Second car I've bought from this dealer and have rec'd great buying experiences both times. I/we investigated all brands before we purchased our latest GLC300W4. At every visit we were treated exceptionally well and were not pushed or felt unimportant, (can not say that for some other dealers in the area). We test drove vehicles as we needed to get our feeling for the car. I know the service dept will treat us well also, since our other E400 has been serviced there

Wanted to acknowledge and thank Monica, and the service team's heroic efforts in salvaging our vacation to Hilton Head Island. This could have very easily turned into a logistical nightmare had you not pulled off this amazing feat. On Thursday evening (8.26), the check engine light appeared on the dashboard, along with excessive engine shaking. Imagine the concern I had as we were scheduled to depart HHI, and drive back to NJ Saturday morning (8.28). I was able to return with vehicle to our hotel, and contact MB roadside assistance who scheduled flatbed service for the following morning (6AM, 8.29). I called MB of Hilton Head probably a few minutes before opening @ 7:30AM, and thankfully Monica picked up that call. I explained the scenario, with complete awareness that it often takes weeks to schedule service @ MB. I ironically had a service appointment back home on 8.31 (which I had made a few weeks back). Monica was able to have the car inspected, issue diagnosed, root cause identified, and repair completed by the end of the day. Including the oil change which I had scheduled for the following week. Amazing!!! Unfortunately I was not able to pick up the car that evening due to lack of Uber drivers (apparently that is an issue on the Island). I arrived @ the dealership Saturday morning a few minutes before the service center opened. Monica invited me in for coffee, even before her computers were turned on. I was in/out of the dealership very efficiently, was able to drive back to Ocean Oak Resort, load up the car, and hit the road a few after 9AM. The drive back to NJ was without any further car issues (the severe thunderstorms would fall into a different issue bucket) MB of Hilton Head went above and beyond, and this effort should certainly be acknowledged. BTW, Monica also informed me of other services which should be performed which I will be sure to address with my local advisor. When I am back on HHI, I will make it a point to align with a service appointment at MB of Hilton Head given I was so pleased with the level of service. Regards Todd S

Re-reviewed after trying to buy a car. Having had 5 M-B's , since I hadn't bought my E-wagon I moved here with, I couldn't get anything but the specific car I requested NOT to get as a loaner. Apparently different levels of loyalty or maybe just a mediocre dealer and I've just had the three best in the USA elsewhere. Have lost my business trying to buy a car. So - bringing in the details of an M-B website (actually lease) offer and extrapolating indicated car v. Actual (un)available car costs - not mathematically close, off by 15%. Plus - I'd have to pay several thousand dollars to ship from Texas to buy (Same car was listed as 'In Stock' by the closest three dealers on M-BUSA.com and this was the only one that was would make me pay to ship the car). MBUSA algorithm shows car within 1500 miles as "In Stock". Have had multiple Audi and BMW's as well and went to one of them to buy current car. Service staff HHI is fine, other than hoarding the loaners and maybe slower compared to other dealer's experiences, perhaps they just don't have enough of agents. Owner of ~15 German cars over the years, 3-4 years service this location, not a drive-by review.

I contacted Mercedes-Benz Hilton Head online about purchasing a new MB. My initial contact was with Allison Saunders. She gave me a much better quote than the dealer in Savannah. All my interactions with Allison Saunders were excellent. When I went to pick up my car, it was the first time to meet and speak directly with Allison. Everything was exactly as she and I communicated online. No games or tricks about the deal, just a straight honest interaction to the letter of what we communicated online. I worked with Teresa Semmler on the purchase documents and financing for the car, and on the documents concerning my trade-in. Again, everything was excellent, with no surprises. Although I hope to not be purchasing another car in a long time, I would definitely come to this dealership again, and have recommended them to several friends. When my wife and I arrived to pick up the car, Allison had a huge bow on it. It was quite a bit of fun overall.

Found a 2020 Honda Odyssey Elite at their dealership, that they had taken in trade. Used Capital One Auto Navigator to find the car and configure an offer to trade in my 2019 Honda Odyssey Touring. Presented the offer to Henry Freeman in Sales and came to a meeting of numbers without much discussion, since they offered a very good value for my trade-in. All this was done online and via telephone, since I was in Miramar Beach, Florida and the dealership is in Bluffton, South Carolina. Accepted the deal and drove to South Carolina to finalize and pick up the car. When I arrived, the paperwork was ready and very little needed to be done. The numbers were exactly as we had agreed, and nobody tried to sell me anything else or change our numbers at the last moment. The finance manager was excellent and had everything ready. I can honestly say that this was absolutely the best experience I haver ever had buying a car, new or used. I repeat, absolutely the best! I hope that by some happy coincidence, I wind up getting my next car at that dealership!
