People in there are rude. Not to mention they don't even know the cars they are selling. Scot Sarjeant is the WORST of all. He is rude, not knowledgeable and worst of all....he only cares about his position. I had to contact his manager....in order to get him to reply to my messages. Once he was threaten....then he wrote a reply.

I had a great experience at the dealership. Jared Filip was a great associate to work with. He took the time to understand what I thought was important in a car and showed me the different options. He stuck with me until I made a decision and did not pressure me to close that day. Also Tim the manager was great. He worked with me to find a purchase amount we were both comfortable with. I was driving a Mercedes, which I had purchased from Mercedes OKC and wanted to trade for a convertible. I had a very positive experience with my first purchase and decided to return to Mercedes OKC because my sales person, Debra, was wonderful. No pressure. The service dept is very efficient and helpful. The facility is beautiful and comfortable. So why not go back? I told Debra what I wanted and she found exactly what I wanted. They have updated their service dept features and even added a Product Concierge to their staff. This is a very classy and upscale business... without the snobbery.

Customer Service was excellent! I was greeted and acknowledged by everyone I came in contact with. My service provider, Kristina, was awesome. She kept in constant contact with me and answered all of my crazy questions. All promises were kept. My car was ready at the time I was quoted, and it had been cleaned thoroughly. Also, several MB Employees followed up with me within hours of my service, to make sure that everything was okay and to let me know I could reach out to them anytime. I experienced car problems on my trip to Oklahoma City from Colorado. I called Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City, Scott Dounn answered my call, he told me to bring it by and they would take a look at it even though he knew it would be late when I arrived. I pulled into the dealership at 4:45 pm on a Friday night and a holiday weekend! The entire staff treated me as though they had all the time in the world, I never once felt that I was of any inconvenience to anyone. After taking a look at my car they knew it wasn't going to be an easy fix and needed longer to diagnose the problem. I was in town to watch my son play hockey, they got me into a car and on my way so I wouldn't miss him. This was very stressful time, but they took exceptional care of me and took as much of the stress away that they could. While at the dealership, I encountered many of the staff members and everyone of them went out of their way to see if I needed anything. I would highly recommend this dealership, the staff is outstanding! Thank you Scott, Lance and I can't remember the name of the gentleman that looked at my car or the other staff members that helped me, but thank you! I am very grateful for everyone, as they took a bad situation and turned it into good experience!

I purchased a 2015 Mercedes GLA 250 BlueTec on July 31. James Maltos was very courteous and professional and took the time to show the wife and me all the features of the car. All the staff was friendly and easy to work with that we encountered. James even followed us home to pick up the extra keys we left at home for the car we traded in to get the payment for the Mercedes we got that day. James is hands down one of the best sales man we have ever encountered. The wife and I have called him a few times and even went by to get help in working some of the new fetchers we have not grabbed a hold of as of yet plus has given his personal phone number in the event we need help. I purchased a pre-owned ML350 at this dealership after a horrific experience trying to deal with another dealership (MB of Tulsa) last week. My salesman at Mercedes Benz of OKC was Boubacar Thiam, and he was absolutely wonderful. He is extremely personable, knows the product inside and out, and goes above and beyond when it comes to making the customer happy. While I was waiting for my vehicle to be finished with detailing, I noticed several customers came into the dealership and they all seemed to be asking for him. I am not surprised, because he is The Best. I would not hesitate to recommend that anyone shopping for a pre-owned Mercedes give him a call. I know I would NOT have gotten this vehicle had he not been my salesman! I also want to mention - I saw the car before it had been detailed - and the detailing that was done was incredible. It looks like a brand new car. Kudos to the detail department!

Currently we are working in colaboration with the service department to handle a performance issue with a current car we have. Cecil Simms and Randy Bednar have both been actively involved with the goal clearly marked out that they care about resolution of the issue even more than I do myself. It evokes confidence knowing how much they care about things in the difficult times. It isn't easy to deal with issues with such integrity and pose. Knowing how the dealership has rolled up their sleeves and chosen to do the dirty work to ensure my husband and I are happy is remarkable. It is the moments like these that reveal the true character. The issue is a software issue which can be tricky but the resolve and patience exuded by the dealership is refreshing. I would say after over a decade of buying Mercedes Benz from MB OKC we couldn't be happy with the tremendous working relationship developed. When I read negative reviews it is unfortunate that those isolated events happen Taking a big picture reflection I would say look at the incredible time and care that goes into responding and seeking resolution. We were interested Ina car they had listed on their website. Since we would have to drive two hours to see it, we live in Tulsa, we called to make sure it was still available. We were not only assured it would be waiting for us but were also emailed an ad for the car. Upon our arrival we were informed that car sold two days prior but hey had a similar car with TWICE AS MANY MILES we could look at instead. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I can only assume the rest of their operations are this dishonest .

He is now telling us what we can and can't purchase from him or he is keeping out deposit. I generally love Mercedes Benz but I would rather walk than purchase anything from Irving Dobbs!

That to say, I'm writing this review because I'm extremely pleased dealing with Randy Bednar at this dealership. I've been shopping around for a 2015 GL450 and like what other customers would do as well, is to shop for the best deal. Randy goes all out to earn my business, find me the car with the features I want, educate me on the whole process, and gave me a reasonable deal without much haggling at all. There was no BS about "this car is selling at MSRP" which I get a LOT from other dealerships. He treats me with respect, KNOW what is important to me, and gave me space to make my decision. Highly recommended dealership!!

Dealt with James Maltos on a 2008 Mercedes CL65. I live in the Bay Area, CA and the dealership was in Oklahoma City, OK. James was very responsive, and dealt with all my needs in a very timely manner. I am a very meticulous person, and buying a preown car was already nerve wrecking, especially buying it sight unseen. James, sent me all requested pictures, and all the fine details of the vehicle. Even on a rainy day, he got the car into the shop and took pictures of the undercarriage of the car. That's customer service! He arranged shipping and when I finally got the car, I am beyond happy. He worked with me during the 3 week process and even on his days off. Communication was very easy, phones calls, texting and emails! Hats off to a true professional!!!

Ben Marler has been our service consultant since the day we bought the car in 2005. We have always been quite satisfied with Bens treatment of us and our car. His knowledge, temperament, and desire to give consistently great service are obvious in every dealing we have had with him. He listens intently when I tell him of any unique problems I have found beyond just saying, for example, Do a B service on the car, and thoroughly addresses those concerns. If he encounters any previously undetected problems during servicing the car, he always calls me with a cost estimate before making repairs. When I pick up the car it is repaired properly and Ben takes time to explain precisely what was done. In short, he treats the car as if it were his own and I would recommend him as a service consultant to anyone who wants his MB properly maintained.

I am from New York and called about the 2008 S65 priced at $48,500 on 2/6/15. Salesperson Dale told me there were so many people interested in the car and I better hurry and put a $500 downpayment on the car before it's gone. He said I was approved for the full amount financed. 2 days later his "finance manager" calls me and tells me I was not approved for the full amount and that I need to deposit $15,000 more. They knew I didn't have the money available so I had to cancel the deal, only to find out the next day they increased the price to $64,000. Denied me the opportunity to purchase this car just to hike up the price. You guys are con artists!

I own an 06 E350 and a '12 GLK and overtime I need to get my cars in for their Service Plan, Ben listens to my concerns about any issue I might be having and is very thorough to find me an answer and get my problem solved. We appreciate having Ben as our service rep (for many years now). He UNDERSTANDS your problems, has an amazing knack of explaining (most often very correctly) what the problem might be, what the solutions are, and keeping you informed as work progresses. Having worked in the parts department years ago, he has an experienced knack of getting all parts needed for your work as soon as possible, and is focused from the time he hits the dealership with respect to getting you the best service possible..........we have seen him RUNNING THROUGH THE DEALERSHIP in pursuit of customer satisfaction many times. Other automobile service organizations need to take a lesson from this guy - he embodies the ideal service rep, and we are proud to both endorse him and to look forward to our next service needs (as long as he continues to be our service rep)!

Ben has been my service advisor for over 10 years. He has CONSISTENTLY handled all of my cars for service. Even when he has to deliver news about your repair, he has a way of making it seem not so damaging to the pocketbook. I continue to use MBOKC because of his excellent customer service skills. I don't simply consider Ben my service advisor, but also consider him a friend.

From the minute you pull up, you feel special and that they care about your car as much as you do. They make you feel first class. They are ready to help and so pleasant. I love my car being cleaner than when I drop it off, even if just for an oil change because they always wash it. They go the extra distance. Ben Marler has always been helpful and thrifty in helping us get the most bang for the buck. I bought my Mercedes because I expected more, and I have not been disappointed.

This dealership had a used vehicle listed on cars.com for under $49,000. Recognizing that the offer was an acceptable market price, after some negotiation we clinched a deal at $48,500. This was approved by the manager, the sales order was drawn up, and a $3,000 deposit charged to my AMEX card.The salesperson I worked with, Dale Fieker was pleasant, responsive, and professional in his salesmanship. Now, the Preowned Sales Director informed me that "we were in error in selling our [vehicle] at $48,500. My General Manager has ... refused to allow this sale."This is not only unprofessional and unacceptable, it may be unlawful.I am sincerely surprised, as I have read the great reviews, and believed that purchasing a vehicle from a Mercedes Benz dealership would afford some risk aversion.I am personally ashamed of this dealership, and will pursue complaint through all available channels. My local Mercedes Benz dealership has never treated me in this fashion, and I feel sorry for those in the Oklahoma City area who have to depend on a dealership that would act in this manner.

Whether I have an appointment or not, if I have a problem with my car, my "go to guy", Ben Marler, always works me in and solves the problem. My car always comes back sparkling clean and ready to go. They are always very accommodating in bringing me home and coming back to retrieve me if I have to leave my car overnight. I have lots of trust in the dealership when it comes to repair of my car. This is my 2nd MZ S550 purchased in 2008 at MZ of OKC. Extended Warranty was ready to expire and service did an excellent check over for me while doing oil change. Ben caught the fact my wiper blade was worn, & replaced it. Because of my OKC MZ service experience with Ben everything else was OK and I left with a pristine washed car. Ben has always been A++++ for me. My first new 2004 S class I drove with other lady friends to Taos and while there had a problem which required towing to Albuquerque - I called Ben in OKC,he and the Service Manager called the Albuquerque dealership, got the part required and had it ready for me when we left (ALL EXPENSES WERE UNDER THE MZ WARRANTY including towing & rental car). Ben Marler has been my service consultant for several years. He is excellent at what he does. Always enjoyable for him to help us. He takes the time to explain in detail what is wrong with your vehicle, how long it will take to repair it and approximately the cost. The only complaint I have about the Mercedes dealership in Oklahoma City, is the upper management acts like they are doing you a favor, ( see definition of a customer), when you step into the lounge area unless your are buying or leasing a new car. All other service personnel make you feel comfortable and appreciated while you are waiting on your vehicle to be repaired.

I've owner more cars than I care to admit. None of us enjoy the process of maintaining them and I have had my share of poor experiences in the past to varying degrees with other brands of vehicles. My experience with this location is by far the greatest yet. I am particularly thrilled with my service executive Ben Marler. I always have my Mercedes serviced with Ben Marler. He is a wonderful person to work with and keeps me up-to-date on any maintenance my car needs. Ben always works me in if I have a small emergency with my car, such as a headlight out. The service area is very clean and the individuals that check you in and then prepare your car for service are very courteous and friendly. The waiting area is also very relaxing with pastries and coffee. I couldn't ask for better service and love working with Ben. Ben is the absolute best, along with Mercedes of OKC. I previously lived in Tulsa and had a terrible experience, and began driving to OKC because the service was WORTH IT! I later moved to OKC and this dealership (particularly Ben!) met my every need. Ben is an up front communicator and wil go out of his way to ensure you are taken care of. I did not need to take my vehicle in often to be serviced, but Ben always took the time to get to know me and help work around my very busy schedule. I now live in Dallas, but have considered driving back to OKC just because I never had an issue while working with Ben. He really is the greatest!

I'm Velda Pralle, from Fairmont, OK. I have driven a Mercedes for years. This last E320 Diesel has been a great car. Ben Marler has been my service advisor for most of the nine years I've had my car. I have always given him credit for me liking my car for this long. As long as my car is running well, has a good air conditioner, heater and looks great I'm proud to drive it. I agree with LTs review. Ben Marler has been my service rep for both of my cars. Each time I bring one of the cars in for service I am promptly greeted in the service drive in by a representative of the dealership and then by Ben. Ben is attentive to my issues with the vehicles and after I explain the reason for my visit he asks me if I need a ride to my destination. After the dealerships service techs check the vehicle he always calls to inform me of the status of the vehicle and the time at which it will be ready. It is people like Ben Marler, and the other representatives of MBOCKC with whom I interact, that make service a very positive event.

After a major hail storm my wife and I had to replace two vehicles. After shopping all over town we went back to Mercedes Benz of OKC and drove off with a GLK and a E320. Ben Marler became our new service representative. He and the whole service department have been great. I can call Ben direct and I seem to always get an appointment when I want it, which is usually first thing in the morning. Then I can grab a bite to eat and a coffee or juice in the lobby. A few minutes later a driver is dropping me off at the front door to my office building. A little while later Ben calls and goes over all the service technician's notes and gets approval for everything. When the service is done, a driver picks me up and takes me back to the service department. The business office is always a breeze and moments later I'm driving on Broadway in a vehicle that is always cleaner than when I took it in.

I've got a 2014 GL450 and I just purchased a 2015 S550. The service department personnel at MBOKC treat me like I'm their only customer; and, I know I'm not. Carl and the boys welcome me at the drive-thru like I'm an old friend, and I guess I am. I've been doing business here since 1978. Ben Marler in the service department is my go-to guy for service and follow-up. He is gooooood! He'll break his back to get my car in on short notice...recently with no notice when I had an engine light come on and was leaving town the next day. They got me ready to go with no delay. On the sales end of the business, Ron White terrific. I'll come in for service and before Ben can finish my car Ron sells me a new one; and, that's not much of an exaggeration. I always have questions about the fine points of the technology in these new cars and Ron patiently walks me through it anytime I call or even if I drop by the showroom unannounced. I really like Ron (in finance), John, Cynthia and the ladies at the check-out desk are always friendly.

I bought my first Mercedes in May. I had a minor "fix" and was so impressed with Ben Marler and the whole Mercedes Benz of OKC experience. From driving into the appointment driveway, I was met with friendly and kind faces, they could not have been more helpful. I was directed to Ben who was my service guy. He asked all the right questions and made us feel at ease with the whole process. Once the "fix" was determined Ben was very clear and concise on what needed to be done, that it was warranty work and to our surprise when we picked up the car, it was the extras that just stood out, the VIP car wash, etc. It just goes to show that a quality car is backed up with quality service and people.

Ben Marler has been our service representative for several Mercedes Benz bought from this dealership. He is always attentive, sensitive to the situation, correct in his analysis of any issue (and always watching for preventive measures which have kept us out of trouble), and provides a "standard" of service which most dealerships try to emulate (often falling short). I always had GREAT experiences with MC OKC. They have always followed through on their promises with precise work and delivery times both in sales and service. I own a company that deals with handling many customer needs including there vehicles. This requires I am in and out of this dealership on a constant basis. I have always been treated with respect and genuine interest. I am unsure about the negative comments saying they were hit with expensive repairs---MB are expensive cars and I would expect that repairs would go hand in hand associated with vehicles of this caliber. I have owned BMW, Range Rover, Porsche and MB. This by far has been the best experience so far.

A true 5 star dealer who has a great car to sell, an outstanding service department, and truly great people to work with in the buying and car maintenance arena. I have been a customer of MBOKC for almost 30 years. The dealership has grown over the years. It has developed a hassle free buying experience that provides the best of the best in new car sales and follows thru with VIP service to keep my cars at peak performance. Ron White and Tim Allred are my sales people and John Adickas is the new car sales manager. They know their product and show us all the features on the cars and help us with the decision making and buying/leasing process. Ben Marler and his fellow service advisers take over and truly provide us with VIP service tco keep our cars rolling. I really like the 63 AMG engine and autos. If you enjoy a car that has lots of pep and provides a great ride on the road, I recommend the MB autos and MBOKC for sales and service.

We have been long time very Happy clients of OKC Mercedes. All faculty to sales manager, to Ben Marler service repair. I would highly recommend them as they are personable helpful and Honest. I wouldn't have any other person even change the oil. I would drive out of state as I have, a young man hit my daughters car and we were closer to Tulsa But I would rather pay extra to take it to my dealership where I know their honest than have Another Dealership pick up with no charge not knowing what it would end up at the end of the service. I would highly recommend the service repair Ben Marler has been excellent to us and our cars. Will never go anywhere else for any of our Mercedes needs.

The customer service is top notch! In my experience the service department has consistently given timely and attentive service to both myself and my vehicle. Of course purchasing is the initial introduction to a dealership but service is what keeps you coming back. I did not purchase my GLK 350 from Mercedes Benz OKC but will certainly consider purchasing it's replacement as a direct result of my experience with the service department. I was contacted by a salesman via email. I replied and advised him that I had a trade. I had to follow up the initial contact at which time he asked for additional information on my trade. I heard no immediate response. I followed up with a call and he eventually sent a estimated value for my car. I followed up with a call mentioning that I thought the trade offer was not appropriate. The salesman said he would discuss a final trade position with his manager and he would get back to me. There has been no additional contact. The salesman seemed interested in earning my business, but his actions and follow up were poor and/or non existent.

Still looking for a vehicle That will Handle an electric wheelchair out the side with a ramp or lift that will fit in my garage like the 1999 GMC Savana does with a 1/2 inch to spare at a reasonable price. $20 to $25 thousand if possible. Worst dealership I have ever been too. Owned Lexus, BMW and Porches and never had any major issues with a new car like I have had we our ML550. I have had my car for 18 months and have about 32000 miles. We have done a lot of highway driving this year. We cringe every time we go to this dealership for they try to sell you something and can't understand the service deal they cut with you...I feel like they live in a time warp.. Anyway I take this my car in for an oil change and now they want $1800 for new brakes because the rotors are warped which Mercedes won't cover ... So I check out and the Manager stops by and asked me how everything is and tell him how disgusted I am with the dealership and the car. Tells me he will call back by noon the next day.. 4 days go by no call so I call Mr. Wade and we misconnect but he leaves a message and I call back and respond.. Its now a week and no response. Poor Product and Poor Service... Money PIT.. STAY AWAY!

Fine dealing with until we had any issues....1.no trailer hitch- as told it should have- solved by sending me to get put on and reimbursing2. Homelink didn't work with garage door openers- told me to Youtube it! I called Homelink on my own and found the MB had a glitch in their system and it had to be handled differently that any YOUTUBE would say. Took him under 5 minutes to fix.3. floormats were not the ones that fit the ML350- told me I must have changed them and was trying to STEAL from MB and get new ones.

Mr. Ward was extremely condescending and rude. I spoke to another salesman Scott (who was working with another customer) about an E400 hybrid they had in stock. And Mr. Ward told me the car was not in stock, and he plain just did not want to deal with me. Every question I asked him got a negative reply. I also asked him about the ML 450 Hybrid and he said there was none in stock. Meanwhile I had seen one in the lot. Guess my money is not good enough for MBOKC. Until we have another dealership in the OKC area I will not be buying another Mercedes. I was going to buy the E400 from dallas but I will not be buying a Mercedes until further notice so that I can avoid this dealership. Thank you for making up my mind to buy an AUDI A6 instead

I was looking at your websight and reading some of the comments that my hometown Mercedes dealer has recieved and wondered if "that girl" is going to a different dealership than the one I have been going to for 15 years. My salesperson is also Bill Patton and have never found him to be anything short of respectful and most courteous. I have been dealing with Nick, their sales manager for the past six years and his honesty and integrity is a refreshing thing for any dealership. I am sure that I could buy a car for less somewhere else but then I could not and should not have access to services that are second to none in my opinion. It sounds like "that girl" has issues of her own to deal with. Regardless of all that, you would hard pressed to fine a dealership with great people from the top down. It is a shame that people search out a web sight to tell the bad things about someone they really dont know. Dont you think we have enough negative stuff everyday already. Come on lady pay alittle more and get a lot more of Mercedes Benz of OKC. it is not always about price...

Stay away from this dealership. The sales staff are condenscending and rude to customers, esp. women. In the store to purchase a S550 class Mercedes and Bill Patton (as usual) was slow to respond to our requests the vehicle and displayed a sullen and indifferent attitude. The sales manager, Nick Williams was uncivil and accusatory. My husband and I had been customers since 1996 and have spent untold thousands on maintanence repairs. Since we were contacting other Mercedes dealers in the area and were promised a great deal on the S550 at another dealership, they found out about it and treated me disrespectfully!! Actually, the sales person acted like and indignant child and stormed in and out of the sales manager's office. Yes, this was in a Mercedes dealership...a 65 year old man acting like a three year old and all because he refused to broker a deal with my husband resulting in a $2500.00 difference in price from the competing dealership. Guess what??? Afer the deplorable behaviour by the sales staff and manager, my friends and I all walked out. I have two witnesses( both female) who witnessed and experienced some of the unprofessional and rude behaviour. The following day (Saturday) I drove to Jackie Cooper Imports and surprisingly purchased a car that was different than original request and more expensive!! Jackie Cooper mercedes couldn't have been friendlier and more professional. The difference between Luxury Cars of Okc (formerly known as Bob Howard Mercedes) and Jackie Cooper Mercedes was "night and day" to say the LEAST!!!!!!!!!!!Run from this OKC dealership...they use bullying and intimidation to sell you a car...or shame you into buying one. They are worthless and obviously have some internal problems since changing ownership. This is the reason I am only giving a 1 rating!Thank you!
