Nice selection of vehicles. However they have a policy you can't test drive a car unless you sign something saying your really interested in buying the car (any V8). Maybe I'm over thinking it. But that turned me away from even trying the car's I was strongly interested in.

Had my Chrysler Pacifica serviced last week here for the 5K service. Very efficient at checkout, professional, and courteous. At pickup even more efficient as other dealers you have to talk w/ your consultant but here you just go to the cashier and leave, really enjoyed my experience here I'll see you guys at 10K!

There's one thing about me if I say something negative and if it's fixed I will come back in corrected I want to say special thanks to, Ken , Doug, and AlecA couple weeks ago I posted something it was not a positive review . I was not expecting a phone call back or anything I was sitting on the couch with my son the phone ring was 9 o'clock at night I was very shocked it was the dealership they actually follow through and gave me a call I was very happy my car was in the following week be fixed from the sales manager to the salesperson and to the service department, I'm looking forward to doing more business with them people laugh at me because I have gotten 7 car from them but I'll tell you right now they stand behind their word and they fix the problem sometimes our hands are tied and we have to find other ways to get things fixed and these guys came through.I have no problem paying my telephone number on here if anybody has any questions sometimes hearing the voice of somebody and the sincerity they have, Bryan Blair 714 351 7395Thank you guys for your wonderful job

i bought a used 2003 dodge ram 2500 from mcpeeks thinking it would be thoroughly inspected and in good working condition. lol the batteries were dead the next morning after i bought the truck and had to have them replaced. also discovered the horn did not work all the time, a/c would stay working even when it was off, the vents for heat / a/c were stuck on dash vents and would not change. i called dodge about the issues they said bring it into service to be fixed. i dropped the vehicle off on wednesday morning i waited a week for it to be fixed a called a week later, it was still not ready. i drove down the next day to see what's going on with the truck it was just sitting there nothing had been done to it. i demanded a loaner car which they said was unavailable. they gave me my truck back so i could have something to drive while they were waiting for the parts to fix it. told me to bring truck back monday morning they would have the parts for it and a loaner car for me. dropped truck off monday picked up the loaner car called thursday to check status of the truck still not ready. used car manager told me it would be ready tuesday or wednesday.. i told them i need my truck back by friday, they called friday said it was ready. but did not fix the problem with a/c / heater not switching vents said it was not covered by used car warranty, but they fixed the other issue with the a/c not turning off. now used car manager wont return phone calls or texts! BEAWARE OF THIS DEALER!

If you buy a car from here and have any issues with skip dealing with the low level managers and go direct to Stewart! He will get everything handled for you! Thanks for your help Stewart!!

From Prescott, AZ, visiting Disneyland with our grandchildren over the Columbus Day weekend. Fan clutch failed on our 2014 Ram 2500 Cummins pulling our fifth wheel. Called McPeeks as soon as we reached the RV park as was told to bring it in on Sat. morning. Met with service writer Gloria Witt and said that I thought it was the fan clutch and that I had to leave Tuesday because of a diagnostic test on Wednesday. Gloria thought that it should be no problem to make the repair on Monday and I could still leave on Tuesday. Gloria called me on Monday at about 12:30 and said that the truck was ready! The shuttle driver picked me up at the RV park and took me back to pick up my truck. Gloria explained that in addition to the fan clutch replacement they took care of three recalls that had been issued as well. All work was flawlessly performed by Robert Goodwin as we had no issues on our return trip home. Kudos to Gloria and Robert and to McPeeks for having quality employees.

I have a 2010 charger and ive done business with the dealership before with no problems, some months ago i orderd an a/c control unit, i was imformed a few days later that it had arrived and promptly went in for it, when it was handed to me by the gentleman who was alone and doing mutiple things, i asked him if i needed anything else he replied, your all set,! long story short i didnt know it needed programing and i spent time, money, effort trying to figure my a/c, all i asked from the dealer once i knew the problem, was for a discount on the programing of the unit to my car, Instead i was called a liar and was told that they dont make those kind of mistakes. I have my own plumbing company and business is good i dont need a discount i thought it was the right thing to do, but i definitely didn't need to be called a liar and insulted,but it seems that they needed the $75 more than me its a shame that they smile and treat farely when your making a purchase an apology would have been sufficient even if they didn't mean it but don't disrespect me if you don't know me at all. I still love my car and still havent fixed the a/c becouse ive been busy with work, but they have been of no help. Thanks mcpete

My car has had a ignition recall for almost a year. I had gone to two other dealerships, but the part wasn't available. I was having a lot of trouble starting my car after 10-12 months of this issue. I went to McPeeks Dodge and worked with the Service Advisor Gloria. She assisted me with information to keep calling Chrysler to see when the part would be available, and to call her Parts Dept to see if the parts were available. Finally they had the correct recall ignition part and my car was fixed. In the meantime she found another recall to fix (airbags) and went over my car with me for future services. She was helpful, friendly, had good information and followed up with me.

I came in the morning to have my care battery checked and replaced if need. It was busy as usual and Allec helped ease my transaction by having it placed into service as soon as possible. I was asking for exact ETA of the repair, which was not fair; but, Allec assured me a time range and even got it completed quicker than expected.

I met Ken online from one of his adds...after calling and talking to him I decided I would go into the dealership to look around... Ken has a charger so he took me for a spin... We talked for a couple hours all about the charger! He even bought me a hemi cap!! My wife and I have been looking for a new vehicle for a while, due to our growing family. Our smaller car was nice, but too small. It was the internet sales guy Logan that got us in the door looking at new cars rather than the used cars that we were looking at. Stopped by on my way home and looked at a 2500 mega cab 4x ram. They gave me a price which I then shopped around over the course of the next week. The only place with a better price was out of state. The savings was not great enough to warrant the trip to get it. No pressure sales and have done everything they said they would. Truck is in now getting running boards added and Stewart gave me his car as a loaner.

Came here with my daughter to browse around because I'm in need of a new car. Let me tell you, I thought it was going to be intimidating because I'm use to hand me down cars from family and friends and never experienced searching for a new car with car salesmen. Last week I was waiting in the parts department to purchase a part for my wife's Dodge Grand Caravan when this guy started to go ballistic, he was yelling and profaning at the employees. I was so disgusted with hearing all the foul language I just left. On my way out I overheard another customer say it was the general manager that was yelling. I could not believe that anyone would talk to people like that let alone employees. I definitely won't be back to this store.

I want to start off by saying this is the WORST customer experience of ANY company I've ever dealt with! It's not in my nature to do this and I have never written a review like this in my life, but I want to save anyone who would think of buying a car from this place.I was sold a car 2 months ago that had a slow leak from dangerously worn down tires. As this was my first car purchase I did not know all the details I would need to check for as I assumed there would be stringent regulations on an acceptable condition of a car.I went to 3 specialists that all said that there was no way in 2,000 miles I could have put that much wear on the tires (I drove all highway). The alignment was also terribly out of line and looked to be like that for a while. All said I spend $926 on new tires and alignment.I called 3-5 times a day every day for 3 weeks and was consistently forwarded by the 'friendly' office manager who apologized up and down about how terrible the service was (She knew me by name because of how often I called to try to talk to an actual human being to help me).All in all I talked to Dan Haberland who forwarded me to Stuart the General Manager. Stuart called me and in a 2 minute told me that if I had called him before I got my tires changed he could have worked a deal out (which I did and no one would call me back for a week so I had to change my tires because I ran the risk of hydroplaning in the rain). He then did not let me tell my side of the story which I had photo evidence of the wear, written documentation, AND they talked to the person that worked on my car that told them over and over that there was no way I could have put that wear on a tire so their initial work was not done with tire regulations which is ILLEGAL!This establishment is shady to say the least and I would say borderline operates on illegal activity. I would advise EVERYONE to STAY AWAY form this establishment for their time and safety's sake at the very least!

Went in pre-approved with a car loan....talked us into going thru their financing.....we finally agreed. Took possession of the new car on October 5th...ten days later they had NOT paid off our trade in and hadn't even processed our paperwork .......couldn't even find it when we called them to see what was going on. Finally went to our bank got the check and walked in to pay them to be done with them. Will NEVER GO BACK!!!

We had an amazing car buying experience at McPeek Dodge in Anaheim. We called ahead to see if a truck we had seen on the internet was still available and Gary Bradley informed us that is was. We drove down to the dealership. The truck had already been pulled from the lot and was ready for us to test drive. Immediately fell in love with the ram 2500 big horn. When we got back to the dealership Ronnie Bostok the sales manager greeted us and was very accommodating. Together worked some numbers and came up an amazing deal. Needless to say we went home with our new truck in less than 2 hours. Overall great dealership and customer service and would come back again.

I have owned at least four Dodge vehicles in the past 40 years and during that time dealt with many salespeople who tried to push off on me cars that were too expensive or not exactly what I was wanting. I usually know exactly which vehicle I want when I walk on the floor, so I'm not a difficult customer. I dealt with Don Lockridge at McPeek Dodge to purchase my new 2014 Dodge Charger RT and it was the best experience I've had when purchasing a car. I told him what I wanted (although I was debating colors) and he showed me three that fit my request. One of them was MY car. I drove on a short test drive, went back to the dealership and a few hours later, drove away in my new car. It could not have been easier.Don was knowledgable about the cars and trucks that were available (another friend went with me and was asking other questions). He didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need/want. It was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership and I would definately go back again if I needed another car.

I do not recommend this dealership. Old school dealership approach to their customers: they treat their customers as if they are without intelligence, not valued, and each customer is a liar. Treated me as if they were doing me a favor in letting me buy a car from them, when I had preapprovals from Chrysler Financial, and Honda. I had a bad experience at this dealership. I was preapproved through Chrysler Financial before walking into the dealership. The internet sales department reached out to me for the purchase. Once in the dealership, the internet sales person lead me through the lot. During the interaction, several times, my questions were ignored or intentionally the conversation diverted. I mentioned that I wanted to use the Trade in Deal that was going on and that was treated like it was not important. When I gave my copy of the approval to the dealer, he stated that it was nice and proceeded to ignore the approval and started the interrogation process they call filling out the application. Instead of giving me the application to complete, Dennis wrote out the application himself asking me the questions, as he was looking at me with each question as if I was lying about my response. When we were taking about rate, he ignored me again and never explained the process to me and continued to treat me as if I was not valuable customer for them. By this time, I was not willing to buy anything. He came back with the offer, but I decline, not wanting to do any business any longer. I will never go back to this dealership again. In fact, I will not buy a Dodge now.

We were car shopping for my younger sister who is just 21 years old and found this cute little Chevy Sonic that was on special here at McPeek Dodge, we have read previous ratings and found the name of Dennis Lentz called him and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Dennis is a very passionate sales person he explained everything in detail to my sister so that she would understand her first car buying experience because of our CU financing already obtained and Dennis' quick work to make sure we got the price advertised made this experience for my sister fantastic. I highly recommend this dealer (which is sort of a more mom and pop operation) so you get that feeling that they are a family and they treat you the same. Even more so if you are looking for any type of vehicle and need a good honest reliable salesperson Dennis Lentz is the person to contact, he will assure that you have a pleasant buying experience. My sister was very happy when we drove off two hours later (yes we were only there for a total of two hours) it was a very good experience for her. Plus she loves the car and it fit her just right. Thanks again McPeek Dodge and Dennis Lentz you made what is usually a very traumatic experience enlightful and enjoyable.

When I came to McPeek Dodge, I was very pissed off about what had happened to my daughter and I after leaving another dealership service department 30 minutes earlier when the vehicle stopped on the freeway in traffic. I would like to thank George Medina for his professionalism and great attitude. He was very helpful when it came to dealing with the repairs on my vehicle. I called Neil N to verify they had the car in question. 1-Car waiting, ready to be test driven when I arrived. No bait and switch like their competitor in Costa Mesa 2-Not a lot of BS about copy of DL, insurance papers, etc. 3-Standard up-sell for extended warranty, but perfectly palatable. In/out (50% cash, 50% finance), about 90 minutes. That's the way it should be. Recently bought some parts also. They offered a discount even though I did not ask. I'll go back to McPeek to buy again, and recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Dealing with Neil Novick was a pleasure. He did not try to hard sell us. We test drove the car and we like it but were not ready to buy it yesterday. Neil understood and did not use antics to keep us at the dealership longer than we wanted to be there. We told him that we will be back today to buy the car and he was fine with it. The communication was great. I asked him to address one issue with the car and it was done by the time we came back. The whole process took less than 90 minutes (60 minutes on Sunday and 30 minutes on Monday). Neil made it quite easy. What an experience.We also had the pleasure dealing with Mike(finance manager). He did not try to sell us extras that he new we did not need. We spent 20 of our 30 minutes in finance. We purchased gap insurance which we have done in the pass.This is a great place to go if you need a car. Great people. I seldom leave responses but they were too good not leave a recommendation.

Let me tell you, McPeeks has a team that truly values customer service. From the men and women in the service department, to the people behind the counter, the sales team, finance and management, all of them are friendly, helpful and treat you like a valued customer. Look, I have been to many other dealers in Orange County and no one can compare to McPeeks in term of customer service, and I dont say that lightly. I just had the best buying experience of my life (and I have bought a lot of cars). I inquired about a 2012 Dodge Challenger online about 2 months ago, and received a response quickly from Luis Garcia. When I told him I was not ready, he responded "no problem let me know if you change your mind". So I have been watching thier website and the 2012 Challengers dwindle down to the last 2. They had such a great offer on this amazing 2012 Challenger RT Classic that I knew I had to have it. I am very busy at work, so I asked Luis Garcia if he could run the numbers for me while I was at work so I wouldn't have to spend to a lot of time at the dealer. I hadn't bought a new car in years so I was very nervous about the car buying experience. Luis who sold me the car didn't pressure me into the sale. His calm manner was very soothing and reassuring. He spent a lot of time to show me how the car worked and I didn't leave with a lot of questions. Mike, the finance manager, made car financing stress free. He asked questions about how long I planned to own the car and would only sell me a warranty that I needed. His sense of humor had me laughing the whole time!! They ae very condencending. Treat you poorly. Laugh when you are complaining about an issue. Don't believe what you are telling them about the car problem you are having. Downright rude and were unprofessional. Poor treatment of women customers. Not willing to be courteous or work with you to accomplish the end result...a working car. Will never visit this dealership again, will never recommend anyone to the service department or to the sales department.

We went to a couple dealerships before buying our car from McPeek's Dodge of Anaheim. The other dealers where friendly up front. When we came down to serious numbers the other guys started playing games and the numbers where all over the board. We simply left them to their number games and walked away.McPeek's has moved, so we honestly didn't realize how close they where to us. I'm glad I did one more internet search and found them. I was pleased to walk into a comfortable atmosphere. I told them exactly what i wanted and they listened. In a short time we found the right model and price options. Now we got down to serious numbers. This is where the team at McPeek's really shined. They where friendly and yet professional in providing all the financing options,rebates act. We where able to make the decision of how we wanted to spend our money on a new car purchase.Form there it was a comfortable transition to the finance department and we where in and out in 20 min. I would totally recommend this dealership (and especially Neil Novac) to anyone who is looking for a Dodge. I just happened to live very close from this dealership an that was why I went there initially. But I would say it worths driving miles to come to this dealership even if you live a bit far. I purchased a brand-new Dodge Ram 1500 today and the whole experience at this dealership was amazing. I met Neil about few days ago when I first visited the dealership. He explained about the vehicle clearly and very professionally. Unlike other car sales people I have met so far, he does not push me to "take the car home today." He let me test-drove the car, asked me to do some research and get to know about the car. So I did. Their pricing was very competitive and I really liked the car. I had a lot of bad experience previously at different dealerships but Neil was quite different from the sales people I knew at dealership. Neil worked on some good deal and I was very happy to take the car home! No hidden charge, payment was very clear, great deals, and an awesome sales person. What more do we need?

This was the worst experience I have ever had. 4 years ago I purchased a 2008 dodge charger rt and it was and still is a good car, but the lifetime warranty I purchased is full of it. It clearly states in the warranty that everything is covered, but obvioulsy not. My whole seat broke on the drivers side. This service guy came to me and asked if I have the bolt to the seat, that way he could charge me $80 and it would only take him 10 minutes to put the bolt on, wow is the only word. But wait it get better, they went to get my car for me after i paid a $100 for them to tell me my thermostat was bad, it wouldn't start and they told me and it needed to be jump started. The service guy told me to come back in a couple hours so they can charge my battery, wow. Then last but not least, they left bird poop all over the car and personally didn't care. These a people are the true definition of ghetto and will never come back ever. So discusted, don't even care if the owner calls me to fix, bad taste in my mouth

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. Not only did I find the best price after months of research and searching but they had exactly what I was looking for and gave me the price exactly as I saw it quoted on the website no hidden rebates or discounts that didnt apply to me. The dealer Neal Novac went out of his way to ensure I was happy and getting what I wanted he also found me rebates I was unaware of. After dealing with several other dealers the entire process was becoming very uncomfortable and more a chore then anything but the second I walked onto this lot I was comfortable and the process became about me and what I wanted rather then how much they can get out of me.

I recommend McPeeks Dodge for anyone l looking to buy a Dodge or a car. I went to them 1 1/2 yrs ago because I was interested in the new redesigned Charger. I asked some questions to the sales person Neil and he was great. I went back about a week to test drive because I was ready to buy. I spoke with their sales manager and he gave a quote and gave a really nice price for my car as a trade in. I did the responsible thing and did some shopping around. I have done work as a internet research tech and I spoke with almost ALL Orange County Dodge dealers. I have had an average of about 10k for my trade and one even offered me $8500 what a joke. NO ONE CAME CLOSE to what McPeeks quoted me for my and the new Charger. What was on the quote from 5 days ago is what i got the car for no questions asked!!!

I read on the McPeek website that car buying should be fun and not be painful. I was skeptical at first since my family and I are pretty savvy when it comes to vehicles and the purchase process. I want to make this very clear: McPeek goes above and beyond to live up to what they advertise! From the moment we began to work with Luis in sales, we were impressed with his professionalism and product knowledge. Luis doesnt just repeat the sales brochure; he truly knows the products and will be able to answer your questions. The sales manager Miguel went way beyond what I expect when it comes time to make the deal; he worked very hard to get the best deal for us and all the while was gracious and professional. Over in finance, Mike made it all come together and helped us get the best value for our money. Mike is one of the most organized finance people I have ever worked with. I am more than satisfied with the staff at McPeek, and I applaud them all for being courteous and truly professional. Even when the dealership was long past closed, the entire staff made us feel welcome. My family and I were treated the way I would want to be treated, the presentation and new vehicle delivery were top notch, and I could not be happier with how everything turned out. I phoned McPeeks's Service Department, spoke with Max and was quoted a price to change fluids in the engine, transmission and differential. My wife took the vehicle in with a list of items I wanted checked. She met with Chris. He talked her into having the coolant flushed and several other things not on the list. When I picked up the vehicle the invoice was more than $1,600. The price for the engine, transmission and differential fluids was more than originally quoted by Max. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this dealership. It will not happen again because I will never go back there. I would not recommend McPeek's Dodge of Anaheim to anyone needing service.

We came to the dealership with that sick feeling in our stomachs -- the dreaded experience of shopping for a new car and haggling over price. We left with a smile on our face! I bought a new Dodge Grand Caravan to be handicapped equipped. Dennis brought new vehicles to me to inspect so that I did not have to suffer the pain of walking around the dealership. The entire purchase procedure was quicker and more pleasant than I have experienced in the past. Finally, Dennis had my handicap license plates, from my trade in, transferred to my new vehicle, at the time of purchase. This has never been done for me on previous new car purchases.

I spent a lot of hours of a lot of days trying to find the vehicle we wanted. We found a couple but was not able to get the service we needed from other dealer ships. When I called McPeeks Dodge and spoke to Jim and was amazed at our professional and friendly they were. I never once felt like I was talking to a salesman. Jim worked with the sales manager, Miguel Cornejo, to get us an amazing deal in the vehicle we wanted. I was told how great Miguel was by his employees. He was able to get us into the vehicle we wanted at an amazing deal. They spent a lot of time and close work with the banks to get our payment right where we said we needed it. I told him what i could afford and he never once came back and gave a higher price. He kept working at the numbers and droped the price where we needed it to be to get the monthly paymets where we could afford them. This is the best service I have ever received not just at a dealership, but at any place of business. I would recommend everyone to go to this dealership to by your new or used vehicle. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!

We've visited a few dealers and the sellers here were more informative about the features/specs of our dodge caravan. We found out features and information that 3 other dealers did not tell us. Everyone here is friendly, not pushy and they just want to make you happy. Well, if they make a sale they're happy also, so happy for all parties.

I bought a used Nissan Versa from them. Price was ok, then they talked me into a "Bumper to Bumper " warranty. I have a problem with the car which my local Chrysler Dealer cannot fix. I have to go to a Nissan Dealer. When I called the 1-800 Service Contract Center I spoke to a "Alfredo" who said McPeek had mislead me and the repair is not covered. He advise me to cancel the contract.Have left messages for Neal and emails which have been ignored.

I had an amazing experience at McPeek's Dodge in Anaheim. I was first greeted by Mike Busalachi, McPeek's Sales Manager. Mike was so patient with me. He listened to my needs and answered my questions. He was incredibly knowledgable and hard working. I appreciate all of his time, dedication, and focus. Mike took the extra effort to explain cost, pricing, and then offered me the best price possible. In addition to Mike, the entire staff at McPeek's Dodge was friendly and interested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. The lot had plenty of inventory to choose from. The showroom was pristine, I was quite impressed wtih the #4 Mopar Charger that was on display. Clearly, if you are looking for a Dodge there is only one place to shop, McPeek's in Anaheim.

After dealing with used car dealers that gave used car salesmen a bad name, I called McPeeks after finding the car that I wanted on Cars.com. I spoke with Miguel, who put me in touch with Jose, who talked me through the car I was looking at, and after deciding that it was worth a look in person, we took the drive from the North end of LA to Anaheim to meet with Jose and see the vehicle. Jose allowed us to look through the car with a fine-toothed comb, comparing everything that we saw to the representation that they had put on the internet, and the car was represented perfectly. Jose offered to let us take the car for a drive to see how well it ran on the road, and took extra care to keep the whole copy-of-the-drivers-license paperwork and checking out transparent to us.After a brief drive, we came back to the lot and asked to be left alone to discuss the car further in private, and Jose kept a discrete distance, far enough to not be obtrusive, and close enough to be there for when I had a question. Although we decided to not purchase the car that day, Jose kept a good demeanor, and was very happy when we told him we would call him back by a certain time.The next morning, after sleeping on it (the idea, not the car), we called in and spoke to Mike & Neil, and made arrangements to have one more detailed look at the car. After a couple of hours for breakfast and the drive, we pulled in to the lot, and Neil, who recognized us when we pulled in from the day before, was standing aside waiting for us, and greeted us warmly, telling us he had the car pulled into the back, washed, fueled, and ready for us to take another look at. This was certainly the most impressive part of the sale, as we were all ready to make the deal and Neil did everything possible to close the sale.After a very painless negotiation (for me, that is), Neil and Mike gave in to my demands and within an hour we had all the paperwork done and we were on our way.Although I am not a Mopar kind of guy, I was extremely impressed with the knowledge of the staff on the Dodge & Ram products, and while the paperwork was being processed we talked about the Charger, Challenger and Ram pickup and I learned a lot about the Dodge line of vehicles.The entire staff realized that shopping with a seven year old child can be trying, and did everything they could to keep him distracted, from a balloon (not your average balloon, but one of those oversized helium ones that they tie outside to attract customers) to showing him around the cars. That kind of customer service goes beyond anything that can be taught in a sales seminar.If anyone finds a used car for sale at McPeeks through Cars.com or any of the online resources, or if anyone is looking for a Dodge or Ram car, part or accessory, take the extra time to go to McPeek's and see one of these guys. You will find that it is worth the trip.

From first hand experience, I highly recommend McPeek's as one of the honest and fair dealerships out there to buy a car from. The previous night I made a deal at a Dodge dealership about an hour away, only to discover major flaws with the car after it was washed and brought out into the bright light, just before driving it off the lot. I refused to take it, and voided the contract. I went straight to McPeek's the very next morning with my previous contract in hand (which was a great deal on paper), and they were able to offer me a very competitive price. They had the car completely inspected and detailed for me, to insure I did not have a similar experience as the other dealership, and in no time, I was driving away in my brand new Challenger RT. I really felt they were trying to get me the car at a fair price, rather than selling me a vehicle with flaws, or trying to gauge me on the price.I will definitely return to them if I decide to get a new Dodge.

My name is Victoria and I recently purchased a 2011 Dodge Ram from McPeeks this weekend and I was actually shocked by their level of service and the effort they put into the transaction. (They actually drove to the REDLANDS to get the specific truck I was looking for!!!) They quoted me 10k for my trade in (when Cerritos Dodge--those swindlers--quoted me $7,400.) I walked in expecting a hassle and was completely amazed that not only did they have the truck ready that day, they also honored their trade in value they had given me over the phone, and they stayed until 9:45 pm to detail it just to make sure I had the full "new car experience." I would HIGHLY recommend them to all my friends and I will NEVER do business with Cerritos Dodge (especially with Abdul--who completely talked down to me because I was a women. I have a feeling it's because he was middle eastern and had no respect for me.) McPeek's went over and above to treat me with respect, honored everything they said over the phone and I am completely satisfied. I bought my 2010 Challenger in Oct 2010. Mike was my salesperson he was one of the nicest salesmen I've ever met!!! I normally dread salespersons because all they care about is SELL SELL SELL!!!....but Mike was just there to help and answer our questions...no pressure no sleazebag sales moves..Buying my car was easy and hassle free...We got to the other Mike in financing and this guy should be doing movies or voice-overs...hes hilarious...awesome guy made us laugh while we signed paperwork....My car came with 1 year free oil changes service contract and it is now September and I've been taking my car regularly to get its oil changes. George in service is one of the hardest working service workers I've met. He'll do ANYTHING to get your car done on time and tend to you and your cars needs. Very friendly and a pleasure to chat with. Every time I pull up to the service window hes always handling 3-4 different work orders like a worker bee. Not to say the other service men are not working I just been dealing with George more. I got a deal for oil change; $60 bucks for 4 oil changes thats $15/ oil change!!! Not even Jiffy Lube or Wal-Mart or Pep Boys gives such a deal....If your looking to get a Dodge...this is the place to get it...

The short version of this story is that I took my car in for a problem I was having with the air conditioner, and when they called me with a rediculous estimate, I told them not to fix it and I would come by to pick the car up. After taking the car home, I discovered that the technician had deliberately damaged my vehicle. The complete story is below, if anyone is interested.My air conditioning was not working, and so I took it in to McPeek's Dodge and they replaced the switch on the dash. They charged me $250 to replace a switch, but I agreed to pay it so I can't really complain about the price. When we picked it up, the air conditioner worked but the fan would no longer blow when set to low. We brought the car back expecting them to take care of it, and instead was told it was going to cost another $150 to replace the blower resistor. I told them not to fix it, that for that price I would fix it myself, and went down to pick up the car.I immediately went home to remove the blower resistor, but I could not get the connector off. After an hour of struggling with it, I finally managed to force it off and then found that they had glued it in! As a result, both the resistor and the connector on the wiring harness are ruined. The glue had not yet fully hardened, if I hadn't gone straight home to work on it I may never have gotten it off.I returned to the dealership and spoke with the owner, hoping that he would take care of the problem. I was not looking for compensation, I was only hoping that he would address the issue so it would not happen again to anyone else. I showed him the damage to the car, and he brought the service manager over to look at it. The service manager immediately denied gluing it, and then they called the technician that had worked on the car. He also denied gluing it, and that was good enough for the owner. "They said they didn't do it," was the only response I got from him.This dealership has a very friendly staff up front. I rated the friendliness at 3. They had a 5 when I dropped the car off, and a 1 when I came back, so I averaged it. They are all smiles and handshakes when they're trying to take your money, but behind the scenes they will do whatever they can to take advantage of you. And if you ever have any trouble, you will definately see their true colors. I would recommend avoiding McPeek's Dodge at all costs!

Took work truck in for tranny service and a\c service. They ended up replacing the tranny with a rebuilt one and replaced the a\c compressor and condensor. Got truck back about one week later. When I got on the freeway the truck shook like crazy. I took the truck back and they had to replace the overdrive module. When i got the truck back again the a/c went out again. So I took the truck back in. This time they replaced the evaporator unit. So here it is almost two weeks later and the a\c died again.I almost forgot to mention when I picked the truck up the first time the stereo did not work properly even though it worked fine when I took it in. They want me to bring it back to look at but considering I have already paid over $7200.00 to these thieves I think I will go elsewhere. BTW this is a 3 year old dodge 2500 with a cummins turbo diesel piece of junk!!!

This dealership is the most crooked bunch of rip-offs i have had to deal with. Long story short they charged me about 5K more for a truck than most dealers. Stick with Cerritos or Foothill. The North Orange County dealers are are sticking together and screwing the locals.

The Manager Nelson constantly tried hitting on me. He rubbed my knee and asked if I had a boyfriend. Told me I could drive his personal BMW until my car was ready. Bob mislead me to believe the car would be ready by a particular date. After the date passed he said he did not say that. They told me come finish th paper work and we will put in a loaner. I have full insurace coverage, but then the owner Frank say's he does not want to give me a loaner if I do not have uninsured motorist! I had to have my insurace companty explain uninsured motorist is only for bodily enjury, not the car. Here I am 2 weeks later still with no car that I have paid for. John Bergen was the best person there! He was a people person that went out of his way!
