All around great buying experience from an amazing dealership thanks to Dean Gardiner! He was super personable, communicative, assertive and answered any questions that I had! He also made sure I was able to find exactly what I was looking for! Looking forward to being a MB customer for life. UPDATE: 5 Additional Stars! I purchased another vehicle on January 8, 2021 from Dean Gardiner of Mercedes Benz of Jacksonville. Dean went out of his way to look for exactly what I wanted. I was traveling from SC to Fl. My car stopped on the Jacksonville bridge in the express lane, very scary. Had the car towed to Mercedes-Benz of Jacksonville. The first person I met was Dalton. He was kind, understanding and professional. This has been an extremely challenging process with my insurance carrier. Dalton went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were approved and handled correctly. He kept me updated and always returned my calls promptly. I am so grateful for everything Dalton did to help me. He is a true blessing and your company is blessed to have such a fine employee.

Amber managed my emergency with excellence. I came in for express service as my tire light came on. Turns out I had a roofing nail in the tire and they patched it for me. Mercedes service is fabulous. Amber followed up with the technician and we were finished in the time they said. Plus my husband enjoyed a fabulous breakfast omelet. Thank you!!!

Just had another awesome experience at Field's Mercedes of Jacksonville. Dalton, my service advisor, provided excellent customer service during the entire process. Although I made a last minute appointment, everything was done sooner than expected. Every employee I encountered had big smiles on their faces. I have purchased three vehicles from the Field's group since 2016 (two Porches and one Mercedes) and customer service of this caliber will keep me coming back. Thanks again Dalton and Field's Mercedes for exceptional customer service.
