I had my ‘17 540i in for a new round of tires and general maintenance and the shop caught an issue that could have been catastrophic for the engine. Well done for being thorough and a quick overnight fix. Thankfully it was covered under warranty and all ends on a good note. Pleased with the service and attention I receive at Melbourne BMW!

In the acquisition of my most recent vehicle I had a successful and great experience thanks to the good service provided by Courtney. Who at no time made me feel pressured to make the decision, if not quite the opposite with a lot of passion made sure that I decided what I wanted. For me it has been the most relaxing purchase ever. Vehicle demonstration test drive and negotiation all this about 3 hours and leave driving a BMW is excellent! I also want to thank Rachael for her great professionalism and skill in financing.

Went to have my 20K service and get a couple of minor issues taken care of under warranty. The attention I got before the scheduled appointment was great, but I didn't notice that it was Labor Day weekend and as a result the staffing was bare minimal. I still got very good attention from the service Manager and the loaner car desk. Unfortunately COVID took out the detailing department and one of three mechanics so I had to wait until Tuesday to get my car back. All issues were addressed and they did communicate about delays during that time, they even found a way to wash the car. They provided better service than I have gotten from any other dealer and will be back hopefully COVID will be gone by they and we can get that last 1/2 star, (I actually rate them 4.5 stars)

I had the pleasure of buying a new bmw last week and I must say that this was the most stress free car buying experience that I’ve ever had. Jo Carter was wonderful to work with! The process was seamless and efficient. My Genius Skylar Green was impressive and was able to get me up to speed ( no pun intended 😊) in my new car in no time. I wish if I had done it sooner!
