This was my first experience purchasing a Mercedes and I am glad I did it with Mercedes Benz of Fort Mitchell. Although my husband is pretty high maintenance when it comes to purchasing a car we never felt as though we were a burden. Ken Campbell was very professional and made us feel at home. After two days of dealing with us Ken made us very happy and we left a satisfied Mercedes owner. Daniel was pretty great as well and kept a smile on my face through out the process. I would highly recommend Ken, Daniel and Mercedes Benz of Fort Mitchell.

You are to be commended on your fantastic staff and service. We've owned Mercedes since the early 1970's and Mercedes-Benz of Ft Mitchell offers the BEST products, prices and service we have ever experienced. Sure you are an hour away, but when you have a salesman that takes care of you after the sale with scheduling the service, a loaner AND offering to drive it down personally and pick our vehicle up - we find little reason to even consider another dealership for our next automobile or Sprinter purchase.

Our last visit with Mercedes-Benz of FortMitchell was at least the tenth visit for any number of reasons. Each and every time, we have been greeted cordially and professionally, and our needs have been met every single time. The way we have been treated lead to us purchasing yet another Mercedes-Benz from your location. Although we were sad to see our former connection in Mr. Brian Roberts leave the Mercedes family, we were more than happy with our experience through Ken Campbell. From the moment I walked in the door and was warmly greeted by the customer concierge, my MB buying experience was nothing short of amazing. I was quickly introduced to Brian Murphy (sales consultant), who listened carefully to my vague description of what I was looking for... and then found it for me! Unlike virtually every other dealership I've ever visited, there was no "hard sell", no push to up-sell, etc. Brian was a gentleman throughout the entire process and went out of his way to make sure I was fully informed about every single detail. As a side note - while I was there, Brian was also occasionally fielding calls to help out a previous customer, an elderly gentleman who was having problems contacting his insurance agent. I was impressed with his willingness to help someone beyond the scope of his job. I only hope that when I'm in my 80's and having trouble, someone like Brian will go out of his way to help me. From the customer concierge, to Brian Murphy the sales consultant, to the sales manager, the general manager (who stopped in to introduce himself) and on through to the business manager and the product specialist (who taught me how to use the many amazing features on my new vehicle), my experience at MB of Ft. Mitchell has been a pleasure and a delight. They all - with Brian in particular - certainly get my highest recommendation for anyone in the market for a fine automobile.

Love my 2015 ML 350! We had a fabulous experience at the Ft. Mitchell Mercedes-Benz with Ben Harwood. The dealership was clean, beautiful and friendly. The numerous employees we met were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We had been to a dealership in Ohio that did not compare. We definitely got a better value for the money spent in KY over OH. Ben Harwood worked with us to get the car and deal we wanted. We really appreciated the tour of the facility. The coffee/tea bar was also a nice touch. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know - they go over the top on customer service and customer satisfaction.

If you want to be 'wow'd' in ANY capacity of buying a Mercedes, or having the most simplistic to most complex repairs performed, Ft. Mitchell Mercedes is THE place to go. I have personally been involved in all of these aspects with this dealership. They are THE best, hands down! Don, the GM, and Adam Bell, along with Alicia in the Service Department - are super super super !! They have a full compliment of Loaners to offer ( not being shuttled around in a poster van like the other Mercedes Dealer in Cinci ) and also offer Valet pick-up and delivery if that works for you ) AS MUCH as I cannot stand the 'car buying process', I have to take the time here to state they changed the face of buying for me - no question about it ! I've owned 3 prior Mercedes, and in all 3 occasions tried buying locally ( Cinci ) prior to the Ft. Mitchell Mercedes Dealership being here, and I ended up driving somewhere else OUT of town to make the purchase because MB if Cinci looked at me like I 'couldn't afford' it, or they out right stated that I had to 'pay sticker'. So, my 4th Mercedes Purchase made at Ft. Mitchell - was diametrically 180 degrees the opposite experience - in the POSITIVE. If you don't see these professionals, you've missed both an experience, and a deal ! That's all I can say.. Thanks again Ft. Mitchell Mercedes Benz ! Mark

Wonderful experience! We spotted the car on line, called for availability and flew to Kentucky to look at the vehicle that day. Brian Roberts handled everything from the phone call, meeting us at the airport, test drive to the final purchase. His expertise and professionalism were spot on. We drove the vehicle home to Atlanta the same day. Brian even called the next day to make sure we arrived home safely. Thank you for everything. Dan Tilley called me when I sent in a Carfax request on a that was on the Fort Mitchell KY Mercedes Benz dealership lot. I told him I was in Alabama and was interested in the Sprinter that was on the lot and he was super to work with and gave me a great deal. I was still looking at other pre-owned Sprinters and was not ready to buy and that Sprinter sold before I was ready. He then sent me 3 new Sprinters with the options and negotiated the price that I wanted. The main reason I bought from Fort Mitchell Mercedes Benz is because of Dan Tilley, because not only did I get a great deal on my new 2014 Sprinter he drove it to me (7 hours one way) and flew back to KY the next week. That is what I call AMAZING service and going the extra mile! Dan followed up after the sale and made sure I was 100% happy with my Sprinter. I love my Sprinter and I highly recommend Fort Mitchell Mercedes Benz. I especially want to recommend Dan Tilley and thank him for his awesome service. No pressure - just prompt and courteous service from my Sales Consultant, Paul Kohlman. After looking on-line, I called the dealership, Paul answered my call, and most of my questions right then. He was very knowledgeable and informative and helped me make the right decision on the GLK350 that I purchased. I was very pleased with the trade-in allowance I was given and also with the "no haggle" price that Brad presented to me...then off to the finance department to see Rico, who helped me in choosing warranties that would be most beneficial to me for future maintenance. The service department installed 3 of these warranties within 1 day in order to keep my delivery date on schedule. Paul called to inform me of the progress that was being made on the warranty installation, and then again called to let me know that I could pick up my new 'RIDE" anytime - or he would bring it home to me - How is that for service? After going over all details with me again, and as I drove out of sight, I whispered to myself - SWEET!!!

I live about 70 miles north of this new and beautiful state-of-the-art dealership, so I did much of the work ahead of my trip, via emails and phone calls with the salesman (Fernando Ascencio). This, plus their very helpful web page with the CPO inventory, helped me select a car in advance and get the deal struck before traveling to Ft Mitchell from Dayton OH. Once there, I was treated courteously and efficiently. The test drive and walk-thru of the specific car was thourough and very helpful. It was a no-brainer to like and want the car (a 2012 Silver E350 4Matic CPO with only 10,400 miles on it in mint condition insode and out). The whole process took only 90 minutes from arrival to drive-off. I only wish it was the closest Mercedes dealership to my home....because I would want to take the car there for service and eventually trade up to another car....I still may! By all means, check this place out...great staff, huge inventory and fair dealing.....no tricks.

We recently purchased a 2014 ML from Mike Ryba at Mercedes Benz of Fort Mitchell. It was our first time in this new dealership. Very nice facility that is well organized and well run. I worked with Mike in advance of our meeting and he had trade in numbers waiting on us when we arrived. The vehicle we purchased was priced fairly and our trade was also priced fairly. Minimal negotiation was required and the deal was very straightforward to complete. Mike is their AMG specialist and turned out to be quite the car enthusiast, which I enjoy and respect. He is knowledgable of the entire MB line and did a great job for us. Based on this initial experience with MB Fort Mitchell, I can highly recommend them. I found the facility at Fort Mitchell to be inviting and warm, I was greeted immediately as I entered the door. A very professional gentleman approached me, Paul Kohlman, who offered to assist me. He shared with the manager basically what I was looking for, who came into his office, talked with me, and gave me several options that I had not considered prior to that time. Their offer exceeded what I had I experienced at another dealership for the same in quality and price. Our sales rep ADAM Bell was very professional and also a lot of fun. He truly knows the products and helped us choose wisely. without any pressure. Todd handled the paperwork so efficiently that we were able to drive out of the showroom within minutes and get on the road for a long-planned five-hour drive without delay. A few days ago I purchased a new 2014 Mercedes Benz GLK350 from the Ft Mitchell, KY Mercedes dealership. I have never purchased a Mercedes before, but I have purchased many new cars over the years from a variety of auto manufacturers. My experience with this Mercedes dealership was absolutely "top-shelf" in every way. Our sales associate, Mr. Brian Roberts, was pleasure to work with. Everything from helping us understand the Mercedes brand, to selecting the right vehicle to meet our family needs, he was a consummate professional. Mr. Roberts was without a doubt the best automotive sales associate I have ever done business with. Next, the dealership itself really embodies the Mercedes brand. Fort Mitchell Mercedes Benz is without a doubt the best dealership ever. Now let me tell you about my experience with them. I was surfing the net, looking for a 2012 CLS550 4matic fully loaded, with every option available for 2012. The color I was looking for was White Diamond Mettalic and Cashmere interior. I found 3 cars in the entire country that had what I wanted. I live in Bucks County, Pa. So, naturally you try the dealership that is closest, which was Luxury Haus in Leonia, N.J. about 68 miles away. After some research on the dealership, they came up with a poor and unreputable standing, seemed like they were unhonest. the next was in Gaithersberg, Md. Very reputable dealer but, not a mercedes dealer and could not certify the vehicle. and last Fort Mitchell, Kty. I was talking with Adam Bell a internet salesman, I have to admit all the time I spent telling Adam, about my concerns and condition of the vehicle and that I had a trade-in and needed a ballpark figure on the trade-in before I would drive 596 miles to the dealership. Within 20 minutes, Adam emailed me pictures of the car close up outside and inside, so I could see for myself. He also, took pics of the wheels, no curb rash and looked brand new, This car had the 19" wheels the other 2 had 18" wheels. Everything checked out A+ so, I gave them a deposit over the phone to hold the car. I left on Tues. the 18th of April at 7:00 a.m. and all I hit was delays and bumper to bumper traffic during peak rush hours thought we never get there in time dealership was closing at 7:00p.m. We got there at 6:10 p.m. was exhausted and checked the car took it for a test drive and it was everything Adam said it was. It looked and drove like it was brand new and it was a CPO Certified vehicle. There were few things I wanted done as far minor interior cleaning. Adam asked if we were going to drive back tonight. I said, no way were too tired to do that. So, to our surprise they put us up at the Marriot Hotel for the and fully paid for the room, valet parking, breakfast, and a loaner vehicle 2014 SUV. Adam, told us it was too late to take care of the incidentals today. But, would have the detail guys on first thing in the a.m. Told us to be back at the dealership at 11:30 a.m. I forgot to say when we arrived at the hotel, there was a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries with a card of appreciation for us thanking us for dealing with Fort Mitchell Mercedes Benz. We arrived back at the dealership at 12:15 p.m. I checked the car out and was very pleased with what I asked to be re-detailed. The whole transition process from test drive, final price after trade-in, financing, All doc fees and registration went very smooth. Todd, the finance specialist was very helpful in securing the lowest rate possible for the loan. This experience could not have been better. Dan, the sales manager was a very pleasant man with pride and concern for their customers. We were treated like royalty !!!! I recently bought my first Mercedes and have to say the experience was top notch. I had talked with 2 other Mercedes dealers that were a little closer to home but received the best treatment from the ft Mitchell location which I why I purchased through them. My sales person drove the car 40 mins north to meet me in my neighborhood so I could test drive it. He kept close communication with me through the entire process and really worked with me on agreeing upon a deal. My first experience at the new Ft. Mitchell Mercedes Benz dealer was a mix of excellent up front assistance by Service rep. Christina Harp and the people in the loaner car department. They were friendly and quick to respond to my call for help. I took my car in for a check engine light. Turns out a sensor was bad somewhere. While there several other things were discovered and I agreed to have them repaired. I ended up spending $2,100.00 and change for said repairs. When I picked up the car I got a mile away and the check engine light came back on, so I returned and again was treated very kindly. Once I had the car back, I had it for a day and the check oil level light came on, The repairs they had made involved draining the engines oil, but they had obviously not put in enough oil. So back I went. Long story short, I had to have the four wheel alignment redone because the car still drifted after the first job they did. When I got the car back the last time I again had it for one day and the "please fill your washer fluid" light came on. My point is the attention to detail that goes along with $130.00 an hour for service labor is not there. Furthermore, I have left a voice mail with the managing partner of the dealership and with the owner of the place and neither one of them EVER returned my phone call!!! In the course of five visits to the service department I have spent $3,300.00 on repairs. It would appear that I have not spent enough money to warrant a call back from the owner or manager of the business I thought they would be interested in knowing how their service department is operating, but I guess not. I reached out to the owners of the dealership in Montgomery and they would be very happy to have my business in the future. If I am not important enough to return my phone call I will take my business elsewhere.

After researching the GL 450 online and compared it to all the other luxury SUV's, stopped at several dealerships in the Indianapolis area for a test drive. After selecting Mercedes, went online for an inventory search of dealers within 125 miles of Indianapolis. I found four, but Mike Ryba of Fort Mitchell responded within an hour, the others took several days. We discussed the five units he had on the lot and he provided an email quote the same day. I just bought new cargo van, sprinter 2500, and the process was easy through excellent follow ups, quick service, almost instantaneous feedback, one on one with Corey Shimell, he is excellent in his work. He made it happen for me and can't be grateful enough. Great experience with the entire staff at the Fort Mitchell Mercedes Benz. Brian Roberts was extremely accommodating as we communicated throughout the day and when we arrived very late in the evening. We recently added a new Mercedes to the family. What started as a web site inquiry turned into a visit with Michael Ryba at Fort Mitchell Mercedes Benz the next day. They are an hour away for us but it was well worth the drive. Everyone was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful in the decision making process. Mike thoroughly and patiently walked us through the entire process without the high pressure sales pitch which we appreciated very much. We haven't used the service end yet but the facility is just amazing! I highly recommend Mike and Fort Mitchell MB to anyone in the market for a new vehicle and I would just like to say thank you to the entire staff for a great experience!

We have been to a lot of dealerships in the Cincinnati area, including BMW, Cadillac, and other MBs, but the Mercedes-Benz in Fort Mitchell is by far the best. Our sales consultant Brian Roberts made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the entire process. He and the sales manager went out of their way to get us the car with the exact options that we wanted. The facility is amazing as soon as you walk in, with a cool waterfall wall. There's a cool lounge area near the service desk where you can grab coffee and ask the "bar specialist" questions about all the technology. It is refreshing to have another MB dealership in the area. We definitely recommend Brian and MB at Fort Mitchell.

I was looking for a used E350 with Luxury Package and a certain color. The salesperson, Darrin, was extremely helpful in finding cars from which I could select, without being pushy, even though he knew I was looking at other cars and dealers. Took me about 3-4 weeks to select the car that matched my criteria. He was very diligent. Outstanding follow up as well. Mike, in finance was a pleasure to work with.

I purchased my new 2014 GL450 from Mercedes Benz of Fort Mitchell last week. After speaking to multiple dealerships in several states, and local dealerships, we found Mercedes Benz of Ft. Mitchell to be very professional. I was able to get a price from Adam Bell, my salesman over the phone. Not like other dealerships where you must come into their dealership or they would not quote you their best price. He was very responsive to my numerous phone calls and answered all of my questions. When I arrived to pick up the GL, he did an outstanding job of walking me through all the features of my new GL450. He even took the time to program my and my husband cell phones to the car system. I have already referred one of my client this morning to contact Adam and Mercedes Benz of Fort Mitchell. Just leased a CLA250 at the Mercedes Ft Mitchell dealership for my company. Enjoyable experience. A fairly quick process in a beautiful facility. My sales person, Richard Rothchild was very pleasant to work with. Very patient, not pushy, but responsive.....what I would expect from a higher end car dealership. He and the entire staff are just real down-to-earth people providing great customer service, and appear to enjoy doing it. I definitely recommend them.

Lori Mullen, the sales rep who greeted us upon our arrival at the dealership, was courteous, professional and not at all "pushy". This is my first time owning/leasing a high end automobile and the experience has been just that - high end and top notch! I waited in anticipation of the new Mercedes Dealership that was being built in Ft. Mitchell, KY. From afar it was a promise of another great business in Northern Kentucky. I didn't anticipate purchasing a Mercedes-Benz in my lifetime; yet couldn't resist looking into what was available. To my surprise, the new CLA-250 was just being introduce at the time of their grand opening and I fell in love instantly with the red model - first seen on the internet web site and shortly thereafter on the showroom floor. When I inquired on-line about the vehicle, I received both a phone call and an email almost instantaneously. I scheduled a visit with Fernando Ascencio Jr. and within 48 hours was a proud owner of a new luxury vehicle. I bought GLK-350 last week from Mercedes Benz of Fort Mitchell. I did go to other dealerships before finding out about this new location, but this dealership had the most smooth transaction and very professional yet laid back people to deal with. My sales specialist Michael Ryba was always extremely helpful and nice in every way and even though other dealerships in Cincinnati were much closer from my home, I did not mind going down to KY to purchase the car. I don't usually write reviews like this but if anyone is thinking of buying a car from Mercedes Benz, this is the dealership to go to. Also, Todd Morgan who is the business manager, made the payment process session even more fun!

I stopped in this new dealership on its third day of operation. I had driven other German-made automobiles for over thirty years so I had been used to a high standard of both product and service. Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Mitchell did not disappoint in either aspect. I purchased an E350 4-matic and my salesman, Fernando Ascencio, and GM Don Paparella fulfilled every request and question that I had. After one month, I am continuing to enjoy my buying and driving experience. The dealership is situated in an ideal, convenient location, and I find myself stopping in frequently. Fernando and Erik Metz are more than ready to assist me and help in explaining my "How do you do this?" questions. Also, the car wash is a great perk!

About 1 week ago- I bought GLK350. I have enjoyed every time I drive the SUV. It is a wonderful car. Lori- sales person-- she is so wonderful & friendly. When I stepped in Mercedes of Ft Mitchel-- I felt I was treated in a world class service. Wow- every person impressed me. I was not intended to buy the car that day, but the excellent & professional treatments I received are so overwhelm me, esp Lori. I knew this is the dealer will be my lifetime car buying place. It just opens about 1 month ago. It is very clean, modern, and friendly smile everywhere. Did I mention they have a very nice coffee - it can compare with Startbuck;) If you live in KY, OH, or Indiana- please stop by this dealer. Our last Mercedes-Benz purchase was ten years ago. What a difference in our last purchase and the experience we just had at Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Mitchell. Upon entering the building and what a beautiful well laid out dealership, we were met by Darrin Penrod. He asked many questions about what we were looking for and what options were available. We just purchased a new Mercedes. We started with requesting Online info. We received a very prompt Follow up call from Corey. He made suggestions and sent requested info by Email. We made arrangements to drive up from louisville the next day. He had the cars we were interested in waiting and warmed up. We were greeted and were made to feel at home. We met the owner of the Dealership who made sure we were being well taken care of. Corey Shimell was very knowledgable and was able to answer our many questions. At no time was he pushy. I had a great experience in purchasing a new car from Ft. Mitchell Mercedes. Everyone was so helpful and polite. I have never dealt with a salesman like Fernado Ascencio in car buying. He was positive, upbeat, extremely helpful, considerate and extremely knowledgible about the product. I was introduced to many people and actually felt like a valued customer. As a female, I have shopped and bought all of my cars over a period of 35 years. Many dealers don't really acknowledge females as the sole purchaser and can be somewhat disinterested. I did not find this at all at this dealership. The facilities were exceptionally clean and the fact that Fernando can help me when I return for questions with the same upbeat, positive loutlook in great!!! I recently stopped by to see the new cars , i was not even thinking that i will be able to afford mercedes , but the prices that they offer me were amazing and way lower than close by dealers ! the staff was very impressive, professional, and extremely helpful. they just make you feel that you kinda own the place ! i really liked working with Fernando . he was amazing and did a great job, and always available to answer questions. i really liked the fact that i can just stop by any time get a perfect car wash and a service for free, enjoying my time in their nice facility and enjoying food and drinks for free especially there amazing espresso machine !
