We had a 2007 ML500 and loved it, but hit a deer and were searching for a ML550. After searching online, we came across an ML550 in Omaha. This is a 4 1/2 hour drive for us and was so worth it. We worked with Walters over the phone to make the deal, and he was very nice to work with. He was out of town on the day we came so Darin graciously helped us and spent a lot of time going over the features and test driving it with us. The car was cleaned and ready for us sitting in front of the dealership when we arrived. The entire transaction was painless, unlike other dealerships we have worked with in the past. We would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Omaha to anyone.

The smoothest car buying expereince I've ever encounted and will be a repeat customer for life! Eric and the team beat the best St Louis deal by several THOUSAND dollars and we landed at a place I felt was the best deal I could get in the US. I was willing to fly anywhere to pick up the vehicle and Eric and Mercedes of Omaha Delivered. Not only on price but on the entire experience from start to finish. No hassle, fly in, sign, and brought it home!!! Love the new GLS by the way!!!

This was my first online vehicle purchase so I was a bit skeptical at first. My salesman, Eric Stauffacher, walked me through every step along the way. He answered every question I had quickly, including a couple that meant he had to go dig around in the vehicle to look for things for me. These people do it right - I had a better buying experience from 1000 miles away than I've ever gotten from dealers within driving distance. Awesome place. Not even two weeks from the time I inquired about it to the time it was sitting in my driveway 1050 miles away, and every inch of it is exactly as described at a great price. Every dealer I've been to before could learn a lot from MB Omaha. They have a great reputation here (and everywhere else I looked while shopping) for a reason - well earned, and well deserved.

I had been looking for a few weeks for a perfect used car for my daughter. The price had to be right; the mileage had to be right; and the age and condition of the vehicle had to be right. As it turned out, the car was better than what I thought I would end up with. Drew was very professional and very accommodating with all the test driving I did. I had a very good experience with Walters who was the sales professional who worked with me. I have an aversion to buying cars and negotiating over price but it was done in an informal manner. Pat the manager gave reasoned explanations as to why the price was x not y.The closing which is where dealers sell other items was also low key,I did not add any items. The follow up demonstration in the vehicle itself was excellent. lLl in a very positive experience. On a side note, the last new vehicle i purchased was a BMW from Omaha dealer, I nearly ran out of gas as I drove away on a very empty tank 9never going back to them) so I meant to ask about the fuel, i forgot but it was a full tank, Minor detail which is telling.

I am a senior citizen so this is not by far my first experience in purchasing a car at a dealership. It is however by far the most favorable experience that I have had. We reside in Lincoln not Omaha yet based on how efficient and helpful this dealers staff has been, we will make the drive to Omaha instead of the Mercedes dealer in Lincoln for any service need. This statement is nothing negative about Lincoln dealerships, it's just that this business is so customer oriented and professional that we prefer to give them our business regardless of the distance to travel.

I recently purchased a C300 and the experience could not have better from the time I walked into the dealership. The vehicles are top notch and sell themselves but it's the caring and time spent from the salesman and saleswomen to the management which really care about you. I also wanted to see the Audi and BMW dealerships but ended up coming back because Mercedes-Benz has a better product and I walked both lots with no help and compared the vehicles on the showroom floor, again not on the same level. I want to personally thank Dwan, Eric, Mike, and Randy for a great experience!

We had been trying to find my teenage daughter a car for months and were just about to give up. We found a car on Cars.com and saw it was at the Mercedes dealership. We called and talked to Roxxy about the car. She was so helpful and even took pictures of it and texted them to me because it wasn't on the lot yet. She told me all the issues that it HAD that they were fixing. They did so much to the vehicle before having it ready for us to see. (Things that other dealerships were telling us we would need to do ourselves after purchase like replace a windshield or put new tires on it) They were all so friendly and helpful. From start to finish it took 2 trips to the dealership. It was a smooth and easy process and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of vehicle at any price range. Customer service was beyond excellent.

We stopped into Mercedes close to closing time one evening and ended up staying way past their scheduled close time and at no time did anyone make us feel like we were keeping them from something. Drew was exceptional in his personal service to us. He explained all the safety features and differences between each vehicle we were interested in. Chris was very helpful as well in our review. We had narrowed our choice down to three vehicles and had decided to come back the next afternoon. Drew had each vehicle lined up and ready for us. He had Eric go over each vehicle with us and as we drove them Eric was instrumental in our decision making process. We ended up leasing a new E400 and couldn't be happier. I'd like to thank everyone at Omaha Mercedes for the great customer service that they have always displayed to my family. We bought our first Mercedes, a GLK, back in 2010 from Pat Poledna. Pat has always stayed in contact over the years. In October, I got a great trade value for my jeep and bought a ML350. I told them at that time that if they ever got a used G-Wagon in, to let me know. Sure enough, a couple weeks ago I got the call. Do not let this dealership sucker you in to the prepaid service plan unless you are absolutely sure you will use it!!!! Otherwise you will end up like us with an outlay of $1425 that we have no hope of ever recouping!!! We purchased a new vehicle in November 2014 along with the prepaid maintenance plan. Plans changed and we ended up trading it off for a different brand before it needed any maintenance. Called Mercedes of Omaha asking if we could get a refund or alternately transfer the amount to my daughters new Mercedes for her to use. Their answer was an empathic NO. So that's why both myself and my daughter will never do business with Mercedes of Omaha again.

My purchasing experience went through at least 4 or 5 visits. In every case, the dealership was knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. I started looking at M Class (or currently GLE class) SUVs, but ended up in a C Class, and all through, the dealer did not question my thoughts, but was helpful in letting me know the pros and cons of specific vehicles. Ultimately, I purchased a C450 AMG (an amazing vehicle BTW).After purchase, they gave me a thorough briefing on the car and it's functions. In addition, they went the extra mile, and then some on after sale support by arranging transport for my replaced vehicle from NE to AZ (keeping a beater VW SUV for a desert forest service road vehicle), and took care of picking up my plates, saving me tremendous time and effort.I cannot say enough about the level of care and service from this dealer. Highly recommended. 5 Star in every way (except price - my price was quite fair, but MBs are not inexpensive, and even there I give 4 stars). Everyone in this dealership that I dealt with were all about the client relationship, and making sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and happy.

Had the pleasure to work with both Heidi and Larry. Both knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and great with follow up. I was interested in other vehicles from Audi and Infiniti, but after talking with Heidi and Larry, I changed my mind and purchased a 2013 S550. I added two years of warranty to the car after working with Tom. He explained many options available, and was also helpful and was professional in his approach to selling the additional services and financing options. I've been going to Mercedes Benz of Omaha for 3 years and have received excellent sales and service each time I've been in. Everyone has been nothing but professional, friendly and courteous. If my regular sales or service associates are not in the office, multiple people are always jumping in to offer assistance. I've even brought my car in on multiple occasions without an appointment and they do everything possible to accommodate my needs. One staple who I can always count on is Joe Johnson. He's been there since I've been coming to Mercedes. I've even gone so far to call him at the office when I've had a flat tire on the interstate and didn't know what to do. He took my call, advised me, and followed up to make sure I was ok. I've thought about switching to BMW, but I will stay with Mercedes as long as this great team is together.

We needed a different car that weekend, if not that day. The people at Mercedes Benz made that a reality. We knew we wanted a 2012 Subaru Forester and one was found for us, with all the features we wanted and in the color we liked, The problem was the vehicle would not be in for two weeks. No problem, they gave us a 2014 Mercedes Benz to drive while our car was en route, free of charge, very impressive. When our car did arrive it came without seat warmers, something that was checked off on the list but later, we found out, was not standard. We had offered to pay for them to be installed, and bought it to Drew's attention. Drew stated he had told us free of charge and he was going to keep his word. While our seat warmers were being installed, free of charge, we were again given another vehicle to use, at no cost to us.. All in all a great experience. The people at Mercedes Benz could not have been nicer or more helpful. Thanks to them we were given loaner vehicles so no one had to miss any work. Plus, I got to impress my friends with the loaner Mercedes! .

As a busy professional, with a husband and children, when it was time for me to get a different vehicle, I knew I wanted it to go smoothly and quickly. I didn't want to spend hours shopping, test driving, haggling and sitting in a dealership. Having previously bought cars at other dealerships in the metro area and one at Mercedes-Benz of Omaha, I knew there was only one place that would be able to meet all my expectations. The day I bought my vehicle, I spent one hour in the dealership from beginning to end -- ONE HOUR. I used the website to check the inventory, called in to see if the one I liked was available, gave them my trade info to get an approximation of its value, and within 30 minutes all the details were worked out over the phone. I showed up three hours later to take my test drive and sign the papers. It was that simple. Something I really would like to acknowledge is the way I was treated, especially as a female customer handling my own purchase. My sales consultant was Scott Schuetz and I can't say enough kind words about him and the rest of the team. From the moment I called, until the moment I drove away, he treated me like a very valued customer. He never asked if I "wanted my husband to help with this.' I was not given the run around on price, trade in or anything else. This may seem like a small thing, but it isn't. I have been to other dealerships where I was actually treated by the sales team as though I was helpless to take care of things since I was a female. Not at Mercedes-Benz of Omaha. I bought a certified pre-owned Mercedes, yet they treated me with as much respect and care as I would expect if I were buying one of the $126,000 models. Both times now that I have worked with them, I have come away thinking "Every woman in Omaha should buy their cars here. What a great experience."I can't recommend this dealership enough.

I purchased a Mercedes Benz SLK off an Ebay auction a few years ago and got lucky. It was the best driving car I've ever owned. I hit a section of black ice on the interstate at highway speed and didn't have enough room to bring the car back under control resulting in a collision with a guard rail, rear end damage, car driveable, but repair cost estimates exceeded value of the car and the insurance totaled it. Putting me in the market for a used SLK 230. I live in the rockies and rwd vehicles are not much in evidence here so it was back online. The SLK I want is the R170 version which was made from 1998 through 2004. The total number of these cars sold in the US over that time frame is something less than 50,000 and only about 10 percent of those come equipped with the manual transmission. I'm of the opinion that people that put automatics in 2 seater sports cars seriously miss the point. My search was conducted over a two month period and many visits to dealerships in far off places for my daughter and other family members, Ipad in hand to facetime me so I could see these cars. I made offers on only a few of these cars over this time and kept coming back to a one owner 2001 at Mercedes Benz Omaha. The internet sales person assigned to me, Ashley, was very patient but never pushed. I got answers to my questions and her honest assessment of what the good and bad points of the car were. In the middle of all of this I got tapped providing daycare in a nearby town for my grandsons and became unavailable for more than a week. Did not stop Ashley from checking in, turns out they work on weekends. The long and the short of it is I made an offer they accepted and were very accomodating facilitating my picking the car up 550 miles from my home. The pick up was a smooth and enjoyable experience involving someone driving across the river to shuttle me from the rental car shop to the dealership. I drove the car that night on into Iowa to visit my family and show my, "new", car off to more of my grandsons. The following morning I try to lower the convertible top and it hangs up. Not an experience I've ever had with an SLK, although you read such horror stories on the mb forum. I called the dealership, knowing I had purchased an, "as is", vehicle with no warranty to fall back on. Ashley was again very helpful, arranging to schedule me in for an evaluation on my return trip home the following week. My assigned service advisor was Michelle. In the meantime I learned, off the forum, that one possible fix for the hanging top is to bang the right front at the top of the pillar with your fist. That actually works and I could get my top up and down after that. Not especially excited about doing that...but what is a convertible you can't get the top down on? My visit to the service dept. was a remarkable experience. I expected it to last about a half hour, the time it takes to plug the car into the diagnostics computer and print the results. Michelle found me in the customer lounge after a short time to tell me it was going to take more time...maybe as much as two or three hours because the mechanic assigned had begun to, "dig" , into the problem. Not really what I wanted to hear. Hour and a half passes and I'm standing in the parking lot of the dealership consulting my Ipad for advice about where I might eat when the young man who had driven me the week before found me to tell me Michelle is looking for you. I must have looked dismayed at this news because he quickly explained your car is ready. And it was...freshly detailed. Michelle had me put the top down and up and it works smoother than my old SLK ever did and all the accompaning hydraulic noices and electronic whiring sounds are gone too. She explained that the mechanic found that all that was needed was a good cleaning of the mechanism. The bill associated with two hours of shop time was going to exceed the evaluation cost I was pretty sure. Turns out at Mercedes Benz Omaha the service advisors see themselves as customer advocates. There was no charge, just an apology for the inconvience. I drove the car the 550 miles home that day and if anything it is a better car than the one I liked so much. I've never had such a positive experience with a dealership making a problem right as I had with this dealership. I've had phone calls and emails from various managers at MB Omaha inquiring about the experience in the few days since. Randy VickersLaramie, WY

I normally hate going to car dealerships because the people are desperate to get a sell so they are pushy and lie to get you to purchase their vehicles...but Carrie from Mercedes Benz of Omaha was not like that. She was not pushy at all and answered all the questions I had. She got me into a car for a great price and helped me with everything I needed. She did not overwhelm me with prices and gave me options on my miles. I hope she is there in 3 years when I go back to get another lease because she was a great car saleswoman and I wish more dealerships had people like her to work for them. Also I emailed Ashley Bazur alot of questions and she was extremely patient with me and answered every single question I had numerous times. I kept asking her to figure deals for me and get me at the lowest possible price and she did this for me numerous times. So I thank both of them so much for all the time they spent on me.

March 2015 purchase of R350. I was provided excellent sales support by Larry Holtzen. He was attentive and timely in his disclosure and support, whether that be phone calls, texts or emails. The sales team took time to understand my budgeting needs and came up with a plan to deliver what I wanted at the price I was comfortable paying. They stood by their promise of delivery a spare key after delivery of the vehicle and it arrived within the week after being ordered by MB parts. Purchasing a used car out of state was at times concerning but after post-purchase inspections back home at a local MB mechanic the disclosures regarding the repair work needed made my MB Omaha were consistent with the local mechanics findings apart from some minor collision repair/paint work and the need to replace the CV boots. I would put my trust in them again. Good job well done.

Talk about "NO HASSLE" or NO pressure dealers.....these guys are THE very best. I searched long and hard online and making calls to find a company cargo van. These guys in Omaha, NE (I'm in KC) got back with me and we came to an agreement within 30 minutes...they are that good. The hand-over process was seamless and quick. First off I came into to get my first MB and the facility is good. We were met by a sales person who seemed nice on the surface and engaging. We decided on the car, signed few papers and left. I had to call the sales person up twice to ask about the progress of my car and even then he sounded as if he was doing me a favor by answering my call. He was rude and dismissive. I called his office a couple of times as he wasn't answering his call and he did not have the decency to call back. I had to request him to find out the status of my car as it was being ordered from outside the dealership. In the end we decided to buy another car with all the features that we wanted and at a much better cost to us. The sales person was Ryan and what he didn't realize is that last year I may have gotten an entry level car but this year I am looking forward to buy a sls AMGs coupe and no way in hell am I giving another dollar of my business ever to these guys.

My husband was trying to purchase a vehicle for me as a surprise present and with working four hours from home this was some feat. He secretly came into Omaha to meet with the dealer and originally tried to purchase a used 2012 ML350 BlueTec for me unfortunately the vehicle was sold. This dealership looked all over the country to try to find another one that was similar to the one they had (black/black, BlueTec, low miles), they were unable to find one in the time frame my husband wanted. Then the salesperson called and suggested he consider the 2015 ML250. The salesman gave my husband a deal he couldn't pass up! The cat was out of the bag when my husband came into town and picked me up and took me to the dealership! I was shocked, surprised, and grateful all at the same time. I must say everyone at the dealership was professional and friendly!

A few months ago, I purchased a 2010 S550 4MATIC from this dealer after coming across their unbelievable price online. The vehicle was as good as promised but my buying experience as an internet, out of state buyer was TERRIBLE to say the least. The vehicle was sent to me without a title after I informed the internet manager of the Motor Vehicle law in my state of residence during my purchase and specifically asked that the title be sent to me directly. Instead, she proceeded to send the title to the lien holder and chose to ignore my subsequent calls and emails. You can imagine my frustration after I received the vehicle without a title and had to wait an additional week for the lien holder to send it to me to register the vehicle. This could have been avoid by a quick call to the bank. Instead, I had to rent vehicle for a week while I waited for all this to transpire. I also called and emailed the General Manager to voice my frustration, and he also never gave the courtesy of responding. They essentially seized all communication after they received the check for the vehicle. I'm not exactly sure what passes for customer service at this dealership but I expected better, especially from a Mercedes franchise dealer and for the price of the vehicle. Suffice it to say that I won't shop here again at any price.

Just finished a lease end buyout with MB-Omaha, great experience. I went in for a service and ended up pulling the trigger on the option. Carrie is a joy to work with, factual and to the point. She worked hard to get the financing I wanted at the payment and rate I wanted. The service department is top notch and if I have my way about it no other dealership will get their mitts on my "baby". Patrick Poledna, got me the lease on the car four years ago and gave me the best deal of any area dealer. John Langland the GM is an upstanding guy... My experience at M-B of Omaha makes it easy to recommend them to everyone I know.

I am very satisfied with my recent purchase at Mercedes of Omaha. I was looking for either Audi A4, BMW 328xi, or Mercedes C300 4MATIC. I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted, but Mercedes of Omaha helped me a lot. John and Drew are very friendly sales people, and I was very comfortable with talking and making decision over a big purchase. Many dealer in Omaha area, they look down on you when they start taking to you. I personally do not appreciate that. But Mercedes of Omaha, gosh that was like a perfect customer service!!! There are many cars on the market, but there are only few car sales representatives who can have great personality. My husband and I received gold standard level customer care during our experience at Mercedes Benz of Omaha. We received a call after leaving the dealership from our salesman Drew. He thanked us for coming and allowing Mercedes to service our needs. We did not receive this type of service after leaving Lexus of Omaha on the same day. Drew also followed up and contacted us once he located a car we were looking for. We actually never heard back from the Lexus of Omaha salesman at ALL. I was a 20+ year Lexus car owner; but not anymore. Service does matter and where I spend my consumer dollars matter to me even more. My hat is off to Drew, Mike and Jerry ! Keep selling great customer care, people are paying attention. I will recommend Drew and Mercedes to all of my family, friends and co-workers.

We looked at 3 SUVs, the Mercedes GLK, the Cadillac SRX and the Lincoln MKC. Mercedes was the only one that took the time to explain every feature of the car and in a way that was not annoying. The other dealerships were more about trying to qualify how much we wanted to spend rather than giving us a great car shopping experience. Mercedes didn't put any pressure on is because they know their cars are wants and not needs. This makes it feel more like a friend talking about a car you are interested and not a used car salesman. This is the second time we have got a GLK from them and their service is part of the reason why.

My wife wanted to look at mercedes she saw online so we drove to the dealership. We didn't plan on buying a vehicle that particular day but ended up doing so. They were not pushy at all and let us make the decision for our selves. I told them the price I had in mind and they got me to that price and then some. They even gave me high price for my trade in without even seeing it and actually came and picked it up from my house the following day. Merecedes really went over and belong to make sure I got a deal. Very happy with the services and I'm sure I will purchase my next vehicle from them.

We stopped by to just look at a ML350 and Eric greeted us with water and a smile. Eric was very interested in knowing what we were looking for. We explained to him that we had seen a ML350 on line and only wanted to see what they looked like. During the test drive Eric answered all the questions we had regarding the vehicle and its many features. After driving the car we sat down with Eric and discussed the purchase of the vehicle. Darin the go to guy for information about the vehicle showed us how all the features worked (NAV, AUDIO, SETTINGS). I would recommend this Mercedes Benz dealer to anyone who is interested in seeing, driving, or purchasing a Mercedes Benz.

Contacted dealer - went to look at car, and when driving it noticed a loud sound coming from the right rear. Asked dealer about this, and after some hesitation was told that the wheel bearing were bad. In my opinion this car should not have even been on the road as it was unsafe. Also found another car I was interested in at the dealer, but the sales person refused to even discuss this other vehicle with me. I went to another dealer and am in the process of buying a car from them. I won't be back to Mercedes Benz of Omaha anytime soon.

I love the car. I liked the Sales people i met but didn't appreciate the way they conduct business. I would highly recommend that Dealership should be very truthful to the customer. Customer will accept the truth but if you keep giving excuses, do not return calls and fake promises that will not fly. I love the car, I still say the Sales people were really nice especially Robert Quick and Pat the Sales Manager but again as i said i do not like the way they conduct their Business.

I've been a Mercedes customer for years and moved to Omaha two years ago. This dealership has been great in every way. The service is outstanding, repair costs comparable and often lower than other quotes, and even though I didn't buy my original car from them they never treated me any differently. I worked with Zach Wamsat, who spent more than a year helping us find the right vehicle, making sure we knew how to use everything on the new vehicle, and following up to make sure everything was working properly. Got a great price on the new vehicle and they stood behind everything they said they would. Best in town.

I recently a purchased a 2011 Pre-Owned Mercedes C Class. I worked closely with Mike Mursch and Ashley Bazar who were extremely helpful. They provided a personalized one-on-one experience through the sales and delivery process. There were a couple of minor items that required attention with the car which were promptly addressed. While the car was under maintenance, both Ashely and Mike went out of their way to ensure I had a loaner vehicle that was delivered to my home when I was unable to leave work and commute across town. Both followed up with prompt and courteous emails and phone calls to ensure I am completely satisfied. This is my second Mercedes over a 15 year period and I definitely recommend working with Mike and Ashley.

Part. III: Buyer Beware of MBenz of OmahaWe purchased a pre-owned MBenz from MB of Omaha (MBO), and we have nothing but ongoing problems with the dealership. If so, good luck.1) Amy Rousseau, Service Advisor, will not explain what does a World Class Inspection consists of, nor will dealership explain to us what does the "Pre-owned Certified" program mean?2) John Langland, General Manager and Amy Rousseau, Service Advisor will not provide updates on our tire tread depth, fluid levels or brake thickness, even though Schedule A and B Maintenance states they inspect and record this information for the customer. We have not consistently received this information since March 2013, but we have brought the car in to be serviced 4 times since.3) Due to service department not providing consistent information regarding our brake thickness during our Schedule A and B Maintenance, we were driving around with no front brakes thus damaging the front rotors, cost to replace front rotors a couple hundred dollars.Mr. Langland and Mrs. Rousseau will not return phone calls or emails. Joe Johnson was the only one who confirmed the information was not noted in the database the since March 2013. Mr. Johnson recommended we bring our vehicle in yet again for a free World Class inspection even though a so-called World Class Inspection is noted to have been completed on every invoice for the last year with no indication of fluid levels, tread depth or brake thickness. We will never buy another vehicle from MBO!!! We will buy a Lexus or Audi. After reading this, would you choose Mercedes Benz of Omaha to make your next vehicle purchase? We purchased a pre-owned mercedes from MB of Omaha (MBO), and we have nothing but ongoing problems with the dealership. They will take no responsibility in admitting their incompetence, nor will they resolve issues without blaming the customer. After reading this, would you choose MBO to purchase your next vehicle? If so, good luck. Here are the past and ongoing issues we have with MBO "Pre-owned Certified" vehicle. We were informed by Ashley Bazaar that we were buying a "Pre-owned Certified" vehicle. 1) 3 days after purchase front driver side door handle broke off, $200 in repairs. 2) From the date of purchase reported water getting into trunk, caused static in the radio system. Over $1500 dollars in damages still not resolved. 3) Service department claimed there was no issue. They would shampoo, wet vac the trunk and return the car to us with no fix. After (months) season after season of going back and forth with the dealership, we climbed into trunk to determine the water point of entry. We found a screw was missing near the right, passenger side trunk hinge. Rain, sleet and snow was pouring in threw the hole. We had the screw replaced by Joe Johnson, Service Advisor, but dealership (Mr. John Langland) will not take responsibility to repair stereo amplifier. Over $1500 in damages. Mr. John Langland, the GM, said he would authorize repair at no cost. Then he called us to inform us he could not find a replacement amplifier. We did not consider this our problem, because they are the ones who damaged the amplifier. After months of numerous phone calls, Mr. Langland told us to take our car somewhere else to have the amplifier repaired (he would reimburse us). Here's the problem, we should not have to shop around to repair what the dealership damaged. However, we went to the top auto stereo shop in Omaha, and they said we are not touching your stereo due to the fiber optics and recommended the dealership repair what they have damaged. So, we call Mr. Langland back. He will not return our calls. Still waiting for Mr. Langland to return our calls, messages and emails. 4) Vehicle would intermittently not take gas and door locks not work, due to water getting into the interior of the car affecting the electrical systems, caused over $1500 dollars in damages. 5) Service department dented fuel door while completing diagnostic, cost $118. 6) From the date of purchase, reported suspension noises such as squeaks, clicking noises, rattling noises, spring noises, and difficulty steering, over $3000 in repairs. 7) Torn CV joint $737. 8) Worn front sway bar $1115. 9) Worn rear sway bar $426. 10) Right rear spring broke, replaced rear suspension springs, over $643 in repairs. 11) Worn engine and transmission mounts $813, and the list goes on. How was this car a pre-owned certified vehicle? 12) Front driver side door handle broke off, cost $200. 13) Amy Rousseau, Service Advisor, will not explain what does a World Class Inspection consists of, nor will dealership explain to us what does the "Pre-owned Certified" program mean? 14) Mr. Langland, General Manager and Amy Rousseau, Service Advisor will not provide updates on our tire tread depth, fluid levels or brake thickness, even though Schedule A and B Maintenance states they inspect and record this information for the customer. I had set my eyes on an E Class available at a non Mercedes Benz outlet. Meanwhile, I was visiting Mercedes Benz of Omaha to replace tires on my current E320. Then I happened to meet Ms Carrie Cleasby. In just 10 minutes, she had convinced me that she had options which I could not avoid considering, if I wanted to trade in my existing vehicle and opt for a more recent model. Her professionalism, logical approach, personal touch and ability to read the customer's mind/need were impressive. She not only helped me select the model with all features I wanted, she also negotiated down the price to some extent. Between her and Jerry Hingorani, they cleared the sale and generated all the papers within a couple of hours. I received some tips/tricks and guidance on how best to maintain the vehicle cost effectively from the very experienced and seasoned Jerry Hingorani. I left the dealership with my new vehicle and a great feeling. It was truly a "great buy experience", one that I will remember for a long time.

I had a very helpful and funny sales associate, Carrie, who was there for me from start to finish. Actually, the whole sales team there worked hard to get me in my new Mercedes. I honestly was expecting a 2-3 day process for all the paperwork to get finalized since I had a trade in, but I ended up leaving in a few hours with the car I wanted! I didn't even have time to clean out my old car...these guys work very fast and efficient! If I ever plan on trading in again, Mercedes Benz of Omaha will be my first stop.

All of the individuals we worked with at the dealership were very welcoming. Andrew Williams was the sales person we worked with. I cannot say enough about how helpful, professional and knowledgeable Andrew is about the Mercedes vehicles. Patrick had also helped us whenever we called or stopped in and Drew was not available. Because I purchased the car from 1100 miles away, the overall experience was exceptional and unique. I found this car through the car search program HUDL from my Federal Credit Union. Because of the color, low mileage, and low price, I decided to contact the dealer. I was not so familiar with the process so I was pretty nervous and a little worried. The sale's representative, Carrie Cleasby, helped me going through the entire process. She answered my questions timely and professionally. She also arranged shipping so that I could get the car three days after the payment was received. Overall I think she did excellent job.However, there are still some issues I have to address here. First, during our conversation before I made my decision to purchase this car, I was told the car was not a certified Lexus, which was fine with me. However, after I wired the payment and saw the purchase contract, it said the car was sold 'As Is'. I am not sure if all used car should be sold AS IS? I feel the dealer should specify that car was sold AS IS because it is very important for buyers. However, the dealer never mentioned that before I made the payment.Second, I hope the sealer could have done better job inspecting the car before putting it on the market, especially those related to safety. When I received the car, I immediately noticed the air pressure of tires warning light on the dashboard was on. I drove to a gas station and found the right rare tire had low pressure. The warning light turned off after I inflated the tire. I thought the low pressure was due to the temperature during shipping. However, the warning light went off again 5 days later. This time I drove to Mr. Tire. Surprisingly, the technician told me there was a nail on the tire!!! I spent $26 to have the tire repaired without problem. What shocked me is how could your dealership sell a car with safety problem? Last, It is completely understandable if certain things are missing from an used car. When I knew there was no user's manual and only one smart remote came with the car, I thought it was normal. However, when I took the car to Maryland safety inspection, the agent told me there was no key for the wheel locks!! I immediately emailed the sales agent, but her answer was very simple: NO IDEA. I had to spent $80 to have the locks removed and another $10 for new nuts. I don't think the dealer should pass this kind of problems to their customers.These few problems really could be avoided if the dealer paid a little attention to the car before putting it on the market for sale. Unfortunately, due to the carelessness they passed these problems to the customers and costed them extra money to correct the mistake they made, even not mentioning the potential safety issues these problems could have caused. I believe the dealer should be responsible for the expense of tire repairing and removing of wheel locks.I emailed their general managers, but not response.Regardless, the car was in good shape and the price was unbeatable. But the service need to be improved in the future.

We were EXTREMELY pleased with Mr. Williams laid back no pressure sales approach, friendliness and knowledge of auto we were looking at. His focus on our needs and concerns was greatly appreciated. It's probably because of Mr. Williams we purchased your Mercedes and not another one we were looking at also.Mr. Harrimans' delivery briefing was both informative and fun! The time he took to explain the autos features and answer questions was very refreshing and instilled a pride to be a Mercedes Benz owner. Also his over knowledge of the auto was impressive.I was very unhappy with Mr. Hingorani's high pressure approach to selling optional financing and warranty! We told Mr. Hingorani from the beginning we would be paying cash yet he still pressed financing over and over to the point of trying to tell us how to manage our money. Once past this hurdle he then pressed for extended warranty. His explanation of why this was needed due to the complex nature of a Mercedes and the extreme cost of possible repairs, almost had us walk out the door and purchase another brand. We finalized the deal only because of my prior knowledge of the Mercedes Benz auto, my research of the particular auto we were looking to purchase and my confidence in Mr. Williams to correct any issues we may have.

My husband and I have purchased many Mercedes from this dealer due to the implacable service we have received over the years until last week when I brought mine in for a scheduled service. I waited for 5 minutes to be greeted in service department only to be greeted by a very rude woman (I think her name was Amy). To my disappointment I was informed my usual service advisor Jeff no longer worked there which was a great disappointment. I did not recognize a single person there which is not a good sign.I had called and left 3 messages for Amy trying to find our what was going on with my vehicle only to get a call back at 4:30 stating it had not been in the shop.I can honestly say the reason My husband and continue to purchase Mercedes was for the excellent service we have received which is no longer the case. We will not purchase another Mercedes and living in an area where a lot of neighbors drive high end cars will not recommend purchasing a Mercedes if they ever plan to have it serviced there.I can only hope they make some serious changes soon.

Honestly it was not a "ten" I didn't get the car at the cash price I was going for. The car needs a lot of work and does not drive smooth due to simple maintenance that was not done before being placed on the lot. Such as tires alignment and even a battery. For being a Mercedes Benz dealership I was pretty disappointed with cash service, I would believe the vehicles on the lot should be up to par before letting a costumer test drive a vehicle. I know I purchased the car as is, but at least put tires on a car that aren't cupped and a battery that isn't dead before placing it on the lot. I'm gonna bite my tongue and deal with these issues. But was not a good experience buying a used car. -Thomas

Some years back my wife had me drive her Mercedes and immediately I was impressed but not convinced about becoming a Mercedes owner. It was not until I took her car to Devon Eurosport (Devon, Pa Mercedes) that I was blown away by their service, attention to their "Mercedes Family" and over-the-top customer service that i decided that week to become a 'Benz owner too. I've been to different dealerships on the east coast and they were all amazing and even while in LA, Las Vegas - all incredible - and I was simply getting a loaner. Now I'm living in Omaha, Nebraska - and have the misfortune of having Omaha Mercedes as the closest dealership! In only four months - dealing with their poor customer service - both my wife and I want nothing to do with Mercedes! The sales department is far from knowledgeable and the service department...except for Amy - THANK GOD FOR AMY - us rude. John placed me on hold for 15 minutes; answering every few minutes only to say, "hello, who is this". OH and since we didn't buy our car from this dealership, they won't even give us a loaner when our car is being repaired!!! I - we love the brand - but if this is who Mercedes uses to represent them here in Omaha, we may be trading ours in for something else!

Some of the staff are OK, but the service manager became angry and abusive when I questioned a repair. Last summer, I saw a service rep standing around watching a customer -- dressed in a business suit -- cleaning the wheels on his own car! The rep said that the man liked it a certain way, so he does it himself. Truly excellent service would be to figure out a way to do it how the customer wants it; but instead, he just watched the guy clean his own car right there in the service bay! Now I know why: if you complain they just tell you to take your business elsewhere. This is the only dealer within 100 miles (next closest is 150 miles away in Lincoln) and they know it.

So, about two weeks ago I was still on the search for a new car. Mercedes-Benz of Omaha had asked me to come in and said to simply take a look at their vehicles. We went on a test drive and something happened that has never to happened to me before, we crashed during the test drive! A young girl in a Honda Fit turned in front of us and it was unavoidable. The Honda got destroyed, the Mercedes C300 had minimal damage on it and was still drive-able. During the test drive I had been on the fence about the Mercedes, after the wreck I was sold. The C300 took little damage, myself and my passengers were fine, and through it all Mercedes of Omaha was gracious about the entire thing. Ashley Bazar (with some help from Lane Pate) helped us through the entire process and got me a brand new 2014 Mercedes C300 for my own. This is my 11th car, I've never written a thing about any dealer I've ever worked with but for everything that happened the dealership in Omaha had to be one of the best experiences I've had in my car buying career. I han an absolutely fantastic experience at Mercedes of Omaha. I bought a Certified Preowned 2010 E350 in September this year. I could sense the difference in services they provide right at the moment I entered their facility. Every step and every person I met there, I had a sense of satisfaction. As soon as I requested a quote from them, Ashley from the internet sales contacted me. She walked me through the process and helped me get a good deal on the car. Working with her was great. I had an awesome experience with Mike who is their general sale manager. After I bought the car I just mentioned to Mike that the wooden trim was faded. He contacted the service department and was able to get the trim changed under warranty! That without warranty would have cost me a fortune. My next experience was with Tom at the Finance department. He was able to get me an excellent finance rate. He also helped me the best extended warranty at a very good price. Then when I got the Wooden Trim changed my experience with the service department was awesome again. They provided me with a brand new E350 as a loaner and had the trim changed in time. Overall I feel car buying experience can't get better than this. I would definitely buy from them again! In short I thank Ashley, Mike, Tom and Amy for a great car buying experience.

My wife and I had called about a used Infiniti that was on the website. We got the information we needed and decided we wanted to make the 90 mile drive to look it over and take a test drive. When we got there, Ashley had it waiting for us by the door. We went for a drive and she explained many of the features. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. When we got back to the dealership, they looked over our trade and gave us a better deal than they had guaranteed us on the internet due to the condition of our Lexus. Within 2 hours of when we had arrived, we drove the car, made the deal, and were on our way home. They even had the car full of gas for us. The experience was a very pleasant one as everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. It was a hot day and they gave us bottles of water the instant we walked in the door. Ashley was fun to deal with and treated us fairly, professionally, and also very personally. It was an excellent experience!

Robert is a no-pressure salesman, which was much appreciated. I dislike pushy salesmen. It was easy to deal with him and Randy and John. I was a bit irritated at how much time the paperwork took during purchase, and all the additional items they pitched to me. Seriously? Stop! The new car delivery process was also lengthy but it was fun to see my name on the door plate and my new car behind the glass doors. Delivery seminar about the new car took more time than anticipated, and there is no way I'm going to remember all those details. So those random mailers do work. I got one, went in for a test drive, got a stupid little gift, and unexpectedly fell for a car that I ended up buying. Good job MB.

We bought our 2010 Mercedes GLK 350 in January of 2011. Today is 12 20 12. Buying the car was a breeze.. no pressure, easy, friendly. The real test of time is the service department. We are in our 60s and have had our share of autos and many trips to dealer service departments living in many states of the USA. (CA,OR,WA,AK,MI,NY,MD,TX,FL,AZ and now Nebraska) The service department at Omaha Mercedes is the best we have ever experienced. Joey Johnson is a perfect example of this department. He is friendly, prompt with getting our vehicle in for service, calls and lets us know the condition of our car. He notifies us if there is anything else that needs to be done on the vehicle and has told us that everything looks good. Really, now how many places do that? Tells you the car is in great condition and doesn't try to sell you anything else. We live 75 miles from dealership and when we arrive at the service department, Joey has a car ready for us to use and when we pick up our vehicle, it is washed and inside ready for us to drive way.Kudos to Joey Johnson and the rest of the staff at Omaha Mercedes. Did not respond to my calls, I felt like I was pulling teeth for them to call me back to respond back. I guess if there selling 4-5 cars a day there making a good living! There rude response and unprofessionalism allowed me to go else where. Infiniti were the Sales Staff is EXCELENT and will take time to answer your calls and questions when making a VERY large purchase. This dealership is what you would not expect when purchasing a high dollar vehicle. I even contacted the Kansas Dealership and they were EXCELENT over the phone. Again if you want to purchase a high dollar vehicle and be treated like someone with class do NOT go here!

I bought a new E350 from this dealer after owning 3 Acura vehicles. In Omaha, stick with Acura if service and quality are important to you. Never would I think Acura would trump Mercedes Benz, but in service...1) Three times I have taken my car in for a 'complimentary wash'. They use it as a sales benefit. They may as well call it the 'dollar wash' as there is always water dripping, water spots, and just generally there is no pride in the wash. Certainly not what you would expect for a luxury brand. Plus, on average I wait 30 minutes just for the wash.2) Ordering parts, you have to call them back to see if it came in. Twice now, I ordered parts that were unbelievably marked up. This time I waited two weeks and then called just to make sure it was the process and not someone on vacation, again.On the flip side, Acura washes were perfection. No spots, cleaned interior, air freshener, etc. A full detail for free. Service always called you back when a part came in and you never felt like you had to follow-up on their jobs.I would suggest the Mercedes Benz of Omaha should take a cue from Acura of Omaha. It does make me unlikely to buy another Mercedes again or even recommend them.

This is the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with, which says allot! I found the car online and when I went in to test drive it everyone was nice. It was a used car and was being used as a loaner for people getting service done to their cars. We drove it and liked the car but didnt want to finance through the dealership so we went to talk to the bank and called a few days later to tell them we would take the car. I was told it was currently on loan to a customer but it was the end of the month so they asked if we would come in and sign the paperwork that night so the salesman could get his commission and they would give us another car to drive around until it would be back in the dealership the next day. The salesman was nice and I didnt see the harm in it so we said ok. This is where their service went downhill! We were told it would only take a few minutes to sign the paperwork and had a game that night so we didnt show up until around 8:30. They kept telling us they were waiting on one thing or another and soon it was after 10:00 and we had our two small kids with us. Eventually after threatening to leave we had the papers signed and were off in the loaner car. When I called the next day about if they would have ours detailed and ready before the end of day I was told the car wasnt back yet and it would be tomorrow. I told them I couldnt come to the dealership that day but if they would send a driver to our house with our car that would be fine and I would give them the rest of the paperwork and our cashiers check. The next night a driver came to our house for the paperwork and check but did not have the car we purchased with him and didnt know he was supposed to bring it. I called the salesman, then the sales manager, and finally the general manager of the dealership and was told they didnt know where the car was at and it may be at the airport but they didnt know. All of them were rude about it and not very apologetic. At this point I am stuck in this deal and sent the driver back without the paperwork. I was going on vacation with my family for a week and told them I really needed the car. 6 days later they finally call to tell me they have the car in. But by now I am out of town on vacation so I was not able to get it for a few days. Finally the salesman brings the car to my house almost 2 weeks after I bought it, again with not much of an apology and leaves without giving me in transits or the paperwork I would need to license it. Because of the 2 weeks it took me to get the car that only gave me a little over a week to license it. I figured at least getting the paperwork would be easy but I was wrong. It took 6 calls to the dealership and having to ask for the finance/accountant guy to get paperwork which was not what I needed to license the car so we had to have them send it again. The best part of this story is that when I did get the car it had 1,200 more miles on it than when I test drove it so I dont know where the car went but it was not at the airport. I cant count the number of emails and phone messages that I left that were unanswered. And after all that they put my family through, their offer to make things right was a free oil change and a discount on all the high priced things they try to sell you like undercoating. I told them what they can do with that free oil change and their dealership! Everyone has bad experiences at dealerships but everyone I tell this story to cant believe it and I hope you consider it as well before stepping into this dealership.

My husband had dropped in first to see about a Rainier I was interested in. He spoke with Ashley and she began looking for the vehicle I wanted. Ashley notified me when one came in and held it for me to test drive. The drive was wonderful, Ashley was very accomodating. Everyone I met or dealt with at the dealership was professional and seemed determined to place me in the vehicle I wanted. It had been 12 years since I had purchased a car and the experience was great. I will recommend Ashley and Mercedes-Benz of Omaha.

I stopped in to check on Sprinter Cargo Vans and ended up having a very enjoyable time with John. His knowledge of the vans is exceptional. We took a great test drive; even going farther than normal to answer one of my questions I found his understanding of how they are used to be encouraging. His interest and enthusiasm are contagious. That's definitely a complement because I never felt pressured for a decision. I don't if I will buy a Sprinter van, but this clearly an excellent dealership.

I was in the market to get rid of my SUV that I had purchased new. Well, I had not put much money into the truck so I had a certain window of options for a trade in. Ashley worked day in and day out to search for exactly what I wanted, keeping in mind my criteria. She got to know me and repsected my opinions while making a ton of options availible to me that I never dreamed of. She was understanding and respectful of my opinions and would gather information and contact me throughout the day. She was fast and effecient. When I said, "can I walk out of here with this today?" She said, "we'll make it happen!" I was pleased with the overall environment and service. I felt very comfortable and at ease the entire time and every time I was there. I think I even said I would come back just to hang out!

We were in the market for a small SUV (all wheel drive/4 wheel drive). Well my husband was, I was fine with our old car. We went to the car show in Omaha and on the way I kept saying "we are not getting a new car". Once at the show we sat in every suv in the place. When I sat in the 2011 GLK 350, I heard angels sing and I said to my husband. "This is my car" I knew we could not afford a new one. Darin (the salesman at the show) said they had used ones on the lot. We drove to the dealer during a major snow storm and took the GLK 350 for a test drive. Not once were we pressured to buy the car. Ryan was easy going and laid back. The best car buying experience we have ever had in over 30 years of purchasing vehicles. A fair deal was made for our trade in and the 2010 GLK 350. My whole experience with buying my first Mercedes was awesome. Darin was very diligent in follow up and stayed in contact with me for over 6 months before I actually made my purchase, yet there was no pressure or feeling of overbearing. He provided just the right amount of attention and information. During the actual transaction everyone at the dealership was excellent. I cannot imagine a better experience in any purchase. I will not ever shop or deal with anyone else after this experience.

I came in on a Friday about an hour before the dealership closed. Considering it was the beginning of the weekend, I thought everyone would be ready to get out of there. Instead, I was greated by a friendly salesperson who held the door open for me and directed me toward who I came to see. Darin Harriman was the person that I worked with on the car deal. I've bought a few cars in my lifetime, but he was by far the most friendly, honest sales person that I've worked with. Darin was staight forward with me and very easy to talk to. I was upside down on my vehicle and both Darin and the sales manager worked out a deal that we were both happy with. The thing that I liked most about the whole experience, is that I never felt pressured, or encountered any 'pushy sales people'. Everyone is professional and they know how to keep their customers happy. I will definetley do business with them in the future.

I went to Mercedes Benz of Omaha looking for a new car to replace my current Infiniti G35 coupe. I originally stopped by on a Friday night after they had closed just to see what they had on their lot. Zach came out to make sure all my questions were answered even after the doors were locked. I visited again to take a test drive and Zach went over every detail of the car and Mercedes Benz as a company. I have never met a more professional salesman that knew the product they were selling. I have not purchased a vehicle yet, but I am still working with the dealer and will refer others to Zach because I know they will be treated with respect and great care.

We purchased a used vehicle from the dealership. We live 200 miles away from the dealership so we were hesitant to invest our time and expense to purchase a vehicle we had only seen photos of. They took a refundable deposit to hold the vehicle for us to inspect. Patrick (salesman) and Larry (used car manager) treated us very well before and after the sale of the vehicle. The price of the vehicle was competitive with what we had been seeing in the market. They had the vehicle cleaned up and ready for us to examine as soon as we arrived. They put the vehicle up on the lift in their service bay to allow us to examine it further. A service technician provided an honest opinion of his observations on the vehicle. The offered financing and extended warranty options even though we used our own financing the sale was very low pressure. Overall the sale of the vehicle went very well and was an enjoyable experience. We had a minor issue with the vehicle on the way home. Utilizing a dealer local to us, they immediately addressed the issue.If you are looking for a Mercedes or a used vehicle that Mercedes of Omaha has taken in on trade, I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company. Ask for Patrick, hell treat you right.

I came to the dealership furious that my car had been damaged during transportation on a truck from Scottsdale. The Service rep recognized my stress and immediately got me into a loaner...and on my way. I was presented two options to repair the car...and was advised by the technician to do the least expensive repair. They did the work and it was $150.00 less than the quote.The facility is spotless...the staff very eager to please...and the overal experience was what I had expected from a Mercedes dealer.The new owners of Omaha Mercedes understand the client much better than other previous dealers. I am once agian in the 'Merceds mind-set" after years of being disappointed.I would give them a five star recommendation.

Having purchased upwards of two dozen vehicles in my lifetime, I've dealt with different types of car dealerships--from Hyundai to Mercedes. I've bought vehicles from several high-end dealerships, including Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Lincoln, and Mercedes. This dealership is, without doubt, the finest I've ever experienced. And, rest assured, there were others that came close, but none quite match the customer service, attentiveness, friendly atmosphere, and professional manner in which all the staff treat you. I've specifically mentioned three gentleman who were integral to my purchase. There were no games, just up-front honesty and integrity. I always say that you just don't buy the car, you also buy the dealership. This is my third vehicle purchase from Mercedes Benz of Omaha, and it's because of the outstanding reputation this dealership has earned. The management accepts nothing less than the highest level of customer service. In this day and age, that's a rarity. These guys deliver!

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I was in the market for a certified pre-owned E Class Mercedes and was treated so poorly at the Mercedes dealership in Kansas City that I drove to Omaha. The entire staff was attentive, nice, willing to make a deal and had excellent follow up. I would recommend this dealership to anyone; it's worth the drive out of KC.

We can not say enough good things about Mercedes Benz of Omaha. After the excellent service and care we received from them, we will go no place else. We were in excellent hands with Darin Harriman. Darin listened to what we were looking for and what we needed and came through on a great deal on a used Mercedes. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to go over the whole car with us. Whenever we have had any questions, he is always there to answer them. Darin goes beyond the call of duty by doing extra things like keeping our kids occupied while we signed papers or giving my husband a call on his birthday. Darin is very professional and extremely courteous and always willing to help out in any way. What also was very impressive to us is that Darin calls just to make sure everything is going good with the car and with us. This was by far the best car buying (leasing) experience I have ever had. Zach was very professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. I tend to ask a million questions when I am making a purchase, and he was very very patient with me, explained every option on the vehicle to me, also let me test thrive the car (C300 4MATIC) multiple times. I also had a lot of questions about financing, and options on the car and yet he was very helpful with those as well.Pricing/deals were great at the dealership. They had many flexible options for leases. Zach, again was great showing me different rates and different mileage options. James Drake, the General Manager, made me an awesome deal on the vehicle, I don't think I could get such a deal from anywhere else. Both Zach and James were great in terms of making a customer happy.The car itself is simply stunning. If you are in the market for a Benz, you are already aware of this fact. No news flashes here, but if you are in the market for a Benz in Midwest region, Mercedes-Benz of Omaha should be your definite choice. Trust me, the whole experience was simply the best. Mercedes Benz of Omaha is a great dealership. We have purchased four vehicles from them. They are extremely helpful and always eager to answer any questions. They have a very positive outlook. I had just been to a different dealership in Omaha before going to Mercedes Benz of Omaha and when I arrived, I told them what I felt my options were and after talking to them for only a minute or so, I knew I would stay with Mercedes and felt comfortable that if I ever had a problem or a question there would never be any hesitation from them to help me. Even if that means I call from Vancouver, Canada and have to have Ryan tell me step by step how to change my spedometer into kilometers! He also went over all of the options in the car for me, offered to come to my house to help with programming the garage door and made sure I had his card in my car if I ever needed help with anything. MB of Omaha is a great dealership that I feel 100% comfortable with, they know my whole family and we have only ever experienced great service!
