My name is Kay Graves. I live in Orlando FL. visit here in Columbia,Missouri. I own a CLS 550. I had a big transmission replacement that was going to cost me tons of money. Kyle Lawrence & Mallorie Triebush made me feel so relax & so stress free. They talk me threw all the steps,Kept contact of the out come of the work progress. They put me in a loner that was suitable for my needs, & for my visit here in Columbia,Missouri. We recently bought an e350 wagon sight unseen. It was the easiest--and best!!-- car buying experience we've ever had. Chris was highly knowledgeable, forthcoming with information and readily available to answer ANY question--and I had tons of questions because it was a pre-owned car. He even smelled the car for me and talked one of his colleagues into "showing" me via video how easily a grown man could come in and out of the way back! When the car arrived, it was just as described (including scent free!). If anything, he went way out of his way to make sure I knew of the tiniest scratch. Love the car, and love it that I came from a great buying experience. Trustworthy, enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with is how I'd describe Chris and his dealership.

Scott Calhoun and Luke Woods went above and beyond to make my car buying experience one of the best I have ever had. I am about 90 miles away from the dealership so a good portion of my negotiations were completed over the phone. There is always a concern that when you make the trip in that the deal all of a sudden changes. But, not in this instance. Everything was as we discussed by phone and went very smoothly. I will be back, I am a stickler for honesty and ethical business practices and my experience at Joe Machens was stellar!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Really a nice and easy transaction. Would certainly recommend this dealership for anyone who is a serious buyer. Mick Pattrin was very helpful and really all reps working the two days we visited the dealership were very friendly.

I live about 2 hours away, Paula Chapman was very informative and very patient with my constant texts to her about the car I wanted. She bent over backwards to get the price where I wanted it and a good price for my trade in. I ended up getting my dream car and I'm extremely pleased with it. Even after I Purchased the car she still keeps in contact with me asking how I'm liking it and how it's doing. Which is extremely rare. Most sales assoicates go radio silent after you purchase your car. I'm so happy with the amount of service I recieved. We did every over text and the car and paper work was ready when I got to the dealership. I was in and out very quickly. I highly recommend Joe Machens and especially Mercedes and Paula Chapman. Even though I was just buying a C Class, I was treated as if I were buying a S Class. Thank you Joe Machens and Paula Chapman.

I had been in the market for a new car for a year or so. I had looked at a number of cars and spoken with a variety of salesman before I was recommended to David Facio. After speaking with David, he was able to quickly give me a list of cars that closely met the criteria I was looking for in a new automobile. He didn't push any cars on me that were outside of what I was interested in. David was friendly and knowledgeable from the start. It was refreshing to work with David to find the perfect car for me, and I came to trust his recommendations and judgement. I highly recommend working with David on your new and used car needs.

Very good experience. Living in Tennessee, the entire purchase and trade was done via telephone calls,emails, and faxes. Chris Yllescas went above and beyond in helping me with my purchase. He was honest, straight forward, and above else:fair. I was treated very well and the process was very smooth. Chris went so far as to meet me,on his day off, to deliver the vehicle at a midway point and to take possession of my trade. I highly reccomend Chris and his team !

Mich got me into CPO Mercedes a few years ago. The service on every level is amazing! Great experience buying my brand new car, and with the use of technology, my downtime at the dealership is negligible. Communication from each department via text, email and social media has been exceptional and I feel like a valued client.

I picked up my new GLA 45 AMG this weekend and it's terrific. The whole buying process was great. I worked with Paula again, and, as usual she was very professional and fun to work with. Chris and Paula helped me order the car, and Paula updated us when it left Germany and made it's way to Baltimore. I've purchased several cars from this dealership over the years and will keep coming back. They are friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. The service department is also terrific. Also enjoyed working with Scott Calhoun. Also very professional. I had my fifteen year old daughter with me, and everyone was very friendly to her, spoke to her and kept her from getting bored. This is my favorite dealership in Columbia, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Chris Yllescas was great to work with. He showed me all the features of my car, even changed the menu system to Chinese!He also delivered the car to me on campus. He and my new Mercedes were waiting for me when i got out of class!!Chris continues to answer my questions.Gus was fun and have me a great deal. I will send my friends to them.

When I first started looking for my new Mercedes, I wasn't sure what I wanted. David is extremely knowledgeable and showed me every model I wanted to see. He was able to answer my many questions about each model right away. He guided me through the entire process and I certainly felt as if I was part of the family there. I will definitely be going back for my next purchase!

I took my daughter to Mercedes to look for her first car and I was referred to David. He was knowledgable, friendly, and funny! He wasn't pushy and for the first time ever I actually enjoyed buying a vehicle! He explained the details of the cars we looked at, like future servicing costs, maintenance schedules, etc. He was patient with all of our questions as well. He's called me on several occasions to see how my daughter liked her car and how she was doing in general. He even remembered that she would be starting school soon and called afterward to see how it was going! It was such a fantastic experience that I actually started looking for a different car for myself and ending up buying again! Pretty soon I plan on taking my son in for his next car. I have owned several vehicles in my life and dealt with numerous salesmen, some ok, & some not so pleasant. David is the first salesman that I actually had a fun time buying a car from and now consider a good friend! I would recommend him to anyone thinking of purchasing a new or used vehicle. David, Gus, & the rest of the staff at Joe Machens Mercedes Benz are incredible! I will never go anywhere else.....unless I'm following these guys there!

This dealership is the best!! We have bought two mercedes here and Paula and the staff are 100% plus!! I would recommend them or at least go see them if you are looking for a great car and staff, it couldn't be more professional and no pressures!

Found this vehicle via the internet and purchased it sight unseen. The two year old vehicle was as described by the sales people (Paula and Gus). Excellent transaction all around and Paula provided exceptional post sales support to solve a transportation issue that surfaced with a shipper I had contracted with to transport the vehicle.

All of the staff were professional and worked to find the vehicle that best fit me and the needs of my family. This was by far the best car-buying experience I could have imagined. The team listened to us, recommended vehicles, explained available options and with no pressure, gave us the information we needed to make our selection. After our purchase they went over the owners guide with us and all of the vehicle functions. They took us through their facility including the parts and service departments. The staff are concerned with our on-going satisfaction with our vehicle. Their service and support start the minute you enter the lot and don't end with the sale. I would recommend the Joe Machens Automotive Group to anyone including my parents or children. I am certain that they will do everything they can to find the right vehicle for each person that visits their showroom. They will make you feel a part of their family during your purchase and will provide the on-going service and support that they would want someone to provide to their own families.My overall impression is that the staff are professional and knowledgeable about their products and the automotive industry. Your satisfaction is their number one priority overall.We worked mainly with Jon Sheltmire on our purchase and would recommend him. We also received a great deal of information from Chris Yllescas. Neither of these staff members were on the list to select from for the review.

It was a nice experience. Mick was very professional,respectful, polite and accomodating. In fact, we bought two Mercedes from him on account of his salesmanship. If he is not there, I would not like to go to that dealership. I have been driving Merceds for the last 10 years and have never found such as nice salesman.

I have never in my life felt so taken advantage of. leaving out the details, I have been around high end cars all my life and I have never seen a more rag tag service dept. Mercedes should be ashamed to have their name anywhere with in 100 miles of that place. And that is putting it nice. There was however one nice guy named Chris that tried to patch up the damage that was done. If I had any advice to Chris, Get away from that place. I guess thats what you get when the dealer has a tiny Mercedes Symbol eclipsed by a Cadi, Mazda, and Kia sign. All in all, shame on me for going!

Would I recommend this dealership? No. Would I still pay the visit there for my car? I have no choice because this is the only mercedes service center within the 100 miles radius. Just an advice, make an appointment with Chris instead of Jim if you really have to service your car there. If you have a choice, just go to somewhere else.
