October 2020: I had a great experience with the team at Mercedes Benz of Gilbert. Clayton was amazing and really worked to find me what I wanted at a great price. I came from out of state to purchase and he was accommodating and communicative for several weeks prior to me actually making the trip out. When I did, he was just as excited as I was about the car - he knows his stuff and, as a first time Mercedes owner, continues to answer my questions. The dealership is friendly and financing was a breeze... Clayton was by my side the entire time ensuring that what we discussed was what went through. I will definitely be recommending MB of Gilbert to anyone wanting to purchase their MB and I will continue to give MB of Gilbert my business. January 2021: Google won't let me add another review, but I had to come back to give another shoutout to the MB Gilbert team! I needed to take my car in for its first service - my only contact was Clayton, the awesome sales guy that helped me with my first MB purchase back in September 2020. I actually live in CA but was in AZ visiting family last minute. Clayton was incredibly helpful with squeezing me in for the service while I was there. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service that I have experienced with every MB Gilbert encounter, especially Clayton, who has gone above and beyond any sales/follow-through that I've experienced before. I am definitely a happy customer!

UPDATE: It just keeps getting better with MB-Gilbert! Our family needed to upgrade to a larger SUV and, once again, Clayton was AMAZING. It was an added bonus to have Christian helping us on the financial side of the purchase. They were the greatest sales team I've ever worked with. Based on our experience, we will never purchase a car anywhere else. You've made us a very loyal MB-Gilbert family :) We had a stellar experience with MB-Gilbert! In search of a car to fit our growing family, we were able to find the perfect SUV here. Thank you to Clayton who answered all of our questions, was so patient, and incredibly knowledgeable on all things MB. He was hands down the best sales rep I've ever worked with while purchasing a car. We will 100% be back!

Jamie was great. Very little pressure other than what was needed to seal the deal. He and his sales manager were willing to meet me at the price I was willing to pay. Every step of the way he informed me of what was going on and was very helpful with the end product. As an aside, he gave me a key fob with a dead battery. But I got that fixed quickly at his suggestion. No marks off for that. He also gave me me a very nice key chain, too.

Me and the wife bought a car here and the team on site was very friendly and helpful. When having so many options to choose from they made it easy to narrow down the choices to something we love. Ed Shah was the guy we worked with most and he was very friendly and helpful. We will most definitely go to him or refer others to work with him for sure on future purchases. Thanks again Ed Shah! You made our year so much better!

Excellent customer service, extremely caring, and genuine is how I would describe my sales representative Ed Shah!! My purchase experience was so smooth with no pressure. Ed answered every question I had, with patience and compassion. He was so understanding of my needs and allowed me to take the time I needed to make an informed decision. I appreciate genuinely kind people and I would highly recommend Mercedes in Gilbert and Ed Shah!! I love my new car!!!
