This dealership is a 10 on all counts. I just took delivery of my second purchase from Mercedes of Bedford within the past two years. This is an exceptional organization. the experience was amazingly pleasant. Best attention to customer needs. Great responsiveness and great price. The sales consultant Hugh Crouch is the most classy professional. The delivery was by Skylar who is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and willing to go the extra mile for the customer to the point she offered to come to our house and go over all the feature one more time. At the finance office Betty was very pleasant. Offered various products with no pressure whatsoever. As I said I went back for the second time and I would definitely never go to another dealership.

As I drove the hour and 45 minutes from my house to the dealership, they got the car prepped and paperwork ready to be signed. Everything was ready to go. I traded a car in on February 4th through Autotrader at Toyota of Bedford, the sister store to Mercedes. I was told that I would receive a check in 5-7 days. I called the salesman on Friday the 12th after 8 days had passed and did not reach him. I called another man who deals with autotrader trade ins and all he told me was the paperwork gets sent to Mercedes down the road to finish up. I called Mercedes and spoke to a woman who looked up my transaction and she tells me it will be 1-2 more weeks until I get my check. I asked for her manager and she transfers me back to Toyota (why does her boss work at a different location) and someone takes my information down and says they will look into it and call back. Today is Sunday and I still have not heard back from that individual. I called back and left a voicemail on the GM's voicemail (no response). I sent an email in to Mercedes on Friday night and actually heard from a sales manager named Ty on Saturday around 1:00pm. Ty is actually one of the few people who sounded like he genuinely understood why I was upset and claimed he would get back to me on Monday. He can't tell me anything until Monday though but I am told that I can not receive my check until they have the memorandum title for the car. Had I know the check would have taken 2-3 weeks instead of 1 week, I would have gone somewhere else. In addition, had I been making a sales call about a car, the voicemails I left would have in all likelihood been returned quickly. it is very frustrating to contact so many people and receive no reply but when I want to buy a car, I can't get people off my back.

I went in to get an oil change w/ the notion that I would have some "repairs" doe as well. Because of the year and millage on my car, there was a lot that needed to be done to get her back in decent shape. I talked w/ Aaron who then introduced me directly to Jamie. From there...EXCEPTIONAL. He knew I wasn't prepared to purchase a car and he listened to me and took my worries away. He got me into a gorgeous 2015 C300. I will never go anywhere else.. We bought the car from Charlotte NC with out seeing it, following Anthonys credibility. When David and Jamie explored my needs more in-depth, they found that there was another vehicle in inventory that was exactly what I was looking for. The selection and buying process was easy and low pressure, and the terms and financing that Orlando put together were favorably competitive and made the purchase process go smoothly. I am about to purchase a high performance certified Mercedes Benz. So far Richard and the finance manager, Orlando have been stellar. They have answered all of my questions promptly. As I am flying in from Seattle to see the car before I actually purchase it then fly back, I have been very particular about asking a lot of questions. I do not want to be surprised about anything. So far, so good. This process of buying the car has gone well so far...fingers crossed. I will check back in, once I have seen the car, and then once I have the car with me in Seattle, after they have it shipped from Cleveland. I have the utmost confidence that things will go smoothly.

Fell ripped off!!! Engine light came on 4 hours after delivery! Cleared the codes so I would not know! Don"t trust anything they say ! I thought Mr. Penske had a good reputation! I wonder if he knows what goes on at his dealership! I know some people who are friends with him in the Detroit area and plan to let him know what goes on at his dealership!!!!!!

I purchased a 2010 c300 in May of 2013. Immediately I began having issues with the car and returned often to the dealership to have it fixed. During one trip, I discovered the vehicle had been in a disabling accident. I was not shown the car fax by my sales person. While looking through my file, I discovered a vehicle history disclaimer report with my signature that was obviously forged!! I also saw a copy of the car fax with my signature also forged. General Manager Jamie Pilla offered to find me a replacement car....which he never produced....and take a trade in on my car....which would have resulted in me having to spend more money!! I have contacted the VP Jed Hunter, who actually accused me of knowingly purchasing the vehicle with the damage because it was a "good deal"! He also said, "We have no obligation to show you the car fax"!!! I have contacted the Ohio State Attorney General's office along with Mercedes of USA...which was a disappointment because they said there was nothing they could do because is was an independent dealer. What a poor business Mercedes of Bedford is....I will never purchase a Mercedes vehicle again. I will continue to pursue legal action against this dealership. Buyer Beware!!!

My sales person was great, he was understanding and respectful during the death of my family member that delayed me picking up my vehicle. He was helpful and considerate during the delivery of my new vehicle but I would NOT recommend this dealership because of the finance manager and how he conducted himself and treated me when I picked my car up. He was not clear on that I was to bring a 57,000 plus personal check and not a certified funds bank check, he didn't like that I didnt take the extrended warranty and questioned my motives as to why I made that decision, telling me that 98% of customers do and I was wrong to listen to someone elses advise, someone that I trust throughly and has owned Mercedes' himself. I also called the manager Jeremey and had to leave a message and asked for a return call in regards to a concern I had, but as of 3 days later never heard back from the dealership.

Terrible service in the first year of ownership. Staff does not seem to care. Consistent re-occurring problems and lack of effort is appalling. I won't be back. And this is MBZ #5...so that tells you how poor I feel the service is.

Was referred to this dealership by a family member. Found a style automobile that I was excited about purchasing. Being that this was a brand new product, unfortunately an issue occurred with the new car for which the car Salesman was not as educated as he could have been about the amenities that were offered on this particular vehicle. This resulted in the purchase of a less than desirable automobile than I would have selected knowing all the possibilities. The Salesman and the Dealership recognized the error and made it right. This is the first dealership that I have ever bought a car from that truly was concerned with my long term selection happiness, rather than my wallet.

I was interested in a Ford Escape that this dealership had for sale. It was going to be a vehicle for my parents, they had two requirements for the Escape, AWD and Bluetooth. I talked with Mike and explained that I was very interested in the vehicle but I wanted him to verify bluetooth and let me know if there was anything else that he noticed. He said that he test drove it and it had bluetooth and he didn't notice any issues, which was great.Once I confirmed this with Mike I placed a deposit on the vehicle and set up an appointment to have it inspected at a Ford Dealership. I wanted to make sure it would be a great vehicle for my parents, especially since we would be driving about 4.5 hours to pick it up. The Ford dealership inspected it for us and gave me a good review, except the battery and axle seal. However they did tell me that the Escape did not have Bluetooth, which greatly disappointed me. Unfortunately if I would have known this previously I would have not wasted the money to even have it inspected.My biggest frustration is that I paid for an inspection on a vehicle that was supposed to have Bluetooth and even specifically asked Mike, the salesperson, specifically to verify it. As a follow up I contacted Mike about this frustration of it not having bluetooth and the cost of me paying for an inspection. Fortunately we did not make the 4.5 hour trip to buy this vehicle and then discover it didn't have bluetooth. Mike said he would talk to his manager about assisting with the cost of the inspection, but apparently there is nothing they are willing to do about this.I would only hope that in the future they would take ownership of mis-information to a customer.

We made an appointment to see a specific vehicle- told the dealership we had been approved for a loan. Although a salesman called and told us the truck was being done- the vehicle was NOT prepped- it was FILTHY- with ashtrray(s) of cigarettes dumped on the floors, a small TREE growing in the bed of the truck. The vehicle didn't have enough gas (or a plate) to test drive it off of the property, but that was ok, as when I stepped up onto the running boards the whole assembly tried to break away. This vehicle should have been scrapped. I consider the whole incident an insult and would NEVER go again.

I asked Jeff about an extended warrenty and found out it only offered up to 50 k miles and I was past that period. I was surprised Mercedes did not offer that warrenty before 50 K miles. I think it should be a future policy.

Purchased a GLK from Susan Beal and would highly recommend her if you are looking to buy a new Mercedes. She was very professional and took the time to find the exact car that I was looking for. She answered all of my questions and stayed on top of everything during the entire purchase. Everyone at Mercedes of Bedford is very friendly and you get the sense that they truly value your business. Even the finance manager, Joe DeSanto, made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and they did not try to oversell me on extras. They definitely go the extra mile to make the buying experience very pleasurable. As a side note, the car is about a month old and I just had my first car wash there. Even that was a pleasant experience as the service people seem to be very customer oriented.

Brought my car in for service, and as usual, the attendants were immediately attentive, and serviced my car within an hour. My only complaint would be the car wash. Although it was washed, the back end of the car had not be cleaned at all. I had to wipe it again. No big deal, but just a reminder to go over the entire car.

I showed up for my appointment (first time at this dealer) and they looked up my records, told me what needed to be done and what was on the horizon. They said it may take a while, gave me a car to drive and gave me an estimated time frame which was accurate. When I picked up my car, it was fixed, washed, and all the paperwork was ready. I spend a total to 15 minutes in the facility dropping off and picking up my car. Not bad at all since I was a new customer. This is going to be my dealer in Cleveland.

I had been to several car dealerships on the Bedford Auto Mile and when I walked into Mercedes of Bedford it was a refreshing change. I was immediately acknowledged and a saleperson came up to me within seconds. Her name is Kristina Ohman and she was very honest and knowledgeable. She wanted to know the features that I was interested in and the style of vehicle instead of steering me towards one I did not want or one above the budget that I told her I had to stay within. After I test drove the vehicle, we sat down at her office and she explained everything in detail. She did not pressure me to buy it, she did not pretend that if I did not sign now that someone else was interested or offer me a discount that was just good on that day. The entire staff went above and beyond to insure that my experience was a postive one. When I came back with my husband and children, it was fun, exciting time for all of us. After the first major cold freeze/snow, my tire pressure was reduced while I was out of state. I called as I was driving home and was able to stop in to correct the tire pressure. It just happened to be the exact mileage for my next routine maintenance, so the offered to take care of everything while I was there. It saved me the hassle of calling for an appointment and coming back. It may seem like a little gesture, but I really appreciate saving my time and crossing this off my to-do list. It was greatly appreciated...

About 60 days back a failure to proceed occured in the front suspension of my SL600. T was towed to NO from Lakewood, as the truck operator said Bedford was too far, and he did not have authorization. After getting my car back a small wrinkel is in the front fender and a dent in the rear. I did not notice this untill I washed it about a two weeks and 2,000 miles later. Not pleased, I also noticed an unusual wear in the front tire. My Bedford service was put on winter rubberand check the alignment. Just because a car is off warranty Bedford does not slack on the level of service like other dealers we have experienced.

I PURCHASED AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR OVER $5,000 I WAS INFORMED FOR OVER 1 YEAR THAT THE WARRANTY WAS NOT VALID, I HAD TO PAY FOR REPAIRS MYSELF THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. I SPENT MANY PRECIOUS HOURS SITTING AT THE DEALERSHIP TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED, MANY MANAGERS WERE INFORMED OF MY DILEMA, FINALLY AFTER A YEAR I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM JED HUNTER THAT THIS MATTER WAS RESOLVED. THEN IT TOOK 4 MOS FOR ME IT RECEIVED A REFUND FOR THE REPAIR THAT I PAID FOR. I PURCHASED A FULL SET OF MICHELIN TIRES I RECEIVED A FLAT THAT COULDN'T BE REPAIRED, I WAS INFORMED THAT IT WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY IN JULY 2012, I HAD TO PURCHASED A NEW TIRE AT APPROX $380, I HAD A FLAT ON 10/19/12 I GOT A FLAT TIRE, THE TIRES APPEARED TO BE THE TIRE PURCHASED IN JULY 2012, AGAIN I WAS INFORMED THAT THIS TIRE WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY, AND THE SERVICE MANAGER INFORMED ME THAT THE THREADS WERE MEASURED AND IT COULD NOT POSSIBLE BE THE NEWER TIRE, AND BY BILL WAS $338.67 I REQUESTED THAT THE DAMAGED TIRE TO BE PLACED IN MY CAR, I WENT WITH A TECHNICIAN TO MAKE ROOM IN MY TRUNK FOR THE TIRE, WHEN I AGAIN VIEWED THE DAMAGED TIRE I PHYSICALLY BECAME ILL, IT WAS APPARENT THAT THIS TIRE WAS ONLY 3 MOS OLD, THE OTHER TIRES WERE OVER 2 YEARS OLD, THE YOUNG TECHNICAN ALSO COMMENTED THIS FACT TO ME, THIS TIME I WENT BACK TO THE SERVICE MANAGER AND ASKED HIM TO COME WITH ME AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE DAMAGED TIRE, HE NEVED ACKNOWLEDGED THE OBVIOUSLY. I purchased a vehicle last month. The title was never sent and I received a lot of excuses. I was promised the title would be overnighted, which it wasn't. I now have an expired temporary tag and am not able to drive the car legally. Make sure you witness the title processing. Over-promise and under deliver is what you can expect.
