living in Naples moving down from New York City a few years ago I was not expecting the great experience I had at this dealership. Everyone from the valet who took my car into service to the mechanic who serviced my car seemed very happy and professional. My service advisor was incredible , he had a positive, friendly and professional demeanor. He gave us updates on our car while it was being serviced as we opted to wait at the dealer. The facility was clean and pleasant. This experience rates as one of the best I have had. I have owned over 35 cars of many makes in the last 15 years and have grown up in the auto industry. Job well done to all.

I brought my car for a review of the tire pressure, which was showing a problem.The issue was quickly diagnosed and one tire needed to be replaced. I was givena loaner and was advised on Monday morning and picked up the car shortly afterthe call. I am very pleased.

From start to finish, I had an awesome experience at this lovely new facility. I was especially impressed by my service advisor, Brian Torres, who gave me a guided tour of the place, arranged my courtesy vehicle and kept me updated on the state of my service at all times. I will definitely use Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs for all my service needs and will most definitely visit them when in the market for a new vehicle.

I purchased my car just 2 weeks ago and through the entire process it's been a dream. I'd been searching for a car for many months; never the right fit, dealing with a LOT of dealerships. Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs has to be the most professional anywhere. The SERVICE is amazing even after purchasing, from enjoying free car washes (you just drive up, the garage opens and there's someone to meet you, take your car to be washed and then the valet opens and ushers you out the doorall air-conditioned!). And while you wait, there's great internet, a flat screen, in an impeccably clean waiting area and best of all, FRIENDLY staff to meet any and every need. You can't come in without them offering ice cold bottled water or fresh pastries or fruit. When I stopped by for a car wash this week, I asked their amazing Service Manager, Svenja, if she knew when my license plates would be in. She checked, called me soon after and when I returned (that same day), my license plates were installed for me just long enough for me to get my ice cold bottled water from their fridge!

Mercedes - Benz of Bonita Springs is a newly opened dealership. The building layout is absolutely stunning. My service advisor, Svenja, was very competent. She went the extra-mile in doing some research regarding my 2016 SLK 350, which is unexpected and truly appreciated. The dealership is still in a bit of their opening shake out period. However the effort of the staff certainly offset any minor glitches.

Not only is Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs clearly state of the art when you look at this dealership, but the people who work there were obviously hand chosen and are amazingly professional while also being sincerely friendly.After purchasing my new car, which I'd searched for throughout southwest Florida for months, I felt something strange, so while coming in for the protection package I purchased, I mentioned my concern to Svenja the Service Manager. She called me with the news that it was something that would have been expensive to repair, BUT they were going to repair it at NO COST to me!They offered me a 2016 loaner, helped me into it moving all my belongings from one car to another and back againnot to mention the delicious pastry and coffee counter if you choose to wait at all. By enlarge outside of Germany I doubt you could find any more ultramodern, innovative, trailblazing dealershipand certainly not the friendly professional yet amiable way they treat new buyers.

Stopped in to see the new dealership. Was greeted warmly. Our Salesman, Chris Tuttle was extremely helpful. Had no idea we would be purchasing a new vehicle, but here we are, with a new 2016 E400 Convertible. Told Chris what we would be interested in if we did purchase a vehicle. He informed us that an E400 came in and sent us a picture by text. We stopped by and purchased the next morning. WOW!!! Looking forward to my car wash and the wonderful pastry while I am waiting.
