of the deal), and I was told it passed the "safety check" by their mechanic. Apparently they rushed the prep process because the tires were filthy. I inquired of that and they took it back again and cleaned them nicely. Okay, all is good.But then, here is where I have my issues with them. The first day of the following week I take the care to a local mechanic to recharge the air conditioning. The mechanic calls me into the garage to show me that the upper engine mount is completely thrashed, in shreds! This mount is on top of the engine and easily visible. He also shows me the battery, where half of one of the caps is half chewed up exposing the battery cell containing acid. The battery is also chewed along the top edge with one spot right through into the acid cell! Both of these are safety issues! How could the McLarty Nissan mechanic not notice a chewed up battery and shredded engine mount clearly visible when you pop up the hood? Sure, you can wonder why I didn't notice it. Well, I don't know squat about upper engine mounts and when I originally looked at the engine it was very dirty. When I looked later, I simply noted how clean they made it look at then closed the hood. Bottom line, I took their word that they do a "safety check" before any car leaves the lot. At the very least, they should have told me that it had a shredded upper engine mount and chewed up battery!When I contacted McLarty Daniels Nissan about this, they told me "sorry, you bought it 'as is'". What?? That's all you're going to tell me? What about the fact that you people assured me that you do a "safety check" and that it passed? "Oh, a safety check is only that the mechanic took it for a drive and it runs and brakes fine. So it passes safety." What a load of hogwash deception!!!Well, as I got nowhere with the sales guy or his manager, I decided to contact their PR department to let them know I was not a happy customer. They assured me that this is not how they do business and would talk to so and so and get back to me. Then I get a call back and am told, "you know you bought a wholesale car 'as is', right?" Yes, I bought a "used car" from you and was assured you check out before you sell it. How can you tell me that a shredded engine mount, a chewed up battery (apparently some animal got under the hood) was completely missed by your mechanic? Oh, and by the way, turns out the air conditioner system does not work even with a full charge. Talking about adding salt to the wound.I informed them I was going to go online and let the world know how I was dealt with. They asked that I hold off until the following Monday (a few days later) and they will get back to me as she would talk to ?? about this. Well, this is Monday evening and no call. So that is why I am not making public my displeasure with this company.I've done a lot of business with the local Honda dealership and they've always been square with me. This was my first time buying from this dealership and I also had plans to buy a Mustang from them or their sister dealership (McLarty Daniels Ford). So I assumed they would conduct themselves much like the local Honda dealership has treated me. I was so wrong!So BUYER BEWARE if you deal with McLarty Daniels Nissan. Do NOT assume they have your back when buying a used vehicle as they clearly do not. Within days I had to dish out cash to fix the motor mount and the battery, and am still in need of getting the air conditioner working having already wasted money on servicing it and recharging it and it not working.

I shopped online for deals for used vehicles and found a 2008 Equinox with an internet price of $8049.00. I checked it out with their internet specialist and made an appointment and went down to the Nissan dealer, test drove vehicle and then in for the negotiations. The salesperson started out over $12,000 and when I told her that the price from the internet, she told me that I was mistaken. I did buy the vehicle but had to pay over $2000 more than the internet price I was quoted. I came home with the vehicle and made screenshots of their website with the price I had stated to the salesperson and then sent an email to her stating that I would be nice and call it all ok if they would refund me $1000. She refused. Needless to say, I will tell everyone I know and have interactions with on the internet to never do business with this dealership because they have no problem breaking laws and doing the bait & switch and then made me wait over a week to receive my paperwork. I would advise anyone to not do business with them, as they are nothing but cheats and liars and have no problem with doing the bait & switch to people.The issue has been resolved! (5-31-2016)

Being a female I always dread going to dealerships. This is the first time I have purchased a vehichical from a dealership, without having hours of haggling and being treated fairly. I live out of state so overall most of the negotiating was over the phone or text. The day I had arrived in Arkansas I went directly to the dealership. Trent was my salesperson and was great! There was and issue that my floor mats being carpet and online the photo had shown rubber mats. They immediately ordered them, and were delivered by the time all the paperwork was signed. The Xterra was in the great condition as shown online and everything that I asked for (remote starter and heated seats) was installed. The car was detailed and I drove away with a full tank of gas!I would definelty recommend this dealership. Trent and everyone I was in contact with was extremely nice, respectful and efficient.

We made a deal with the understanding they would pay off 2 other things, we are still paying on those and they told us our first payment would be 2/1/16. It is actually 1/23/16. I've called the dealership twice to talk to someone and Noone called me back. I had to call again. Now waiting on someone to call me back again. I doubt they will call, I'll have to call them. So frustrating. We are well out of our 72 hour window or we would take it back and deal with an honest car company.

I wish I could do a no star review. I was very underwhelmed with this dealership. I was VERY pregnant when I came in to buy my car and unfortunately had to wait at this dealership for hours. Marilyn was my main point of contact when I first went there. Also my paperwork was not filled out correctly, I was told I could drive the vehicle for 1 week prior to finally getting to come in and sign paperwork. Months later when it was time for our first service appointment we were past our miles so our vehicle warranty is now voided. All because the paperwork was filled out that our vehicle had 0 miles at the time of purchase instead of the correct odometer reading. Also the oil change appointments take way too long.

Chat online with Kristian Wing and she was very helpful and could answer every question possible. Was so nice and friendly and followed up with me for days and checking on me and seeing if there was any questions she could answer. Her manager Gerald Brown called and checked on me as well. I finally agreed to a test drive. And Came to this dealership and was un sure of what vehicle I was interested in, and I met with the general sales manager Mike Manning and he was awesome and very nice. Then I worked with Devan Wright and he was very helpful and blew me away. So I ended up buying a 2015 Altima. I have brought it for my first oil change and Zach Anderson was wonderful. This is the best dealership in NWA. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I suggest anyone to do their research online with Kristian Wing first. I also got a $25 visa gift card in the mail!!!

My husband and I purchased a new Altima from Landers McLarty Nissan. We are very disappointed with the warranty that was sold to us with our new car. My husband and I both were not explained the warranty in full detail. I discovered this on a routine oil change last week. We called in and spoke with the finance department and he said he was sorry and failed to do his job-there was nothing that he could do for us. He said he would be glad to visit with us more about it, but folks that doesn't help us!!! As far as being charged $2450 for this package it will only be prorated back to us. (without ever being used) We would have never spent that amount of money for a warranty that was not needed. Our vehicle came with a 3 year manufacturers warranty. We also would never need a rental car or roadside assistance from this warranty either-we have that coverage with our personal auto policy. It doesn't make sense that we would purchase this as it was sold to us. We were sold this package with a lot of persistence by the finance department and were very hesitant in purchasing it. We had put trust into what was being told to us. I felt we weren't given all of the facts. I was hoping that Landers would want to make it right with us, but they do not. My husband and I will not ever be purchasing another new vehicle from Landers again. I believe new potential customers should be made aware of our situation and the potential loss that they could incur. I wish I had been made aware of this before taking our business to Landers because they're tactics in explaining the warranty were misleading. I will also notify family, friends and co-workers. It is not fair to make the customer pay for an employees mistake. We are so saddened by Landers values. and customer service.

The vehicle we looked at was made available to us to use for a day (a handy trick the salespeople do but it worked). We returned the next day to close the deal. John, our salesperson was very easy to work with. The service department honored the due bill agreement without any hassle. Other than the pushy finance guy (who really likes christian soft rock) who seemed to be employed by the underwriter's and not LM Nissan, the whole experience was quite pleasant.

We broke down in Fayetteville(not a McLarty Dealership) and pulled in to the local dealership for a repair. They informed us that it was a sizeable repair and would need the vehicle for a few days. I figured we would be offered a loaner vehicle at the time; however WE WERE WRONG. We were stuck over 100 miles from home and had nowhere to turn.......Jason Finnell came to the rescue and not only helped us when he had no reason to, but was very nice about it. These are truly class acts and I would not hesitate to do business with ANY of the Landers Mclarty Dealerships based on my experience.....Especially with Jason. Thank all of you who helped us. If your sales dept is as good as your customer service, we certainly will not hesitate to buy from you guys. We humbly thank you again for everything.

We received a flyer in the mail saying we won a prize, just bring in the flyer. My husband and I have been looking at 3/4 ton trucks to pull an RV so we thought we would look at this dealership and see how we were treated when we presented the flyer. We stopped at the receptionist desk and she said we would need to speak to a salesman and she would call one. We waited for at least 10 minutes and finally the guy came around and ask us to come with him. We told him we received this flyer and we wanted to see what we had won. Without asking if we were in the market for a vehicle or even what kind We came to this desk and he ask us to have a seat, he would be right back with some paperwork. We both just looked at each other and when he came back he preceded to ask our names, address, phone number etc. I said before we go any farther I would like to know what we won from this flyer that your company sent out. He let me know he would have to get all the info before he could tell us. We let him know our name info was fine but I didn't want to provide any other info. He was sarcastic and said the flyers were sent out by a third party and he had to get info about us before he could reveal our prize and that he would also have to give him our social security numbers. I let him know I would not give that info, and he said again in a sarcastic voice, then we cannot go any farther. We walked and I am writing this to warn others. Needless to say we will not be doing any business with this dealer. And I will tell anyone who asks why.

I have been a customer of this dealership for about 10 years. Nissan is my car of choice. I have owned them since they were called Datsun. I purchased my first Datsun B210 in 1976. I first met Clark Christie, a salesman, about 8 years ago. Clark has customer service down to a science. The guy lives and breaths customer service. You can be assured of getting the best deal that Nissan has to offer from this dealer. This store is top notch! Beautiful store, clean or should I say spotless. It is a crown jewel in the Nissan Dealerships. The sales team that has been assembled there is an impressive one. You will be treated as family from the first handshake. Honest and well groomed employees. This team is professionally dressed and act like professionals. I would highly recommend this location to anyone shopping for a car, new or used. There is also a salesman there named Jake Inness. Try to get him if possible. Leonardo Dicaprio look alike! He is a cool dude and knows how to treat a customer at the young age of 21.Good luck in your search for a dealer and I know if you choose this one you will not be disappointed.

I received an E-Mail that had a coupon . It read, I would receive a $25 gift card If I would test drive a new car. I had purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima on September the 20th, 2013. So I thought I would try and test drive a 2014 Altima . That is when I meet Jake Inness in sales. He was a very pleasant young man. Very patients did not try to push me into to anything. He let me make my own choices . He was very professional and defiantly knew what he was talking about. I fell in love with the 2014 Altima. The safety feature was awesome and all of the other assessors that he showed me I thought were great, I knew then I wanted to up grade to the 2014 Altima. I am so pleased with the Nissan Altima. It is a very nice car. I received everything that I was promised and I couldn't be happier that I made the choice to buy this car.When I went to talk with Adam he was also very professional. All of the employees that I encountered were very friendly and willing to help. I give them an A+ on that. I had an "appointment" at their service center for 12 pm on a Saturday. The service I requested was to have 4 new tires mounted on my car, have an alignment done, and check on my vehicles recall status (2005 Inifiniti G35). While there Zach informed me that an Infiniti dealer would be the one servicing my car for the recall issue, that's reasonable. The reasons why I am giving customer service and quality of work a "3" is because (1) There's really no point in the scheduling of an appointment if customer's vehicle will not get worked on until some hours later. I dropped my vehicle off and went to have lunch and returned about 1:20-1:30 pm and my tires that I provided was still sitting where it was dropped off at. I know that Zach had mentioned at drop off that it would be done my 2:30 or 3:00 pm. Even though he had given me an estimated time frame, that's still a long time for a "scheduled appointment". It was near 3pm when my car keys were handed back to me. (2) Somehow, somewhere in the process of getting new tires mounted on and an alignment my license plate got bent. How did that happened? I don't know. It sure was not bent when I dropped my vehicle off. Zach did his best to bend it back to normal. I never had problems with my license plate anywhere else except for this one time when someone was trying to steal it but that's a different story. (3) After getting home straight from the service center I noticed grease on my wheels. Why none of the mechanics bother to wipe it off, I don't know, or at least mention it to the guy who washed the car before handing it back to me. So, I spent some time after getting home washing the grease off w/ some wheels and tire cleaners. So, overall the lag in "scheduled appointment", the bent license plate, and greased wheels really sealed the deal on the "3" rating for customer service and quality of work. But hey, I love the new tires and the car is driving straight(better than before).

The salesman Jake Inness called me on the phone. He asked about how our 2009 Nissan Altma was performing? I told that it had been a perfect. Car since we never had to take it to the shop for any warranty work to be preformed. Jake asked me if I had thought about trading the Altma in on a new auto? I said that my wife and I had talked about it but we had not made a decision on what to do. Jake started to ask questions about our Altma like, how many miles, how was the body, any dings, was the paint still looking like new? I told him that the car was in excellent condition with just over 77,000 miles. Jake asked if I wanted another Nissan or was I going to change brands? I told him that we wanted to stay with a Nissan, but would like to look at other vehicles made by Nissan! He explained about all the different models that Nissan made. Jake explained about encentives that were going on in the month of March. I told him that I would talk to my wife about all that we had discussed on the phone and I would call him back or that he was free to call me back! My wife and I discussed all the information that I had gotten from Jake. We called each other a few times to get things straight. When my wife and I got through going over all the different models, we had decided that a Nissan PathFinder was the vehicle for us this time. Jake called me again and we discussed the PathFinder that Linda and I wanted! We discussed what he would give me for the Altma for trade in. It did not take too long to come to an agreement on that price. Jake then looked for where he could find the PathFinder that had just what we wanted, also with the correct colors! After he found where he could get the vehicle that we wanted, we started to talk about how much he would price the PathFinder for and all the encentives that would be applied. We went back and forth on the final price, Jake then made another offer which I will not talk about now but it sealed the deal if the Company would go with what we agreeded on! Jake then told me that we would have to drive to the Dealership that day for the encentives to apply because it was the last day of the month! Linda and I said that we would be there by 7 P.M. to sigh the papers but if anything changed against us we would walk off. When we got there Jake met us and we took a ride in a PathFinder equipped just like we wanted but the color was different. We loved the drive and was able to get in and out better in the PathFinder than the Altma! We sat down with Jake and everything was just like we had talked about on the phone with no exceptions! Jake was the best salesman that I have ever had to deal with, it was a joy to buy our auto from Jake! We had bought the Altma there but the salesman was not the same as Jake was to us. Jake made us feel like we were part of his family while we were working on the deal for the PathFinder! He delivered our vehicle to our house full of gas, changed the tags around and even cleaned the bugs from the front of the vehicle and cleaned the front window inside and out before he said "'here is your new auto John Henry". I hope that Jake is still at this dealership the next time that we want to buy a vehicle because you can trust what he tells you and you don't have to be watching out behind! We will be back to Landers McLarty Nissan when we are ready to buy a new auto and we will tell everyone that we know to go to them if they want a car of any kind!!
