The brand new loaner car was appreciated. I was in and out of there very quickly, and my car looks and runs great. Thank you for the reminders beforehand of when my service needed to be done. My car also told me, but that would have made it easier to make my appointment. I really like the print out at the end with all the things you checked and did.

Don and Matt have been excellent to work with and we have been happy with our experiences at MB Littleton. This is a follow up to the review I posted a year ago. We continue to return to MB of Littleton because when there is a miscommunication, they have always bent over backwards to fairly resolve the issue. In my experience, in this day and age, this is not common. Good customer service is hard to come by and kudos to Jerry, the manager of the service department for taking care of his clients. Another excellent experience with Matt and the gentleman in the parts department who helped me with getting a new key fob and fixing a minor issue. I cannot say enough about what a great team the service center at MB Littleton is!

I don't have much to say besides I don't think anyone in the service department of the dealership actually knows what they are doing. (Not saying I do) I've brought my car in multiple times to get little services done that should only take an hour and a half tops (There words not mine) but they always keep it overnight for at least a day if not 2 or 3 days for a service that should be done in a couple of hours. I recommend going to the Denver location to get service done on your car or even better find an authorized Mercedes mechanic.

I took my car to get serviced on Tuesday and was told I’d have a courtesy car since it would take all day. I called the night before to ensure I could arrive an hour early, and there would be no issue as I was driving almost an hour to get there. I was told no problem. I drive all the way there in morning traffic and once I arrived I was told there was no car to give me. They should have called to let me know as it sounded like they had known for a while that this could be the issue. I try and stay loyal as this is where I bought the car but due to the service person offering me an Uber back to Westminster, and then told me I’d have to find my way back on my own I decided moving forward I’ll find a different dealership to do my services. This is the second time this has happened to me at this service department that I drove all the way there to be told they’re behind. That is the reason I called less than 24 hours early to ensure it wouldn’t happen again and it did.

I am not a fan of buying cars and have had an absolutely awful experience from the time I got in Colorado. I was buying a car for my wife and worked with Van Saukem remotely, couldn't of had a better experience from the customer service to getting exactly what was promised. He delivered my wife's Cadillac Escalade during a 12 inch snowstorm while we were vacationing in Vail to surprise her. Will be a repeat customer.

Like many of us, I am not a fan of the typical car buying experience. But MB of Littleton did me right. My salesmen was Van Saukam and he is a pro. Van provide plenty of facts about the car I was looking at and he handle the delicate issue of needing to sell this car at sticker price, vey well. I highly recommend Van to any buyer.

I am not the easiest to accommodate particularly buying a new vehicle. That all changed with my buying experience when I was introduced to Van Saukam . I have never met a more dedicated, knowledgeable, detailed salesperson. I highly recommend if buying a car at Mercedes of Littleton look up Van.

It's all about the way I am treated at MB of Littleton. I had bad experiences there in the past and left. Now they have changed some personnel in the service department and I am VERY pleased.Thomas listened (service writer) and everything was done as asked.Jodi Jacobsen helped me when I picked up my car and was superb in all her customer skills. I am happy that Juan Uribe is still there after all these years. In my mind, he qualifies as Customer Service Manager. He keeps customers for the long run.Nice Going!Rod Sampson

I went in to look at a used Kia the dealership had taken in trade. Even though I was not looking for a Mercedes, but a less expensive car, the gentleman who helped me had taken the time to understand a few of the basics of the Kia. I felt nervous about going into a Mercedes dealership to begin with but he treated me with a respectful, friendly attitude. Before our test drive I told him I was looking at other used Kia's, but I never felt rushed, and when I decided to buy from another dealer, his tone of voice was still friendly, and not one of "you wasted my time" like I received from other dealers.

My experience at the service center of Mercedes on Broadway was beyond excellent. I had numerous employees greet me and everyone was very friendly. I am pregnant at the moment and believe me I was very comfortable and enjoyed my time at the service center. I even had several employees ask if I needed anything to make me feel comfortable. I absolutely loved the treatment I was receiving. My agent was also very on point with details and kept me updated every step of the way.

I hate buying cars because of pushy salesmen. We were fortunate to be paired with Van Saukam. Van provided education up front on several Mercedes Benz models. He then took us for a test drive. The dealership was closed upon our return and Van stayed to educate us further and provide additional information on the vehicle we were considering. Van is a class act and makes the car buying experience relaxing. If you are in the market for a new vehicle - ask for Van Saukam.

This service event was by far our best in recent years, we have nothing but great things to say about our service advisor Nate Manzanares. We brought our R320CDI in for a sudden loss of power unexpectedly on a late afternoon. Nate did an excellent job in recognizing the significance of our unplanned predicament once I explained my position as a consultant and having a car to get around in being paramount to my business. Nate provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to get me back on the road with a vehicle. Not only did Nate get me back on the road quickly, but he also provided above average communication about the status of my diagnosis, the repair and especially the speed of the repair when it was ready. Our past few visits before this were not nearly as successful nor enjoyable. I would highly recommend Nate, he did an excellent job and reminded me why I continue to bring our vehicle to MB Littleton for service.

I scheduled an oil change and repair issue and had to wait 3 weeks to get in...I recieve NO phone call after they have had my car for 2 days....only after I called on a Friday afternoon and asked for the manager did I hear...they are back logged...you have loaner so just drive it. It took 10 days to get my car back...after I would call everyother day to get a status...only twice in 10 days after I bitched did I get a call before I called them. They could not replicate the issue I had.....um...did it when I drove off the site....so not real pleased with my experience. They wanted to replace the spark plugs at an enormously inflated price. I will go elsewhere to have that done for...the same plugs, probably will get done in 2 hours...not 10 days.Lastly, I dont like driving your loaner...I want to drive my car....it is not a special present to get a loaner that is full of dog hair and quite frankly, is not as nice of a drive as my car. I have always had a good experience at MB of Littleton....so this was not what customer service is about.

When purchasing my New Mercedes Benz GLE450 Coupe AMG 4Matic last December, I purchase the Premium Package which cost a little bit more and was so worth it. I have some package that covered for 4-5 years and 7 years. A few weeks before Mother Day Weekend, had a Nickel Size Dent on the passenger side door, and huge bull eye crack on the windshield without paying anything out of my pocket (Premium Package). So, I stopped by MB of Littleton to set up an appointment to get dent fix, windshield replaced, and car loaner available. Mercedes really no questions asked repaired it and made it look like new! Was an extremely simple and great service experience!!! I received regular texts and a loaner car which made the experience much better than I could have expected. Exactly why I am on my 3th MB Vehicle!!! Great service and great cars!!!Even purchase the Weather Tech Floor Mats for the new car, and when getting the car that day, it was already in the car with a quick shippingGreat Service and Great People!!!Thanks MB of Littleton

Road assistance required; upon returning home from out-of-state car with dead battery was found. No attempt to revive it worked. Had charger on it overnite, etc. Tried jumpers, etc. Called Roadside Assistance and fellow came right away, tested it, found dead cell and replaced it in twenty minutes.

Ask for Louie or Zander you can't go wrong. I actually worked with Louie prior at a different location and he impressed me with his knowledge and genuine care. It was my first Mercedes experience coming from Audi and he made me feel like a VIP every step of the way! I have had many cars in my life but when the General Sale Manager Wayne and the General Manager Sean come out to personally thank you for your business that is customer service at its best. I felt so important and extremely taken care of ever step of the way. Everyone is so knowledgeable and the lot is not stuffy, you can tell the team loves working together. Service department is very clean and well run. My vehicle was in for a routine service, and was ready ahead of schedule. Not only did they wash my car, but vacuumed the inside. Nice surprise.Staff is friendly and attentive. Waiting area is supplied with very nice snacks and drinks.

Dave McKune and Alex Torres were a great team of guys. This was the first time in my life I had ever set foot in a Mercedes dealership and I was not sure what to expect. I was a somewhat difficult buyer as I was looking for a very specific car (GLA AMG 45) that was not over optioned and preferably a bright color like red. Turns out this is not easy to find even when you go nation wide. These two were pleasant, well-informed and worked hard to find the car I wanted. It took three or four weeks. In that time I talked to a LOT of other Mercedes dealerships around the country and Littleton Mercedes was among the very best to talk to. Finally, I decided on a car that Alex had sourced from a dealership in another state. Other than the color it was really a great build, even slightly better than what I had chosen for myself. The color was black, not bright but that was my fall back color. What was significant is that it showed Alex and Dave had really listened very carefully to what I was looking for, why I was looking for that build and how important certain things were. Really impressive to me. I will say that the dealership was nice all around and worked with me on a great price along with sourcing it. At the end I switched from buying to leasing but it was after a careful consideration of the pro's and con's of each. I felt like I got genuine solid advice from Dave and Alex as we discussed it. It was a good all around process, even fun and I was a complicated customer, to be honest. I would not settle in many areas. The whole dealership was really friendly from start to finish. I give Littleton Mercedes high marks as well as my team of Dave and Alex. These are fun, pleasant guys who really love cars and the engineering that is in them, not just the luxury reputation.

I have had another great experience at MBL. My car stopped without warning and I was trapped in the intersection. I called roadside assistance, they arrived and took my car in. MLB was closed for the night so my keys were dropped in the box.I expected my car to be there at least 2 days. My car was ready the next afternoon my 2 p.m. It was a fairly major repair. The service person Jodi was very polite and accommodating. The repair was completed quickly and my car is running well.Some dealerships don't treat you very well if you don't have a brand new car. I have never felt this way with MLB. I am treated with respect on every visit.

Went in for Service B, and listed several other issues with vehicle.All issues were addressed and resolved. The service Agent Jodi was very helpful, prompt in getting my issues resolved and texted me advising of status of my vehicle.On a side note, the newer designed Mercedes have a HORRENDOUS blind spot just behind the driver side A pillar. The mirrors do not adjust enough to cover this blind spot and require the drive to continously remove their eyes from the road to account for this GROSS design oversight.To correct the issue, an owner would have to purchase an add on fish-eye mirror to account for the blind spot and driver assist only masks the issue and does not correct the design oversight. Until Mercedes get's this resolved, I would be hesitant to purchase another Mercedes.

I've noticed a positive step towards improved customer service at my past few visits. My expectations when dealing with Mercedes service is pretty high compared to dealing with say, Ford. The bar was set high with my first S550 purchase. Quality of customer service at Mercedes of Littleton was just average a couple of years ago. Nice to see such an improvement! Keep it up!After all, isn't that one of the reason for purchasing a Mercedes.

I buy a lot of cars, usually two a year. I am very particular about features and color of both interior and exterior so I typically have to travel a long way to get what I want. I live most of the year in Montana and took a short direct commercial flight to Denver. Wilson Todd, the representative I had up until now only texted, maybe there was one short phone conversation, was at the curb seconds after I walked out. Super fun guy to talk to and very knowledgable about cars. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Wilson exceeded my high expectations and I look foreword to buying from him again or just hanging out. I doubt I would bring my wife though because he is a stone cold fox!

Juan was prompt in arriving after I called with a dead battery. The car had been left idle for about a month while we were on vacation.. He quickly restarted the car and diagnosed a bad battery which he replaced under the warranty while educating me on important maintenance tips for my vehicle. I contacted Wilson Todd in internet sales on the July 4th holiday for a CPO CLA250 that had just become available. Since I'm out of state, he immediately shot video and emailed it over to me along with detailed information on the car. I replied that I wanted THAT one and he ear marked it for me. Over the next few days we worked out the details to deal with my trade, transport of the vehicle, and financials. Wilson was always responsive, even giving me his personal mobile number... a decision he might now regret seeing as how eager I was. :) Other team member that I worked with were also great.... Zander & Jaydean. I've purchased vehicles out of state before, but this was the best experience that I've had and I would recommend Wilson Todd and Mercedes-Benz of Littleton to anyone in the area or online. I really do not have anything negative to say about my experience, the whole process was amazingly easy and relaxed; I could not have asked for anything else. I initially took interest in a Mercedes-Benz that I saw online, and requested more information about the vehicle from the dealership. I was promptly contacted by the dealership right after requesting more information. I spoke with a a very knowledgeable associate name Wilson Todd. He talked me through some of the basic information and asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment to come in and look at some vehicles, which I did. During my visit to the dealership I was very impressed from start to finish. I was treated amazingly the whole way through, and Wilson new everything there was to know about the vehicles, and even knew endless knowledge about all the other brands that I was looking at. I was very happy with the inventory the dealership had available. They had the make I wanted in stock, in the color I wanted, and in a variety of packages. I was able to find the perfect car that I was looking for. I knew the Mercedes I found was the car for me, but still wanted to finish looking at the other dealerships I had planned to visit that day. I informed Wilson that I still had some shopping to do and he was actually very encouraging that I should look around and compare other cars and dealerships. I continued my search that day visiting numerous dealerships and test driving several other makes and models. My search only solidified what my original instinct was telling me: the Mercedes was the right car for me. The other dealerships and vehicles were really no comparison to the overall service and package that Mercedes was offering. I also really felt like the other dealerships almost had an assembly line mentality with their customers. They seemed like they were trying to get them in and out as quickly as possible. I did not get the same feeling with Wilson and the Mercedes dealership. I went back to the dealership and expressed interest in purchasing the vehicle. Wilson sat down with me and spent some time learning about me and my financial goals regarding monthly and down payment. He really worked with the numbers to get me where I was comfortable being at financially. Not only did I get the perfect car, but I also felt like I was helped to get an amazing deal I was also trading in a vehicle and Wilson made sure to get me a fair value for my trade in and improve my payment situation. In addition, the whole closing process went smoothly, each detail was well explained thoroughly, and it took less than an hour. One of the things I have valued the most about my experience with Mercedes is the continued relationship Wilson has given me since the purchase. He has checked in with me on a regular basis to see how I am enjoying the car. He gave me his personal cell phone number and encourages me to contact him whenever I have a question, which I have done several times and has been very helpful. He also always reminds me that if I ever have an issue or question that I want checked out regarding the car that I should never hesitate to stop in and they will get it looked at immediately. The car has ran great and I have not had any problems, but it is always nice knowing that I have somebody willing to help if a problem does come up. The ongoing service after the purchase is something that I didn't think of when initially making my purchase, but is now something that I value greatly. Overall, my experience was amazing and I highly recommend somebody looking for a car to at least make a stop by this dealership before making a purchase with somebody else.

We had a very pleasurable experience purchasing our new SL 400 Convertible. Our first contact was with Zander on-line and he got us to stop in and look even though we were pretty certain we were going to buy from another dealership. We arrived earlier than expected and he immediately but us with sales rep. Crystal Hopp who we just loved. She was personal, entertaining and so much fun - who would have thought that when car buying is usually such a stressful event. Even your finance person was so easy to work with - no pressure to buy the "extras" - just treated us like adults. Fine representatives of your dealership. Since it was an evening purchase - we elected to return the next day and Crystal spent over an hour with us going thru the car's gadgets and capabilities. Everytime we call her with a question - she gets right back to us. Even though I bought a used Volvo from her, she has me convinced that Mercedes is the best vehicle out there. But even more impressive, within the first week of owning my used Volvo, I had an ABS brake light sensor malfunction. I took the car into Crystal, and she had her guys fix it for me, and gave me a brand new, fully loaded C class to drive until it was fixed. Mike in service is simply the best! I mean THE BEST! I always have to move my car seats, and as an added bonus this time I had my girls with me (4 years old and 2 years old)they were so helpful to me and patient and sweet to my girls! Have had a lot of negative experiences with this dealer's service department over the years. Phone calls promised, but not made. Car always held over because they couldn't get to it (even though I dropped the car at 8:00 AM). Parts never in stock. Car not washed.This was an excellent service experience Saturday. I was promised a call by 2:00. It came at 2:00 on the dot. Was given options for repairs now, or next cycle. My car was promised back by four, and it was ready even earlier. The car was delivered washed and spotless. Great experience. Now work on the consistency.

I've always loved my ML320cdi and as such work hard to take care of it. So service is always done here at the dealership and the service is always complete and unlike so many others extra work is only suggested when truly needed. If I have anything to gripe about it is the wait on the phone to make the appointment, I was on hold so long that I hung up and called back because I was sure I had been forgotten; I wasn't it was just that slow and in hanging up I lost my place in line. But the service, the loaner everything that I actually called about; well done, well handled, well priced.

We were looking to buy a new C400 and found that this dealership has a casual and relaxing environment - no stiffness at all given it is a Mercedes one. I pulled into the showroom with my sub-compact rental car and, surprisingly, I was treated nicely with respects. Zander made my car buying experience very easy and hassle-free. He was diligent in locating the EXACT car that we wanted as C400 is not currently well stocked anywhere in the country. All in all, I would not hesitate to buy another car from here and highly recommend it to everyone.

Absolute worse place to purchase a vehicle. When dealing with your salesperson make sure you get everything down on paper, and make sure you get it copy everything written down. If not they will not stand behind their word or agreement. You will get the famous There was no discussion of including. Of course there was no discussion about getting this included, thats why we had it done right? Makes sense to me. Furthermore, do not assume the obvious observation to be obvious to the dealership. I was injured and at a local hospital for rehabilitation due to breaking my neck and in a wheelchair. One would think that coming into a dealership in a wheelchair would be obvious that the individual would want to take advantage of a program like the Mercedes-Benz Mobility program. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this program until months after buying our Van and becoming ineligible for the program. When I asked the dealership why this was not offered to me I received the following response, initially they stated that when we purchased our Van this program was not available and then later they stated. MBOL was not aware of any paratransit upfits done to the van really? Why did they think I was buying a van like this? And lastly if they work on your vehicle the service department will take no responsibility for their work. We should have listened to the recommendations we received to do business with West Minister Mercedes but due to our situation and proximity to the hospital we did business with Mercedes a Littleton. Please do not make the same mistake we made and make the drive to West Minister, it will be worth your time in the long run!

It has been ten years since we bought a new car, and what a pleasure to have worked with Zander Lens (and Carlos on the administrative paperwork)! When I first met Zander I appreciated his friendly easy going style, and his patience with my many questions. To be honest, in seeking to purchase a Mercedes Benz for the first time, I thought the sales folk may be somewhat pretentious. Boy was I wrong. Not only was Zander great to work with, I found EVERYONE at MB of Littleton very friendly and helpful. They make things that much more comfortable when you have to visit with them again for any service needs, or other questions, as these new cars have lots to learn about! In that light, anytime I reach out to Zander post deal I find him very responsive and helpful! It is pleasure to return for service or other matters and visit with them! We look forward to another purchase of a Mercedes Benz (what a car!), and hope Zander remains at MB of Littleton so that we can work with him again!! We were referred to MB Littleton, and to Zander Lens buy the USAA car buying service. We corresponded for a bit by email before our visit to the dealership. He was a delight to work with, and gave us the right price the first time...no haggling needed. Horrible dealership bought a preowned car from these clowns and it took 5 hours to get it all done. Had to go find a salesmAn when we first got there couldn't get no help. Then the car I bought was filthy. Then they had put new tires on it come to find out they are no name discontinued junk tires. Then they promised me a owners manuAl as the cAr was missing it. It's been two months and still have not got it. I've called several times and they never return my calls. Advise everyone not to buy a car from these clowns

I stopped by the dealership because I kept getting an alert about my tire pressure. I did not have an appointment. Mr. Uribe took it upon himself not to just put more air in my tire, but to look for a potential problem. He found a small screw in my tire. He then went on to fix the tire for me. When I was reunited with my vehicle he showed me (at my request) where the issue had been and how he fixed it. I told him how appreciative I was as I was about to leave on a road trip with the car. During our last few minutes of conversation, he even took things one step further for me and took the time to show me where and how to put windshield wiper fluid into the car if I needed to on my trip. As you can see, I rely heavily on the service this dealership claimed they would provide if I purchased one of their vehicles. I also have embrace should something happen while I am on the road, but Mr. Uribe's time and attention to me and my vehicle saved me time and potentially more significant damage to my vehicle.

After visiting several dealerships without success, my experience at this dealership was exceptional. Immediately upon entering the sales floor, I was greeted by their salesman Murad Moriasy. I was shown all of the vehicles I was interested in and all options were explained in detail. Mr. Moriasy was very responsive to all of my questions, was very patient, courteous and made my car purchase stress free. When I first started looking to buy a new car I went to Mercedes Benz of Littleton and met with Sherry Gardner. Let me just say, car buying is not my strong suit and she made this entire experience so stress free and painless. I have been to almost every car dealership in Denver, CO and this place is by far the most down to earth and approachable. She was honest with me and told me exactly what she could do, unlike so many other dealerships who made empty promises and then could not deliver once I showed up. She did everything she said she would do and this is huge for me because I live 2 hours away and it is not easy to coordinate my schedule to accommodate time to find the perfect auto. Brooke Eixenberger, the finance director, is also due a great deal of credit as she was able to figure out a way for me to drive off in my new GLK 350 for the price I wanted and a payment I could afford. I am so happy right now and feel very at home and comfortable with these women which for me as a woman, is very hard to accomplish when making such a large financial commitment. Everyone from reception to maintaining my new SUV has been so welcoming and fun to work with, they have gone out of their way to help me with everything I needed. THANKS SHERRY AND BROOKE YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!! In the last two months, I have leased two Mercedes Benz vehicles from Mercedes-Benz of Littleton. Sherry Gardner was my salesperson. It was the easiest experience I've ever had with a salesperson and dealership. They are not your typical hardcore "used car-type" outfit that many other dealerships I've dealt with in the past are. Each transaction took only a few hours, and Sherry was very helpful in every aspect of the deal. I'll definitely be back.

I found a pretty fair deal, Infiniti fx35 2011, several weeks ago. I went to the dealer, 70+ mile away. At the day that I am planning to go to this dealership, I double checked the car through Cars.com and I luckly found that they reduced the price by $500. When I arrived, I asked the employer for the car that I found in Cars.com and he replied that they sold the car about A WEEK AGO. I said to the salesman that you still putting the car online, he said that it needs several days to be removed!! And when I asked him about reducing the price today, he replied with same thing! I think that was a disrespectful and Infelicitous way to attract customers.

Every time I have walked into Mercedes-Benz of Littleton I have been thoroughly taken care of! We have a lease with them and then we came back to buy an SUV. Mike in the service department is an incredible guy and I always know that I am getting the best possible service when working with him. As expected from a premium car dealer we received Premium service. Without the pressure to buy now sales staff was very knowledgeable and respected the type pf buyer that shops a brand like Mercedes. No hidden costs all up front with the numbers in our case. Only complaint is the location of the dealership.

I have purchased several Mercedes-Benz vehicles over the years. By far, this has been the best experience. My Sales Person, Greg Voeltz, was very, very, very professional. I purchased a Certified pre-owend car. They have a delivery specialist (Chelsey). She was awesome and explained everything about the car during my delivery. The service department has been fair in pricing over the years. Overall I'm extremely happy with Mercedes-Benz of Littleton.

I just discovered Dealer Rater and just left another rating for a dealership we just purchased a car from. I had leased an ML 350 from MB Littleton in June 2012 and had a great experience. We were greeted right away by Sean and we let him know we were not going to do the back and forth thing with his manager. I stated what I wanted, the price, terms of the lease, and the trade-in price we were looking for or no deal. I had already been through the sales tactics dance at Westminster MB. There was a special lease deal going on at the time that I was not aware of and MB Westminster NEVER mentioned it! They made me believe they were offering me a great deal as part of the negotiations. Their bottom line was actually worse than the special advertised lease deal being offered at the time. Since I really loved the ML 350, I wanted to give MB one last chance before going back to Lexus. MB Littleton beat the special lease deal and Westminster MB's final offer! Sean did not put us through hours of negotiating nor did he come back with the typical sales tactics we normally find at other dealerships. This was probably the most efficient and pleasant car-buying experience we have had. I felt compelled to offer this feedback since my experience was so positive. Better a little late than never.

Terrible! This dealership employs the kind of bait-and-switch tactics one usually associates with low-end used car dealerships. After having purchased two cars here previously, I have to wonder how the sales culture could have deteriorated this badly. The Mercedes Benz brand certainly suffers as a result of the kind of blatantly deceptive sales tactics and thinly disguised pricing manipulations employed. Do yourself a favor if youre set on MB and check out the other two local dealerships. As for me, after years of driving MB Im now looking at lexus.

Whatever you do, DO NOT purchase the 2008 ML 350 with VIN# 4JGBB86E58A312577. This SUV recently had the intake manifold replaced which means the vehicle seriously overheated. When my wife and I asked why was it replaced, we got a generic answer. They wouldn't tell us what caused the part to go bad. We also nothiced that the employees were rushing us to make the deal without any warranty or anything. So during the paperwork drill, we began to ask more specific questions regarding whether we could return the vehicle within a certain amount of time if we discovered something seriously wrong with the vehicle and their answer was no. As soon as we drove off the lot, the vehicle was basically ours. I then contacted my mechanic, whom I trust dearly, and asked for his advice. When I shared that the intake manifold had been replaced, he stopped me and requested that I specifically ask whether they meant the gasket or the entire manifold. He then went on to explain to me that something had to be seriously wrong with the vehicle and to step away. Rod Lovell was our saleman and initially, I enjoyed what I thought was good customer service. When the deal started to stall, he stepped away. The guy couldn't finished the DEAL! I say the same for the Used Sales Manager, Wayne Pierce. Mr Pierce wouldn't leave his glass office to assure me that Mercedes Benz of Littleton would stand by the 2008 ML 350 once we drove it off the lot. I literally stood outside his glass-walled office, approximately 7 feet away, and he refused to approach me. And you call that customer service!!!???? Keep in mind, this ocurred on 8 Mar 12. Once I received the confirmation from my mechanic and an independent Mercedes Benz expert, I informed all parties that the deal was off. I was asked by Rod Lovell, who was Mike???? His facial expression reflected his anger/sarcasim. I quickly replied that he was my mechanic and he was the owner of business XYZ. Rod Replied, "You have a Japanese car mechanic advising you on a Mercedes?" I replied, "Yes and I trust him because I have consulted with him for years and he's never let me down. Also, since my mechanic wanted a Mercedes Benz expert's opinion to ensure he was on the right path, he contacted a Colorado Springs Mercedes Benz Master Technician and explained the issue and was immediately told to tell me to leave that *^$&*) alone!" The next day, I received a call from Brooke Eixenberger, the Finance Director. She explained that she was informed that we were concerned that about the condition of the 2008 ML 350 and would like to see of we could work something out. I then informed her that the 2008 ML 350 would not be considered. She replied that she understood and offered my wife and I a Toyota RAV4. WTF!!!!!!! Why would I be interested in that!!!????? I went on to inform Brooke that I was totally disappointed with the lack of customer service and shadeness of the dealership. I also informed her that my wife and I reviewed the dealership's rating on yelp.com and edmund.com where they received horrible ratings. People actually stated that they took their business to Murray Imports and elswhere for their purchase. Since th 9 Mar 12, I've only heard from Brooke. I pointed out the fact to my wife that it seemed odd that a Finance Director would call and schedule a test drive for a car or SUV versus the Salesman or Used Sales Manager. On 9 Mar 12, I informed Brooke that the Mercedes Benz of Littleton's staff showed what they were made of by attempting to sell a lemon with a Mercedes Benz badge. The staff states that they provide excellent customer service, however, their actions didn't reflect that at all. Had my wife and I drove that 2008 ML 350 off the lot on 8 Mar 12, we would have had a mechanical nightmare. I'm happy to post that I gave Mercedes Benz of Colorado Springs my business and finalized a deal last night. As a matter of fact, I got more bang for my buck. I currently drive a 2010 ML 350 with only 25,000 miles with a 5-year/135,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty at a much better interest rate than Mercedes Benz of Littleton offered. The sales staff and finance manager were on the top of their game and worked with us throughout the process. There were no red flags at all. Thanks Mercedes Benz of Colorado Springs!Lastly, on 9 Mar 12, Mercedes Benz of Littleton reposted the 2008 ML 350 with Vin# 4JGBB86E58A312577 back on their website for $29, 500. On 8 Mar 12, this vehicle was listed at $28,300 but the E-Commerce Director (Internet Sales), Jeff "Angelo" Melendez, offered it to me for $26,300. He went on to explain that the vehicle had been on the lot for a while and he'd rather get something out of it versus sending it to auction and getting less. So, potential buyer be smart and don't pick this SUV or Mercedes of Littleton. Again, don't purchase the 2008 ML 350 with Vin# 4JGBB86E58A312577

When buying a car it can become very stressful,the money, the pressure to purchase additional warranties, etc. Scott made the experience very rewarding, fun, and enjoyable, exactly like he said he would. There was no high pressure just excellent information and help in making a decision. Staff dont seem very knowledgeable, leave you waiting around, noone seems to take control, dont give you much information(even after purchasing). They cant seem to handle simple things, like return of accessory items that they sold at time of vehicle sale. One person doesnt know, the next person doesnt know. Its a return! How difficult is that? Even Walmart people handle that 10 times better!Our experience at the Westminster dealership was way better, unfortunately the car we wanted was at Littleton.
