To high priced for a calibration of an abs module 175.00 and a power steering malfunction code came on and they did not clear that code or update the software for it John berka said it would be another 175.00 to look at it , that's 350.00 for 2 codes that's ridiculous !

I recently had my Mercedes E350 repaired at Mercedes Benz of Oxnard. I was assisted by Mr. John Berka. John was personable and cared about rectifying the issue with my vehicle. He was open to my opinion(s) and ultimately shared my opinion with the mechanic in an effort to resolved the issue with my vehicle. John called me and provided me with an update on my vehicle. He assured me my car would be fixed and he ultimately fulfilled his promise. I have bad experiences in the past in dealing with car repair issues. John has given me a new perspective on the level of customer service provide with this dealership. I can't speak for all the other Benz dealerships, but I can honestly say that my experience was satisfactory and I was extremely pleased. Thanks, John!

I was looking to get a car on my own for the first time since moving out of my parents house and being on my own. I visited a few dealerships and every single one I went to turned into a bad experience. I am SO happy that I chose to walk into MB of Oxnard and met Tracy Obermeir. I found my vehicle at MBZ of Oxnard as they had exactly what I was looking for. I called set up an appointment for the next day. I went to the Mercedes-Benz in Oxnard for schedule maintenance including a carwash. My appointment was at 10 buy I arrived at 0930. The Service Reps, told me that it would be two hours and immediately took my vehicle, I was ready for the two hour wait however, my vehicle was ready in an hour and thirty minutes, including the washing of the car. I am happy with the quality service and speed I received.

3 weeks ago we purchased a Brand NEW Mercedes Bens Sprinter from Mercedes- Bens of Oxnard. Unfortunately, they did not have the color or options we wanted so they told us they would find one with my specification through the Auto Nation dealers, s. Mistake # 1. I trusted Mercedes-Bens of Oxnard and therefor purchased the Van without even looking at it, even paid $400.00 to have it delivered. Mistake # 2. The MANAGER NICOLAS ESPINOZA gave my husband a walk around to inspect the vehicle, My husband immediately noticed the paint had several scratches alone the passenger side and rear view mirror, surprised that no one at Mercedes-Bens of Oxnard had seen them, specially the vehicle had been detailed the day before. Mistake # 3. we did not want to bring the vehicle home with us but the MANAGER told us that he would address those scratches to our satisfaction and would arrange a pick up of the van from my home and get the issue address. We have not driven the Van since we brought it from the dealer, its been parked in the driveway. The next day they returned the vehicle saying they had fixed the issue but guess what? the scratches were still visible and they could not even do the courtesy of cleaning the vehicle before bringing it back. We contacted Mercedes- Bens of Oxnard the same day and we asked them if someone had inspected the vehicle before returning it back to us and they assure it had been inspected and the issue had been resolved. we explained to them the scratches were still visible to me so they apologize and offered to have the vehicle picked up from my home again to have it fix for the second time. We felt we had the need to take the vehicle to them ourselves instead of waiting for them to send someone and end up w/ same issue but also wanted to point out the scratches in person and while at the dealer My husband spoke to Nicolas again and pointed the scratches, he apologized and said that this time they would take care of them and they would even look through the entire vehicle for any other scratches it might have, even on the top of the roof. They would do a full detail on it, but to my disappointment again.. the day it was delivered to my home, We inspected the vehicle and noticed the scratches had been improved but NOT completely removed. I also highly doubt they did any inspection on the vehicle since it came back with the roof top dirty, I understand these vans are big but if the Manager promises something I would expect it to be done but not only that the van now has some kind of rubbing marks that are visible under regular sun light so I called Oxnard again for the same reason and requested to talk to the Manager Nicolas but he seems to always be avoiding our calls so I had to talk to a sales person who said he would leave a message for ANDY KOBEISSI who is Nicolas Espinoza's manager to call us back. On June 4th my husband talked to Andy, he told him the issue and he came up with an offer of $200.00 to have a 3rd party fix the issue but in exchange wanted us to give them a high review. My husband told Andy, he was willing to work with them but he expressed his concern about damaging the paint coat even further on this NEW vehicle. He even asked Andy if there was anything else we could do like to exchange the vehicle or return it. That's when he said he could not make those decisions but he advised us not to try to return the vehicle since the law would be in their favor not ours but would have the GENERAL MANAGER GORDON GIACOMAZZI call me back . That was a week ago and we are still waiting for the General Managers call so bottom line is these people only care about making the sale not about doing what's right. When you call to complaint about an issue they avoid you or brush you off but they sure cashed my down payment check a few hours after we left the dealership. I advise anyone that reads this not to purchase any vehicles before actually looking at them. Don't trust anyone specially when all they care is their pockets and not what's best for the customer and lastly, Do NOT take the vehicle home if you have any issues with it, otherwise it will be your issue and no longer the dealers so you'll be screwed just like we have!

They told me today that they sent my money that they owe me to the State of Delaware. The state does not have my money and the dealership has no idea where it is. I am owed $1,400 for a maintenance plan I never used and they still kept $500 even though I never used it because the car broke down. Today they have reach a new low is service.

I have never purchased a car without sweating bullets and feeling pressured. The entire process was stress free and truly enjoyable. Buying a car from Peter felt like it would be if you were purchasing from a family member. He truly cares for his customers and has their best interest at heart. I not only felt great about the decision to purchase my beautiful new car, but he has constantly checked on me to make sure things are going well. Barry explained in detail the features of the car, and customized the software features so we could enjoy them right away, instead of struggling with the manual. He was so patient with our technology questions. Having had garage-door opener difficulties previously with a different auto, he came to our house and assisted us - that's true customer service. In response to a follow-up question I had with the technology of the car, he sent me a video he made to guide me. I will absolutely direct friends looking for Mercedes right to him! He knows every aspect of the car, and treats you with patience, no pressure, and courtesy. He's such a pleasant guy!

I was working with another dealer and even over the phone and internet they were playing the back and forth barter game and not giving me a final price on the car I wanted. It was frustrating.I called Mercedes of Oxnard and spoke with Alfredo in the sales department. I gave him my information and within 5 minutes had an email with the credit application I requested. I filled it out immediately and called them back. In less than 5 minutes Gordon, the General Manager called me back and asked me what kind of car I was looking for, I told him. He said he would check inventory and get back to me right away. No less than 15 minutes later he had the car I wanted, at the price I wanted and made me an offer which was honestly better than what I had expected.The entire transaction took less than 30 minutes from the first phone call I made to the dealership and I had everything I wanted!Now I don't have the best credit, but they took care of me as if I did! The other dealer took over 24 hours just to get me a terrible offer and they had an interest rate of more than double what Mercedes of Oxnard got me! From now on I will call Mercedes of Oxnard before any other dealer when it comes to buying a car!I have purchased many cars from dealers in my life, this was by far the best and easiest experience. I live 3 hours from this dealer and it was worth the trip!

On a short weekend trip to the California Coast for the purpose of attending a wedding, we decided to visit this dealership for a test drive of the Mercedes B class electric car as it is not yet available where we live in Salt Lake City, Utah. We were not intending to lease, but felt we were doing our due diligence prior to leasing a Nissan Leaf. We fortunately were introduced to Barry Rudin, an engaging young man who was the most knowledgable sales person we have ever encountered with respect to a vehicle purchase/lease. He is an owner of both the Mercedes B class as well as the Smart Car. His knowledge of the B class was outstanding and with a no pressure approach, we soon became interested and eventually, over the course of a weekend, leased a vehicle from him. Much of the negotiation was done by email making this a very comfortable transaction. Dealings with his manager Andy and the finance person, Heather were equally satisfactory.In contrast, our experience with a Nissan salesperson in Salt Lake was so annoying that we walked out without leasing even though we had intended to lease from them initially.We are very glad we stopped at this dealership and highly recommend Barry to anyone interested in an electric car. I'm sure he is equally qualified with their other models as well.

We called Mercedez and talked to Jeffrey Pierson to inquire about any available certified preowned c250. We told him that we would be coming in 15 minutes. He prepared the vehicle quickly for us so we could check it out. He was very friendly, accommodating and he's not the usual person who pushes you to buy the car right away. He gave us space and time to think and make decisions, unlike the other dealership we went to. He was honest and understanding of the situation. He didn't mind waiting for us to make a decision until closing time! We were there until almost 11pm to close the deal and do all the paperworks. He did the car wash and cleaned the car himself since there are no other staff left. He is an outstanding salesman. My husband and I were very satisfied customers of him! We highly recommend Jeff.?

I spent a few days on the net searching for the perfect sprinter van. As with any car you need to test drive it before you make a purchase. After visiting two dealers around the LA area I noticed that some salesman did not have an in depth knowledge basic features and aftermarket possibilities of the Sprinter Van. I have been a customer of MBZ Oxnard since it opened.I I have been getting my then new E 500 serviced,maintained,repaired.As a result, it has been in showroom condition.I meant to keep it until it became an heirloom.But this was not to be.A twenty something totaled it 12 days ago.The Fire Department,the Police and EMTs could not believe that I walked out of that car.MBZ has a special place in the firmament. I now had to purchase another car.There was no need to torture myself with choices;although I have to admit that this can be fun.I had been a frequent visitor to the showroom at MBZ Oxnard for at least two years,while waiting for my beloved the aforementioned E 500.The salespeople continued to be very polite,though I was clearly not being considered an impulse buyer. Alas,cruel fate.My E 500 now awaits as dignified a disposal as an insurance can find in it's soul to bestow. I have to add that Peter went out of his way to be helpful in many practical ways.And remains so. My wife and I just purchased a new ML 350 and the team at Mercedes Benz of Oxnard were very helpful. Andy and Peter were attentive to our needs without pressuring. We were both very pleased wtih our experience. Additionally, the day after we drove off in our new ML350, we noticed some tire pressure lights and what looked like a small scratch on the door. My wife brought it in and they took very good care of us. Luckily the scratch turned out to just be some remaining adhesive from some of the new stickers. Overall, we are very pleased and would recommend Mercedes Benz of Oxnard to our friends and family.

This was the best dealership I have ever come across. My fiance and I bought a 2012 C class from them. We went to a couple Mercedes dealerships here in San Jose. Stevens Creek, Monterey and San Francisco. None of them were as helpful and pleasant as Oxnard. We contacted Monie Jensen via their internet sales, told him what we wanted. He was simply the best, helped us understand what the car came with, how much it will cost us, what we'll need to hold it and even offered to stay a bit later just to make sure he was the one that dealt with us. We drove all the way down from San Jose, CA to purchase from them with my fiance and her family. He wrapped the car in a bow, described in detail what the car had and then we went to the finance department....we cringed at first because we thought oh no, no more Monie. But then it got even better, we met Ty! One of the friendliest and most honest persons you'll ever meet. It wasn't a haggle on price, he made us feel welcome and even got us a better deal than we could have anticipated! He went over all the documents in detail, explained the service plans and what they entail without making you feel like an ant. My mother and my father both bought CLs from Stevens Creek and Monterey. Both were terrible experiences, their service departments and sales departments were rude, cars had issues and they made no attempt to fix them. But not Mercedes Benz of Oxnard, they got it right!After we drove back with our car, Monie contacted us to see how the drive was and if everything was good. We've even called Ty to let him know I'll be buying my car from them now too and I'm a BMW owner.I HIGHLY recommend anyone that buys a Mercedes goes to this dealership regardless of the drive. I know we will only buy our cars from them from now on. Thank you Ty and Monie for changing our opinion on car dealerships. If only they were an Audi, BMW, Mercedes dealership all in one. ;). While searching for the perfect new car, I came across one at Mercedes-Benz Oxnard, but was a little worried as they were out of the area I live in. I inquired a couple days later, and had an e-mail within 10 minutes from Monie. He had given me a full description of the car, pictures, you name it he had included it. The following day I had spoken to Monie over the phone and came to the conclusion that this was the car for me. Monie was great, as he led me through the whole process since I had never purchased a vehicle from out of the area. My boyfriend and I were planning to fly down to purchase the car, and Monie offered to pick us up and drive us from the airport to the dealership (about 45 minutes). In the end we actually ended up driving down to the dealership instead of flying. When we got there I found my car on the showroom floor sitting there looking as beautiful as can be. I couldn't help but stand there in awe. After the "awe" moment wore off (which it never really faded), we took it for a test drive to make sure it was the car I wanted. Monie didn't try to "sell" me on the car, which I LOVED! After returning to the dealer I completed the paperwork and went into finance with Ty. Ty did an AMAZING job to get me the BEST rate that was out there. He was friendly, outgoing, and knew his stuff. He didn't try to sell me on any packages or push me in any direction. He just laid everything out there and explained everything very detailed, but in a language that I could understand (as I am not in finance as a profession). In the end I walked & drove away a EXTREMELY happy customer and ever received some goodies to go along with the new car. I will be going back to Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard for my next Mercedes purchase that is for sure. Hands down the best time I have EVER had buying a car. THANK YOU MONIE AND TY!

Prior to making my purchase at Oxnard Mercedes Benz, I had visited several of the Mercedes Benz Dealers in the Los Angeles area where I live as my Mercedes had been totaled in an accident a month before. My intent was to go back to one of my two favorite Mercedes car dealers in L.A. County because they had such great customer service skills, HOWEVER, that all changed when I stumpled upon Oxnard Mercedes Benz quite by accident after leaving Solvang. I never knew they existed but when we exited the freeway and stumpled upon their lot, we were greated by a very friendly, highly professional and knowledgeable sales manager, Gene Mewborn. He was never pushy, he knew all the details of the vehicles and then when he introduced us to the sales rep, Eder Nava, who continued with the outstanding customer service, walked us through every detail of the vehicle and knew when to bring in the sales manager, Gene, when it was time to negotiate the deal. They gave us an offer we couldn't refuse, plus a few extra amenities but WAIT, it was just beginning. The highlight of the sale was dealing with the Finance Director, Ty Woods. Another friendly, highly skilled professional. You could tell he was very seasoned and knew his job very well. Although we had a pre-approved certificate from the Federal Credit Union,we ended up financing through Mercedes because the interest rate Ty offered us, was the best! We couldn't beat it and just when I thought it couldn't get any better - we didn't want to drive the car all the way back to L.A. so they delivered it! More than 70 miles away... and when they brought the car, they stayed an hour to go over all the details of the car, and left us a little bag full of Mercedes gift items! You can't beat the outstanding customer service experienced at this dealership - very friendly, accomidating, knowlegable and just the greatest guys to work with ever! My current Mercedes lease was ending in a couple of months and my husband and I were thinking of leasing the 2013 Mercedes C250 Coupe. I purchased my car from MB of Oxnard for one reason, the customer service and staff were far superior to the two other MB dealers I visited. To say this was the best buying experience I've ever had, is an understatement. I had researched MB CPO cars for several weeks. I began my search at two local dealers, one in Newport and one in Anaheim Hills. Both were disappointing. The sales staff at these locations didn't seem interested in asking about my specific needs, but were more interested in showcasing their dealership or specials. I felt this search was becoming a waste of time. That all changed with MB of Oxnard. I was treated like royalty from the minute the receptionist answered the phone. Both Monie Jensen and Bill McClendon went out of their way to make this the easiest transaction ever. This is my first Mercedes and based on my buying experience, it will certainly not be my last. I would recommend MB of Oxnard to anyone without hesitation.

Second purchase from mb Oxnard. bought new in 09 and was happy with service assisting me with a warranty repair.bought a pre owned mb in Septemberand was very pleased with the purchasing process as i was before.After taking the car home i did note SEVERAL issues from an alignment issue, damage to the front spoiler that should have been repaired prior to the car being placed on the lot and a recall that had not been completed. there were a few other small issues that are to be expected with a used car. i bought the car with no warranty and they are taking care og the recall and alignment but being a mbz at an mbz dealer i expected some of these small issues to have been taken care of. either way i am pleased overall and i didnt inspect the vehicle as thoroughly as i should but for the price and being at an mb dealer i didnt think id really have to inspect it so thoroughly. Would still highly reccomend dealership just as with any used car, check it out carefully. If they coulf do a cheap re spray of the front lower spoiler i would be absolutely satisfied and think that would show above and beyond customer service. But again, i should have inspected the.car more carefully. Will definetly return for my automotove needs!Mr.Fischer was an absolute no pressure professional salesman, and Mr.Woods worked magic in finance also showing the utmost in taking.care of the customer.Mb oxnard has definetly earned my business!!!

i was shopping for a Smart Carand was told by Peter they had a 2011 Cabriolet with very few miles on it for $16,000. which was not listed on their website. I eventually found one identical to it on their web with very miles on it for $12,999. When i called their attention to it. I was first told by Antonio that it was the same car. It was then discovered there two different cars involved. I was told that the cheaper car had been sold in May of 2012 and this was at the end of August of 2012. I was not pleased to hear this and suggested they sell me the other car at the advertised price. I was told by Manager Gene Newborn, that he could not do that because of a dissertation of different costs for him in the two vehicles. Gene was not interested in trying to resolve the issue and a terse conversation followed. I am convinced this was a bait and switch due to the time of three month time frame that the car was supposedly sold and the time I discovered the website ad. It was either a scam or a case a very incompetent management, neither that bodes well for the dealership. I would not recommend purchasing an used car from these folks.

I attended a used car sale 03-19-12 that my credit union had and I traded my car in for a vehicle sold by Mercedez Benz of Oxnard. Salesmen were fast friendly of course at the event. I noticed when I drove off there was some issues with the passenger window and radio knobs were gone but the salesman assured me the manager would take care of it and being that it was a weekend I had to call the dealership that monday. After calling for 2 weeks I finally speak with Mgr Andy and at that time my window began to work but I was concerned. He agreed to send me a check for the radio knobs but advised that would be it. They wouldn't fix anythingelse. 05-03-12 my engine light comes on and I took to the nearest dealer to inspect and their were 3 problems totally close to $900. I arrived at the dealership near my home 8am and by 9am I began calling Mercedez Benz of Oxnard to see if they can assist with paying for the repairs being that I just got this car. After being put on hold, transfered, hung up on, told to call back in 15mins, then 45mins due to meetings I wasn't able to leave the dealership until 4pm. The customer service I recevied that day was more than frustrating. I spoke with Jean and he only agreed to pay for 2 of the 3 items that needed repaired. I was left being responsible for repairing a cracked motor mount. I had to be without a car from Thursday - Tuesday. (super inconvience) and I could tell the saleman could carless. The dealership I was at saw me in tears and agreed to let me borrow their loaner vehicle. On 05-31-12 I decided to pay to have the cracked motor mount repaired and I got my credit union involved and they worked with a 3rd party and finally the dealership agreed to reimburse me for what I spent on repairing the motor mount. At this I still haven't received a check for the radio knobs. On 06-07-12 my car stops and when I called my roadside assistance after they jumped my car it wouldn't retain a charge so they were concerned about the alternator. I ended up getting my car towed home and spoke with Autonation and they agreed to reimburse me for battery charge but that would be it. I was that is the risk I take when buying a used car. June 18, I finally received a check for the radio knob & motor mount repair. This whole experience has just been very bad.

Nicolas Espinoza found the 2009 used S550 car I requested in about one week and had it shipped to Oxnard despite my long list of desired options and car color (interior and exterior). Ti Wood came up with a deal I could not refuse and Barry Rudin, the next day, helped add some missing electronic capabilities, make them functional and make arrangements for Lojack and clear overcoat to be added. Not only is the whole dealership very friendly, they are effective in meeting customer needs.

I have always disliked new car shopping but this experience changed all that. Our salesman, Jay, was informed and polite and made the purchase easy and fun. The entire inside staff was friendly and helpful. The car we wanted was not in stock at the time but they got it into the dealership from Seattle in just three days. It was exactly the "R" model we wanted...the perfect car for ferrying grandchildren and older parents. We were back and forth to the dealership three times to get "training" on the gps system, etc. and each time, the staff was patient and kind. The only question they have been unable to answer is "why we bought so many Volvos in the past and didn't buy a Mercedes!" We will be back in the future without hesitation and we say thanks to Oxnard MB Dealership!

I purchased a 2011 Smart car from this dealership and within 2 weeks and only 700 miles I started having electrical trouble with the car. I was told I would have to wait 7 days for the part to come in to replace the def part. I got the car back and on the way home the trouble came back. Call the dealership expressing my concerns about the vehicle I had just purchase and was told you own the car now not us. This is no way to take care of you customers. The car went back to the service center where they had to keep the car for 7 days to get to the bottom of the electrical problem. When calling and leaving messages for the sales manager, service manager, and the finance manager, I had to repeatedly call them back since they failed to return my calls. I only had one person at this dealership that would return my calls and that was my service adviser. Overall I wish I had never step foot in this dealership to buy my Smart car. I should have gone somewhere else like Beverly Hills. They say the belong to Auto-Nation but their customer service does not show it. I purchase 4 cars from Power Honda in Valencia which is an Auto-Nation dealership as well and was always treated like a friend and not just a customer.

Even though the desired car was not in stock, the entire sales team went way beyond the call of duty to locate the car. Then, they got the car there the next day for delivery. The experience was long, but worth it. They were wonderful. On the finance side, Brian did a great job. I made an appointment for my 2003 C230 Kompressor's Service A but ended up spending $2448.00 for extra repairs that were diagnosed after my extended service contract expired. It seems to me that most cars detriorate after five years of ownership and it is not just MBZ. I religiously made the necessary maintenance that was recommended by the manufacturer or every time the service reminder signs goes off in my dash board but the discrepancies were not discoverd at those times I was at the dealership service stations.Your employees were great in explaining what have to be done to my car.

Nice overall buying experience. We tried other dealerships and eventually came back to Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard for the purchase of a Smart Car. Eder and his manager were flexible and Brian the finance guy was friendly and helpful. Also, my wife and I found out that this is a dog friendly dealership. I am certain to return there for, if nothing else, the free car washes they offered me.

I have been serving on active duty in the military for the past 26 years and have experience with multiple dealerships both in and out of the continental U.S. I can unequivocally say that the service department and particularly my Service Advisor Mr. Angel Duran deserves special recognition for all that that they have done for me and my family. We had recently purchased an extended warranty for our vehicle and as a result of a typographical error the vehicle had been devalued, essentially limiting the amount of service that was to be covered. After discovering this discrepancy during a recent service visit, Mr. Duran took it upon himself to deal directly with the warranty company to correct this administrative error. As a result of Mr. Duran's hours of perseverance the warranty company corrected the error and covered the claim, saving my family thousands of dollars. We are in the process of moving to a nearby city that has a Mercedes Dealer but as a direct result of Mr. Duran's actions I will most certainly be traveling the extra distance to bringing our vehicle to the Mercedes Oxnard dealership for service. Additionally I have and will continue to recommend the Service Department to anyone I find in need of mercedes service.

If you are in the market for New Mercedes Benz replacement parts I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Oxnard as your "One-Stop-Shop" for Factory Replacement parts! John Berka who works in the parts department has all of the attributes of a factory trained parts professional. He is fast courteous and most of all gets you the right parts that you need the First Time! I have dealt with many other parts personnel over the years at many other dealers but none have been able to match his sincere concern for acquiring the proper detailed information necessary for getting the proper replacement parts for my particular application.I would also like to give due phrase to Vanessa who works as the receptionist / cashier. She has a wonderful friendly cheerful truly helpful personality and is likewise fast and efficient as well. I usually do not take the time to remember the names of cashiers at car dealerships but my standard bad habit ends here with Vanessa. She has a way of making you as a customer feel very special indeed! She always takes the time to acknowledge me by saying hello to me by name when ever I enter the parts and service area which is truly unusual in this fast paced day and age. Cashiers at dealerships can often times get over looked as very important attributes to a car dealership but they are often times the First and ( or ) Last person that the customer comes in contact with at the dealership that is why I am taking the time to recognize her and her professional importance to this dealership team. First time impressions are Very important! Good Job Vanessa!

I went to MB just to look at the C-Class MB as I have never owned one before. After being shown a few, I decided on an E-Class. Jay was a nice salesperson however, the sales manager, Mark, did the deal-making. they were both very nice to work with. Eventually we all came to a mutually agreed upong price we were happy with. The finance person, Brian, was very friendly and knowledgeable to work with. He made the paperwork part of the process seamless.Thanks to everyone at MB of Oxnard for making this happen.

Last Saturday I visited Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard and Alfredo Nava approached me with sincere care and a beautiful smile asking me how he may help me. I honestly have to say I had a rough day, and Alfredo took care of me. He stood by my side from 11 am till 7pm with out any pressure but with patience, humble, and gracious attitude. I needed to get a car and test drove multiple cars with Mr. Nava. STILL Mr. Nava, stood by my side and promised me he will take care of me.Hours has gone by and Alfredo Nava had a smile that you will never forget. Finally, everything was in place and Mr. Nava helped me to purchase ML350 with NO pressure. What a experience I had that I will NEVER forget. In addition with wonderful service I received, Mr. Nava offered to deliver my Car to Westminster. My last impression is WOW!!!!

Ive recently purchased the GLK350 4matic from Mercedes of Oxnard. Alfarado Nova was my sales representative and I had nothing but the pleasurable experience. I would give him 10/10 score for the satisfaction of the friendliness, efficiency, professionalism and the great follow up through the whole car buying process. I would have my family members to go back to purchase the car from Mr. Nova again and I would vote him to be the best sales man of the year. JC is an absolute pleasure to work with. Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard has been wonderful! I must admit that I've been a die-hard Lexus driver for several years, but once I got behind the wheel of the new C300 I was changed! I absolutely love this car! The ride, features and styling of the car are far superior than any of the vehicles Lexus ever leased me.In addition to the car, I had a great experience at the dealership; that's not easy to come by these days. Part of me always dreaded going into a car dealership and spending hours on end finding a car and trying to get the best price. But when I went to MB of Oxnard I was really surprised. They had a great inventory to choose from and the sales staff were able to answer all my questions.I knew I wanted the car, so I went all over and NO ONE could beat MB of Oxnard's pricing. They gave me a great deal and were really professional.
