My salesman, Rick, was very easy to work with. Was able to purchase locally. Was not happy with the condition of the console and they ordered a new one. So far, very pleased!

Thanks to Deborah Dommert for her kindness, help and knowledge when we decided to buy our first Mercedes - Benz she made test driving numerous vehicles easy and answered our questions with great knowledge. We also found the staff to be very friendly.

This is a fantastic new facility... I drive all the way from Opelousas Louisiana so only Mike Smith Mercedes of Beaumont can services my vehicle. The staff is fantastic and the quality of work is unmatched.

Brought my car in for an oil change. The staff was very respectful of my time and got me in and out within a very reasonable time. This place is very nice and exactly what you would expect from a high end car dealer like MB.

I went into MB of Beaumont to purchase my first Mercedes. I knew what I wanted (C350 coupe). I have bought several domestics and imports over the years and always felt like I wasn't taken seriously because I'm a woman. When I went to the store I was greeted by Deborah. She took the time to show me several cars and drove everyone of them. The car with the equipment I wanted was not there. She looked at other stores and found the one I wanted and brought it in the next day! She got me a fair price and gave me more for my old car than I thought it was worth. My brother wanted to buy it from me until he found out how much they were giving me and he was out. Deborah was straight and direct with me. Most of all, she took me seriously. I love Mercedes Benz of Beaumont and highly recommend them and Deborah.
