I went to check out a vehicle they had advertised as I was very much interested in buying it. They treated me with utmost respect. They also gave me a deal that was very hard to ignore. Though my reptile brain took over, and I ended up not buying it, Tim Mangiameli and his boss, a gentleman whose name I could not get, changed my perception of a car dealership. Would highly recommend and I will be doing business with them.

I took my 2005 Ford F-250 diesel to McMullen to correct an air conditioner problem. I was charged over $3,000 to replace the air conditioner compressor, ball joints and other miscellaneous items. The dealership was closing as I drove away so I could not return. Furthermore, I took the truck on an extended trip the following morning. I quickly realized McMullen had not fixed the air conditioner problem (but they were happy to take my money). I filed a complaint and McMullen called pressuring me to return. I told them I had been cheated by them once and was not at all inclined to return to be cheated again. The air conditioner still doesn't work. I would like McMullen to actually perform the repair I went to them for in the first place. But of course they want to charge me again for work they should have performed originally

Our car buying hunt was getting rather frustrating until we went to McMullen Ford and started working with Rick Ham. He gave us a very good deal on a car that suits us perfectly. When we finished up the paperwork and got into the car Rick was right there and walked us through all the bells and whistles to make sure we were comfortable. He was very patient throughout the entire process and believe me, with us it was a process! When we are ready to trade again we will certainly come back to deal with Rick and McMullen Ford.

I made an appointment for the battery to be replaced and by the time I arrived they had the battery ready to install in my vehicle. The dealer sells Ford's but made sure they had the correct battery for my Subaru. Very professional and efficient experience from everyone involved.

There sales department is TERRIBLE. They made promises they didn't keep. They gave me time frames, 45 to 60 days to receive a rebate. I waited almost 75 days before my first follow up and they said they would have to check with the dealership, or the bank. They never took ownership of the situation and just pointed fingers. not I'm waiting for them to "follow up with me." I will never use this dealership again.

We were looking for something to replace my wife's Envoy. We had test driven many cars from many dealerships, and were leaning toward a less expensive car. Then the team at McMullen found about every discount and financing option available to get us into the Escape Titanium that my Wife really wanted. They listened, made it affordable, and made it easy. Very Fast, I was out in 30 minutes. Don't know if this has anything to do with it or not but it was the first time a scheduled an oil change in the afternoon. Also it was the first time that there were no recommended repairs, The previous inspections and repairs have not repeated.

Skip and Frank are truly the best the dealership have. The excellent customer service from start to finish is truly above and beyond. Both Frank and Skip followed up and made sure that everything was satisfactory. They truly are Ford one. However on another note I have now purchased 2 vehicles from McMullen and the owner Scott has even yet to acknowledge me. He greeted others right in front of me but yet walked right past me. I begin to wonder does he really value the business I have given him and should take note of the great work that Skip and Frank do at the dealership. The Ford Explorer is truly exceeded my expectations.I have many choices when buying a car it was because of previous experience of Skip and Frank I came back not Scott.

I put in an online request and Rick called me. Found the car I wanted with the addons I requested. Went on a 30 minute test drive, he made sure we tested all types of roads. Worked tirelessly trying to get me a lower price with a higher price for my trade in! 1K more than other Ford dealerships offered! I had a problem with the starter on my diesel truck, after two times of the starter not engaging I contacted McMullen Ford and arranged for a service appointment. After talking to Glenn, and getting a date & time I brought my truck in the shop. The mechanic checked out the starter, and could not find anything wrong, and the computer also did not show any issues. I was told to continue using my truck, and should I have any other issues not to hesitate to contact the service department. Since I was at the dealership, I haven't had any problems with the starter, nor anything else. Service was quick and reliable, and as always I was very pleased. I have always felt that I was taken care of promptly, and professionally. Thanks !!

I dislike the car buying experience but when I went to McMullen Ford I was greeted by RIck, a salesmen who was personable and fun to deal with. He softened the typical grueling car buying experience and made it quick and painless. I found a great truck for a fair price. My finance officer...she was incredible and made that process the best experience I ever had, she also was funny, intelligent and trustworthy. I plan on buying my next vehicle at McMullen Ford!!!

I purchased a 2015 F-150 Super Crew. The staff new the F-150 very well and was exemplary in their presentation of the "new" F-150 benefits and features. After driving the truck for a few weeks I am surprised at the improved ride over my 2010 F-150 which was already a great ride. The handling is amazing, I did not expect the responsiveness. The acceleration is also unexpectedly greater. I really appreciate changes including: larger storage in the glove box and console; more comfortable seats and head rest; cab interior seem even more open; motorized side boards; power folding mirrors; changes in the aesthetics of the dash are great; electronics are amazing! Ford, congratulations on a great design.

When i stopped at McMullen Ford i was just browsing to see what they had in for trucks. I was looking for a smaller truck and thought i would take my chances since I had previously bought from them. We spoke to a salesman Ron and he understood we was browsing and said if he could help with anything just holler. We looked around for awhile and I found a truck i was interested in. Ron told me a little about it and while he was getting the keys the detail guys were bringing out an Edge from the shop, I liked the style, the size was perfect for me. We took the Edge for a test drive and immediately liked it the ride was smooth. Although I was looking for a truck, I did some common sense thinking about family size and bought the Edge. I have had body work done there 3 times. Body work was done twice on 2012 Dodge Caravan. And Once on 2014 Jeep. I was especially impressed on how well the paint jobs matched on all 3 repairs. The prices were also very economic. On the last repair job (2012 Dodge Caravan) I went to McMullen on a Monday to get estimate. The parts arrived the next day & the job was done on Thursday. 4 days start to finish. THAT'S FAST! Job well done. I will always go there for body work. Thank You Matt & Dan (Body Shop Supervisors).

Tom (I think Bell is his last name; he gave me a card but it's in the car) met us at the door like we were welcome guests. He listened to what we needed & showed us what he had to offer. He was knowledgeable & excited about the merchandise. When we found something that we thought would do, he expanded on its qualities & got us into the car for a test drive. When we made our decision, he made the paperwork process almost painless. He knew we hadn't eaten, so he brought us in some pizza that was left over from their lunch--definitely the way to my heart. He introduced us to Shirley, the finance person, who was also very helpful and thorough; she made sure we knew what each piece of paper was for, suggested where to store it so we could find it when needed, listed all the information our insurance person would need on one sheet of paper, explained the payment process, & also gave us her card saying she would be happy to answer any questions or offer any help in the future. Tom met us when we finished in her office and escorted us out and also offered his help with any questions we had about the car in the future--after giving us a thorough "crash-course" about how to use the features we'd never had before. I love the car & am happy to recommend Tom & Shirley to future customers--actually, I've already told numerous people about my experience there. 110%

I took my beautiful new Ford Fusion in to fix a problem with the air conditioning housing. This was to be a 2 day job. They had to take the dash out and the doors off. They managed to cause body damage to a door (which they were able to fix)... but they destroyed the dash. The dash is wavy and about an inch below where it should be... you can't just see the foam that was hidden by the dash when I took the car in... the dash is now BELOW the foam! I returned the car multiple times for them to correct the problem... each time (after a week) they said it was done... and nothing had changed. The car only came back dirtier and more scuffed up in new places each time. They finally said there was nothing they could do to fix the problem.... that it was a poor design issue by Ford. I am now in my 5th week without the vehicle and 2nd dealership trying to get my pristine new car with 8000 miles to not look like a used, damaged, dumpy, piece of s*%t. There were other issues/problems they said they fixed as well that took multiple tries and 3 weeks to resolve. The whole process has been a nightmare. McMullen Ford sucks. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR NEW VEHICLE.

The service I received was super. I had the works done on my 2013 F150 XL pick-up and the wash made it look brand new again. The service department deserves cudos for the work they do. During my wait there I used the men's rest room and it was in sad shape. Everything from the wall covering to the toilet and sink needs to be remodeled and the cloth hand towel is very unsanitary. A couple thousand dollars should be spent to update the rest room.

We purchased a 2015 Ford Escape. Our salesman Mike Wallace was professional and treated us with respect. We did not have to endure the typical car salesman games and sales tactics that we experienced at our dealerships. He quoted us the trade in price of our Sante Fe Hyundai that we had already researched online. He explained the available rebates and the use of the fixed price that could be used with our nephew's Ford PIN #. We were amazed by how simple and painless the process could be!!! Shirley Childs helped us complete the purchase and was also very professional and respectful of our needs. We will return to McMullen Ford for our next vehicle purchase and maintenance needs.

The only exception to great service I received from the service department resulted from an email I received reminding me that I may be due for service, which I was. On Tuesday I decided that I would schedule, which I usually do by phone. I noticed that an option to schedule on line was available. So I clicked the link and scheduled service for Friday. Expecting confirmation I never thought about it again until Thursday afternoon I realized that I had not gotten confirmation. Calling the service department and explaining what happened got me in on Friday. I'm curious if this function works as sometimes this would be quicker and easier for all.

2015 Fusion Hybrid - ordered top of the line, Only problem was that there is no hard drive in the vehicle like the 2010 Fusion Hybrid that I could use with Sync to call up prerecorded music or audio books that I had downloaded to the car. That was an excellant feature and I was shocked that feature is no longer available.I am still checking with Ford Motor Company to confirm that it is not available as I want it install if it is still in the 2015 models.None of the sales staff were aware of this deficiency.

Things where not made clear to me about pricing. It cost more than I had precieved.Cost was more than I expected. When they explained it to me, they talked down to me. I went to the men's and it need lots of work.I expected more.

We have purchased several vehicles from McMullen Ford over a several year period. It is without a doubt the best dealership experience of any type that I have had. There is honesty and fairness,whether we are dealing with New Car Sales or Service. I must say that I now buy 90% Ford Products, largely because of my experience and relationship with McMullen's. The recent service was done on a 2010 Expedition EL (brakes,A/C, oil change) and everything was done in a timely manner. I was kept informed on a daily basis as to progress made, and informed of any delays. All in all, a wonderful dealership! Oh yes, I just ordered a 2015 Mustang GT from McMullen's and was very pleased with the experience!!

I had reserved a replacement of my passenger mirror, I asked them what the price of the installation of the mirror. When they had told me a price I wrote that down, when I was called to come get my vehicle. I was informed of the price, I told them the price which was quoted. They then changed the amount to what was quoted in the beginning and then I paid for the repair. I was satisfied in the end.

We fortunately had a good experience during our vehicle purchase (used by fairly new). It was with an experienced sales person Steve who stated who had recently started working at this location. We found the vehicle we wanted to see on the internet, called and did a telephone deal, then bought it. We had a smooth experience in finance and was even able to get the DMV paperwork processed expeditiously so my daughter could take just purchased vehicle to college! I thank God for our transaction...and of the staff who worked with us.

What an excellent experience! From the moment we walked in, we felt very comfortable and not the slightest pressured. And we were pleasantly surprised to find that the advertised price was, get this, the actual price! They didn't tack on a single cent in "additional fees!" The sales representative, Ed Major, was courteous, professional, knowledgable, and friendly. And like I said, there was absolutely zero pressure at any point in the entire process. So if you are looking for a great price on a car, with no pressure and absolutely no hidden fees, this is the place to buy. We recommend McMullen Ford to everyone!

McMullen Ford is the worst dealership in the area. We were interested in purchasing a SUV, the dealer Bob was very demanding, and straight forward, with no interest in actually selling the car. When we were greeted with the finance manager they were eager to take our information to get the deal underway. But, as it turns out they are very lazy at returning calls and getting forms mailed. Within that time we got a call from another dealer (Performance Ford they are wonderful!!) and they were able to offer us the same type of SUV with small cosmetic differences but almost $3000 cheaper. So as we began to make a deal with Performance Ford, we respectively called McMullen Fords' dealer Bob to decline the offer they had made with us or to see if they could beat the price. Bob, the sales man, basically told off my husband and YELLED "I thought we had a deal, go with them then!!!!!" and hung up on my husband (beyond words, so rude ) We were speechless that as a car saleman that McMullen Ford employed could be so rude and disrespectful!!! Long story short, Bob the saleman from McMullen Ford did call back and apologize for his outburst; saying "You just caught me at a bad time, but I'm still mad at you" It is insane that a person of customer service would act this way to a potential buyer. Overall McMullen Ford is the WORST dealership in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area and will never go back or recommend to anyone. IF YOU WANT A GOOD DEAL THAN GO TO PERFORMANCE FORD IN OMAHA,THEY ARE WONDERFUL!! MCMULLEN FORD IS THE WORST!!!!

In general, not the most positive experience I have had at a car dealership. Many aspects of this transaction were not up to Ford standards, a certified used car should be inspected so that these issues, that we had, do not occur...

This is an excellent dealership. Randy-in service takes the time to listen to my concerns and makes sure the job is done right the first time. The friendliness of the whole dealership is exceptional.
