Great experience buying a Mercedes-Benz. Dennis stayed in contact with me for the last three years. I just bought my second Mercedes-Benz from Dennis. Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood has a very good service department too.

We bought our first new MB from Dennis, and Don was our finance guy. Top notch service in ALL areas, including service. They are always on time and have a nice loaner for me when the car goes in for routine check-ups. On occasion when I'm in the area I stop in to say hello

Best dealership in the state. Great prices and I got a very good deal. Dennis Oswalt got me a great deal on my trade in and got me a great deal on the car I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership and when you get there ask for Dennis Oswalt. The financing I got was also a great bargain.

I got a car here and I would say it's really an excellent experience. I was contacted by Dennis and he gave me very good price in the first email, which is totally different from other dealers. And I managed to get a even better price than I expected. The purchase is very fast and it only cost me no more than 2 hours. I will definitely recommend this dealer to my friends who are considering having a Mercedes.

This is my first car and it is Mercedes CLA 250. Even though the car is not here. I was waiting for the car to deliver and bought it. Dennis is a great sales person and the manager Don are great at customer service. Unlike average salespeople who try to push for a deal, they listen to the customers and try to meet their needs. I had a pleasant experience interacting with them. They also provided me loaner car until my car is delivered. The car buying process is also very fast and informative. I dnt have words to express but each and everything is very good and smooth going and was perfect. Go and see dennis and he will take of everything else and you can just think of driving ur new mercedes. ........... :-)

My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood spans many negative emotions ranging from a new car purchase that went terribly wrong to a formal complaint to the MBUSA corporate and Attorney General Office. They are quite capable of falsifying the truth and making stuff up to cover up their pitiful failure to act as a responsible and ethical dealership representing a world-trusted brand. Here is one example.I recently booked a service appointment with Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood. My request was comprised of a 5,000-mile factory service requirements and some warranty work for my vehicle which I purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood. A day prior to my appointment, I received a phone call from Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood advising me that their management left a note in my service records stating that I MUST BE DENIED GETTING ANY WORK DONE BY THE DEALERSHIP. The dealership employee told me that this has something to do with a sales issue in the past, but he hesitated to provide any further explanations.I was completely SHOCKED and APPALLED with how Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood treated me as their customer. I have had no idea as to what the sales issue was being implied. The true grounds behind the dealerships unfair treatment remain unknown to me.Due to a potential d.scriminating nature of the issue in question, I took the matter to the Attorney General's Office (AGO). In their response to the AGO, Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood has taken the unethical approach and made groundless accusations blaming me for comments I have never made, and actions I have never undertaken. They tried to cover up the entire story by telling the AGO that I booked a checking wheel appointment, and that they do not provide such a service, hence the refusal. The rest of their response to the AGO was a false representation of facts, further damaging their reputation as a Mercedes-Benz dealership. In addition, by unfairly denying the warranty work on my vehicle, Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood have broken the law and violated their franchise agreement with MBUSA. They quickly realized that they are running at risk of getting into a difficult conversation with the corporate, and as expected they are now telling the AGO and MBUSA that they never denied providing warranty work.In summary, the WHOLE EXPERIENCE WITH MERCEDES-BENZ OF LYNNWOOD WAS SIMILAR TO DEALING WITH A BUNCH OF IMMATURE AND ABSURD PEOPLE who do whatever they can to leave a long-lasting bad taste in the Mercedes-Benz customer experience.I urge all potential customers to be ready to face with the ugly attitude and unacceptable behavior that Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood may exhibit with the others.MB of Lynnwood is A TOTAL DISGRACE TO THE MERCEDES-BENZ BRAND

They do alot of advertising so I was thinking they'd be a huge dealership. I was pleasantly surprised, they're right on highway 99 in Lynnwood and not intimidating at all. They have alot of cars and a really nice building. We sat by the fireplace and had a soda while I was researching a couple cars. The whole time was easy and enjoyable.

Stopped in to see the vehicles and loved the atmosphere. The people are so nice and knowledgeable, not pushy. Bonus: espresso bar! They know Seattle well.
