Looking for a car and wanted to buy locally here in Wilson. Did on line searches and decided on Medlin Buick.Salesman Ben was very professional upfront and was helpful in explaining the whole process.The credit manager was great slowly went through explain all the paper work. Just didn't give me a group of papers and said sign here but took the time and explain every paper. Went to Service Department to have something checked out. Mr. Ricky in service was professional, knowledgeable. Has to leave my car they offer courteous ride. Mrs.Vicky is a jewel not only did she drop me of but returned to get me when car was ready from service. I highly recommend this auto dealership for their professionalism, great customer service, they are not just interested in you buying a car but they care when you leave Medlin you are truly satisfied

I had been searching for a newer vehicle for my wife for a while when I came across a GMC Terrain at Medlin, I sent an email and immediately recieved a response with a list of different ways to be able to get in contact. I gave Ben a call and he was more then willing to help and very easy to talk with. We had a tight schedule and the day I could go Ben had an appointment he couldnt miss, he was able to get another gentleman, Marshall, to come in on his day off and help us out! The buying process was extremely easy and the prices could not be beat from competitive vehicles within 100miles. Overall great experience and I highly recommend them for business!

Bought a used truck I found on the internet from Medlin. Good experience, fair price, and salesman (Marshall Heckman) was great! He was very upfront and helpful throughout the process without pressuring. Really appreciate everything and would recommend Medlin and Marshall!

We drove down to Jacksonville, NC to help my son who is stationed at Camp LeJeune purchase a car. We found our car on the internet, it was a low mileage preowned 2014 Jeep Compass. We drove about 1 1/2 hours to Wilson to look at it. While we were there they showed us a preowned 2014 Jeep Patriot that was less expensive with lower mileage. I told them that we didn't want a CVT transmission. They told us that this Patriot was a regular automatic transmission, so we bought it and went back to Jacksonville. This was after they helped my son get car insurance and register the jeep. That night I checked some web sites out and found out that it did have a CVT transmission. We called them back the next morning and talked to Marshall and reminded him that we didn't want the CVT transmission. Marshall and Frank looked into it and called us back very quickly and explained how the mistake was made. It was an honest mistake and they told us to bring the Patriot back and they would give us the more expensive Compass for the same price. I can honestly say that Marshall was very easy going and honest. If all car dealers were as honest as the Medlin sales associates there wouldn't be a need for all the consumer protection laws that are used today.

Ben sold me a great truck at a good price and was very nice the whole time. Walked in at 9am and was off the lot by noon with my new truck and they bought my old car from me.

I bought one car from medlin. loved it for 6 years after i paid it off i decided to go upgrade and got a 2016 buick encore.Ben helped me and answered all my questions and satisfied all my needs. Was very patient and polite, a job well done. Couldnt ask for a better salesperson!

In search of the Mazda CX-9, I found that Medlin had the best deal for the age of the car we wanted. I had been to three different dealerships in the Chapel Hill area, but decided the 1.5 hr drive would be worth the car, if we chose to buy it. Our salesperson, Ben Coutu, was very helpful and presented the facts. He was not pushy in any way. The facilities were nice, and they had a room for the kids to play in, which was helpful for our two young ones. Everyone else we had communication with was very pleasant and appreciative of us being there. We are so happy that we made the trip out there, and that we bought our car at Medlin.

From my first time in the dealership I felt at ease. My salesperson Ben was very helpful and not pushy at all. I located a vehicle online at the dealership and went in to take a look. I test drove the vehicle and decided to take a look at a few more vehicles elsewhere. Ben did not try to pressure me into purchasing at that time but instead made sure he answered all of my questions and I had all the information I needed. A few days later I decided to purchase the vehicle. I called Ben and he made sure everything was all set for me to come in and complete the sale. Very pleased with my purchase and would recommend Medlin Buick and Ben to anyone!

Rachel was our sales rep and we received excellent service. She was very knowledgeable of the Buick Lacrosse we purchased and explained everything very well to two senior citizens. I might add with patience also!

I was shopping for a 2013 Certified Pre-Owned Yukon. I search the internet and found that Medlin had what I was looking for so I made a call. I spoke with Rachel who was very knowledgable about the Yukon I was calling about. She offered to email the vehicle 'build sheet' so I could review the options, etc., and made the Car Fax available to me. I made the drive from Raleigh to look at the Yukon. The Yukon looked absolutely new. I purchased it while I was there. It was the best buying experience I have had in over 40 years of car buying; and I have done a lot of car buying over that time. It was well worth the drive. Rachel & the team at Medlin made the buying process very easy & comfortable. I was even introduced to the owner. Not many owners actually work at those mega dealerships (and it shows in how those dealership treat customers). The facility is new & clean. Although I have not needed to visit the service center I fully expect that it is operated to the same high standard that the Sales organization is.

I completed a purchase and delivery without ever going to the dealership. Robert provided me with enough information, help me with Financing, and arranged delivery and closing at my home. The used Chevy Captiva was exactly as described. I felt comfortable throughout the process and I'm very happy with my new car.

I highly recommend this dealer. I found a vehicle I liked and filled out a form online to request more information from the dealer. Very shortly after I was emailed by Jay introducing himself. I had financing through another bank at the time and the vehicle I wanted was more than I was approved for. Jay worked with me and got me approved for the full amount and even got me a better rate. I live in Pittsburgh and made the trip down to Carolina. I flew into RDU airport which is about an hour away from the dealership. Jay personally came out to the airport and picked me up. He shared tons of knowledgeable information on the area. He even showed me where the Pittsbugh pirates AAA minor league affiliated team plays. He took me to grab a bite to eat before we got back to the dealership. Once we got back he showed me the vehicle, while taking for a test drive we stopped and he filled up the gas tank for me. The financing and loan process was smooth and simple. Everything that I was told beforehand was true. I drove off the lot and hit the road. I stopped in DC to visit a family memeber before heading back to Pittsbugh. The very next day I received a phone call asking how the vehicle was running and if I had any questions or needed anything. I am absolutely blown away by how great I was treated by the salesman and dealership. You don't find good service like this anywhere especially these days. So if your looking for a new vehicle it's well worth the trip. Thank you again

Fan of Mazda, but not the Mazda dealers in Raleigh. We arrived at the dealership with no intention of buy on that particular day..."I don't jump into things". A salesman by the name of Lee came out spoke with us for a few and let us take a test drive. No questions, pressure just genuine customer service. WE provided our contact information and assumed we would be contacted every day trying to sell us the car. That did not happen :) We returned unannounced the following weekend and Lee remembered our name and introduced us to the owner of the dealership. Both provided outstanding customer service, what we wanted for our trade and paperwork was a breeze. We have bought several new cars from, Infinity, Volvo, Toyota and Ford none of them came close to the QUALITY customer service provided by this dealership. Awesome experience and we will be buying from the in the future.... Hey Raleigh dealership take note!
