Everyone at Mercedes dealer was extremely helpful to include Ken Payne, Alfredo Hernandez and the Financial Services Manager Nick Khamis. I previously owned a Mercedes which was purchased from this Reno dealer and am so happy that our service man Joe Castleberry is still working at this dealership. He said he's been there 15 years. He always treated us well when we came in. As our new GLE 350 has so many options on it. We came in and saw Javier Dominguez today who showed my husband and me all the special features on our new vehicle. I am very pleased.

I began looking into the purchase of a Sprinter at Mercedes Benz of Reno approximately one a year ago, and ordered one about March 1st (2016). At the time I was gainfully employed and the outlook for my little company (New Daney) seemed bright. Soon thereafter I became un-employed, and the finances of New Daney Company also became strained in the process. Mr. Roger Lilley was at the time my Mercedes representative, and suggested that "we go ahead and get the thing built and deal with your (my) financial circumstances at the time of delivery". Mr. Jerry Juskiw took over from Mr. Lilley just prior to delivery of the vehicle, and has also been both polite and understanding of the circumstances. My last new vehicle purchase was in 1983; also a Mercedes (240D), so the prospect of acquiring the Sprinter was obviously a big thing for me and my company. I made the purchase, and have since gone on to believe that customer service and satisfaction truly are important to the people at Mercedes Benz of Reno. The proof of that has taken the form of numerous inquiries on whether or not I was comfortable and satisfied with the purchase. This kind of attitude is greatly appreciated. So far, I love the vehicle both in terms the motor and how it drives.

What a great experience. I used a personal bank for financing and they worked directly with the bank to make it seamless. A very family friendly organization which went above when accommodating children. I would highly recommend giving them a chance for your business. The service department is also fantastic. Schedule a service 6 months after purchase. Most dealers never did what these guys offer.

I was comparatively shopping for a slightly used GLK350 and due to limited stock elsewhere reluctantly went to the Mercedes dealership. I was pleasantly surprised by the low pressure, helpful and exceptional service I found. The price point was equal to other no frills dealers but I feel more secure knowing it is Mercedes certified pre-owned and that I have a warranty that will get this car the service it deserves. I love the vehicle I purchased and would be comfortable sending friends and family to this dealership.

Bought the car off the internet. The whole process was very good, except trying to get the sales receipt for DMV to pay taxes. They sent the wrong form 3 times and I had to wait on long lines 3 different times, finally the 4 th time they got it right. Unfortunately this somewhat ruined an otherwise good experience.

Working with Rodger Lilley at MB of Reno has been enjoyable and quite easy?he's quick to take action, address needs, and offer solutions. I would recommend anyone interested in owning a Sprinter van to contact this true gentleman. I'm still working to address a malfunctioning electrical step on my van (thus, 4 out of 5 stars for repairs), but Rodger has also been helpful in working with the service department to get my needs addressed.

I was looking for the hard to find Sprinter 2500 in a metallic grey and submitted an inquiry through the Mercedes website. The folks at MB of Reno responded promptly (despite it being a Sunday) with an email and then followed up on Monday with a vehicle that met my requirements. The price negotiation was absolutely transparent and hassle free; and we settled on price on the call. we did the the entire transaction over the phone and then I flew to Reno where the salesperson picked me up and within 45 minutes, the paperwork was completed and I was on my way. I have never had such an easy car buying experience. 5 stars to Rodger Lilley!

This was the best buying experience we have ever had. Ken Long, the salesman, was waiting for us, because we called ahead, and he had everything waiting for us. Not once was there any pressure to do anything. Once we decided to purchase, Larry Dibble guided us through the process and actually made it fun to spend money! The salesman, Ken Long, greeted me as soon as I walked onto the lot, on a weekend, and introduced himself. It was a good first impression. I have never owned a Mercedes before, but had looked at some of the specs for a ML 350 Bluetech online and noticed one for sale at the Reno dealership and was curious as to the type of ride it would be. Ken told me it sold the day before. He searched the entire lot and inventory, but there was not another diesel 350 to be found, but he did manage to get me a test drive. He went online to search and we identified two potential candidates, one viable, so he printed out the build sheet for me. I took the sheet and told him I needed some time to do my homework and then left the dealership. The following weekend I made an appointment and returned to meet with Ken. It was raining. We went online again and found the same vehicle from the prior weekend, but I was not yet comfortable without being able to see the vehicle. I asked what ML 350s were on the lot with gasoline engines. We went out in the rain and walked the entire lot. Near the back of the lot we walked past a lunar blue ML 350 and I asked if it was for sale. I remembered my wife commenting to me how much she liked the dark blue color. The next thing I knew, we were test driving it. We returned and I started talking price and we reached an agreement. Simple, straightforward, professional, no pressure, almost as if we were doing business on the golf course and had known each other for years. Ken Long makes car salesmen look good. He is a consummate professional, never in your face or high pressure, but there when you need him, and will do everything he can to get you what you want and answer questions. He has done two follow-up calls in the week since we bought the car, just to check on us. Every representative I encountered at the Reno dealership was courteous, helpful and answered all my questions. Robert Mitchel (Mitch), the financial services director, was quite helpful and pleasant during the paperwork phase of the transaction. Scott Callister, the sales manager, made a point of introducing himself to me and my wife during our visit and offering his assistance. But beyond that, I felt like they were a family who respect each other and work well together and we were all at their family outing. It was Memorial Day weekend and their service director, Kwanny Woo, was cooking burgers and dogs on the grill. Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

After selecting your car, there are three financial considerations. Price of car, price of financing, price of extended service.. All all three areas of interest, MBZ of Reno is head and shoulders above the competition. No doubt about it. If you leave sales or service without a grin on your face , more then likely it's on you !

This was the best car purchase experience I have EVER had in my lifetime! Jon made ALL the difference. He was very professional, worked very hard on my deal and never gave up even though I was purchasing a used vehicle and not one of the big priced ones. I felt very satisfied in the end! I would recommend this Salesman to everyone I come in contact with!

The negotiations were conducted via Internet and telephone including valuing my trade in. The car was ready when i arrived. Sandy took me for a test drive and explained the nuances of the car. She was professional and pleasant throughout the process and did her best to speed it along. This was a relatively easy transaction considering I live 500 miles away.

A friend of mine recommended Jon at Mercedes Benz of Reno. I needed to buy a car but the thought of going to a dealership seemed quite ominous to me, especially a Mercedes dealer! My friend assured me they also had a great selection of used cars and that Jon was a "regular" person just like us. Well she was wrong. Jon was exceptiolnal. He really made me feel at ease. He more than understood all my fears and concerns and addressed them in a caring, professional manner. While I was not able to purchase a vehilce that day, I know Jon is keeping an eye out for "just the right one" to fit all my needs and I don't need to worry or to look any further. It's like having my own guardian angel. So naturally, I give Jon and Mercedes-Benz of Reno the highest ratings possible and I will be telling everyone I know who is even thinking about buying a car to go see Jon Dietmeier!

These guys are DISHONEST!!! Do yourself a favor dont buy a vehicle from them and certainly do not have them service your vehicle. The General Manager and Service Manager & several of the sales staff are about ripping off people and smiling in your face. I purchased a certified $72000.00 Mercedes from them in 2008 and is the biggest piece of garbage, I have ever owned. In the shop every 4-8 week for major repairs that cost between 1200-8000 dollars every time in there. Then they tell you 3-4 days for repair and takes 8. The last visit to them upon picking up the car, it would not even start after them so called fixing the issue it alledgedly had. One of Many!!! Then of course here comes the check engine light after driving it 2 blocks. I guarantee that they rig the cars to default so that they can scam on people in charging for more repairs. I do have to say that Frank Casey is the only employee they have who I believe is honest.That pig General Manager Eric Lackshin, with his cohert Kwanny Woo, is about as crooked as they come. I know that others have had similar experiences with this dealership. My family even knows a past service technician who worked for them and filled us in about how they do business. Believe me, it's not positive. Do yourself a favor, if your looking for a Mercedes, Used Car or need repairs, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!!!!!!!!

Just be careful to double check that what they tell you about the car is indeed true. The price was good but I was mislead regarding content. Several times. I finally had to get on my hands and knees to learn the truth about the vehicle. Deposit made, money in hand.... and I walked. i suggest an independent evaluation of any used vehicle. The rep knew my concerns but told me what I wanted to hear, not what was real. As the issue revolved around tire age and reliability on a high performance car, I left feeling that they were willing to risk my future well being for a sale.

Unscrupulous service department. The epitome of a dealer service shop in that they quote one price and then your stuck with a bill for something completely different. Yes they called me about the additional charges for wiper blades and air filters, but when I got the bill I found out that their $200 service did not cover the cost of oil, windshield washer fluid, and something called combination... Combination what!? What I got from Mercedes Benz of Reno was a clean car and a $60-100 service anywhere else for $600. I will never return and I will never buy another Mercedes because of my experience with this dealership. Stick with BMW or Audi if you want German luxury.

Two different departments. Sales and Service. I will rate both.1. SERVICE DEPT.. Absolutely incredible. Mind-blowing, even. The work they do is perfection. They have computers and equipment that are state of the art. They are very professional. And get this. I left my lights on one night, and the battery went dead. I needed to find out my re-activation code for my stereo. I call them up, tell them my problem. They say please hold. 15 seconds later they come back, "I'm so sorry you had to wait, your reactivation code is 9457." And get this. I hadn't even bought the car from them. My car went in their computer after one service job and they can do that for me. Wow.When you get your car back it has been washed REALLY well. Better than the place I pay $21 a wash for. You pay a little more here, but you know you are getting excellence, peace of mind, and no BS. Best service dept. I've ever seen.2. SALES DEPARTMENT. In this respect I'm a little disappointed. The salesmen have that typical look in the eye, judging you, trying to see if you're a sucker, ready to tell you bullshit to get a sale, you know what I'm talking about. They are trying to pretend they are a cut above other car salesmen, and they do a LITTLE bit better job of being classy. Not quite as bad as the used car dealer, but come on, this is Mercedes Benz. They are trying APPEAR to be classy, caring, professional, no hassle kind of people. But the only way to pull off that appearance is to GENUINELY be it, not just try to appear that way. I'd expect them to be at least as classy as the BMW dealer in town, but they aren't. But you can cut through the BS, haggle smart, and still buy a new car from them... if you're savvy.Anyway, the Service Department is world class.
