From the first phone call to the decision to purchase the Escalade to the delivery was a first class experience. I spoke on the phone with owner Greg Swanson and we discussed what I was looking for and he referred me to sales person Dan Machu. We met and talked about the vehicle I wanted and he located the Escalade and decided on the price and delivery. Very professional organization.

I contacted McLaughlin through "Black-book" and realized my used car was worth more than my pay-out. Jon Elliott was my contact. I was shown the three vehicles which met my criteria and given the opportunity to test drive, and review the interior, luggage capacity, baby-seat roominess and electronics. I felt very comfortable and not rushed but I was ready to buy. The process of calculating trade-in, dealer discounts, Cadillac discount and a bottom line took a few more minutes.The entire process was update, clear, concise and very transparent. I signed off within 90 minutes of arrival and scheduled my new car pick-up later in the day. Upon arrival my car was ready and the paperwork was completed with no surprises or pressure to add costs or warranties beyond what I wanted. This is the way you hope a new car purchase will be like.

We have had 2 other Cadillacs, so when we were in the market for a new car due to the loss of our company car, our first stop was McLaughlin. Dealing with the sales department (Dan Machu), the finance director (Joe Wilson), and the service department with our other 2 vehicles has always been a very pleasant experience. Everyone at McLaughlin's is friendly and the service department has always been extremely helpful and accommodating. Overall, buying a car from McLaughlin's is a very satisfactory event!!

Due to the loss of my spouse, my vehicle usage and needs changed substantially. I wished to go from 2 vehicles to 1. Plus up grade in years and lower mileage. Greg welcomed me to try 3 different vehicles before I settled on a pre- owned late model Cadilac Escalade. It was the one. Thank you Greg. We had been to several dealerships to look at Cadillac SUV's. McLaughlin was by far the fairest and flexible dealership. Their personnel are respectful and friendly. Our salesman, Jon, was helpful and professional. We would highly recommend McLaughlin!

I had to pick out a work vehicle and I absolutely hate the process of car shopping. The salesperson could tell and was very helpful and gave me some room to look as I saw fit. He was always close by, though. I would definitely use this dealership for personal purchases in the future. They made it painless.

Viewed car that we wanted on the internet. We drove 1 hour to get to dealership to test drive vehicle. The negotiation process was quick and easy, just the facts no pressure. Very customer oriented fromthe Owner of Dealership, the Finance Department, the Sales Department. Entire experience from time we left house which is one hour from Dealership to time with new car back home was four hours. We are very satisfied with the deal we got. I call this a WIN-WIN. A win for us and a win for McLaughlin Motors.

After $4700. charge for replacement of head gasket in 2006 Cadillac DTS, clips holding the radiator cover in place were left rolling around under the hood on the engine, the engine mount was left broken/cracked with no comment from the dealer, and the power steering hose was left leaking on the engine. Two other shops said this damage was likely caused when pulling the engine to replace the head gasket.When confronting Service Mgr. Michelle Gau and General Mgr. Dan Calvert at McLaughlin Motors, they took no responsibility, made no explanation, were completely not accountable and not interested in a solution. Buyer Beware...

We purchased our fourth Cadillac from Dan Machu at McLaughlin Motors, and as usual the experience was excellent. Dan is very knowledgeable about every aspect of any vehicle we may have questions about. We would not consider any other dealership or Salesperson. We are always treated courteously, professionally, and kindly by everyone in the dealership. The follow up service we receive is better than any other dealership I have experienced, and that includes over 40 vehicles in 7 states in my lifetime. I recommend McLaughlin Motors and in particular Dan Machu for any vehicle purchase.

Whatever the service needs are for my McLaughlin purchased cars, Sherrie Schmidt has always gone out of her way to schedule service to fit my schedules. She always has the complete explanation of the services that were provided and has the product knowledge necessary of service related subject matter to provide the kind of feedback customers expect. The Sales Group has initial contact with customers. However, after the sale, it is people like Sherrie who interface with customers and help shape the perception of McLaughlin Motors that customers hold.

As first time Cadillac buyers, we are very happy with our experience. Everyone, from sales to finance, were extremely helpful and courteous. They made us feel comfortable. Our salesman, Brandon, took a lot of time on our initial visit to answer all our questions and explain in detail features and warranties. The no pressure approach made us sure we would be back to purchase. Not only do we feel we got a great deal, but it was a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be recommending McLaughlin's.

I pulled on to the lot and was approached by Scott Schnabel in the Cadillac sales. I did the normal.. im just looking. Scott was very nice said no problem and he proceded to mention how he just traded for a car. The car happen to be exactly what I was looking for. The right year the right color and the right miles. He showed me the vehicle and he knew the history of the trade which is always nice. After looking over the vehicle I told him I would get back with him. The next day I did. This time Scott out of the office so I worked with Joe Roberts. JOE was very helpful in the test drive and the numbers. Between the both of them we made a deal got the vehicle serviced and detailed. My vehicle was ready when promised. Thanks again to both Joe and Scott.

Everything went smooth. Was offered a shuttle service/loaner. Service advisers were honest and approachable. Waiting room was clean, well stocked with snacks, and had wifi. I would return here for service and recommend McLaughlin to others.

This is the second time I've had my car in for service and again the service department was excellent. They made sure my car was clean and explained exactly what had to be fixed and anything additional that will be needed in the near future. Both times I haven't left questioning anything and have been extremely pleased.

Over a 2 hour drive for us so we put the deal together ahead of time. We were interacting with Dan twice a day all the way up to an hour before we arrived at the dealership. When we arrived we took the SUV for a ride and we liked the SUV. Sat down to do the paperwork with Dan and then Dan says "OH I just got this invoice from our service department and we are not able to give you the deal we had agreed to. We have to put breaks and bearings and a big long list of stuff." Tried telling us they did $4700 in work on the SUV so they were not going to honor the agreement. VERY SHADYThey even had boxes on the seat that looked like brake parts. Looking at the brakes and pads they were obviously not new so this was a total scam to get more money from us. This was a complete waste of time BEWARE of these guys.

Anthony Castro and his co-workers always provide excellent cusromer service. Greeting me as soon as I enter the facility and either know the purpose of the visit or enquire how I can be helped. During the servicing period I'm kept informed of progress and when the car is done I'm presented with a clean car and explanation of services accomplished.
