Recently purchased a used car from Melloy Dodge in Albuquerque and was very happy with the service. James helped us with the car we were interested in and took the time to walk us through the entire process. He was courteous, professional, easy going, and was a pleasure to work with. He didn't burden us with a sales pitch and respected our time by getting the deal done quickly and efficiently. The dealership is very nice and everyone involved in the process were fantastic. I highly recommend this dealership.

If I could rate the salesman alone, Jeremy would receive 5 stars! He was a pleasure to work with. He was honest and up from the beginning with the purchase of our 2021 RAM 3500. He was also very understanding with our kids. Now, the reason for 1 star. Dealing with finance has been a disaster and trying to getting touch with someone in finance has been even worse. Our loan was given to another lender after we had signed and left. We were never given our temporary registration. We decided to use our existing plates as my husband is a disabled veteran. The dealership ensured us on several occasions they would take care of the registration. Nothing has been done and no one has returned any of my phone calls. I will be taking my business to Larry H Miller for our next RAM purchase.

Thanks Ed in Service for getting our Durango handled. Took to another Dealership and they had for 3 weeks and would not look at. Contacted ED and he was able to get it in and repaired. I will not hesitate to bring back to Melloy. They are awesome. Thanks also to Robert in the parts. Excellent parts guy and when I need anything he handles them. Thanks to Ed and Robert. You guys rock!!!

Terrible service. The manager Mario was unprofessional and was not willing to fix the scratches his team caused. My entire vehicle was riddled with scratches and he assumed the position that they were from me. He provided no sympathy and wasn't willing to fix the problem. Terrible management and horrible customer service. Mario even said, "I assume your going to write a negative review online.". Will never be bringing my vehicle back and will never consider them for any future car purchases

I would never recommend bringing your vehicle to service here. Empty lies all the time.... still waiting for my truck to get fixed... is this how melloy treats returning customers? I've bought 4 or 5 vehicles from melloy and brought friends and family to buy vehicles from melloy but thanks to service center no more!

Took vehicle in for service and service tech offered and explained service plan that i was not aware of. took advantage of the plan which will save money from what i was going to do. outstanding service and will continue to use melloy dodge for my vehicle.

My husband and I are interested in upgrading our Dodge truck and after searching online we decided to look at Melloy. After walking around the lot for over 45 minutes without a salesperson we decided to go into the showroom to find someone to help us. As we walked in the door a salesman gave us a pathetic attempt of greeting us and telling us he'd get someone for us. Again, we waited without a single person speaking to us inside the showroom. Frustrated, we get in our truck to leave only to see three salesmen chatting in the shade watching us leave. I did attempt to bring this to the attention of the manager on duty, but he also asked me to wait several minutes "because he's really busy." Clearly, Melloy is not interested in selling a truck and we will be driving to Santa Fe to purchase/order our truck.

As usual, RAYAN MELLOY demonstrated to be a very attentive helpful and pleasant sales person, that is why with his service I have purchased three new vehicles including the Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Crew Cab two days go, a Dodge Eldorado Citadel and a Dodge Challenge at your dealership within the last four years. I would also like to mention another sales person, SHAWN NEW, whom upon my visit to the dealership approached me in a very cordial manner, I told him that I would like to see Rayan since he is my usual sales representative, he told me that Rayan was not there and he would be happy to mention my visit to him. The next day Rayan called me and ask me if I could see him. I was able to finalize the purchase on the same day. SHAWN NEW, with his technical knowledge helped familiarize me with various components of Uconnect GPS Navigation, Phone, Sirius etc. SHAWN told me to come back anytime if I need help in the future. I called a day ahead to get a scheduled appointment - when I arrived at my scheduled time, they had NO RECORD of any appointment. Service folks were what, trainees? Scheduled a troubleshoot on the AC, Had to wait 2 hours while the kid mechanic played on his computer...... The so-called service manager heard my complaint and just smiled at me. So, I cancelled the oil change and alignment and left there pretty disgusted. Would I recommend Melloy for auto service? GO FIGURE.

Although I went back and forth with Eric Alires, he didn't lose his patience with me on what was a tough deal to put together. He didn't give up on finding us the right car to fit our needs and pocketbook. Between him and Michael in the finance dept., we can honestly say we will be consistent customers of Melloy Dodge!

Charles Stevens was very respectful and helpful to us when he sold us our 2013 Hyundai Accent. He was polite and confident in his interaction with me and my husband. He and Eric Aires were excellent listeners, providing information that lead us easily to find the perfect car to meet our needs. I would recommend to anyone seeking a newer used car to try Melloy Dodge first. Charles Stevens is a man who knows cars and financing very well. We love our car!

I purchased my first Dodge (Neon) with Melloy in 2009, and three year ago bought an Avenger with them. I totaled my Avenger and wanted another Dodge, so I started to look around at the dealerships locally. (I moved to Lubbock Texas a year and half ago) but their sales staff, waiting area, and the actual process of dealing with the salesman, make me feel cold inside. I decided at that point I would return to Albuquerque and purchase my next vehicle, which I did purchase a Dodge Charger. The Charger I had chosen had mechanical issues. After talking it over, we decided that they best thing to do was to choose another Charger. The whole experience was easy, fast and they did the best they could to make me happy. Even with the out of state tags and plates they were able to accommodate. I am happy with Melloy and will return in the future to get that Challenger I have always wanted.

I just recently had my 2007 Jeep Commander serviced at Melloy Dodge. Two positives: they got me scheduled for service immediately and two, they fixed my vehicle (from what I can tell). However, those were the only two good things from my experience. They failed to communicate delays in the service, failed to return my phone calls, and I had to pester THEM to find out what the status of my repair was. Their customer service is terrible; the service manager heard my feedback but never offered to make it right after complaining about the lack of customer service/timely communication (pretty much brushed a disappointed customer off). Only after talking to the dealership manager did they finally offer at least an OIL CHANGE after I suggested some sort of chance to build customer relations. I wouldn't recommend getting your vehicle serviced here and I highly doubt I'll be purchasing my next vehicle from there.

The Ad was a crew cab and the pictures they sent were a quad cab. I would have to drive 300 miles to see it first hand. So I wanted to make sure it was as advertised correctly. It was not, so it made it hard to believe any thing they wanted to show me. I has a vehicle in my home town that I was considering and ended up buying. I gave them every chance it the world to make me an offer worth the drive. But it never happened.

My car broke down and the nearest place to pull over happened to be at Melloy Dodge in Albuquerque NM. Chuck Nunley was walking past and asked if I needed help. Boy, did I. I had been repairing my 2002 Ford Focus for the past couple years and it was time to replace my car. Chuck went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. Everyone involved in my new car purchase has been excellant. I will always come back to Melloy Dodge and will refer to family and friends.

Pictures are usually not the vehicle. Description will frequently contradict itself e.g. listed as a 5.9l inline 6 (diesel engine) then later list as type of fuel: gasoline engine. Picture a single axle rear but really is a dually and vice versa. If a dealer advertises this way, how much can you trust them in person?!??

I went to Molloly Dodge on N.Coors to look at a truck that was supposed to have 60,000 miles but really had 333,000 miles. When I said something about this to the salesman he said they hadn't reported the mileage that was the buyers duty. I mentioned the CARFAX details didn't match and he said theydidn't have to report any discrepences. They also wanted me to pay for a safety check at$495 What do they have CARFAX for if it isn't accurate????
