I recently decided to step by this dealer after being referred by a friend. I was told their building had just finished construction and it certainly makes the experience more comfortable in a new modern building. However, building aside, my experience at Rusnak was very relaxing. This was my only experience purchasing a car with this little hassle. Most of the time I would be stuck at the dealer for hours. My salesman, Peter Liew was very prompt in helping me purchase the S550 sedan. Peter gave me a fantastic price and took care of most of the long paperwork for me. All I had to do was sign a few documents and was handed the keys to my new car. He also gave me an in-depth tutorial on how to set up the interior of the car and all the basic commands the car has to offer. This has definitely been the easiest and quickest experience Ive had at a car dealer.

My experience at Rusnak was everything I was looking for at a dealer. They built a new building that looks amazing! It took me awhile to walk around, but once I was there I was greeted by Peter Liew. I love his enthusiasm and he is very easy to talk to. He is also very straightforward and can tell you which car is best suited for your budget. He knew a lot about the different cars and was able to offer pros and cons as to which one would fit me better.I brought my family to shop for a new car and they found him very approachable as well. It also helps that he also speaks both mandarin and cantonese!Once we decided on the car, Peter made the whole process very quick and easy to understand. He talked us through the details and signed the papers, then we were off with the car, best dealer experience I've had!

I had a wonderful experience getting my GLS450 from Rusnak. Our salesman, Peter Liew was very knowledgeable and helpful when he assisted me and my family pick out the right car. He sounded like he had a lot of experience in this field, which makes sense since he is the assistant sales manager there. The level of professionalism surpassed my expectations. Nonetheless, the main reason I will have my future purchases from Peter is how relatable he is. Speaking with him made me feel very relaxed and not once did I feel intimidated or pressured. Peter listened to what I wanted and essentially did everything for me and all I had to do was sign a few documents and the car was mine. This was the quickest experience Ive ever had when buying a car. Will definitely recommend this dealer to my friends, especially to Peter!

For the last 6 years I have leased two vehicles and just two days ago purchased my third vehicle from this dealership. Each time I worked with Andre Volglezon, he is a great salesman, knew the products and specs of all vehicles and was able to answer all my questions. This last time I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted and he was able to give me a run down on all models he felt would be for me, I ended up chosing the c63s AMG. Am I glad that Andre showed me this car!!! What a machine, very happy with the purchase and service. Can't wait to work with him again in the past.

Ophelia and all other staff members were very courteous and helpful. My service was handled in a professional and timely manner. I was kept updated vi text to my status and pick up time when car was ready. I also interacted with a sales person named Freddy who I think was new and he was informative and was able to answer some of my questions regarding future purchase. It's my second leased car and Billy Kwan made it a wonderful experience! Our family was in the market for a safer car and Billy was extremely detail in explaining all the safety features to us. He made the leasing experience easy and we are glad to go with the C300 we end up with. The follow-up was also very timely as I was having some trouble understanding how to use the new car and Billy was there to help me.

I've always had my services done at either the Beverly Hills or Santa Monica dealer and since I'ce moved to the area, the closest dealer is Rusnak. Overall an okay experience, with friending service reps. But my only complaint was when I first pulled up into the service driveway, no one came up to my vehicle. Having been my first time, I was unsure where to go since I was so used to having people ready to open the door to tend to my car. Even when I returned the loaner, no one came up to me. A little strange considering the other two dealer/service were more attentive during the check in process.Also, the tech failed to reset my reminder on the dash so I still have a message to get my car to have it serviced. But after I informed my service rep of the problem, a tech was sent to the house to reset the service code. I like that.

I had a major issue with fuel pump, emissions, etc ; anyway, my service rep Sayde Lytton worked with service manager and others to not only determine it was covered by warranty but then also went out of their way to pick it up at another dealer 2 hours away since part was on back order Hav always enjoyed top notch service here but this was above and beyond. Will for sure keep getting service here and will buy my next mercedes here I am sure. Very professional and pleasant experience.

Everyone involved provided service above and beyond expectations. Vatche and Jason were my sales team. Vatche did an excellent job locating a car that I actually like better than I requested. He even absorbed my mileage overrun as a courtesy. Jason was very diligent in getting pricing info to me so that when I came in to look at the car all of the commercial aspects were already agreed to. He explained everything about the car and helped me transfer my belongings from my trade in to my new car. Both very welcoming and acconodating. They made me feel like a family member. The Parts salesman was equally accomodating and welcoming. I bought floor mats and he personally carried the mats to the car and installed them to make sure that they fit. If that wasn't enough he gave me a 10% discount. Premier Service at its best!

I was already working with another dealership in the Los Angeles area when I came across Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia on google search. I decided to check it out because it was conveniently located 20 minutes from my house and i was impressed with their used car inventory. I had no appointment but was met by Andre promptly as my daughter and I made our entrance. We were also greeted by a pleasant young lady at the front desk. The facility in itself is very welcoming. The place gives you a certain excitement and the cars on display are no less than impressive. Service was above par from the get go. Andre did a tremendous job describing the various vehicles we were interested in. He went over the features in detail, often with demonstrations. He was very patient and showed remarkable tolerance with us as we asked numerous questions and looked several cars in the lot. Although Andre was our sales personnel, other staff members were constantly making sure that we were attended to and that we getting what we wanted. One staff member even brought us water as he took water to his clients. This is testament to the kind of service we experienced at Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia. Joanna in the finance department made us feel at home. She explained the details of our purchase thoroughly and listened attentively to all our questions and concerns. I was able to confirm that she left no stones unturned as i checked and crosschecked the paperwork. All our options and rights were also detailed. At the end of it all we were greeted by the manager who wanted to be assured that we were totally satisfied with the service received at Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia.

Excellent overall!. Debbra was very helpful and knowledgeable, and accommodated our desire to see and drive multiple cars. The rest of the staff were friendly, helpful, and likewise did their best to get the purchase process moving as they saw we had driven a long way to see them. The facility was still under construction so the immediate building was "5-star" but getting around the construction (and the coffee bar not in service yet) is maybe a 1/2-star nick in the rating. Still, superb dealership experience and crew that I would highly recommend to anyone!

My experience at Rusnak was great! I came here to see Billy Kwan to buy for my cousin. Billy was able to reschedule his appointment so that he would be able to see me right away even though I called him the day I wanted to go to Rusnak. We decided to visit (Rusnak Mercedes of Arcadia) and we met with Denise Oka-Justice, who not only made our experience very pleasant, but also made it very quick with no hassles. My spouse and I are very happy and got a GREAT deal on a brand new 250 CLA, I was beyond excited to drive off in my dream car. This past Sunday, I leased my second Mercedes at Rusnak. Both times I worked with Billy Kwan because he made my first impression with Rusnak a great one. Billy is super friendly, professional, knowledgable, & cares about his customers. Over nice new facility although you need a few more signs are needed to direct people where to go to get the car serviced. Repairs were good but $$$$$. Unfortunately there were a lot of repairs on my 2005 C320 needed. I do have 175,000 miles so time to replace as the value of the car is $4,000 and the cost of all the recommended repairs was $4,400.

My husband and I was search for a certify pre own Mercedes. We were looking at cars.com and autotrader.com, realized that Rusnak Mercedes have a very large inventory and good ratings. After we picked out the car that we want, we head directly to the dealership. A salesman name Billy Kwan came up and say Hello. He is very patient tell us all the features on the car. Bought a 2013 E350. Denise was helping me. She is the best, hands down. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional. I was going to use my own credit union, and she said there was a new promotion from MB, and that alone saved me 2% on my loan. She also helped me get thousands of dollars more on the vehicle I was selling. Seriously. Who does that?!?! I would recommend Rusnak Arcadia to anyone who wants a professional, relaxed, auto buying experience. And I would highly recommend you ask for Denise. The car was perfect for me, she explained several of its features and made sure I knew how to use the more important ones before I drove off. I'm an old guy and believe me, have had negative experiences over the years, but more recently the dealers have seemed to learn how to take care of their customers, and Rusnak does an excellent job.

They initially screwed up: They told me the car was fixed and ready, but, when I went to pick it up, it had the same problem I had brought it in for. Mike and Brian apologized profusely, lent me a new Mercedes to use while they kept mine overnight, and then made what turned out to be a lengthy and expensive repair that I paid $0 for because it was under warranty. This is the reason we have been Rusnak customers for over 30 years: Their customer service is unparalleled.

I had an electrical & transmission problem with my new Mercedes. I had taken it to the dealership where I had purchased it at least 8 times. They told me there was nothing they could do since the problem didn't show up on the computer. They recommended (twice) that I take the car to a different dealership. So, I came to Rusnak of Arcadia.Ophelia recognized immediately the seriousness of my problem and told me they would find the problem and repair it. And... they did. After an accident I decided to go the Rusnak to look for a replacement. I wanted a preowned since I thought I might find a good value. I went by and looked at the preowned E Class models and saw a few that might fit my requirements. I decided to go on line and look and plugged in my requirements. It led me back to Rusnak and so their online sale person gave me a call. Andrei called me and said he had a Executive Demo they are getting and had low milage. I told him I was interested and they showed me the car and after a few conversations with my wife we decided to purchase it.I have a very positive experience working with Andrei and he was very patient and never got pushy.While waiting for them to process the paper work I met his boss, whom I believe is the Online Sales Manager at Rusnak in Arcadia. His name is Randy and he is a very enjoyable person to talk to and very courtesy and polite. I will always remember the day we purchased the car because it was the same night Kobe Bryant retired!

A 5 star experience at Rusnak Arcadia thanks to our amazing salesperson, Andrei Kokhno.I have been working with Andrei for about a month and a half searching for the perfect vehicle. When the vehicle became available, it was the smoothest transaction possible. We were In and out in a couple of hours and wifey has a brand new GLC!Andrei is honest, to the point, and a true professional. It was very easy to communicate with him via cals and text. He gave me pricing other local dealerships couldn't touch. Great experience overall with everyone at the dealership, but especially, Andrei. We will be back to Rusnak Arcadia. Brian in the service department is awesome! He is always careful to detail, explains all the service preformed on my vehicle, answers all my questions to my satisfaction. One of my tires needed replacing, the service team squeezed me in last minute I was in and out within an hour. Brian Edwards attention is what brings me back to Arcadia Rusnak, he always goes above and beyond for his customers. The service department is always friendly and courteous. I do have 2 complaints 1.The waiting lounge is disappointing-hopefully there will be more detail and attention in the new construction.2. There was a constant, annoying, low battery "beep" in the waiting lounge I ask the receptionist to do something about it, she mumbled she would look into it, but I she never returned and nothing was done. I looked for her and asked her what she was going to do about the noise, she said she couldn't do anything about it. I believe a simple call to the alarm system would have been the solution. Sometimes employees need to know they can think outside of the box. I cannot wait to see the new facilities, I expect them to be up to Mercedes Benz standard and nothing less.

The sun roof had sounds when driving through a curb of an entrance. This problem has been solved around 4 hours. A technician had come to my residence community to pair the gate entrance of the home link of the car. This problem has also been solved.

No bait and switch like some other downtown dealer just honest and straightforward answers. I am working in Encino, California. So initially, I decided to lease a Mercedes from the Mercedes-Benz Encino, and the service there was in one word horrible. Then I decided to call other dealerships to find a good deal. When I called Rusnak/Arcadia, Andre Voglezon answered the call, and promised to get back to me quickly with a great deal. He really called me back soon, and gave me the best deal I could imagine. To my request whether that was serious he told me, "I'm not the type of a dealers who don't keep their words. Whatever I tell you is the truth, and I will keep my promise." He was so convincing that I immediately started driving to their direction. When I got to Rusnak/Arcadia (after driving many miles), I was surprised how Andre met me very professionally in front of the dealership, and immediately pointed to the car he was talking about. The car was beautiful and armed with all the requirements I had asked for; moreover, it was already washed and reserved for me so that nobody else could take it. Then they finished the paperwork (which they had already started to prepare before even I arrived) - as soon as possible - with the best price and terms I could get in any other dealership in California. In short: great service, professional attitude, unbelievable prices, and the best experience I ever had with a car dealership. Thank you so much Andre!

During Thanksgiving week, my husband and I decided to purchase our first Mercedes, we went to Rusnak in Arcadia after visiting several other dealers. We were greeted by Angel who was very nice and showed us around, best part was that she not pushy at all. She then introduced us to Peter Liew who was not only very helpful but extremely knowledgeable in all things Mercedes. After deciding on a car Peter and us started to negotiate, he was very accommodating to our budget. Andre Voglezon who is a Sales Consultant at Rusnak Arcadia gave us THE MOST INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are very particular and Andre V. was so kind and answered all of our questions. We were leaving to go out of town and told him we wanted to stop in the dealership and purchase a E350 and only had about 20 minutes. He had the paperwork all ready for us to sign when we got there and the finance dept. got us out of there in a flash. We leased our first Mercedes back in Aug of this year. Unfortunately, the vehicle was totaled approximately a month later. We texted Mike Nite, our sales representative to see if he could perhaps help us with replacing our vehicle. We came back to Rusnak, hoping they would be able get us the same car, for the same payment! They did better. When we arrived, Mike had already set aside our same car, but...with a couple added features. Mike and his manager, William, worked super hard to mirror the previous deal we had gotten on our previous car, despite the August manufacturer's incentives no longer being available. I highly encourage you to visit Mike Nite at Rusnak because he can and will make it happen! We are so happy we got to work with him on our first Mercedes and he came through for us on this replacement!!!

I was in the market to upgrade my current primary car and had decided to purchase an E350. Did my homework and shopped around at 3 different Mercedes-Benz dealerships before finding the perfect car that matched all my shopping criteria. Got in contact with Debbra Pound who got me to come in for a visit and made sure the car would be ready for me when I arrived for a test drive. I could not be more happier with my experience at Rusnak Arcadia and the staff that I interacted with. Debbra made sure I was well taken care of and explained everything I needed to know. Since I was paying cash, I still met with Joanna to finalize paperwork and work out paperwork and add extra coverage that I was interested in and she was very helpful and informative and made the process a breeze. I am so happy with the car I bought and I highly recommend if your in the market for a new or used luxury, make sure you see Debbra over at Rusnak before anyone else. This will be my go to Mercedes Benz Dealer going forward. Our initial contact with this dealer was with Andre Vogelzon. We called Thursday evening after work to check availability of a particular vehicle. Andre assured us that it was still available and made an appointment the following day to take a look. Mind you that this was not the only dealer we searched. We searched all around Orange County where we reside and found this particular vehicle in LA County that had what I wanted in a vehicle with specific MB packages. The color and the condition of the vehicle is in mint condition. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. We've dealt with Rusnak before in the past but with Rusnak Audi Pasadena with a previous vehicle.Of course this would not have been made possible without the Excellent Customer Service of Andre Vogelzon. His professionalism is second to none. He is very patient and knowledgeable of the vehicles he sells. I in particular is a car enthusiast and know what I want in the vehicles we buy. He answered all of our questions and then some. We were able to negotiate the best price we can live with and made a smooth transaction. He is very attentive to our needs. For one thing Andre, made sure my wife and daughter were okay while we waited our turn for the Finance Dept. He would always check up on us to see if we are doing okay. We come from a BMW family. This is our first Mercedes Benz and hopefully not our last.Our family couldn't be happier by they way Rusnak / Arcadia and Andre Vogelzon treated us.It was a great experience without being pushy or a hard sell. If you want a Mercedes-Benz RUSNAK Arcadia is the place to go! I had wanted a S550 after making of the mistake of getting into a dreaded Panamera and dealing with the car dealership hassles I'd suffered through many times before, I gave RUSNAK Arcadia a chance. When I finally walked through the door of Rusnak Arcadia, I found it was not only painless but actually pleasurable, and by far the best new car buying experience I've ever had. Rusnak/Arcadia Service Department is very professional. They analyze the problem, give you a fairly close estimate for the amount of the repairs and provide the work once you approve it. They keep you apprised of the progress and let you know when your vehicle will be ready. Best of all, if you've had major repairs, they test drive your vehicle to make sure all is fine before they return it to you. If you make an appointment, you can also arrange for a C300 loaner car to drive while yours is repaired. They are friendly, professional and make servicing a breeze. It was a great experience!

Other brand dealerships were not helpful, even obnoxious. Jon Montgomery, in particular, at Rusnak/Arcadia made shopping for and purchasing our new MB an actual pleasure -- not something many people say about the car buying experience. Jon was informed, helpful, attentive, respectful, , and supportive of our decision making process. He helped us find the model and features we wanted at a good price, including a fair trade-in value for our old car. He and his team were happy/eager to answer all our questions, provided very patient and helpful guidance for using the car's new technology -- even to the point of inviting us to call at any time and to return in a couple of weeks to ask them more questions about how to use the car's many features. They actually want us to be happy with their product, while salesmen at several other dealerships lacked basic information about the models we were interested in, or ignored us, made us wait over an hour just to look at and test drive the kind of car we wanted, or acted too desperate for a sale. LIke Goldilocks, we found Jon and Rusnak/Arcadia in general to be "just right" for us. We have owned the car only a few days, so I won't know about their service dept for awhile (I hope). But I can readily recommend the sales department to others.

I am always treated respectfully at this dealership. They go above and beyond. Service technician Israel responded quickly and professionally to my dead battery issue and came right out to my home to charge the battery and diagnose why the car would not start. The next day when I went in to the service department to have the battery checked out Israel met me at the desk as he, too, wanted to know the cause of the problem. It's a great feeling to have trust in your service advisor. When I hand my keys over to Stacey after signing my initials and signature to forms, I know she will make sure my car will be taken care of while making sure I am not inconvenienced in the least. She gives me the necessary updates and my car is ready when promised. A few days ago, we went to Rusnak Arcadia in response to a letter we received from them. The letter made us curious as it contained a lot of incentives. Luckily, Andre Volglezon took care of us. We were currently leasing the E350 and our term wasnt over yet, but since my husband has always wanted the ML 350, we asked how it was possible to upgrade to that model. After my husband chose the White ML350 4matic with all the options he wanted, Andre was patient to work on the figures and by the end of the day, we were happy and ended up driving the ML350 4matic. This is our 4th lease experience with Rusnak Arcadia. Andre has always been our trusted Benz sales specialist. He is very professional and knowledgeable on various Benz models. I bought an E class form Mr. Gawad. About 2 years ago. I walked into the dealership simply to look and educate myself but ended up buying. I have to admit I knew nothing about MBs and know very little about cars. Mr Gawad took time to explain everything I needed to know. It was obvious he loved MB and believed there's no better brand of cars. I was so sure he would run out of either patience or energy, but he never even showed a slightest impatience the whole time, treated me with respect and made the whole experience very pleasant. In talking with Keyes, Beverly Hills, and Rusnak about a Mercedes, Andre Volglezon at Rusnak was by far most friendly, responsive, and easiest to work with. The manager of Service, Mike Marsh, is a true leader. He has gone out of his way to assist me in many ways, and is a true example of what a quality manager should be. I recently visited Rusnak Arcadia to shop for a MBZ C250 and had the pleasure of working with Denise Justice in selecting the right car, with the right options. From the moment I met Denise, I was impressed with her knowledge of the MBZ brand, the various models, her great attitude and her professionalism. It was clear that Denise was a car enthusiast and loved her job. Denise and I spent nearly 4 hours at the dealership, which included test driving various cars as well as learning more about the differences between the naturally aspirated V6 and the Turbo. Not only did I get a great price on the C250, Denise personally negotiated a fair price for my trade-in with the Used Car Manager. Additionally, it was evident that Denise had the respect of everyone at Rusnak Arcadia, from the GM, to the Finance Manager, to the Service Manager. Denise was instrumental in getting me a great deal on extended warranty as well as getting the C250 properly prepped for delivery. She took ownership of the entire process, from A to Z. She even came into the dealership on her day off to make sure that every little detail was right. Thank you for a great experience Denise. You have a customer for life.

If you go to this dealer, you've got to look for Andre Volglezon! I took my friend there to check out the 2014 ML350 and right when we stepped into the door, Andre was already there to assist us. We told him the options we wanted and he took us to take a look at the car immediately. Andre explained the details of the car very thoroughly and the feature I liked the most about is the Auto-Parking! It did took me quite a few attempts to learn it, but Andre very patiently showed me how to get it done! I test drove the car instead of my friend since she just passed her driving test so she didn't want to risk anything. My friend was just as amazed as I was because of the awesome features in the car! She purchased the car yesterday(7/8/14) and she's very satisfied with Andre's excellent service and of course her first new car! I would definitely recommend this dealership and remember to look for Andre if you want GREAT services.

Initially we went to Rusnak Mercedes Benz in Arcadia, CA 91007 to meet Peter Liew, a Car Sales Person in there (We were referred by our Co-Worker). We talked over the phone the day before and discussed the deal and we went there the next day. My wife picked the color she liked and we went to Peter Liaw's Office to start the paper works process. My wife was just asked as she could get a lower payment maybe. But Peter liew started insulting my wife said " If you wanna negotiate than talk to my sales person and you could talk to them for 5 hours and I dont negotiate and don't have time for that because I am the Manager here", " And if you don't have money than don't buy the car ". WHAATT? I asked him to apology to my wife but he continued insulting by saying "Actually I don't want your business. I do this deal because of your friend". WHATT ???? I was extremely mad and asked him again to sincerely apology but he did not and even said " I'm already apology, what else do you want ?" When we said we cancelled, he did not hand me my Driver License but threw it at the desk and looked away from us. CAN YOU BELEIVE IT ????? I filled complain to his Sales Manager, Tony Zieman, but unbelievable I realized that, the Sales Manager was the same, didn't even care about the customer service too. So we decided to go to House of Imports Mercedes Benz in Buena Park on the same day. Talked to Alek Lekhtsikau, the Sales Person here. He listened to what we need and we got a MUCH MUCH better deal and better car value. Most importantly we got what is called "Customer Service". So Thank you so much Alek Lekhtsikau and House of Import, Inc you guys are the Best !!!!

ALEX- he is the person you need to see!!! This recommendation is longover due yet even today, he didn't fail to continue to amaze me withcustomer service!! It doesn't end when you purchase the car, that'sonly the beginning :) I tormented him for 8 long grueling hours beforesigning the papers and never once did he loose his cool or try topersuade me into something I didn't want. OMG, Denise is liars, she told me that the color that I want is not in stock but she has one that same color with navigation in stock and she let me have it for the same price as the car without the navigation (there were three people witness) but I have to wait 1 day for her to get the car, the next day I came in she swallow her word. She told me she never say that, she wants to charge me more for the navigation. I was so mad and went to penske in west Covina and explain to a sale person (Stacy Huynh) and she sold me the car with the navigation with the price of the car without navigation I want to say thanks to Stacy and I don't recommend anybody to go to rusnak of Arcadia to buy a car

I can not begin to say enough about my amazing experience at Rusnak MB in Arcadia! My husband and I are a young married couple in our twenties looking to lease a new car. Still being a bit green about everything we were a little nervous/intimidated about the whole process. We couldn't have come to a better place! From the moment we walked in we literally felt like royalty! Our salesman, Andy, was friendly and likable right from the beginning. He spoke with us about our needs, our concerns, questions (while making sure we stood very well hydrated with tea and coffee) taking all of this into consideration, he was able to recommend the perfect car for us! He explained in great detail the safety of the car which was our main concern (we have a 2 year old) and we were soon test driving our dream car. He was very thorough during the entire process and seemed to explain all my questions before I even asked them! We then met with the General Sales Manager, Tony, who made a point to introduce himself and make sure we were well taken care of. He also promised to do his absolute best to make sure we found a car that would fit our needs...and he did! We chose our dream car and can not stop staring out the kitchen window to see our beautiful Mercedes parked in front of our house! Jeff, the finance manager sat with us and presented us with all of our options, thoroughly explaining every detail. He was very patient in answering any questions I had (and there were a lot of questions!) All in all my experience was WONDERFUL and will recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family looking to purchase a car. I have to say, besides the beautiful car, the number one reason we chose to give our business to Rusnak MB Arcadia is because we want to keep coming back. Bought my 2009 pre-owned c300 at Rusnak Arcadia from Mason. He was very helpful. The negative reviews are for the service department. The $300 oil change and $750 transmission flush seemed a little pricey for my first visit. I asked if thre were any coupons and my service rep said there are none available . I went online and found a coupon for half-off the transmission flush and brought it back to him. It was still an expensive visit but he should have been more helpful and honest instead of making me do the work.The other negative with Rusnak Arcadia service is the car wash. I have family members that have purchased cars from Beverly Hills and South Bay Mercedes dealerships. The complimentary car wash only takes half-hour. At Rusnak Arcadia it has ALWAYS been over an hour.I just heard today that Rusnak Arcadia is undergoing construction for the next TWO YEARS and not offering the car wash anymore. No plans to offer alternatives. Free car washes for life was communicated at the time of sale.There are so many top rated dealerships in Southern California. Why would you come here?

Where do I begin to tell the story of how fun buying a Benz can be, when you go to this dealer!!! First and foremost I must specify the person I deal with here is Alex, he's definitely the man to see if you want to roll out in a Benz with the best deal possible! We have been leasing/buying cars from him almost on a yearly basis for the past 8 years straight and would not even consider going to anyone else. I take my 2005 CL500 to only Rusnak for regularly scheduled service. I love the fact that I'm advised when major issues will require immediate attention, as opposed to being over sold for work when it isn't absolutely necessary. Additionally, Rusnak offers a free $1,000 membership program for all service & parts, I really appreciate that! Rusnak's service department is 2nd to none!

Earlier this week, the driver side door of my 2006 Mercedes-Benz E350 does not close; which made the car very dangerous to drive. I took the car to Rusnak Mercedes-Benz because this particular dealer is less than two miles from my house. Rusnak's diagnosis of the problem is a broken door latch and the estimated cost to replace it will be more than $650. Having driven multiple cars for many years, I have never had a door with a broken latch. I have driven some of the other cars more than 100,000 miles. The dealer's response is tough; because the Mercedes-Benz warranty is four years and 50,000 miles. Furthermore, the service manager indicates that it is against Mercedes-Benz policy to do otherwise. The service manager further tries to justify the Mercedes-Benz position by stating that he has seen other cars with door latch problems. It sure is distubing that Mercedes-Benz is now targeting for the lowest common denominator. The recent Mercedes-Benz advertising that they do everything well sure borders on false advertising.

I was Done Right the first time! Price for service was a little on the High Side, but it is understandable, After all this is a Porsche. Scott was very accommodating and very professional besides being friendly. He did what he said, and did it timely. I only wish, the dealership did not have policies which prohibited customers from having a "beer or wine" afterwork with certain staff. Thus far, I'm glad for choosing Rusnak!

We leased a 2012 Mercedes Benz E350. It was an upgrade from our former 2009 leased MBenz E350. We initially went to Rusnak Arcadia to have a minor repair as my husband accidentally placed the dvd in the wrong section (instead of placing it inside the CD disc player, it was placed in between the divider section.0 Luckily, the manager William was there and he assured us that their service department will be able to take out the DVD inserted in the wrong spot. While waiting, he had mentioned good trade-in options, upgrade options etc. on our currently leased E350 2009. Our former sales agent was also there (Andre Voglezon) and he showed us the new 2012 E350. At first, my husband and I were hesitant to even entertain the possibility of upgrading our leased E350 to a newer model. We thought, we'd end up spending more. Anyhow, we were very much interested in the newer model but because William mentioned that they had new incentives for the new model 2012, we decided to give it a thought for at least a few nights. Andre (our former sales agent likewise, was patient to call us up, educate us re: the newer model, and again mention the new incentives. So, just before Christmas, we decided to go back to Rusnak Arcadia. This time, to check out the 2012 model and also, to see if the incentives were really good. Luckily, Andre was able to even lower our payments. He asked us regarding our mileage usage etc. It turned out that we were paying more than what we needed in the past but our former sales agent from a different dealer never explained it to us. So, Andre saved us a few more dollars than our usual payments. Also, they gave us a very good deal and we felt that we got the best value for our new 2012 E350. That same day when we visited Rusnak, was the same day we made our purchase. Andre made our Xmas a happy one. And as far as the new E350, we love it. The technology is totally different from our 2009 model. And, as the saying goes, "a Mercedes will always be a Mercedes Benz - no questions asked!" it is indeed a luxury car. As for Rusnak Arcadia, this is our second purchase with the same dealer as they cater to the needs of their clients. They want their clients happy. Most of all, they listen to the needs of their clients. We are lucky as we had a good sales agent. Andre Voglezon should be commended for his excellent people skills. William too has been a good manager whom we can count on. This comment has been long due as we made our purchase during the 3rd week of December 2011. But, I still wanted to rate this branch Rusnak Arcadia as an excellent branch.

This is my second Mercedes and I purchased both new. I worked with Anthony Ziemann and he was extremely helpful in every way. I needed to decide which car was best for me and he spent a great deal of time going over every detail that I was interested in. He did not try to convince me of anything and allowed me to make a decision that worked for me. After purchasing the car, Simon Nazarian went over the details of the car, the multi-media package, bluetooth and other new options that I purchased. He even came over to program my garage door to work with my car when I was unable to do it! He went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this particular dealership and these two gentlemen 100%!

I recently brought my car for a scheduled service. Everything was fine. Just needed a oil change and standard maintenance. After the service, the suspension bags on the car were ruptured and my car is sitting lopsided. Their service people are obviously responsible as it happened while on their lot. They try to charge me >$2000 to fix the suspension bags. Still dealing with this crap.

It was an awesome place if you know who to deal with. I had a chance to talk to Andrei Kokhno and he was very professional and friendly. He basically knows what he was selling and gave suggestions on what options would look good on my new car. I was actually looking for a new car to my liking at the right price and I believe I got it at a great deal without haggling on the prices. I didn't want to waste time with some salesman trying to knock down a few dollars after hours of negotiation and Andrei was the Perfect man to see. He was very straight forward with the bottom line price which seems Very Reasonable. Eventhough the car that I'd picked up did not have all the options I'd wanted (Keyless GO), Andrei was willing to put in the customized order if I was willing to wait for it, which I didn't want to wait. Overall the service was Excellent. Andrei stayed until all the paperwork was done so he can give me some tips and pointers on how to use my new car. Since these days technology is so advance, it will be better for some personal guidance instead of reading the manual.

Above all Rusnak's product knowledge brought my business to SoCal and Arcadia. As you know, I started with 14 dealers in Norcal/Socal. Im a professional mechanical engineer by education and approx. 30 years experience; so was seeking straightforward answers to simple questions, without the usual auto sales hype. In addition transaction speed, simplicity and the absence of selling pressure from all involved including your finance manager - were critical factors.This is the first new vehicle Ive purchased in almost 26 years and theres a reason for that, beyond the fact that I keep my vehicles for 10 years plus/minus.You have no idea how many salespersons I spoke with that have little knowledge of the products - automobiles - they sell.So thank you Rusnak, for an excellent transaction experience.

I had a very pleasant experience at Rusnak over the weekend when I bought my first Mercedes. Kit Chieng was so helpful. He was able to find exactly what I was looking for. No other dealers in Southern California had the car that I wanted in stock and Kit was able to find me one at a good price too. It totally recommend Kit if you're going to buy a Mercedes Benz. I recently purchased a 2009 Mercedes E350 from Rusnak Mercedes in Arcadia. My experience was excellent, largely because of the efforts of Simon Nazarian, the sales associate who negotiated the sale. Simon was amazing. First, he negotiated the sale with me on his day off. Second, he came into the dealership early to close the deal. Third, he drove the car himself from Arcadia to West LA to deliver it to my office. Fourth, he took the time to download my phonebook into the car and to give me a tutorial on the various features. And fifth, he adamantly refused to take a tip of any kind for his extraordinary service. If anyone is looking to buy a Mercedes, they won't find a more attentive sales associate than Simon Nazarian at Rusnak Arcadia.

I would recommend this dealership for their quality employees and good service. This is my first experience in getting a luxury car such as a Mercedes, and the experience was pretty good. The sales rep, Andrei, was great. He provided excellent customer services for an internet sales even before I stepped into the dealership and gave me a great deal. He went out of his way to locate the vehicle for me as the dealership didn't have it in stock. Joanna was quick with the finance and we were done in a short time with all the paperworks. Our appointment was at 1pm and was expecting to be out in about 90 min; we were there til 5:30pm. The car came into the dealership at 11am and I guess they had a lot of customers that day so they didn't get to my car to have it detailed right away which is understandable on a Saturday. By the time they were done, Andrei went through the car features and functions with me. Because of the time constraint and understaffing that day, Huy offered to redetailed my car next time I bring it back in. They really go out of their way to provide complete customer satisfaction.

They had advertised a car on the AutoTrader, but had no photos. I emailed the dealership and Sylvia responded quickly with 10 or 12 photos of the car. I spoke with Kit the following day, and he tracked down some maintenance history and gave me the name and number of the Indy who had done the work for the last 4 years. I live 100 miles away, and tried several times to visit only to have to cancel. When I finally did visit, Kit was gracious and helpful. I went in to talk to Willy, shared my concerns, and left without purchasing the car. There was NO pressure, just a pleasant conversation. Kit kept in touch via email and phone, and 4 days later Willy and I agreed to a price over the phone. I said I would be there the next day with a check to get the car. Willy had it pulled from the sales lot, detailed, the tank filled, and waiting in the delivery area when I arrived the next day. I hadnt even given them a dollar yet. Ken was thorough and friendly, and we got the necessary paperwork done quickly.The whole process was exceptional. I've had more painful dealership experiences in my own neighborhood, and I would happily drive 100 miles to deal with these folks again.

After being a loyal customer of the new car sales and service deptartment for over 20 years, last month I ventured over to the pre-owned sales department for the first time. The experience was great, I was looking for a great car with relatively low mileage and great value for use as a daily driver. The Sales and finance team at Rusnak Mercedes Arcadia was instrumental in finding the perfect car for us. This is why I have awarded the dealership with such a great rating. Considering that our transaction was complicated to begin with because we were trading in two older high-end luxury vehicles to use towards the payment of the CPO S550 we would be purchasing, the team was very helpful, informative, and patient at every step of the way. We got exceptional value for our trade-ins and a great deal on a great Certified Pre-owned Mercedes Benz. This speaks to the quality of this auto-groups procurement and inventory practices; they take pride in carrying only well kept vehicles. In the finance department, both Sylvia Ward and Joanna Granillo were great at getting us set up with the extended warranty we would ideally want for the vehicle as well. Overall the team members mentioned were courteous and respectful which we appreciate very much every time we visit. Mike Marsh, Rusnak Arcadia's Service Manager was once again very helpful and professional when giving us his diagnosis of the vehicle and a bit of background on that particular model year and chassis. Mike has been our family's trusted service and technical advisor since the early 90's (always at Rusnak Mercedes). Purchased and leased several MBZs from Andrei. Andrei knows his stuff when it comes to MBZs and not like other sales people who don't know anything about the cars they sell. Got the best price and deal. Referred family and friends to this dealership because of it's excellent customer care and service. Over the years I have gotten to know many of the people who work at this dealership and have always received outstanding service. Huy is one of the nicest and friendliest person you will find. Rebecca in the service department will do everything possible to get your car fixed. Will definitely continue to do business with this dealership and continue to refer people here.

This dealership did everything to get me into my dream car. Scott, Randy, and Vic are great people to deal with, very knowledgeable in the car business, and pulled every string possible in order to get me the great deal on my first luxury car purchase. I cannot complain one bit about this dealership. I've been looking for a week for my dream car with the exact specs I wanted and they delivered! Their price cannot be beat anywhere in So-CAL. My fiance was interested in the new C63 AMG black on black. He called and made an appointment to come see the car with Winnie of Rusnak Mercedes in Arcadia on Sunday 1/18/09. The night before we went to a Mercedes dealer in Glendale who also got a brand new just arrived C63 AMG black on black with all the options my fiance wanted. The MSRP for this was $70,760 (or something like that). The dealer offered to sell to us for $70K even. When we went to see the C63 AMG at Rusnak, we saw an unusual sticker next to the MSRP Sticker. It was called "Dealer Adjustment" and added $20K to the sticker price. When asked what that was all about, Little John (whom Winnie had asked to help us even though we got an appointment with her) said it was because the car was a limited production with only 1500 of them planned for production in 2009, it was in such high demand, they had to add $20K to the sticker price. When my fiance who had done a lot of research on this car told him no one was paying above MSRP for this car, Little John snobbishly said, "Then yous hould buy it from that dealer." When we said ok, then Little John said "what if we could sell it to you for MSRP?" My fiance informed him we already got a below MSRP offer from another dealer that got the exact car he wanted, and it was brand new from the dock. My fiance then asked if Winnie put that "dealer adjustment" sticker on that car just for him since she knew he was coming to see the car? Little John said no, it was there from day 1. However, I looked at the other AMGs on the lot, and no other cars had an adjustment sticker attached next to the sticker price. Also, my fiance further researched the internet on the C63 AMG and found Little John completely lied about the limited production of this car. It is not a limited production whatsoever. The whole experience left us a sour taste in our mouth that Rusnak Mercedes was stooping that low. They completely lost our trust and business. My fiance was ready to make a deal should he feel he was getting a fair deal. In this economy, where a luxury item is a buyer's market, I was surprised that Little John's attitude was exactly why car salesmen have such a bad reputation. His appearance was unkempt. His suit was hanging drunkenly around him. He looked very sleazy. So I guess his attitude was of no big surprise to us.

I bought an SL500 here, the car broke down after the first week in NV. This dealer would not cover for anything. I lost over 4K in taxi bills and noone will talk to me about the problem. The general sales manager refuses to call me back and called me a liar when I told him that HE doesn'nt return my messages. Tried to talk to the district manager Brian Deets, but noone knows how to get in touch with him. Horrible Experience. You would think that after spending $89,000.00 on a car, at least the service would be good.

Usually get my 3 benzes serviced here. Usually pretty reliable and friendly, but nothing special in terms of prices. Offer free shuttle if you live in the area, but the wait is not worth it. They also are not very good at returning phone calls and am waiting for a few parts to come in which were supposedly ordered a month ago... <br><br>Never purchased from here, but they have some extreme markups on AMG benzes in the 10-20k range! I inquired about ordering a 2004 E55 AMG before it was released and the salesman said they won't take my order, but were willing to sell me one $25k over sticker. He must have thought I looked like an idiot....
