My vehicle was in need of service so I visited my dealer, Mercedes Benz of North Orlando in Sanford, Florida. The assistant service manager, Jennifer Nealy was experienced and it showed in her interactions. I was treated with courtesy. I was kept informed and quickly. The concerns were handled very well. The result was that my extended warranty covered some of my costs and the balance and particulars were fully and accurately explained to me by her co-worker, Rick, when he covered for her absence. This is a great team that work together to benefit the customers and I appreciate their services. I recommend that you should too.

I recently bought a 2016 Chrysler C from Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando. Salesman Jordan was very friendly and courteous during the whole process. The test drive was very nice the car drove smooth Jordan explained some of the features of the car. I came back later on that day and decided to finish the purchase. It took a little longer than I would have liked but Jordan made sure that the car was detailed clean and a had a full tank of gas I was very happy with the whole process and would go back again if I ever needed another car to Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando John L

Just the Customer Service alone is exceptional, I started off buying parts and feel like I made great friends at this location (not the first location I attempted) Everyone that I came in contact with was so personable from Carlton to Mike in parts, Ashley Crystal, Rick, Tim, Luis( I hope I remembered his name correctly he’s the one who fixed the botched job on my gasket, he’s definitely a master mechanic FOR SURE) I’m sure I’m leaving a few people out but it’s only because everyone was amazing and I wouldn’t second guess driving the opposite skip the Mercedes dealership by my home just to see these smiling faces. I do want to point out that Carlton is the right person for this job because no matter if you spend $65 dollars or $6,500 he’s going to provide the same level of Customer Service and make sure you know exactly what’s going on and try’s to find any and every way to help you, him knowing almost everything about these cars plays a big part and the detailed information he provides let’s you know he loves what he does. I was in and out yesterday Rick checked me in cause I had a really early appointment and I was out in no time and was able to handle my business for the rest of the day car feeling brand new so far and I’m definitely coming back for all my Mercedes needs timely drive or not.

Exceptional customer service and reception while at MB-North. I was able to get in and out without any hassle, the sales rep and general manager were both very friendly and it was by far the best car sale experience I have had over the years. I would to speak to Finance manager about some additional charges which while looking at the contract were optional. Hopefully since it's only been a week they can assist and it would have me give a five star rating.

We were driving from Sarasota to Jacksonville, got a broken rim and flat tireon a highway,came to the dealership at 6pm to get help.We received an outstanding 5 star treatment from Scott Somerhalder,he was outside of the office showing where to park our car,invited to hisoffice and treated us as a long time well known customers. The whole process of getting a loner car and getting papers signed for repairstook 15 min-very officiant and extremely professional! Very impressive.

Purchased my new diesel GL350 in 2014-has been towed twice, first time at 795 miles, then again this past spring since it would not start again-just out of the blue. Within the last 2 weeks, the engine light appears-new part ordered, put in and when I went to drive it-the check engine light went on again! Mercedes USA sent in a technican for the first no start incident. Once, twice-third time I am done with the service attitude at this dealership-service is not their forte!Left vehicle night before for early service, I received no call as to what time I could pick up my vehicle until I called at 2:30 pm to inquire! Then the blah blah started-well we have to keep the car to drive it 60 miles to make sure it is installed correctly. Really-this and that they needed the car for a few days was never indicated when I called to make an appointment nor when I dropped the car off. No communication at this dealership. Last quote was "I didn't build the car". Yes but you do have the avenue to "service" the customer by contacting Mercedes USA as soon as you see the list of problems this vehicle has had!

I don't know where to begin. My partner dropped off the car about two weeks ago to make a key duplicate, it was 2013 Mercedes ML diesel. At a normal place, this work should not take more than 2-3. However, at Mercedes Benz of North Orlando it has been almost two and a half week and it is still not done. The service adviser who was supposed to help me was Jason Perillo. We have sent all requested paper work and absolutely no response from him whatsoever. I have left many voice mails, had written notes from other advisers and still no response. I am going to file a complain with Mercedes Benz of USA as well because such a treatment is simply disrespectful and irresponsible. Please potential customers, do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at any expense.

Sunday Afternoon, Football or trade in my current CPO. I was able to both! Great Dealership, Great Sales (Ivan Bravo) Great Finance (Victor). Don't have to spend all day debating your deal. Very friendly, easy to work with, got to watch football and home 2 hours before the late game. Living in Jacksonville with 2 Mercedes dealers in town, I would definitely opt to make the drive to Mercedes of North Orlando again!

I live in the Atlanta area and had been looking for a Mercedes Passenger Sprinter for a long time. I found one this past Sat. at Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando. I contacted the dealership at 8:05am, and by 2pm, the deal was done! I went down to Orlando on Sunday to pick up my new Mercedes Sprinter. When I arrived, my new van was ready and looking great! Everyone at the dealership was great! I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

I just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes S63 and am very pleased with the car. Much of my satisfaction comes from the exemplary way the sale was handled by Syed Shariff (quite possibly, THE best car sales associate) and the entire dealership staff. Shortly after purchase, I experienced a tire problem that was not the fault of the dealership. They resolved the issue beyond my expectations and have in every way exceeded any reasonable performance standard. Measured by ease of purchase, this dealership is tops. Prices are more than competitive but VALUE is off the chart. Highly recommended.(I have now purchased both new and used vehicles here and each and every experience has been perfect)

Car was towed by MB roadside assistance as spare tire had leaking stem valve; they wanted to keep car four days to find a tire; when pressed they found a tire; got car back and window molding was scratched; complained to AutoNation who told them to fix it; they replaced molding and when picked up car pulled out onto the highway and saw a crack on the front right side of the windshield; pulled back into the dealership and man who brought the car to me said he saw the crack then; Greg said he checked car after service and it was not cracked. So some time between service and me picking car up the windshield was cracked. Lee, service manager, said the car was like that, they did not do, Greg was not a service tech so did not know anything, etc., etc. and they were not going to fix it.

Zero communication. They make you do all the work to purchase a car. It is apparent they are a high volume dealership and the cars sell themselves. I have never had to do so much work and practically beg for their attention and sale. In the end, my calls were never returned and I went to another dealership. I am now considering moving away from the Mercedes brand due to this very insulting experience.

I special ordered the C250 Coupe and loved my car after it came in! I worked with Mr. Shariff at the dealership and he made sure i got exactly what i wanted. Since we entered the dealer we were approached by Mr Miller with high level of professionalism, we got all of he options very quickly. In every moment of the transaction we felt relax and in a very friendly atmosphere, in fact we were looking for options to buy a car and was not a real plan to buy the car that day, we were looking with no hurry and that day we closed the deal and the ML350 was available for pick up in 2 days, we highly recommend the dealer and specially the sales man who worked with me Mr Miller, also during the tour for the dealer every body were very open and friendly, we are certainly highly satisfied with our deal

I live in Richmond, VA and could not find the ML350 vehicle that I wanted with the color or the features. They did a search and could not locate one in the southeast. Well, I decided to call Sanford MB and see what they had. I told Rick what I was looking for and voila he found what I wanted and even at a better price. Rick left the company but he turned everything over to Bill Smalley and he kept everything going and we finalized the deal. I flew down to Orlando and Chi picked me up from the airport and took me to the Sanford dealership as Bill was in a training class. He treated me very special and went over everything on the car. Chi saw a few fingerprints on the car and had his guys do a once over on it. I really cannot say enough nice things about this dealership. You know it has to be great if I flew from Richmond to Orlando to purchase this car. The Richmond dealership should take a lesson from these guys! Thanks Sanford MB - I am loving my new ML350!

Rick Gross made the buying experience great for me and my wife, i will refer customers to him anytime, he was friendly and fun to work with. The dealer was very nice and will have my MB serviced there when needed. The only problem i had was that the finance part of the experience was not so great, i felt that when Jeff Bloomquist could not upsell me all the services he took it a little to personal and made me and my wife feel very akward. When i did not buy the rim and tire package he said i hope you dont get a flat going home, i think that was very unprofessional and childish, but i will not let one person upset me or my wife.

The staff and management of mercedes benz sanford continue to impress me ..this time my business was with the service department. the "check engine" light came on...long story short it was not good news .. what impressed me so much was that the service department did not push me to do the most expensive repair job , but 1 that was more practical for me at the time . I use to believe that the small "private" repair shops were always the more economically practical way to get repairs done... BUT not anymore .. plus I feel confident that the repairs were done correctly .. great dealership , honest staff . I will continue to have my car serviced at MBSANFORD..

In this economy and very competitive market it takes " something special" to be a success and the Sanford MB dealership has demonstrated it has what it takes to become the benchmark car dealership in the Central Florida area. MB is a fine car but expensive. Unlike some otherdealerships however you seem to get what you pay for at the Sanford dealership. They are new and hopefully won't be spoiled by success. Based on my experience at the Sanford MB dealership I can think of no reason why I would want to go anywhere else for a MB or any other luxury car.

I am so thrilled to work with such an AWESOME dealership. I have been going to the winter park Mercedes for the past 6 years and I called my dealer there and asked him if I could trade my lease in early, he said "no you will pay alot out of pocket, call me back when it's closer to your lease." I was disappointed and looked at BMW and Audi, but I walked into the Sanford and they greeted me with a smile and I have never had a problem. Adam safdari took such great care of me that I will never go to another dealership again. Lee and Al in service not only have kept me as a returning customer, but had me look at Mercedes service with a different perspective. Everything went smoothley. From greeting at the door By Adam, to presentaion of the car by Adam, to description of vehicle and its options by Adam and negotiating final sale price.Carlos Reyes was an outstanding person to work with. Very professional and easy to deal with. He explained all the financing and paperwork and made it a pleasant experience.Additionally, all the sales and service people greet you with a smile and are reaqdy to help you in any way possible. This dealership is a pleasure to visit.

my automobile shopping at mercedes-benz of sanford was a comfortable no pressure experience . As soon as I entered the front door of the dealership the receptionist politely greeted me and offered me some cold bottled water " it was a typical florida hot afternoon " I then explained to her that I was interested in a E class I had seen on their website . it was at that time I met my sales associate Chi.. his honest sincere approach was greatly appreciated. his knowledge of the mercedes product line is impressive , Chi patiently took the time to explain every function of the car to me , and even pointed out the one flaw the car had , and informed me that if I decided this car was right for me the flaw would be taken care of at my first convenience . after we had an agreement on the price Chi introduced me to Carlos , the finance director.. He was easy to work with , took the time to explain my financing options , explained the benefits of some optional warranty coverage , and without any pressure let me decide the level of coverage I was comfortable with... after signing on the "dotted line" my sales rep introduced me to my service advisor, the service manager , and a parts department representative in case I had a need for any accessories .. Now for the service department , I set my appointment to take care of the "flaw" that Chi had explained too me it was fast and easy , when I arrived the following monday to have the work performed I was greeted by name by a gentleman outside , who then escorted me to my service advisors desk.. Peter was ready for me ..he explained the service would take approximately 4 hours , my loaner car was waiting for me , and within 15 minutes I was out the door .. when I returned to pick up my car all the work was performed as promised , I think the advantage this dealership has over others is everyone works as a team ... I will definitely recommend mercedes benz of sanford to any of my friends looking for a new car . sincerely , W Burnup.

Chi Chan of Mercedes-Benz of Sanford is head and shoulders above any of the competition. He was honest and up front with me regarding the trade in value of my car and I didn't have to play games to reach the deal that I was after. He went out of his way to earn my business whereas several other dealerships I worked with made little effort. Even after I got my new car Chi continues to follow up and making sure that I am happy. I highly recommend him and this dealership!

This dealership is indeed unique to new car sales. I visited about ten other new car dealers in Leesburg and Mt. Dora, Florida area. I felt no pressure whatsoever when dealing with this company, however, it seems that all other new car dealerships in this area are indeed high pressure. My salesperson was Mr. Blaylock. He was very helpful in describing all the car's equipment and was especially inpressive when talking about the safety features. The dealership's facilities are also very modern and clean. If you're shopping for a new car, check out this dealership. You will not be disappointed.

Chi was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and helped me save money on the purchase of my new car. I negotiated with a total of 5 different sales people at 5 different dealerships. He was definitely the most motivated and worked the hardest to earn my business. Dan,(New Car Sales Manager), was also involved in the negotiation of the new car price and the price for my trade in. He was sincere and easy to work with and I feel like I ended up with a great deal. Carlos Reyes, (Finance Manager), is a super nice guy. He is very organized with all of the paperwork and made that part of the process very smooth and pleasant. He went over all of the additional options without being pushy, which I appreciate. I enjoyed the entire process at this dealership and was treated like one of the family. I'm looking forward to having my vehicle serviced there and definately plan on purchasing my next vehicle from Chi and Mercedes-Benz of Sanford.

My visit was exceptional and Chi Chan was very helpful in showing me the car, getting me a very good trade-in allowance, paperwork, and getting me out the door quickly in transferring my "stuff" out of my current car into my new one. Everyone involved in the paperwork was exceptional too! This is a very nice dealership and everyone was smiling, asking if there was anything they could get us (my daughter & her friend were with me), and just nice. I really wasn't expecting it from a high end car dealership with someone coming in straight from the beach in a basic/average car to a nicer class of car. I've never seen a place that is sooo clean! Even the car bays where they work on cars...wow!

WOW! Chi Chan and Dan Rittenhouse delivered as promised~ a great price and amazing Mercedes Benz service. They made it very easy to do business with their dealership. I would recommend their superior vehicle line-up and a trip to Lake Mary/Sanford is well worth it.
