I don’t think many people sit back and say I love car shopping. I went to McRee because I absolutely had to buy a car. I had a short time frame. By word of mouth I asked for Jeff K. Justin Harmon, my salesman, has definitely changed my perspective on the car buying experience. I was prepared to ensure the long stressful process, but was absolutely shocked to have been led through the process by Justin with such ease. I am not an easy customer to deal with, and I have often times had sales reps hand off my accounts to others because of the hardships they were incapable of enduring with me. Justin did not once show any signs of stress or irritation and when I made a request, he simply made it happen. I have been in sales for 17 years and this is the very first time I have made a purchase and walked away more than happy, only to realize I had been outsmarted by my saleman. And I mean that in the absolute best way possible! As a saleswoman, that is the ultimate compliment and I sincerely hope McRee Ford takes care of Mr. Harmon, because I can guarantee you, I, along with my counterparts at the Sprint Corporate Office, will continue to diligently pursue salesmen such as Justin to join our teams in executive sales. McRee Ford is an honest dealership, a rarity in today's car market. They will quote you a good competing price and stand by it. There was no last minute "add ons" or hidden charges. The used 2012 Challenger l purchased was represented accurately and all defects were disclosed up front. The car was detailed immaculately and fully serviced and had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. I drove 250 miles from Dallas to purchase this car and it was well worth it. Justeen Harmon , my point of contact at McRee did a great job in facilitating my purchase and it was greatly appreciated. Outstanding dealership in Dickinson, Texas.

Went to the dealership at 9 a.m. By the time we were finished it was 7 p.m. Larry Hayes is great! This is actually the second car we have purchased from him. The finance guy was horrible. He told us how our tire would cost way more than the average tire, so we needed to get the extended warranty and how they would throw rocks and chip the paint. Made me have buyers remorse before I even left the lot!

Our sales person was Larry Hayes, he was wonderful and he did everything he could to get us the best deal possible he could find us with rebates, trade-in and also even found us another $1,000.00 for a customer loyalty discount because we already owned a Ford vehicle it was an old car but it still counted. We gave him a maximum price we could pay and he did everything possible to come as close to that price as possible and I must say it was very close so if youre looking for a new or pre-owned car go to McRee Ford and ask for Larry Hayes. Just let him know what youre looking for and what you can afford. Larry Hayes will do everything to make it work for you.Rudy and Sandra

I have personally done business with James Tillman and referred friends and family to him as well. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me ways they could satisfy what I was after. He didn't try to "sell" me on something to satisfy his agenda. Not what I've gotten other places. I've never had or heard a complaint about service after the sale either. The whole staff seems to be equally knowledgable and committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. I never want to leave a dealer and 2 weeks later hear somebody got a "better deal" and for sure don't want to feel taken advantage of. At McRee, they were straight forward, knowledgable of other "deals" and what the bottom line was for all offerings. That's what's important to me, and that's what they made important to them. Made an appointment 3 weeks ago because they said they were so busy that it would be a week if I just dropped it off. Was told at the time of the appointment that they would be able to get me in and out same day if it was in fact the ETC like my code was reading. It's been a day and a half and I was told yesterday that it takes a full day just to clear their dispatch office. Not sure what that even means, really should have listened to others that warned me not to take it to McRee.

Took my 2000 F350 in to have them check a shudder in the shifting, after diagnostics I was quoted 1,800 for a new torque converter or 4,000 for a new transmission which was more than I could spend. Called another dealer and found out they were charging me almost double the price of the converter...final cost to fix was 125$ to reprogram the transmission computer...won't be using them in the future. Sent an email to ask why the price was so hogh....no reply. Oh and got a quote to change the torque converter for 600$

Purchased a new 2016 F350 crew cab diesel, could not get the aftermarket items that I wanted worked into the deal, they seemed to have zero interest in going the extra distance to make the deal. After we agreed on price it was raised 600$ and then we were told that the final price would be 4-5000 more than we had agreed upon (signed purchse order) due to rebates and then a misunderstanding about taxes as we were registering the truck in another state.

Clayton explained everything to me exactly the way it was supposed to work. I understood everything from the get go and knew he would answer any questions I had. Leasing a vehicle was so helpful to me. The only thing was - it was not me/customer that did the damage but MY HUSBAND who did the damage. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have taken my car to Quick Lane for "The Works" with full synthetic oil. The 2nd time my tires were not balanced and rotated. This visit my fluids were not topped off. Makes me wonder if I paid for full synthetic oil and didnt get what I paid for.

My ford 2014 f-150 had an intermittent problem in the ignition system and occationaly wouldn't start right away. Took my vehicle to have two simple issues (both covered under my warranty) taken care of. After two days and no status update, I went up there and they couldn't even find my vehicle nor paperwork. I waited for a while as they did some research. They mispelled my last name and that's why they couldn't locate it. Also, they had not started the work on my truck and it had been sitting there for no reason for an entire two days. I was promised the work would be completed in a day and that was not the case. Their service department couldn't care any less for the customer.

Needed brakes done before I went out of town on a Friday. I called on Thursday evening and was told that they would have someone waiting to complete the work on Friday morning at 7 am. When I got there, they took it back immediately and got to work. They came back and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost and how long it would take. The work was done as promised and i was able to get on the road out of town by 9 am. Great service!

I was looking to purchase a new small crossover and found a Ford Escape I loved at Mcree Ford. The salesman was very nice and was able to get a great price for the crossover although we were left for long periods of time without explanation. When it came time to sit down with the financial manager he was telling me false things to drive up the price and my friend with me can attest to this. He was trying to sell me extended service plans and maintenance warranties and was explaining if I didn't select these two options and pay extra I would have to pay 100% out of pocket if anything goes wrong or I need basic maintenance. I was so floored I didn't know what to do but get up and leave. I was purchasing a reasonably priced vehicle and he was trying to make me have close to a $500 car payment. This was ridiculous!!!This was unfortunate because if he had been honest with me and tried to work with me honestly, I would have driven off the lot with a vehicle that day!!! So saddened and disappointed in this experience!!

I gave the service department a call on Saturday morning after my driver door would not open from the inside. Rather than having to wait a week for the repair (the door would not close after my husband and I tried to do something with it) after pleading with John, he told me if we could get my car there quickly, he would see what they could do if it was a minor repair. My husband drove it to the dealership holding the door closed with his arm hanging down the side of the door; the repairman took a look at it; it was a minor repair (the plastic mechanism that opens the door had broken); they repaired it; and within two hours I was on my way home. I told John it was due to God's favor and also the good heart of a good man (John) and a wonderful service department. Thank you!

There were a number of people ahead of me when I arrived on a Saturday morning. They got me into the service line fairly quickly. The service was done in a relatively quick manner. The service rep detailed what was needed on my car and why and let me know that they would be happy to price match any parts I found elsewhere.Overall, I am quite happy to recommend them to others. There were a number of different makes of vehicles there to be serviced, not just Fords. They have done all the service on my Ford since I bought it three years ago and I will continue to take my car to them as long as I live in the area.

I had my car in last week to get the recall work done and a few minor things for warranty work. The one thing I definitely said I needed was a tire fixed. Hmmm either the rep didn't write it on my work order or it just didn't get done. Was hoping since y'all had it 3 or so days that it would be fixed however I had to bring it back today to get the tired fixed. The low light came on Sat and it had never gotten that low that fast if they had checked the tire pressure when they rotated the tires. Regardless I love McRee. These things happen just was an inconvenience to have to bring it back.

Everything in the service department was handled professionally and to my satisfaction, however I have learned a lesson, While I have to do a walk around with the rental car department for the loaner car, I will next time, do a walk around with the service writer of my own vehicle, You see my car ended up with a door ding that was not there when I left my car, but I found when I got home after picking up my vehicle. If it were more serious I would be demanding repairs however it is not that bad, just very disappointing. With all the construction going on around the dealership I am making excuses.

I have a service plan and made a 9am appointment to get my oil changed. When I showed up I was told my vehicle would go back around 11:30. I questioned it because of my appointment time. It was explained to me that this facility was originally a first come first served business then later added the appointment choice and they where still working out the logistics. They would try to fit me in close to my appointment time, but it could still take a couple of hours. I was planning on waiting , but decided to get a ride. I got a call my vehicle was ready less then an hour after I left. I was impressed and frustrated at the same time. It was nice to see they honored their appointment policy, it just would have been nice to have that information when I arrived and not wasted the time and gas for someone to come pick me up only to turn right around and bring me back.

At only 22K miles, I already need to replace them, but he said it's likely due to the driving habits of my teenager... McRee Ford is by far the best Ford dealer in the Houston area. I have been to several dealers and I have had issues with each but McRee Ford takes a genuine interest in their customers as if you are a member of the family. My most recent experience with the service department was no exception. I have a 2014 Raptor. I brought it in with concerns with the transmission. I wasn't sure if there was a problem but i wanted it checked. The technician drove it out and found nothing. Rather than just returning it to me he asked that i come and drive it out with him. I was able to point out the concern on our test drive and he assured me it wasn't anything to be concerned with but that he would do his best to make it better. It was somewhat improved but the point was my satisfaction was their ultimate concern. This was just one of many positives with McRee. Long term customer. After moving to Houston 41 years ago, I discovered "freeway dealerships". The primary objectives of the "service" departments was to teach the customer not to bring the car back to the dealership. I can tell you stories you wouldn't believe, but they are true, including a franchise that was taken away from the owner partly due to my actions. Took my used Chevy Silverado in for warranty service due to transmission problems. Instead of them taking it to the regular Chevy dealer they normally use,Mcree said that particular dealer was too busy and took my vehicle to a different Chevy dealer. They only thing they said was wrong with it was it was 3 quarts low on transmission fluid which was bogus because I checked the level myself before taking it in. So I asked them where the leak was to lose 3 quarts so quickly and they said there was no leak. So where did 3 quarts of transmission fluid go? They just simply said they didn't know but there was no other problems with the vehicle. I was charged $153 to add 3 quarts of transmission fluid and then they say it wasn't covered under warranty. I was not consulted on taking my vehicle to a different dealer than i was original told and I was not consulted before any work was done. Just simply told to pay a bill when the so called work was done after taking in a vehicle that I had purchased an extended warranty on.

Mohamed was very nice and patient. I had originally requested information on-line. I received a call from Mohamad and we arranged a day to meet. I went to the dealership with all the research I had completed on-line. He set me up to test drive the vehicles I had requested. We then talked about each one and when he learned that I had towing trailers as a wish item he then pointed me in a completely different direction. He ended up selling me the vehicle I needed, not what I thought I was looking for. I really appreciate his knowledge and willingness to get me in the right vehicle for me and not just sell a truck.

I test drove a 2015 F150. The salesman was very helpful and he knew his product. He was able to answer all my question and demonstrated them for me. We reached a deal which was painless. The finance manager was very friendly with no pressure to buy anything. When I signed all the paperwork my truck was waiting for me cleaned and a full tank of gas, which we never talked about. The salesman again sat in the truck and again went over all the buttons and devices. I almost had to kick him out so I could drive my new truck. Great experience and a friendly bunch of people.

I had the front wheel bearings replaced in my 2007 Ford F-150 pickup. The service technician drove the truck a very short distance when he diagnosed the humming noise issue as bad front wheel bearings. The staff was helpful and I think the repair was done fairly rapidly. The repair cost was comparative to what I would expect to pay at other dealers.

My step father recently passed away with no will and his children called the loan company on my car which was in my dad's name since my credit was bad and had them come pick it up. I was very upset and worried about what to do. Since my dad had gotten that at Mcree ford before I called them to see what I could do. I was put with an Awesome salesperson by the name of Audrey. She was so awesome. She helped me to apply and get a loan (I have worked hard to rebuild my credit) to buy a new car. I am so blessed that I was able to get a new car and under my name!! I had noticed some noise in the front end, and took it to McRee Ford to get it checked out. They helped me out immediately. Got me a loaner vehicle, and took my car in for service pretty quickly. It took them a few days to get the Flex fixed, but they did a fine job, and the car was cleaner when it was returned than it was when I dropped it off. They had cleaned the whole interior. I am sure they would have cleaned the exterior if it had not been raining. Car works just great now. Good Job.

I recently pulled in to McRee Ford in Dickinson, Texas . I was looking to trade my 2007 Avalanche with almost 300,000 miles on it for a truck capable of hauling heavy loads, and not be underpowered. My guide lines to the sales person was that I wanted a vehicle not over two years old, and with less then 12,000 miles. I have to say that I was in the right place at the right time, because I was immediately shown a like new truck that had just been traded in, We negotiated a good price, and later that afternoon, I drove it away. Possibly the best feeling I have ever had leaving a dealership.

I really liked the new customer status system installed in the Quick Lane that shows the customer queue, time the vehicle entered the shop and the specific technician was assigned the vehicle. All of this information is available at a glance. It is a great new feature and it allows new customers to view the current queue and know what the wait time is for getting into the shop for service.

The only real problem I had was with the fact that I ended up getting an oil change along with all of the other service recalls being done. I say that because two days later an air pressure warning light came on. I check the tires myself and three of the four had 28-29 PSi in them. They were not even check, which is SUPPOSED to be one of the things checked. Now I wonder what else was not checked. Even one of the local car wash places that do oil changes check that stuff.Just thought you should know.David Shannon

I normally give McRee Ford the highest marks. However this time, blame it on the weather or too many customers, but your service line was backed up so that it was difficult to get in. This was your normal service entrance. In fact, I noticed a McRee Ford service vehicle taking up part of the driveway and it did not move the entire time I was there. The service rep seemed frustrated by the situation too. I parked around the side and told him to reschedule me later for a mechanic to test drive the four wheel drive on my new F350 King Ranch. I went over to your Quick Lane and that worked okay. Everyone seem efficient there for an oil/filter change. Maybe when your new dealership completes its build next year, things will improve.

This was about the easiest, quickest experience I've ever had with a car dealership and having to have repairs done on my 2010 Ford Escape, for the 1st time, besides 2 prior recalls, which they fixed in as much of a timely and professional manner. I was having issues with wrench and engine lights on. I called McCree and spoke to Clayton who immediately suggested I bring the car in for service. Because I bought the car there, they offered a loaner for owners. Clayton took care of the paperwork expediously and then took me to the loaner counter, where Gavin took care of my paperwork quickly and professionally, as well. I was in and out less than 45 mins, and this was during the hours of 4-5pm on. Monday. Wednesday afternoon he called to say my car was ready, throttle body replaced under extended warranty, no lights and running good. I brought the loaner back around the same time as I dropped off my car, and it was even easier and quicker. Cashier checked me out, no charge, with a smile, and Gavin cleared me from the loaner all at the same time. I will definitely go to them again and have already recommended them to my family, friends and coworkers!

Had to wait an entire week to make an appointment to bring it for check engine light, took it this morning and ask to he brought home. Was told they have a shuttle service to bring me home while they had the car, and if nobody was using it, they would take me home, WHAT? Waited almost 2 hours, then they told me they cant do it. Service person wrote the paperwork up for the service call, then told me, CALL US next week to see what the problem was, WHAT? How about you guys call me to tell me whats wrong, whose the customer here? I have 5 different makes of vehicles, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Acura, Ford, and Hyundai...None of the dealerships except this one act this way. Buy you car here if you dare, but use someone else to service it. I highly recommend Demontrond, Ron Carter. Just HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE at McCree!

Flew down to look at the truck. It was exactly as described. Purchased it on the spot. The price was $800 higher than initially agreed upon though. A/C leaking water into passenger side floor was repaired.The display for Powertrain malfunction/Reduced power/Electronic throttle control (RTT)alert (wrench icon) has been coming on and vehicle shuts down. Once in town, once on I-10 El Paso. Apparently, mechanics were unable to determine issue. Vehicle picked up on Sept 10th, and it happened again. Not sure what needs to be done. Thanks for the loaner while my truck was being serviced.

My purchase started with a phone call to salesman Colin, who was referred by my dad from his 15 Platinum pre-order. Colin said he got off at 6 (it was around 430) but said if I was interested in coming in, he would stay late. I arrived at the dealership at 530 and met Colin. I told him that I was looking for a 15 Lariat (with 502a package), FX4 and sport appearance package. Colin found two on the lot and immediately got the keys to test drive them. After the test drive, there was very little negotiation on price, as I already told him what I wanted to spend and the researched value. Colin pulled my car into the trade-in evaluation area and came back very quickly with a price given to him by the management. I was very pleased with the price and we came to an agreement. I later found out that there were two vehicles in the trade-in area which were the same model, and the prices were mixed up. I ended up getting quoted three times the value of my car and because we made a deal, they honored the value. I have already told several friends and family about my experience, who are going to be contacting Colin very soon to make their purchase. This particular experience was my 9th vehicle purchase, and by far the most satisfying. After my purchase, Colin followed up with me to go over all of the electronic commands and features and to schedule my bed liner install. 10/10 stars for McRee and Colin! Very friendly and welcoming feel!

I came in for a state inspection on my 2007 Focus and the service advisor was very intellegent and checked my tires before driving the car into the shop and he advised me that I needed new tires, they would not pass inspection and he showed me where the tires were worn out. Our experience was very good. We bought a 2015 Expedition EL to replace our 2011 model like it. We didn't want to hassle for a price and didn't have too. Everything was very straight forward, and when we determined the car was a little more than we wanted to pay, our salesman and the dealership worked with us to get the price where we needed it to be. We initially questioned the offer that McCree made on our trade-in based on my own internet research; however we did shop the price with other dealers and found that McCree was very fair and even exceeded the other offers that we had received.

I mentioned to the salesman that I was not in a hurry and he suggested that I could order a truck and get exactly what I wanted. That is what I did. Mcree Ford was unable to perform basic services, such as measure battery amperage and tire depth, which was the main reason for bringing in the vehicle. In addition, they damaged the tailpipe in such a manner, it made the car unable to be driven. Then the McRee Ford technician and service consultant (Craig Decker) lied about it, falsely accusing my son of riding over a curb and causing the damage prior to bringing in the Vehicle and harassing my wife and son in the service center as they were told to come pick up the car because nothing we asked them to check was wrong. The shop foreman (Brian Callahan) finally admitted to damaging the pipe, but roadblocked us by only willing to pay for labor ($110) and making me pay for the part ($140), I accepted just to get my car back after a week in the shop so I don't ever have to see Mcree Ford again. In addition to damaging the vehicle, the technician was so poor, he was unable to even measure the tire depth properly on our car and it took the shop foreman to verify that we in fact do need tires. However, I will not be getting them there. The service consultant (Craig Decker) even had to be told 3 times that he was to check the battery amperage, tread depth and bumper clips. He put wrong information on the service records and stated the battery needed to be jumped and we installed bumper clips that needed to be inspected. The truth was McRee Ford told us the clips may have fallen off and I needed them to verify. Additionally, we were previously told by Mcree Ford at our prior appointment the battery needed immediate service, but that proved to be wrong.The worst part is they never even attempted to contact my wife and son to apologize for harassing them and lying about the damage or falsely accusing them of causing the damage.

I had a 100,000 mile service on my 2009 Ford Flex. They did an excellent job and the car runs like new. The people at the quick lube are honest and only fix what is needed. In addition to the 100,000 mile service, I needed back and front brakes and rear shocks. I knew that I needed brakes so I could tell they did a good job and were honest.

I was pleased when you did a battery replacement on my F150 a few years ago. So, when my battery stopped working on my Crown Vic, I didn't replace it myself. I brought it down to you. Glad I did. A problem with the battery holder would have been missed if I did it myself. Nick found the problem, advised me on the solutions and fixed it when the part arrived. I dont know if you received the message about the jerk in the acceleration so I'm sending this notice again. Marshall Puckett & Tommy Hicks are excellent sales people. Also, I was very impressed with Oscar Williams. Very nice to deal with. Three days after the purchase I noticed a significant "jerk or slip" on acceleration from still. I have never owned a front-wheel drive car before so I don't know why this occured or if it is another kind of problem. If it persists, then I will have to have it corrected.

I went in on Tuesday to schedule several maintaince items for my truck, power steering system flush, recomended at last oil change, replace two tires, check brakes for slight chatter, and change oil. This was all put a work sheet and scheduled for first thing Thursday morning.I arrived Thursday morning at 6:55 and I was about third in line to talk to a rep. Well I was ask if I had been there before and I told them not since Tuesday and that the service rep had already filled out a work sheet. That initated a search that did not find the sheet so Mr. Sanjay filled out a new one. Later I was called when the brakes were observed and ended up having the rotors turned and the front end aligned. The Truck has always been a pleasure to drive but driving home it drove as if it were new. I have owned ford F150's since the 1950'sand this truck is the best yet, if it wears out before I do I will go for one of the new aluminum body ones. The lady at the check out and pay counter is a great improvement over the last person that was in that position. I could have just said every thing was fine but since you go to the trouble to ask I feel that I must give you some something to read! Thanks

I own a beautiful taupe 2013 Ford Edge that I love dearly. Saturday, June 13th the battery decided to quit at 2pm and a sweet neighbor came to my rescue to jump the Edge off. When I called McRee Ford at 2:45 and spoke with Clayton in service. He told me they closed at 3pm but he would wait until i got there which was 3:10. He was so helpful and courteous to my needs since I needed to be in downtown Houston by 4:30 and still needed to dress for the Gala/Style Show I was chairing! Mrs. Tina in the Car Rental section of McRee Ford also stayed and was so helpful to lease me a rental vehicle! The Lord truly answered my prayers to get me to McRee safely and for the employees to be receptive to my ordeal! Our family have been Ford owners ever since I was old enough to sit in a car and we have taught our children to purchase ONLY FORD, USA products. We discovered MCREE FORD in Dickinson 17 years ago when we moved to Houston. We have been very blessed with all the vehicles we have purchased from them and their quality staff/service we have received! I always recommend this dealership to my friends/families who are searching for a GREAT Quality Vehicle:) thank you all for everything you do to keep us UP and RUNNING!

Being of a technical background, my curiosities on failure/repair findings are usually unresolved, as the service writer only has basic details. For future visits, I will try to request the retention of the damaged part and/or conversation with the repair technician. Buying process was easy and the sales person found exactly what we were looking for. His willingness and promptness to attend our request were outstanding. The two areas of improvement, are the waiting time between the sales person and the financial to close the deal. I did wait about 1:5 hours. And the facilities to wait, other than water, there is not a waiting room or any room with some kind of entertainment for log waiting times.When I pass to talk to the financial department, process was faster, direct and clear more than any other car buying experience I have ever had. I really appreciate the honesty and work ethic I found on this dealership.

Purchased a 2013 F-150, Platinum, 4-wheel drive, Ecoboost 6 pick-up in Dec 2013. I have been very pleased with this vehicle and use it as our primary long distance travel vehicle. My one complaint is the less than expected MPG we are getting; i.e., about 16 MPG, especially since it is primarily used on long trips and highway miles.

The individual I dealt with was helpful, giving me the information I wanted. When my vehicle was picked up by my husband though, discounts and "rewards" I had accrued were not deducted from the bill as I was told they would be. I had to call dealership and have the bill recalculated and recharged to a credit card. I found this to be very annoying and it means he (we) have to check the bill for amount credited and amount submitted for payment.

I needed a 7500 mile initial service on my Focus. I obtained that in a reasonable time. When I was checking out the cashier recognized that I was being overcharged for parts and corrected that. When I got into the car, the radio had been changed to an AM sports talk station and I could not find a way to get it back on FM because the design of the vehicle doesn't make that easy to do. The cashier came out and got it back to my usual station. So, kudos to the cashier. No so many kudos to the service tech.

They took care of my problem in 25 minute and it only cost me $5.40. Window motor on the rear door quit functioning. The technician got it out of a bind, and was honest enough to explain that it may run for another day or months without a repair. My concern was that it would break while the window was "down". McCree Ford offered a loaner while the parts are ordered, so I was not inconvenienced at all. They made the repair and it is working fine\.

Mohammad and the staff at McRee are top notch; professional from the start, Mohammad quickly understood what I was looking for and instead of having me test-drive endless choices, narrowed those tests down to 2 models. Once I made a decision, the only part of the transaction that wasn't quick was going through the paperwork. Although it was not as expeditious as I would like, the process went fairly quickly. What convinced me to continue my transaction at McRee was the personable approach of the dealership, Mohammad, and the overall atmosphere. I did not feel like I was in a high-volume dealership and felt like I was family.

The brake jobs were done well and stopping is a much better experience. The one downfall was the length of time it took to get the work done. I brought my F-150 in on Tuesday noon and it was not ready until the following Monday afternoon. Seems a bit excessive for a brake job, but then there may have been a lot of them ahead of me.

I took my car in for service. There was a noise after I got it back. But they were very friendly and worked hard to get it repaired. Only complaint is that I wasn't told up front that there was a long waiting list to have my car repaired. I would have preferred to held onto my car until they could fit it in. Instead I took my car in on a Wednesday and they didn't start working on it until Friday. They did give me a loaner car, but I prefer the comfort of my car.

I was dropping off my vehicle for oil change and inspection. I reserved a loaner car as I could not wait 3hrs that time like I had in the past. I was told policy change happened and for oil changes they do not provide loaners for owners as oil changes only take 1 hr to compleye and I would have to cancel the reservation. I escalated over to a manager. Long story short he wanted to make sure I was not inconvenienced that customer satisfaction was the most important thing. So not only did they pick up my vehicle from work, they completed the oil change and inspection, but identified a bad front tire which I got a discount on, so they really went out of there way to make sure my vehicle was taken care of and a wrong was fixed to a right. Thank you for all that you do for your customers!

I had a problem with my F150 pick up. The left rear lock was not working properly. From the time I walked in until the time I left, the service writer never put the receiver down. I had more of a conversation with Robert Saxon then I did with the service writer. Mr. Saxon even carried my belongs to the rental car. He went way beyond any service I expected, he truly is an assistant to McRee Ford. The service writer called the next day and told me that the work was done, but asked if I wanted maintenance done to the oil and other fluids. I said that I had been changing the oil myself while teaching my son how to do so as well. He sarcastically went into how I could teach him to change the other fluids. I can't explain how disappointed I was with his response.

When I explained what was wrong with the car I was told to bring it in right away even though they would not be able to work on the car until the following week and I was given a loaner car. I appreciated not having to worry about the"wrench light" coming on again and losing power while driving....it was quite scary the first time. Everyone was VERY helpful...I had changed purses and didn't even have my insurance card when I went to get the loaner car. The lady told me to call my insurance agent and have it faxed over.....I was on my way quickly. I have been driving my car "wrench light" free for several days, even took a road trip on the weekend...and I can use my back up camera again (they fixed that too). I always have great service. Thanks!

Honestly, get your car looked at elsewhere if you need any repairs done on time. I have tried to get a hold of service in the past and nobody would answer the phone, instead I would wait so long that it would get routed back to the Secretary again just to be transferred a second and third time. I ws finally contacted 4 days after the contact date (which was also the date they said it would be looked at, which was 3 business days after I left it off) just to be notified my car had not been looked at yet. It would be another week without my vehicle at least. This is the worst service I have received from a dealership of any kind. I switched to Ford from Dodge because my dodge was in the shop more often but at least CL dodge got it back in 2-3 business days, always answered my calls, and always delivered on their word. Don't do your work here, buy from autonation down the road, better customer service and they really try to keep you happy

McRee Ford is HORRIBLE! When my 2010 F150 transmission started experiencing significant issues including jumping from gear to gear, RPMs shooting over to redline, etc. I called McRee and made an appointment with the promise that it would only take a day or two. My wife and I rearranged our work scheduled to drop the truck off at McRee. However when I arrived for the "scheduled appointment" I was told that the only get have it look at (for potential warranty work) was to get it in line and it would be 5 to 7 work days BEFORE they could even look. When I requested a loner car to get me through the waiting period, I was told no. Therefore, after being extremely concerned about the low millage transmission problems McRee Ford made it much worse by making promises they could not keep. Now I need to find another Ford dealer that cares about his or her customers.

I was in the market for a Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid and was in contact with salesmen from all over the state of Texas. James Tillman sent me a quote, an out-the-door price, and never wavered from it. Because of his non-pressure style and being honorable to his word, I bought from him even though it meant flying from Dallas to Houston to seal the deal and pick up the vehicle. When I arrived, James went above and beyond by picking me up at the airport. We arrived at the dealership and he had already given my papers to the finance department to speed up the process as I needed to drive back to Dallas that evening. I inspected the vehicle and noticed that there was a door ding and a small scratch on the wheel well, both of which James had expediently fixed. No one there pressured me to purchase additional items and the finance part went smooth. When the deal was sealed, James took me to my new car and noticed there were dirty marks on the inside ceiling. He immediately had a crew clean it. Throughout the whole process, James was professional and very personable. I've done business with many car dealerships and salesmen in the past, and I can honestly say my experience with James at McRee Ford was a pleasant, refreshing change, and ultimately rewarding as I got everything that we had agreed upon as well as first-class service. I had a horrible experience at McRee Ford. My truck was in there for 3 week they never once called to update me. After two week I started calling every day, it was always promised it would be ready the next day. This whole time they charged me for a rent a car witch totaled $852.00. Finally when it was ready I took my truck and three days later the same transmission problem started happening again. This time I took it to another dealership, there is no way the Customer Service can be this bad at the new dealership. I have had many Ford vehicles, and most of the dealers I have dealt with have gone out of their way to try and help customers, and to solve customer problems. This is not how I felt at McRee. I would highly recommend that you go to another dealer, especially if you have warranty work.

I have had many Ford vehicles, and most of the dealers I have dealt with have gone out of their way to try and help customers, and to solve customer problems. This is not how I felt at McRee. I would highly recommend that you go to another dealer, especially if you have warranty work.

I had a great experience with Robert as the salesman. No pressure from him even though I took several days to complete the purchase. The reason I did not give 5 stars on all categories is the pressure I felt from the finance man regarding the way I wanted to finance the car. Secondly, the sales manager who had been friendly prior to the sale walked past me a day later without acknowledging me. Also, the service manager is top notch in helping me with a follow up issue as well as one of his techs, Brian. The service writers though never acknowledged my presence when walking in there twice.

This was the first time I have done business with McRee Ford. I purchased a 2006 Mercury Mountaineer that was fully loaded. My salesman was James Tillman. I can tell you I will be purchasing my next car from James at McRee becasue of him. He has gone above and beyond for me and responds to me and is a non-pressure salesman. I had to bring my car in for service less than 24 hours after purchasing it. I have worked with Mr. Donny Verret in service and he has been very helpful to me as well taking care of a parts issue with the car twice with the car. Prior to purchaing the car, the dealership fixed the power 3rd row seats and the side view mirror at my request. I also had a great experience with Oscar in Finance and doing the final paperwork on the sale of the car. I like the free loaner program for cars in service and that is very convenient and glad that you offer this. Many dealerships do not offer this. My last salesmen was busy but he referred me to another saleman Chad. He was great. The whole deal with McRee was great. My wife bought her last vehicle from a dealer that was not good. So I highly recommend McRee. And I will go back to them for my next purchase.

Frank Arra and Clyde Chase made buying my new car a pleasure instead of a dreadful task like so many other dealers do. Frank took the extra time to walk me through the features on my car and made sure they all worked and that I understood how to use them. From the moment I walked in I was treated wonderful. Our family has been doing business with McRee Ford since they were located on HWY 3 many many years ago. I went in "just to look" around, discuss my credit, talk numbers...never did I think that I would be driving home that day with an Explorer 2011. (this was on a Saturday) It was like too good to be true!!! Shiela Shultz was amazing! She knew the answers to all my questions and concerns. She synced the car and phone. She showed me all the features to my new car. And then a couple of days passed after I got the car and she called to check on me to see if I was satisfied. I would also like to mention Oscar Williams/Finance Mgr., he too was a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Sheila Shultz and McRee Ford! Keep up the great job!

Good overall experience. Small problem with the new truck, sensor kept saying low tire pressure, when truck was taken back to dealer they were not all that excited about fixing the problem. And this truck has been owned for less then 72 hours. Not too happy about that. This is only a small problem so I can only hope that the service will be better if there are larger problems. Time will tell.

I have bought my last 3 cars from McRee Ford. I found a car I loved and they made it so simple to trade in my old car and buy the new one. I love the "loaners for owners" program. It makes getting repairs on my car stress free. I was even able to test drive a new car before i bought it by requesting it as a loaner when I was having some minor work done on my old car.
