In Dec. of 2014 I traded in my S 350 & my C 300 on a 2015 S 550 I have been servicing it with Naples Mercedes Benz, my service representative has been Tino and i have been more than pleased. All the staff are polite and very helpful. Called on Friday to make an appointment they had me bring the car Monday I met with my service writer Geoff Kaleal within minutes he took me to get a loaner about five minutes later the loaner counter guy took me to inspect the car and off I went. It took about a week to get the part for my car Geoff kept me up to date regularly so I knew what was happening. Once the car was finished I filled up the loaner and returned it at the drop off lane by time I signed the no charge invoice and walked back outside my car was waiting. By far the best dealer experience I've ever had.

Service Advisor, Chuck Searles, told me of the schedule, kept me informed as to the issues discovered, and had the car ready before I expected it. He has always provided outstanding service to me and I really appreciate it. The AAA battery we installed exactly a year earlier wasn't working and they refised to honor the warranty becuse of a high battery drain. MB found the problem, the alarm siren system, fixed it and preserved the battery. Thanks, Chuck!

Mercedes of Naples has been a terrific dealer from the sales process for both of our cars, one new in 2015 and one certified pre-owned in 2016, and throughout the service organization. Appointments are easy to get, parts are generally available, service adviser, Chuck Searles, is truly exceptional. The simple fact that the service advisor is able to run the credit card and complete the transactioin at his desk, is a real time saver and simplifies the entire process. Salesman Adam Davis is a riot and fun to deal with. His deal's are fair and reasonable. The cars he provided me are a delight to own. The Airport Pulling location is very nice but super busy. I can't wait for the new store they're adding in Boinita Springs but I'll probably continue to use the Naples Mercedes store, the people are just that good.

I am a snow-bird spending winter in Naples and I have my car serviced at MB Naples while I am here. Their service is truly exceptional. Luke Allen is a very professional service advisor and it is always a pleasure dealing with him. Loaner car was readily available and service was performed within specified time frame. I much appreciated the courtesy wash and vacuum; car was in mint condition when I picked it up. I couldn't have done a better job myself ! Everything about this dealership is what one would expect from Mercedes Benz. From either online appointment or using the phone to make service appointments, they are a step above the rest. John Chaffo treat all his clients like family making certain loaner is ready and waiting to knowing what the visit is scheduled for and talking to make certain any past issues are still correct. The whole staff from Patrick in the car loaner area to all service technicians who have worked on my car are professional, courteous, and provide excellent service. I'm a retired disabled veteran. I was very skeptical of purchasing a car online (sight unseen). I saw a Mercedes at the Mercedes of Naples, FL dealership and spoke with Adam and voiced my concern of buying a car online. Adam was very helpful, he informed me he would keep me on the phone as he walked inside and outside of the vehicle. He proceeded to notify me of all dents and scratches on the car. Additionally, he took photos of everything and sent them to me for review. Adam was very honest and forthcoming about the minor flaws on the car. Upon review of the photos I decided to buy the car. Adam proceeded to recommend and coordinated to have the car transported to South Carolina. Adam made my buying process smooth. He continued to ensure I received my required documents (temporary tag, title, Bill of Sale, etc). in the mail. Adam is, beyond a reasonable doubt the best sales consultant I have ever dealt with. I purchased a 2012 E350 Convertible from Eddie Lawrence. The buying process was outstanding. Eddie detailed the areas of the car that needed attention and worked closely with Adrian to make sure they had been addressed. There is one area that needs to be addressed. That is the CHROME under the convertible top. Adrian gave this special effort but it appears to be a flaw in the chrome material. It appears th be plastic rather than metal. Eddie indicated that he would follow up on this. Also the rear left floor mat will be replaced. Overall a great job by the MB Naples crew Brendan Murtaugh

I received help with an estimate, met the insurance adjuster at the dealership, scheduled repairs which were done efficiently and on-time. I am very familiar with the automobile business having grown up in the family multi line auto business and spending 35 years w/ a fortune five international consumer goods company in sales, training, management and sales development. This was the single best car deal I've ever done. I have bought Acura's my last 8 vehicles but I decided to look at Mercedes on a whim. My sales rep at Mercedes Benz of Naples, Adam Davis, was phenomenal. What a great, vibrant, and outgoing person. At first he seemed a little too energetic. Too enthusiastic. But then you realize, this isn't an act. This young man truly loves his job and his customers and by the end of the process, I felt like family. It's easy to get caught up in the car buying moment but this dealership, and Adam, made me feel welcome, special, and valued. I may not have been buying the most expensive car on the lot by a long shot, but they made me feel like I was. The transaction was easy, straight forward, and everything was as described. No surprises, no haggling, no anything. The finance manager Joe was just as pleasant to deal with. After the paperwork which went smoothly and quickly, Adam spent well over an hour just going over the car, the features, and making sure I was comfortable. Since my purchase, he has called to see if I am happy, have any questions, or if there is anything he could do for me. No dealership, nor sales person, has ever done that for me before. Bottom line is that in my opinion, this is an A+ dealership. You simply can't go wrong. I will be buying future cars here, especially if Mr. Davis is still around.

I brought my 2012 CLS 550 I. For service on short notice because the seal on the windshield failed. The receptionist who handled my call got my to my Gold Star Service Coordinator, Jackie Dressmam. She is phenomenal. She took the time to understand my issue, walked and checked the vehicle with me, asked pertinent questions, gave me an idea of how long the vehicle would be tied up, and set me up with a great loaner. This is the second time I have done business with MB Naples. I thought the first experience was outstanding, by far the best experience I'd had up to that point and I thought it could not be better. The second time was event better, just incredible. They definitely go out of their way to please you and make the experience memorable. They have definitely mastered this concept and it seems to be their philosophy because each experience I had was with a different sales person. Both transactions were exceptional deals, I really think they were unbeatable deals! That would typically be enough, but the truth is they do not stop at that. They really think of all of the details and really make you feel important, so you want to come and do business with them again. I have dealt with many other dealers, including Mercedes and BMW, this is by far the best. I brought my leased Smart Car in for its first service and was met at the curb by David Reid, who opened my door, offered me a loaner car, called my service consultant, Mike Cabrera, walked me directly to Mike's desk and offered me refreshment. Mike arrived within minutes. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and took care of all the paperwork quickly. When I returned to pick up the car, Mike went over everything, and took time to make sure I was completely satisfied. He sat with me and gave me his full attention. I never felt rushed. I have never had such a truly nice experience at any car dealership. Any time you can walk out of a business feeling better than you did when you walked in, that's a really good day.

Jackie, the Service Professional, is definitely the best I have ever experienced. She is on top of everything, follows up diligently relative to repair/service problems, and timely provides updating and informative service communications from start to finish. She has a very nice personality and appears to be the customer's advocate. Chip, the Service Manager, is also the best. He spends as much time as you want explaining the repairs and service needs for your car. He is down to earth, listens intently to your problems, explains fixes and alternatives in detail and is not arrogant or condescending. All in all, both these individuals are definitely "The best of the best" and make a person feel important and valuable.

Never in my car buying experience have I had a dealer that appeared to be solely interested in my satisfaction in every aspect of buying a car, rather new or pre-owned. In particular my personal salesman, Jorge Martinez and his manager Alex. I really feel as though I received a fantastic amount of care and I have since referred a neighbor to Mercedes Benz of Naples. This one dealership stood out among them all and not because I got a good deal but because they were the only one that wanted me to have the best deal. I went as far as Savannah Georgia, Orlando, and points south to Pembrooke Pines. I may not have gotten the best deal ever but it was truly the best deal for me.

As a first time buyer of a Mercedez-Benz at the Naples Dealership, I am most impressed with the professionalism of the staff throughout the entire buying process. As a single woman, two dreaded shopping excursions come to mind (1) swim suits and (2) searching for the right car. Alex Gallardo, was my first introduction and he was friendly and upfront - "everything was presented in "black and white" as he stated, as we together went on-line to search for my C250. Sales Consultant, Joel Jacobson became my "wing man" providing information and assurance as to when the vehicle would arrive. Patiently Joel provided an expert "in-service" on how to operate my new C250, and even set up my Bluetooth system! Joseph Jalbert, business manager, completed the financial transactions with such ease that I was smiling, as a wrote a personal check! Amazing! Joel, especially has continuously phoned or emailed me to check on me and my learning curve, operating the cart. Though it is a special time of year where folks tend to be more genuine and caring, Joel, Alex, and Joseph (perhaps three wise men? We recently purchased a previously owned MB, and received excellent service from sales associate, Patrick Westin. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and provided great service before and after the sale. Also, we felt that the used car selection at the dealership was excellent and provided us many excellent choices in their inventory. The overall dealer process was painless and relatively quick. We felt that Patrick as well as the dealership in general covered everything we needed to know, and MB has a good deal on financing that we decided to utilize. The one minor issue was around a couple of small scratches on the hood of the vehicle. We requested they be repaired and we agreed that we would accept the fix done without the entire hood being painted. Even with that, we were expecting a better job on the scratches, as the paint was not a match and the scratches are essentially still there. Otherwise than that, the car is in perfect condition inside and out, and we are very happy with it and our experience at MB of Naples! We will be back to service our car in the future.

DO NOT BUY FROM Mercedes Benz of Naples, FL. I contacted the dealership based on an E550 Cabriolet they had on their website. I spoke to Alex Gallardo the Internet sales manager. He told me when the car would be in (it was on the boat) and sent me the window sticker. All good so far. I told him I would be the participating in the USAA car-buying program to purchase the car. In case you are not familiar with this program it is for active duty military (I couldnt afford a Mercedes when I was active duty), veterans (me) and the families of both. The program and incentive change from month to month. In July of 2013 the program offered ALL E class Mercedes at $1500.00 above invoice and an additional $2500.00 off. This would bring the price to $1000.00 below invoice. Alex informed me that they would only give me $2500.00 off of the sticker and no other incentives. A quick note, by being a USAA partner they do not have the choice to pick and choose which incentives they will honor and which ones they will ignore. So Alex gives me the song and dance this is a well-equipped E class and continues with if you were buying a 350 I could give you $7000.00 off and beat the incentives. He also stated I paid too much for my SL and he could discount an SL $20,000.00. Really? So you can deal on every car EXCEPT the one I want. Very convenient (for them). Alex advised me he would give me the $2500.00 incentive and that was it. I then contacted USAA to ask if the dealer had the option of NOT HONORING the program. Of course they do not. I called back spoke to Alex and he told me he would check. He called back to tell me he spoke with his manager and the owner happened to be in the office at that time and because it was such a well equipped hard to get vehicle (E class remember not an SL or S an E) they were not wiling to do anything but the $2500.00. After initially first contacting the dealership I received the following e mail from Frank Carrasquillo, the General Sales Manager: Dear Peter, My name is Frank Carrasquillo, General Sales Manager of Mercedes-Benz of Naples. I want to personally thank you for contacting us regarding your interest in a new Mercedes-Benz. To make sure that we are delivering to you an exceptional buying experience, Id like your feedback. You see at Mercedes-Benz of Naples, we truly appreciate it when customers take time out of their busy days to provide us with some open, honest feedback about our products and services. Please write, telephone, or e-mail me with your comments. I will make sure that we do everything possible to meet all of your needs. All I need to get started is your feedback! I thank you for your time and look forward to serving you in the future. Sincerely, Frank Carrasquillo General Sales Manager 501 Airport Rd S, Naples, FL 34104 239-643-5006 Office 239-643-4628 Fax I decided I needed to call Frank. This was also the suggestion of USAA. Frank was unavailable and wouldnt be available. They took my name and had Luis Alvarado contact me. Same story no deal but he would try to talk to Frank. Called back almost immediately telling me he spoke to Frank and they are unwilling to deal. I said but you are a USAA partner and required by Mercedes Benz USA to honor the price and incentives. I was told well we are not going to. We can pick and choose which cars to apply the incentives to. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM Mercedes Benz of Naples. They did not honor the program for which they are partners and by not doing that they are not supporting a program that supports the military and VETERANS. I found almost the exact car here in VA at Mercedes of Arlington. I went by and saw the car. I identified myself as a USAA member and was told by the salesman thats great you can have the car for $1000.00 below invoice. I bought the car. That is the way it is supposed to work. Mercedes Benz of Naples is a fast-talking, dishonest, disreputable group of salespersons and managers.

I will never forget the feeling I experienced when I bought my first Mercedes Benz nearly 25 years ago it was a used 1982 300CD coupe diesel the smile on my face was notable to most everyone at the Ray Catena Dealership in Edison New Jersey and especially to my wife and friends. "They made me a deal I couldn't refuse' Owning my first Mercedes made me feel like I had started my journey to success in style. Since that time I have probably owned at least 10 or more Mercedes from various Dealerships and have had the same smile for each one either New or Used. My experience this time however far surpassed my expectations from a Dealership . I walked into Mercedes Benz of Naples without appointment and was greeted by Rich Grimes , I must say he really made me feel like an important person . His knowledge and kindness made me feel very comfortable. I explained to him what I was expecting in a new vehicle and model and within minutes he had just the right one for me, a new 2013 GLK 250 BLUTEC loaded with everything that could possibly be offered and the fact that it was a diesel and the right color combination even made it more exciting. After his very professional and knowledgeable introduction of the vehicle we went for a test drive and it was very exciting to say the least you would never know it was a diesel . BLUTEC technology is really a breakthrough that no other manufacturer can come close to and I am proud to own one. This vehicle will be a keeper for my family since we drive up north at least 3 times a year and with its unsurpassed mileage and diesel longevity and performance will get us there in style ,comfort and class. To top off my experience even further Frank Carrisqillo the General Sales Manager got involved with the final numbers and made me "A DEAL I COULDN'T REFUSE" Anyway, I think I probably used all characters available....Thanks Again Rich and Frank for making it such a pleasure..

They were outstanding. Our Mercedes Sprinter truck broke down when in Naples. We needed some body work done on our truck so we asked them for an estimate of the cost to do the body work. We had an estimate from Euro Motor Cars in Bethesda, MD. to do the same work. Mercedes Benz of Naples charged us 40% less than had we done the same work with Euro Motor Cars of Bethesda, MD.

I have a 2003 S500. Its an old car but its all I need for the three months that I am in Naples every year. I took the car in for its service B and learned that the car needed a long list of repairs. This was not a surprise. Mike Cabrera, the service consultant, explained the list in detail and offered to have Jay, the technician, show me the problems. Jay was terrific. He took his time and showed me everything on the list. He explained which items were priority items and which items could be deferred. I was never rushed for a decision or pressured to get the work done. This gave me a great deal of confidence that I was dealing with the right company for my car. The car was fixed promptly and I will be back regularly.

Had been looking at the Mercedes Benz of Naples web site for several months on and off. Was looking only at newer used SL 550 models. Was not ready to trade till lease on another vehicle expired. Decided to trade-in another vehicle and contacted dealership via internet. Patrick Westin responded and after a short time at the dealership we worked out a deal "effortlessly" and had one repair issue which was handled quickly. We returned to the dealership to handle the paperwork and spent time going over the vehicle. Patrick was very patient with us and went over all the equipment and "bells and whistles" and there were many on the SL 550. We drove off the lot confident that we had made the right choice and knew enough about the vehicle. Would definitely do business with this dealership again, and would ask for Patrick Westin again. I'm from St Louis and I drove in blind with no appointment and with 7 nails in my tire at the end of the work day. I was greeted immediately then assigned a service rep, Mark, ASAP. Being from snow country, I have special truck tires so they had to order my tire. I was given a loaner car and out of there in 30 min. Mark kept me informed of the tire order the whole time. My car was returned to me clean and tires in balance! Great job! This was much better service than I get in St Louis!

I purchased my Mercedes c250 in Fort Lauderdale. I was in Naples on a Friday afternoon when my check engine light came on. I called the dealership, they said " we are jammed, but please come immediately." They took me right in, diagnosed the issue and I was out the door by 4pm. I was pleasantly surprised by how willing they were to help someone who purchased at a different dealer. Now that's professionalism!

When I purchased my E350 in 2011 I was told that this dealership gives you free car washes. Today I went in there for one, only to be told that has been discontinued. No notice was given via email or a letter to the clients (although when they want to sell me a service, or new tires, they are quick to send out emails!) I was quite disappointed for this extra incentive helped me make up my purchase mind rather than a Jaguar or Lexus. Will now have to rethink that for next car.

Of minor concern, I had my S550 detailed and felt it could have been in more imaculate appearance when picked up...water drops, etc on the grill and the edges, but this is not a deal breaker. (tough to get good help at that level today) As always, a pleasant experience having my vehicles serviced at your dealership.

Whenever we have a question or need service Jackie is the person we call. She is extremely helpful. Always answers any questions or schedules our service immediately. She is very knowledgable about anything to do with our E-320 CDI. We nver worry once Jackie is in charge of any regular service or repair. It is always a pleasant experience and they never overcharge or push services we do not need. I give her and the service people five stars! She makes having a Mercedes truly a a quality experience. Hard on the heels of a rash of service expenditure, combined with the premature destruction of the front tires, a cracked fuel tank started to look like the end of my days as an owner of the Mercedes-Benz brand. I was still reeling from the failure of the rear main seal in the (then) 56,000 mile engine. A defunct headlight module, a suspension pump and actuator failure, and a worn-out idler pulley were items that I had not planned on having to have replaced so early in the car's "life". Due exclusively to the first-class customer service efforts of both my service representative and the service manager at MB Naples, I am again looking forward to continuing to enjoy driving the E55. I bought this car on the premise of owning it and enjoying it for 20 years. The 2006 E55 was the last of the supercharged engines, and from a pure amortization view 20 years of ownership would have worked out to costing me $80 per week for ownership -- considerably less than what I could rent a car for ! I am again back on track to reach this goal. It was a very close call ( a leased Nissan Altima with 38 mpg, under $200 a month, and no repairs or service expenditure each three-year period, looked very attractive). The personal intervention on my behalf by two fine employees of MB Naples has energized my faith in the MB brand, and has revived my trust in German engineering. This is what exceptional customer service is all about, and for this I am very thankful to both Mike Cozza and Jackie Dressman.

I normally don't want the sales person in the car on the demo ride but in this case I was glad he was there because he only spoke up with useful information not "are ready to buy now" typical sales annoyance. Our air conditioner blower went out on our S550 and it was making a lot of noise. M/B of Naples put a new blower in and it is perfectly silent now! Tino, our service tech and David, the shop mgr. took care of everything with a smile and even gave me a car to drive while my car was worked on. Thank you also to Mike Cozza the dealer repair manager. It really is a team effort to keep Mercedes Benz clients coming back!
