Never again. Mercedes has not failed to show that they’re among the worst, and greediest company. Update, my lease is up, and they’re giving me all sorts of runarounds. I explicitly asked for a contract of the terms and conditions and they gave me a copy motor vehicle lease agreement. The Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement, I must need glasses because I cannot find where the hell I asked for the motor vehicle lease agreement. They’re deliberately withholding the contract because it’s going to be revised by my attorney. Whenever you ask a question, they just pass it up and pin the blame on someone else. When I apparently showed interest in possibly purchasing the car, I was told there is no room for negotiating as their quotes were from “Germany” or the instance where I asked the terms and conditions upon returning the vehicle, I would have to “take it up with the bank.” Pay attention to all the 1 star, and 3 star reviews because they’re the only ones stating the unbiased, unabashed truth. All the 5 star reviews are conflict of interest and fictitious. It’s also hilarious that the only break Mercedes offered during COVID-19 was a three month break on payments, but you would have to pay it in a lump sum at the end of three months. ??????? What???

I just wanted to take the time out to write a review. I always have a great experience at the North Palm Beach location. Aaron Kilian my service advisor always helps me every time with kindness and he is very professional. I highly recommend this dealership thank you again I’m a very happy customer! If I could put 10 stars I would!

I was so impressed with the service and professionalism at M-B of North Palm Beach. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I so appreciated the free service loaner car. My car was serviced and ready hours before it was promised! Aarron and Ashley were especially helpful and made sure every little detail was perfect! I will be back again.

Had my car serviced yesterday, for the first time here. I dealt with Ashley, and she made the process easy and smooth! Still extremely hapoy that I purchased my car here!! 5 star dealership!!

Grant Fuller is by far a hard working car sales pro knowledgeable on MB cars. He took the time working with us to find the right MB SUV based on our daily driving needs. Grant is most professional. He is patient, caring and thorough. Deserves 10 stars for his worth ethic. Ask for him. You won't go wrong. 👍🏼
