Great experience! No-pressure didn’t feel rushed, in fact they stayed after closing to accommodate us. The whole team was Amazing! Arlene in internet sales who quickly responded to our trade in estimate. Elijah our salesman who was extremely knowledgeable. Josh in finance who made the entire process fast, easy and meet all our needs. By far was the easiest and most pleasant dealership we have worked with! The whole team at Melloy Los Lunas provided us with exceptional service!

My parents came in and both bought new cars. Brought their new cars home and I fell in love with my moms car. Came in the next day and talked to Janay and Josh and let them know what I wanted and they made it happen. Such an easy experience. They called me and talked through options and at the end of the day I was able to come pick up my new car. So personable and easy to work with. Will definitely come back for any help or cars in the future.

I was very pleased with how quick the service was complete and very thankful for the shuttle ride home. However, I asked specifically if a tire rotation was included and was informed it was included and a tire rotation was not done. I even asked before leaving with the paper work and was told by the service rep that it was done.

I had a great experience at Melloy Auto Group in Los Lunas. They had the truck I wanted at the price I could afford. Hassle free negotiation and great service after the sale! I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.
