I have bad experience about uncleared communication , 1. I bought GLS fort wife and I asked them to have registered under both names but I am paying deposit and make loan with my wife name so we do not have to run two credit for no reason, they said ok then they said no we can not do registration except under your wife name and they said it was a mistake. 2. I got the car delivered to NJ and I found cracks on driver side and when I spoke to Michael Rolls, he said the car was ok and he can do nothing, I have to wait for the coming Maintaince to be fixed , then the manager called me back when I complained about it and he said I was misinformed by Michael. 3. I wait more than 8 weeks for resignation and plates. 4. They called me to verify a wrong address although they have my information. 5. Michale called and he said that will fedex overnight the plates as it was late and more late with verifying wrong address. 6. When I called the office for tracking number, They gave me wrong shipping tracking number and I saw my plates went to Mi not NJ. Later sent me correction 7. When I called again, they said that they sent me the wrong one and it it will come with UPS two days delivery notbFedex over nigh as I was informed. 8. I was upset and I asked them to have my fedex number to ship if it is a problem for them to do what they said that they will do. 9. Finally, I got a phone call from Michael Rolls asking to be nice to the front desk and she did what she has been asked to do, it was not her mistake. I felt that I am working with different people in different offices and regardless whose mistake, It is the dealer mistake that people do not communicate and send wrong information to the client. I see that instead of calling with an apology, They called me to be nice for their mistakes. I will never work with them ago, I am surprised that is Benz dealership as I worked with others in NY silver star or Holmes brother and I found higher and more professional service. This is exactly what happened and I will leave it open for people opinion.

Purchased a car 5.5 weeks ago from out of state and still do not have my car registered due to back office delays at MB Danbury. I've had to sign agreements stating that I'm being loaned the car I paid for in cash just to get dealer plates so I can drive legally. Have had numerous emails and VMs go unanswered. Never get updates unless I call. Disappointing service. Update Friday 5/3: was told it would be completed by 5/3 on Monday 4/29. Friday at 4:30 on 5/3 and still no contact or follow up from Mercedes nor do I have my registration refund for the 'overage cover' that is applied to out of state registration. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. To top it off I've had a check engine light go on and off on my 30k vehicle for the last few weeks. UPDATE AUGUST - after submitting a complaint in the first 30 days related to a check engine light, I was told it was 99% my gas cap and that I should re-secure it and wait a while. I have since (after the 30 day warranty) taken it in and found it is a $600 sensor. Mercedes of Danbury has not stopped responding to my emails and will not honor the fact I documented the issue within the first thirty days and they stated it was 99% the gas cap and to try adjusting it for a little while. UPDATE - I emailed my point of contact SIX TIMES ABOUT THE CAR ISSUE THAT WAS PRESENT IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS AND NEVER HEARD BACK DESPITE PROVIDING INVOICES RELATED TO THE REPAIR. This whole process has been comically rough - over 6 weeks to get plates, non-responsive on emails related to submitted issues in the first 30 days which should have been covered under the warranty. DEALER NEVER RESPONDED TO PROVIDED COPIES OF REPAIR INVOICES.

I agree with a previous reviewer. This dealership makes themselves available to make a sale but even then you can sense they are disingenuine. Once you have an issue or need service then you truly see how little they value their customers. Point in fact, I called the service team about replacing my tire today (Saturday). Although they had several appointments the person I spoke to mentioned they can see me especially for a tire related issue. When mentioning I have the wheel and tire protection and wanting to find out what was covered then I was transfered to an advisor and began getting excuse after excuse. I was then informed they had no availability to change my tire until Monday. I was told they were short staffed. I was also told they did not have the staff to process a claim associated with having purchased the extra wheel and tire protection. Then when asking to speak to a manger I was told she was taking her kid to school which was none of my concern. So, when a manager is not present then I can expect no service? I was not offered a loaner car, not given the suggestion of trying another dealership, but expected to be stranded all weekend and loose time off of work to come back days later. Luckily I called Mercedes of Golden Bridge and they got me in immediately. They were a true example of the great service I'd expect from a Mercedes dealership. This will all be taken under consideration when my lease is up and I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle.

A new manager each time....explains why service here is so horrible. Called the day prior to for two new tires ...dropped my car off on a Saturday ....received a call 6 hours later telling me they didn’t have the tires....I have many more to share ....but, no one listens or does anything about! Wow, these guys are something else! They are beyond top notch of delivery and service that I have seen within the industry. For a person that is a full time RV'er and lives out of a Sprinter, it is a must to have the vehicle fully serviceable as soon as possible. These guys certainly went above and beyond. I called on a Friday with the ability to only start the RV 8 more times before I went into 'limp mode' they made room for me in their busy schedule (they typically schedule 10 days out) for Monday. I came in at 7:30 was helped immediately by Jason and then had a spot all clean and lined up for me to get some work done. After about 2 hours I had a diagnosis and Jason worked to get my extended warranty covered without my help. By the time lunch rolled around, Jason handed me the keys and I was out the door as happy as ever with a house having a full bill of health! ------- Although I did provide 5 stars it does not mean this place is perfect, however I did not feel it was enough to dock them a star. 1. They have a sign where the coffee and water section is that cups are not available. They should have a sign that instead says "Please ask for a refreshment and we are happy to help". In fairness I was too chicken to ask but it would have been nice to know that I could. 2. The service reps are running around like crazy. I spent a lot of time and money on that vehicle and I would like to feel like my needs are being taken care of outside other customers. There were moments were I was looking to speak to people about the issues and they were backed up with more and more customers. At the end I was able to sit down and spend a few minutes to discuss however, this was after the service was already completed. It would have been nice to walk through everything after the diagnosis.

I gave Mercedes of Danbury a good review on the day I purchased my new car. At that time I was under the belief that Mercedes of Danbury would promptly issue a check to me for the value of the used car I traded in. It has been almost 2 weeks, and despite my repeated requests, I have not been paid. They did send me a check yesterday, dated a week ago, but it's unsigned, and therefore, not negotiable. I have no idea why this business has such a difficult time issuing a check for a few thousand dollars.

Very pleased with my new E class. It has all the functions that my wife and I will need on a day to day basis. The staff here was exceptional, warm, and friendly. Very favorable review for Mercedes of Danbury. My wife and I enjoyed the whole entire process. The staff was time efficient, reasonable, and very respectful. Working with Morgan was blast. I have worked with Aaron Machado before and I was so thrilled when he had contacted me since he moved to Mercedes-Benz Danbury. He is by far the kindest salesman I have ever worked with. I have been looking for a larger vehicle recently and all the other sales people I had been speaking with were always trying to take more money from me than necessary. I had leased a vehicle from Aaron about 2 years ago and he was able to work with me and save me about $6,000 by simply turning in my lease early as opposed to making me trade it in for sale and be upside-down almost $10,000. Even though I didn't purchase a Benz, Aaron was still as helpful and honest as could be. Both he and Morgan, the Finance Manager, worked together to get me the best price and rate to get me into the car I needed and even saved me money from my previous payments. To top it off, Aaron went out of his way to personally deliver my new car to me, since I am just about 9 months preggers, to keep me from having to trek back and forth from Dutchess County NY. I would say to anyone who is looking for a new/used vehicle, go see Aaron at Mercedes-Benz Danbury!!! Even if you don't see what you're looking for online, give him a call or take a ride in because he will find you the car you want for the price you want. It is my experience that great service should always be given the same acknowledgment as poor customer service. Which leads me to one of the best customer service experiences I have witnessed in quite some time. I recently brought my car in for service at Mercedes Benz of Danbury. After a unfortunate incident I decided it was best to look to trade in my car. My sales specialist Hamlet Guridy was detailed, professional, and a true pleasure to deal with. I would admit, I had many questions for him nevertheless each was answered with great patience, detail, and knowledge. I consistently emailed him about possible options in car models and price ranges. For to me when your signature binds you to years of financial debt. Each person should do their due diligence to assure the price is right for them. Through Hamlets expertise and excellent customer service I was able to find the right choice for me. My whole sales experience was only lifted by the overall sale experience. The finance manager Morgan found the best option for me financially. The concierge specialist William Mantz explained the car from front to back with such professionalism. Now I know what you might say "it's their job", but honestly. Excellent customer service is not always found in every establishment. In short allow me the opportunity to give homage for the experience and those who made it a unforgettable. Thank you for treating me like royalty. It's only experiences like these which show why Benz is at the top of its class.

Robert was patient and understanding as we were returning to the US after a long time abroad and had some specific requests.He never tried to sell their inventory. Only listened and offered suggestions. Other car sales people actively push their own agendas.These people do not. Extremely professional, courteous and helpful. I am definitely going back there. and will recommend this dealer to anyone. It also helps that the cars are so beautifully engineered and in such good condition...

I recently purchased a used car from the Mercedes-Benz of Danbury dealership. Although we did not purchase a new Mercedes, we couldn't have been treated better or with the same high level of customer service that would have been extended to a new car purchaser. The car was in better condition than when I test drove it and they did whatever needed to be done to ensure the car was very clean and functional when I picked it up. Our thanks to the sales person, Robert, who extended himself with extreme professionalism. I look forward to working with him again and highly recommend him.

I called about a CL 550 I had seen advertised on cars.com and they couldn't be nicer spoke to my eventual salesperson Robert Brescher and he told me all about the car and said he would have it ready for my inspection the next morning. And it was! There it was outside the dealership waiting for a test drive when I arrived. The whole process was very easy, they handled the trade, gave me a fair price and had the car ready when they said. Robert has call me twice since purchase to see how I liked the car and to see if I had any problems. He even called me the other day to wish my family and me a happy thanksgiving. Thanks.

I spent some time and effort looking at and researching cars to consider for my first luxury ride. After visiting 4 dealerships on Saturdays and Sundays and speaking to sales people, I finally dicided on Mercedes. The very first time I walked in the door I was greeted by a smiling young lady that asked if I need anything and when I asked for a glass of water it was there in a minute. The sales person Robert was very friendly and I was at ease in the hot seat very quickly. Being shown the facility and introduced to all the associates, I can say I was pleasantly surprised and in a comfort zone. Most dealerships are steril or of stark personalities, not here. To end the story- I bought the car.

I had located the car I was looking for on Cars.com. I called them and asked for a cash, out the door price and we agreed to the figures. No warranty was needed because I was too far away to return for that. I worked with the salesman as to payment and financing. I told him my credit union needed them to fax some paperwork to them for confirmation. I gave him their number and asked if he needed anything else on details, which I could have provided. He said he would call me back shortly. He asked for no deposit up front and that I could have done a good faith credit card deposit since I was located in another state about a 1000 miles away. I have traveled 2000 miles before to make the right deal and assured him there was no problem with getting there. I realize many people make promises and never show up, but this was not the case as if he needed anything just ask. About 3 or 4 hrs later he called and said another salesman had sold the car, stating that it was no longer available for purchase. I was dumbfounded at first and then called him back. He said since no deposit was given upfront, that it was fair game for anyone to sell. I said that you asked for no deposit and trusted you would call me if you needed anything further. The end result was basically, too bad. As to a deposit needed, I forgot to disclose that info and any money money needed upfront whatever the amount was. I was later told a $2000.00 deposit was needed to hold and was not refundable. I would not recommend this place as they do not disclose to you what they need to bind the deal. My guess is that while waiting on my paperwork to process, someone offered a better price. I had bought from different dealer in that region, asked if they needed a deposit and they said no but to bring a cashiers check. I fax them my plane ticket info so they were not left wondering if I would show. It went smoothly and trouble free.

I went into the dealership looking for some information in buying a car. My current lease is due in Feb. 2013. The sales person explained the monthly lease program and how I can get out of my current lease early. Asked me important questions like,if I was over in mileage. I even asked about certified pre-owned cars work, the warranties and the pros and cons of owning verus lease. I will be back soon to buy a car with my wife.I will buy my next car from this dealership.

Went to dealer to test drive a GL450, 2 were advertised. Arrived at dealership and was told sales people had vehicles away on vacation. Asked to get a value on trade in, was told to come back. Person left in charge of dealership was rude and quick.

Drove 4 hours to buy a Mercedes ml350. Was told by Jonathan that the car was damage free/great shape. Upon arrival we discovered a major scratch on right rear of car. The navigation screen was EXTREMELY scratched up. There was a cigarette burn in the back. Took it for a test drive and it rattled the whole time. While driving, Jonathan told us nothing about the car unless we asked questions... AND, he even said "I don't know" to one of our questions about the car!?! SO if that is what you're selling to your customers...don't buy it!

Mechanics are great Servic advisor inferior,being An MBA member hav e product knoledge and when the Advisor is challenged they wimp out Don't trust your advisor most ofthe time they just like to here them selves talk, they will also take several phone calls while they are supposedly advising you (thanks for employing super mentals) as a business person I recognize the importance of the customers especially when I listen to there needs. Less BS and more sincere concern. Today was there summer event Just a shame, but typical of this Dealership How about a make shift table with cookies in there original plastic containers and how about a nasty looking cooler with melted ice and just Poland Spring Water never mind an event they never even acknowledged me until a person who wasn't even employed at the dealership she ask if she could help me with any thing. The actual employees ,well they are there, even if some of them don't seem to like it None of my Benz friends would come they cant believe I still go there I try to tell them the mechanics are great!! Management from Manhattan Mercedes we felt the Benz Blessing,But no something left this person the inventiveness the friendly sincere greeting this was style with a capital S (WA HAPPEND)I THOUUGHT WE WOULD SEE THIS WONDERFUL ENERGY & ENTHUSIASTIC attitude WHICH USUALLY filters down to the employees SUCH A CHARISMATIC LEADER ,what a wonderful atmosphere just stand on the top floor and take it all in it makes you feel good, To bad when I think how great this good be

My son was interested in purchasing a pre-owned Mercedes C300 sport. We did alot of researching online before actually shopping for the vehicle at the various local dealerships. After driving to the dealership in Greenwich, CT, only to find out that it was a "bait" car that didn't exist and experiencing some of the worst customer service we decided to visit the local Danbury Dealership that same day. The salesman, Roger Williams, was very knowleagble, attentive and willing to work with us. We agreed on a price that same day and picked-up the vehicle 4 days later. Some minor issues we had with the car where quickly resolved. As a 1st time Mercedes owner, I have to commend the owner, Mr. Robert Camastro, and the entire Danbury Mercedes staff on there professional and excellent customer service. Mercendes Benz of Danbury CT<br><br>I had an extremely poor dealing with this dealership. I would advise against doing business with them. Both a sales person and a manager gave me information on the cost to lease a car. They e-mailed me a confirmation. They faxed me the buyers order and had me sign it and fax it back. They charged my credit card the deposit. The next day, they told me I would have to pay an additional $50 per month on the lease because they made a mistake.<br><br>Mistakes are fine when its one person. But after multiple people, including a manager make a mistake and then proceed to have you sign something and charge your credit card, its no longer a mistake, its a transaction. <br><br>The manager called me back and said sorry I would have to pay the extra $50 or lose the car. I would have said get lost and whet to another dealership but I had turned down a good deal somewhere else and the car was no longer available. In addition I told my wife I just bought her a car.<br><br>I spoke to the owner, Robert, and he told me it was a mistake and that he wasnt going to lose $2500 by selling me the car that much cheaper. He realized that I had lost a deal after listening to his employee and manager and that I would have to pay the additional $50 per month due to the change in lease rates by not going with the other offer.<br><br>Simple put, I relied on his employees and management. I should not have done so. I believe they did make an honest mistake but they left me holding the bag. I would not rely on this dealership. If you do, and they make a mistake, you will be the one holding the bag. <br>
