The courtesy , personality and professionalism of Mt. Jonh Liu made all the difference .My husband and I did not feel any pressure during the process .He answered our questions and concerns to our satisfaction .I feel that I can call him anytime if i have questions.On, the finance section, I still have to call Ms Julie Garcia because I need to get one of the copies of the documents that will show the contract number. It was a xerox copy that was provided to me and the contract number was cut off into halves.She explained to us the inportance of cilajet, getting portfolio but did not mention about the prepaid maint 4y/ 40 k T1 and the code protection before it was typed on the installment contract and these are under optional.

I was so happy that AAA approved my windshield being replaced at Von Housen. AAA said that their fee is actually in line with the Glass Companies they refer their members to. I was able to get Authentic Stickers put back on my car's windshield.

I bought a 02 sensor from Benz and still have code coming popping up. They gave me a bad part and wanted me to pay for the diagnosis. And then told me it's another 02 sensor. I took my car else where replace 02 sensor that they said that was bad. Still have a problem. I'm very disappointed with the service. They lied to me made me pay them for wrong diagnosed.

Car was serviced and seems to be running well. There was a leak drip when I left the garage a couple of days ago; the line ran right in the middle of the car. I got out and smelled it to see whether it was oil, but it was odourless. Have not noticed this problem again since and hope all is okay.

I took my car in due to an issue with the rear hatch not closing completely. Efrain Vasquez was my Service Advisor. It's my first time meeting with him and I was very happy with his level of service, personal attention, willingness to use the service coupon, etc. Will definitely ask for him in the future. However, the latch was not completely fixed and I have to return this week for another appointment.

I called the Sacramento dealer to make an appt to look at used MB. When I got into the dealer the person I talked to refer me to one of his associates w/c is ok. I looked at 3 cars and test drive 2 and purchased the 2016 c300 with low miles. The car needs to be service and cleaned before I get them. So we waited about a week when they call us to pick it up. We went there on Sat , when we were there the navigation we ordered not ready and some other accessories not ready. We ask them we could have waited for them to have everything ok before getting the car, as we are so busy to take time off to pick up the car. The reason they give is the person responsible for ordering did not order them. They are very unorganized and makes me feel like they just want the commission from sales and after that you are on your own and whatever happens it's someone else fault . After about 5 days they call us for the navigation , my wife went to get it installed then the extra car keys and manuals not ready yet. It's been 10 days since the navigation got installed and no one else called us for the keys and manual. And it's been about 3 weeks or so since we signed for the car and paid it off. I'm writing this because I don't want this to happen to other customers and I believe MB is a great car and customer service should be great. We owned BMWs for many years and never had a bad experience.Honestly because the the bad customer service, regardless of how good the car is I rather have my money back and get the usual BMWs .

I havent responded because I am irritated with the mechanic service for my last visit. My new brake pads and rotors did not feel new like usual. I also asked that they check my tire pressure and that was not done. The left rear light has been a problem and a few years ago they replaced the socket. So I already paid for this service which did not fix the problem. It is still a problem and so they did not fix it right. They continually replace the light bulb and charge me for it; and that is not the issue. Its the socket. It still is out every so often and I do not have time to drive there and have it checked when the light is on the dashboard indicating it is not working. Jason is not there on Saturdays for me to come in when its a little more convenient for me to drop in when the light is on. This is very frustrating for me. And do not want to ever be charged for a light bulb again!The mechanic seems to be the issue not the Service Rep who just listens to me and tells me when my car is ready.I have been going to this dealership since 12-1989.

He explained the length of time and breadth of service appropriately, He arranged for shuttle service when I dropped off my car, and when it was ready for me to pick it up. I brought my car in for an issue I was having. They couldn't identify what the cause was and recommended different repairs that would "hopefully" fix the problem. I had to bring my car in twice and ended up spending $1600 for "repairs" that didn't resolve the issue. I attempted to contact the staff I worked with since my last visit to let them know the issue still existed. I still haven't heard back 5+ months later.

Took 4 days to get an appointment upon arrival they still take 45 minutes to attend to you, watching the service agent squandering time.When they Finally attended to me they didn't have the loaner that I requested.This is my second visit to this dealership this month and In general thy just don't seem to care. The waiting lobby area was dirty and the whole experience falls far short of other dealership I have dealt with in the past. I will drive the 80 miles to get my car serviced at a real dealership in the bay if I can because this place is the worst.

Came to Mercedes-Benz sacramento to have my clk 320 looked at. The car was making a minor rattling noise on and off. They told me I would need an entirely new catalytic convertor which would cost about 3000. I knew that they were xxxxxxxxxxxx me. I did not need a new catalytic convertor, my current catalytic convertor just needed a bolt to be tightened. Which they must have done because the car has since stopped rattaling. Service took all day. 6 hours!! And cost me 180 for them to come up with a phony diagnosis. Couldn't they have at least changed my oil!? And to top it all off they came up with every minor little thing that I "should" replace even down to the xxxx windshield wiper. Thanks but no thanks. Should have went to a local shop and got my car on a lift in under 30 mins with a real diagnosis for under 50 bucks. This dealership is terrible in every way.

John Liu was the reason we stayed at your dealership. We were not intending to purchase a car that particular day, we were just looking. About two or three sales representatives passed us by and didn't give us a second look to see if we wanted to purchase or not. We were going to walk off the lot until John Liu approached and ask if he could help us really friendly and courteous. He took care of our needs with follow up calls, that was a plus. After receiving the news that my ML350 was totaled, I had to suddenly contemplate a new vehicle. Craig kindly greeted us near closing time to take us on several test drives. I wasn't ready to make a decision, so we returned a week later to check out my options again. I was indecisive about another SUV or a sedan and then once I decided on a sedan, which model. Craig was very patient and after several more test drives, guided us to what we really wanted, a S550. Craig also helped us figure out the best lease to fit our needs. He found a model that had all of the amenities that were important to us and traveled on his day off to pick it up and deliver it to us personally. We recently took our E350 in for some warranty work and the entire experience was incredible. From the moment we pulled in and were greeted outside to sitting down with Hope and going over the work order, everything was extremely smooth, courteous, and very professional. Hope went over what we could expect, how long it would take, and even provided us with a great Mercedes-Benz loaner car for our use while ours was in the shop. Hope kept in touch with us while our car was being serviced, letting us know the progress of the repairs. When we picked up the car, it had been hand washed and was waiting for us in the service area. I signed the papers and was back on the road in under 5 minutes. MB of Sacramento has set the bar pretty high for it's level of service, we were very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to bring it back!

My husband and I (Katy) are always proud when we come to your place. However at this particular service, we were not happy and might not coming back for this type of service.We paid $255 for the detail wash that included the polish/wax outside of my car. He is a nice and helpful person to deal with, He did a good job on waxing the car. On the date he called me to let me know the car was ready for pick up, but I told him I had no one available to drop me off and told him to keep the car for me until the next day. The next day, I texted him that I would come around 11:30 am to pick up my car and he was okay with the time. I was excited to see the new look of my car.When I came he took me to the back parking lot near the shop. I almost could not recognize my car. It was all covered with dust. I was so disappointed at first and thought it might be my fault because I did not pick up the car on time.I tried to use my finger to wipe a little dust but because the car just had new wax on it, the dust even sticked harder and when I got home, the dust was still there. The dust even got deep down into the windows doors so when I roll the windows up and down, there was more dust coming out. This was bother me every time I looked at my car and on the next day I had to wash my car.But to tell the truth, he did a good job on waxing outside and the floor inside the car.I think this is not a big deal but the big deal is your customer's satisfaction. Are we happy with what we paid? Are we happy with the finished product? Are we coming back?I'm sorry for a long story but I hope this will help improving your customer's service.I have no problem with Austin Chao. He's a nice guys. We still can have him on our future visits.Thank you

My second to last experience was horrible. I was faced with a dishonest service writer and a dishonest mechanic. They called me mid day to tell me my transfer case need new seals. I told the guy that my garage floor was pristine. I then went in to look at it on the rack. No seals were leaking. I filed a grievance with customer service, who was great. Promised a nice loaner next time. Well, needless to say, my little GLK350 still has no leaks one year and 11k miles later. That's all fine, except I noticed the dishonest service writer is still there. He would not even look at me this time. I think I had Jason Harber this time. He was AWESOME.

This is not a reflection of Efrain Vasquez, but of the Mbz experience as a whole. My vehicle was returned to me 3 times with the issue not fixed. I take excellent care of my vehicles, clean, detailed and mechanically sound. Each time the vehicle was returned to me the vehicle had black oil on the door pulls, the driver door (where they used their feet to open the door i'm speculating) the steering wheel, the gear shifter etc. I took photos each time. Is there no one that inspects the vehicle when returning to the customer. I have always had MBZ, and only use MBZ dealerships, but since moving to Sacramento it seems that this dealer has limited quality control. When living in El Dorado hills, I was always impressed with the level of customer service and my Service Writer Daniel, he made sure not only that my vehicles were mechanically sound but returned to me in the condition that it arrived and sometimes even better, which is difficult to do in my case. I think that the service writer can gauge the level of customer service that each individual expects by the history of repairs and customer interaction, it seems these cues are not on anyones radar at MBZ of Sacramento. It is indeed a shame that the level of customer service for the MBZ brand has been so diluted. These latest experiences from May 2016 to August 2016 were challenging, ultimately after having my vehicle for a few months trouble shooting, after thousands of my dollars later, my car is fixed. Efrain was communicative through out the process and polite, however ultimately I will be looking for another place to take my business and dollars and loyality.

First, during the purchase of our car, the service was amazing. That's where it ended. We brought the car back twice for our Cila Jet (spell?) service - and its still not good enough for the $1800. The initial service they had my car for the day, and I had a loaner. When I took the loaner, I was told to 'just bring it back with the same amount of gas'. I did. But, the real disappointment came when a week after we bought the car, the check engine light came on. The service department was able to get us in quickly, and they did a great job with the car. When I received my loaner vehicle, I was told to 'just bring it back with the same amount of gas', which I do not have an issue with. Upon receipt of my loaner vehicle, the gas indicated less than 1/4 of a tank, so I just immediately went and filled it up knowing that my car would take a few days. When I returned the loaner, there was almost 1/2 tank of gas. The following morning, I checked my bank account, and there was a $30 charge from Mercedes. Not fully understanding why, I called. It was explained that they had changed their loaner policy to charge customers $10 per day for gas due to past customers putting the wrong type of gas and damaging the engines. I explained that I was not told this, and the young lady stated they would return my $30. That was several weeks ago, and no return has been made to my account. Although I understand the need for the $10 a day charge, and frankly, it would save me the time from having to fill it up prior to returning it. However, they failed at explaining this to me, as well as lent me a vehicle whose gas tank did not have enough fuel to get me home, let alone back to work. If they are to charge this fee, they need to understand they must lend vehicles with a full tank, AND allow customers to return for more gas/fuel as needed.Sad, but I won't return to the Sacramento Mercedes service department again....seems to be a small thing, but just the dishonesty turns me off.

I am not happy with my service. The strut on my gl was replaced and is creating a noise. 3 rd trip in to fix and they are now telling me it is normal. I know that it is not. The car even lowers often when I come to a stop. This was an indicator that something was wrong the first time the Strut was replaced. (Which lasted less than 2 yrs). This is my 3rd strut on a 5 run old car with 65k miles. I plan on taking it to a different mechanic

The level of service from Sean Kerwin was excellent. I did have some concerns because my windshield was back ordered for 4-6 weeks, and the door handle also needed to be ordered. Both incidents required my calling the parts department to check on the status. Coincidentally, both products had "just" arrived prior to my calls. I relayed this to Sean & commented that there might be a communication break down between parts & service. Both were repaired without problems. I was given a loaner car both times, & was very appreciative, however the first car had a very bad stale cigarette odor.

At a recent service visit, I mentioned an issue I had been experiencing with tire pressure and a dash alert that had been recurring since I purchased the vehicle. I had brought the matter to the attention of two previous service managers repeatedly without resolve. It has caused much frustration as I had to fill a tire with air about every 10 days. I commute 2-3 hours a day and found myself constantly scouting out service stations with an air pressure pump and pulling off in the rain, high wind and extreme heat to relieve the low pressure. Mike was able to address the issue and solved the problem on that visit.

However, any addtional services through the service department is below par and below expectations. I called to inquire about a clear bra install and was told I would be contacted by a certain date; I was not. Once contacted, I was asked for credit info over the phone prior to any appointment could be made. I prefer to a receipt and or service to performed before providing method of payment for example cash, check, visa, etc.

Been a few years since I had been in for service, and was surprised by the injection of technology into the service stream. Use of text messages was nice, so when asked what work I wanted done from the estimate, I answered back clearly in text which items to do. Thousands of dollars of work. Waited two days for the pickup call. Got there and the major item had not been done. They questioned my approval, I pulled out the text message and showed them. They apologized and did the work, taking another day. (Lots of double work because of this) I was not happy. Why? Because MB stands for the best, details, exact, nothing left to chance. Although not bad, sloppy customer service does not represent your brand. If you want to charge me through the nose, then service the car like the brand you sell. Also, sales manager take note, I walked your car floor and nobody approached me with an upsell.

They admitted that there are some vibrations in rear view mirror, but they don't know form where its coming and how to fix it.One of the car keys didn't work couple of times, but works most of time, when I told them to look at it, they said its fine.Auto brake feature always has some issue in Mercedes, when I asked them to look at it, they said its fine, Even I talked to one of the mechanic there, he told me that Mercedes has some problem with Auto brake feature, even same issue he sees in his vehicle.This is the worst dealer for servicing a car.

I'm so disappointed in the finance department in Mercedez of Sacramento. My salesman Mung was great but the finance department is horrible. I bought my car and it's time for me to make payments. My paperwork was misplaced when I sent my vehicle to get fixed. I've left several messages to have someone return my phone call so I can help advise of my payment dates and yet no one has called me back! I am worried that I could be late and on top of it could be charged for fees and still no phone call return back! I have been traveling and can't visit the site and I am extremely upset!

Not much but now I would go out of my way to send him business. On the whole the Sales Associate Tim Snider was really great. He knew his product and took the time to show me the differences and options of the cars I was looking at. When I took the car for drive I knew instantly that this is what I wanted. I offered to put a deposit to hold the car for a day.Tim he was told that he could not take a deposit by manager and asked if I would like to take the car home for a couple hours to drive and show wife. I said sure. We did the paper work and he went to get the car. When he came around with the car another salesman came out and said hold on, " I want to show my customer the car before you leave", In fact the other customer wanted to take it for a drive. Which she did. In the mean time I went to the Sales Manager and asked now what? He had an Identical car 2 years newer and a bit higher. In my mind I thought was a good option as well, if she decided to take it.. 15 minutes later they returned and handed me the keys and I drove off.On the road and about 15 minutes later I got a call from Tim saying that the customer was still talking to the other sales man about the car. Mind you I was half way back home. I asked if he wanted me to bring it back. He was very uncomfortable asking so I figured the Sales Manager had put him up to it. I didn't want to put out Tim so I offered to turn around and return it.By the time I got back it turns out the other customer was not interested in the car at all. Kind of knew there would be a bit of a haggling done. However I expected to be able to meet somewhere in the middle, after all it is all negotiable.I asked for 1000.00 off the price and 6000.for my trade. high retail for my trade according to NADA was about 9700.00. mine was not perfect but I expected that mine would fetch at least 8500.00 if I sold it myself. I purchased this roadster brand new in 2006. I figured that 6000. was fair and in my mind I would have taken 5000.00. The manager low balled me at 4000.00. and said no discount on the price of the car. Kind of insulting.So my one final counter was 500.00 of asking price 5500.00 for trade and additional 6000.00 down payment. I told them if they could not do it then maybe this is not the right car for me. Keep in mind I was prequalified and had plenty of cash. The answer back was full price of car and 5500 for trade. I said no thank you and asked for my keys t my car. As I walked towards the door that is when the scrum began. I was surrounded by the crew with comments like, 'come on take the deal", "its great deal" , "Whats holding you back"...and so on. Really disappointing to see them take that kind of "Auto Mall " cheap tactic. I said sorry no hard feeling I will continue my search and off I went. Please know that through this whole ordeal Tim remained professional.I expected a phone call on the way home. The Sales Manager left a message, something to the effect., " I am really regretting taking that deal, probably like your regretting driving home with a car that doesn't have blue tooth and you cant answer my call. So please call me back and lets make a deal". REALLY, did he just take a verbal jab at me about no blue tooth. Wow, un-believable. So when I got home and grabbed a drink to calm down I called him back. He said I can make this work come back and he would take the deal. I said, " I was not interested in the deal anymore and that it was a very unprofessional comment and I expected more from a Mercedes Benz dealer. He will have to explain to his sales man why I am not coming back because of his comment. Thank you".He paused and then apologized. That was all I really needed actually, but I wasn't done there. we got back to the deal and I said if you really want to make it right, bring the contract, bring the car, and I will sign. I wasn't going to waste any more calories on a deal that over the course of the time I got the car took more than 7 hours. If he had just taken the fair deal originally I would have been in and out in less than two. So ridiculous. Anyway, love the car, Tim was great, and just maybe that Sales Manager will appreciate a good deal when it comes. As the old saying goes, " a bird in the hand is worth more than two in the bush". The people are nice and the greeter was prompt. However had to wait for quite some time for my service representative. The drop-off shuttle was good. However, you need to have some loaner car, even though it is not a major service. I needed to go some place while the car was at the shop but couldn't for not having a loaner car. They forgot to reset the warning signal that comes up when all the four tire pressures are different. I had wait, because they had to take the car back to the shop to reset it. It was disappointing.

They were very professional and listened to what I wanted and felt was a good deal, based on my research. We found the right car, test drove a few of them and negotiated a deal within my expectations. In fact, they called me the following day and told my my payment would be LESS because they got me a better rate... That was incredibly honest and excellent customer service in my book. My wife and I never used the back seats of our Mercedes 2009 ML350 until recently, and found that neither of the two back seat belts functioned properly (or safely). Our car was well beyond the warranty period. but Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento stepped up and repaired the two seat belts for free. It was not an insignificant amount of money (estimated price was over $1,100), and I'm not sure that the factory would honor warranty work so late in the life of this vehicle, but Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento did the "right thing", and that is impressive. We are forever loyal customers of Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento--we will continue to buy from them and have our vehicles regularly serviced there.

I sent a message requesting for the bulb they changed since I need to change the bulb with in a week. There was no message about the bulb failure before I took the dealer but when I ask for discount on service they performed he said he changed the bulb for free. After one week I had bad bulb warning so I texted the number they provide me to contact but never responded back. I mentioned same thing with MB survey and they said someone will call from dealer but no one. I changed bulb at Rocklin dealership.

Removed spoiler, put dents in my trunk. Spoiler is not even put on correctly, has gaps on one side and flush on the other side. Came back to remove the dents and when I picked up the car the dents were still there and now the interior or the truck where they took of the siding is not on properly, making noise when I shut the truck and scratched up. Service man acted like it was an inconvenience to have to try and get the "little dents" out, but they are the ones who put the dents in in the first place. I was supposed to bring it back in, but haven't because every time I bring it in something else is wrong with it.

I explained several times to the salesmen I wasnt ready to purchase that day. Got pressured into it, spent 8hrs in the dealer and got a 2016 vehicle that was already worn. Great job Mercedes! Car still isn't right, sales is a joke. The contract that was written had the wrong mileage, not sure how brakes and rotars go out from a vehicle sitting. "Brand new" car had 377 miles already. The boys were probably joyriding this one! This will be my last Mercedes I will every buy. I am sure I wouldve been happier with the service and vehicle at Kia!

Steve Tracy is a great salesman, he worked with us on the pricing and was very honest during the entire process and made sure we were very happy with our purchase, walked us thorough all the gadgets on the car and is the first salesman to tell how to program our garage door when we got home, worked on the first try! My car was brought in for it's 40,000 mile service. Soon after I took it home the check engine light came on. I brought it back in. I was supposed to get a call with an update. I never heard anything. Before I realized it was 6pm and the dealership was closed. I had to call 3 times the next day before getting a call back. When I asked what the problem was I got a vague answer. All Mike said was we took care of it for you and it is all fixed now. My husband wanted more answers and called 4 times. sent an email and left messages. He never got a call back. The statement on my information sheet said it wasn't installed correctly. Brought my car in for service B. I made an appointment and arrived a few minutes early, but ended up waiting about 15 minutes before they were ready to take care of me. This was the first time I have had to wait, but it was a short wait so no big deal. Checking the car in was fast and easy. Service was performed and the car was ready as promised. They advised me of a couple things that would require service soon, but said that they could wait until the next service (one problem would be involved and take a large amount of time and money). Easy check out and payment on-line and the car was washed and ready when I showed up. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I would not come here unless I was happy with their CS. I could go to Fairfield (I live in Davis) or to Rocklin MB, but so far I have been very happy with MB Sacramento. Austin Chao is attentive, helpful, professional, and takes care of me for any problems via phone call or text messagesI have with my 2013 E350. I like that I can arrange easily a courtesy car (new MB C class) while my car is being serviced and I like that. I think it's great I can get my detailed bill online before I even leave my house and pay for the work before I even leave my house to pick up my car. Just very convenient. Went in to have my power steering pump replaced. On the service agreement it said that they did not know what pump went on my car so they quoted a 1327.00 part and a 688.00 part. The service writer called and said to replace the pump would be 2600. He added both pumps to the quote. When I received the paper work I said why not just use the 688 pump and he insisted that this was not the right part. The car also need wiper blades but this was not mentioned. I took my car to an independent who had not problem installing the 688.00 pump that they sourced from World Pack. Labor cost was 450.00. They also replaced my wiper blades for 60.00. Why this could not be done at the dealer is beyond me.

The value you receive as an owner is beyond 100 % satisfaction.I was out of warranty in one of my Mercedes, I drove in the service department needing repairs. As always I was treated with respect at arrival. I was given a loaner and sent on my way. To my surprise the 500 dollar estimate was reduced to 100 dollars when the repair should have actually been 1800 or more. I was completely taken care of under a customer satisfaction program that only Mercedes Benz of Sacramento has for their loyal customers. Mercedes Benz of Sacramento has without a doubt the best service department in Northern California. Thank you.

I brought my vehicle in because the gas cap was malfunctioning. After fixing that minor issue, a diagnostic was run on my vehicle and it was discovered that a precious issue was reoccurring. He set a great example of how to treat a customer with amazing service and respect by walking them directly to the Mercedes Benz waiting room when I arrived, explaining in detail how long the service would take, made sure the car was vacuumed and washed properly, called promptly when the car was ready, and when I arrived to retrieve the car, he helped me transfer my belongings from the loaner car to my own car, then respectfully opened and closed the car door for myself and my passenger. He had a positive and confident demeanor and I felt comfortable having him handle my service. I would recommend that if you need service, request Sean Kerwin as your representative. He will work hard to make sure your experience is pleasant and take those extra steps to assure great customer satisfaction.

I financed a GLA 250 two days ago (in April). Sales people Meng helps me with all details introduction about the vehicle, showed me how to operate the machine and how to setup program with my garage door. Geogian is great with numbers, too. I dropped my car off at the center because my rear tail-light wasn't working. They provided a shuttle from the center to my college while the maintenance was being done, which was nice. I received a message few hours later from the manager in charge of my car explaining the car problems and the prices to fix them. So far so good. When I was available, I gave a call back. No answer. I gave a call to the front desk, and learned that the manager was at lunch. I was told to call back in 15 mins. I did. No answer. About 30 mins later I finally got through to the representative, and we agreed on a price and I requested to be picked up by the shuttle. He told me he would send someone to pick me up immediately. Everything okay so far. One hour later, nobody had arrived. I called back. No answer. I had to call the front desk, who told me there wasn't anyone dispatched to pick me up. I put in another request for someone to come pick me up. One hour later, and nobody had arrived. I called back. Guess what? Still nobody was dispatched. I put in a request a THIRD time for somebody from the center to come and pick me up and take me back to my car. 15 mins later, I finally received a call from the driver. Lo and behold, he hadn't arrived yet. He said he was just now leaving the center and was calling for clarification as to where to pick me up. I had enough. I told him to stay. Instead, I had my friend drop me off at the center. After 3 hours of waiting, I had enough. When I arrived (by my own means), the manager apologized profusely, telling me that they were very busy. I can understand that; what I can't understand is how you can leave customer stranded for 3+ hours. He could have told me that there were no drivers available, I would have had my friend drop me off earlier, and saved 3 hours of my valuable time. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this center unless it is absolutely necessary.

I did text him, with no response, finally I went into his office and asked when my car would be looked at. He apologized for not knowing that I was there and immediately had my car assessed. From that point forward everything was very efficient. I would also appreciate an explanation of the service that is provided and not just be directed to the coffee lady to pay the bill.

We've been getting our cars serviced at M-B Sacramento for about 20 years, since we bought our first Mercedes. The level of service has always been first rate. This shop assigns the patron a service advisor who gets to know you and your car(s)-- a very nice feature. Of course, since this is Mercedes, you pay for the high level of service, but I think it's worth it.

There is always someone to greet you on the drive, they know your name when you drive up. They know what you mean when you try to describe the problems with the car and they check everything throughly.They call and email if they have questions before they do any work on the car. This is not the first time either. I like my car, but my E350 has had some minor issues besides regular maintenance. You set up an appointment for service, you normally have to wait for your service adviser to free up to take care of you.You state when making the appointment that you will be needing a shuttle ride back, and a pick up service when car is done, however, after your adviser is done with you, the wait for a shuttle is over a half an hour!!!your adviser normally won't call you to let you know that your car is schedule to complete by a certain time. so as the day gets later, you call, you won't get a call back. You call again later, no call back. Repeat this a few times (you need your car back or a loaner, or if no help, at least a call so you can arrange to get a rental going. if you don't call over and over, well, you might not find out about your car that day!).Finally, when you call you are told your car is being washed. you ask for a shuttle pick up service. it won't show up for hours!!! that's right, you call and call again, and eventually, late in the day, frustrated and your evening commitments out the window, you are told they will be there to pick you up.the wash is a mild car rinse. the bill: well, that's the only true statement about the sales pitch you get when you buy the car: this is a car for Royalty, Presidents and Kings of the world, but you don't get the service, only the expensive bill!!!I've had Lexus for the last 15 years, and Infinity for about 6 years. Not only Mercedes has more issues, but it costs much more, and the service is like for a Hundai!!!

Power window broke. Got it in. Got the control panel replaced and the car back in one day, Excellent service! Service rep John Garcia and his service team did an excellent job! I was pleasantly surprised the dealer had the part in stock and could complete the job in one day. I really appreciate the other amenities, The shuttle to/from work is quick and efficient. A very pleasant waiting area including which includes a Starbucks. Also my fixed car was returned to me clean inside and out.

Never had a problem with BM when the engine light came on. I was quite concerned. Drove to the dealership to have it checked only to be told "Make appointment!" When: almost week later. Also told I could drive the car. I was shocked that I could drive a car with an engine problem! I was told that there were many things that could be wrong, but OK to drive the car. That didn't help my apprehension. When I arrived for my appointment the following week, I did manage to find my way to the lounge where I waited for over 4 hours before begin told it would be ready soon. (I was offered a car but didn't want to spend time back and forth in Sacramento traffic.) The great part is- something simple to fix was done and car was washed. As a new member to the MB family, I didn't know your system. Not very friendly!

At the last minute I realized that I needed a smog verification to renew my registration. They were able to get me in the next day. The service was done in less than an hour and I was on my way. As always, service experience is good. The loaner vehicle, C300 2016 was disappointing. The econ engine feature that shuts the engine down is awful, annoying and loud. You can hear the car changing gears and the ride is not the smooth quite ride I am accustomed to. I manually shut off the Econ feature it was so annoying.

Michael Gallagher, new service writer took excellent care of me and my car. Arranged for loaner, was thorough, let me know what to expect and then delivered on what he told me. The car came back fully serviced, cleaned and a nagging problem diagnosed. Costs are much higher than at a non-dealer service shop but I've come to accept that. Last year I bought that car from this Dealership as a certified used and the second month the light came on for service so I called them and asked them why it came on since I just bought it.. They told me to come in and they will take care of it and also send me a $200 rewards points for my next service... Good customer service. Service advisor was responsive and followed up to keep me informed. Online appointments need improvement. Why leave a message when you can call directly. At least show the calendar of available days. Offer online payment options using a debit card, unless it is covered under VIsa option. Cashiers can be a little friendlier. I am disappointed in the labor charges for the two hours they had my car when parts were only about 1/4 of the total. When Smart was under Niello Volkswagen the rates were a lot more reasonable. Oh well, I guess it has to do a lot with the Mercedes name.

My service advisor Jason Harbor I is nowledgable and a very helpful man. In addition to service. They advised the change brakes at over $ 600 which I approved. However the service did not tune the car properly and had to be brought back and left there for whole day. No body called whole day even the car was ready to be picked up. As I write the car is still at the dealership for the night. It is not acceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. Further a $ 100 discount on the brakes was not given in the final bill and is being sorted out by our good service advisor.

My tire pressure was dropping and I brought it in to Mercedes-Benz Sacramento. Jack Manikoth was a tremendous help. They discovered a nail in the tire and because I had purchased the tires there they fixed the tire in about 45 minutes at no charge. I bought a 2002 C240 in June, 2012. It had 64,500 on it. I immediayely took it to Van Housen (VH) MB/Sacramento to have the car checked out and repaired as necessary. Since that time I have only taken my Benz to VH for repairs. I have asked on several occasions about the squealing brakes I have experienced. On those occasions, I have been told nothing could be done about them and that the brakes were fine. In response to the last survey I completed, Lisa Brown called about my continuing brakes' concern. Their "lead mechanic", Ken Harland, also called and we set another appointment for the brakes to be inspected. Ken said he would drive the car and, if necessary, complete the work himself. To my amazement, he aslo stated the work could not be guaranteed because the squealing brakes could be because of my driving habits! I told him I have been driving for 52 years and NOBODY has EVER told me THAT!! He also said he would replace the brakes, if necessary, without a labor cost. I arrived at VH Wednesday (01/27/2016) morning at about 7:25 for my 7:30 appointment. I didn't meet Ken Harland until about 8:15; I was told he was in a meeting, even though my OUR appointment time was 7:30 a.m.! We talked about "what" he said he would do and I agreed. Ken Harland came back from his driving inspection and said there was a squeal in the front brakes and that they were after market brakes. At no time since 2012, had any VH representative told me that. In Efrain Vasquez', my VH Service Advisor, office Ken Harland advised me that the repair would cost $328.49. I approved the repair. They advised me the repair would take be about 1 hour and I advised them I would wait. At NO time to that point, did Ken Harland advise me that he hadn't had the chance to check and hear the rear brakes squeal. Roughly an hour and a half later, I checked with Vasquez and he advised me that Ken had advised him that the rear brakes were squealing as well! I was frustrated and dismayed!! WHY wasn't I forewarned that THAT was a possibility? Ken told me he couldn't hear the rear because the front was too loud!! They told me it would cost another $328.00 to repair the rear! I was totally frustrated by these developments and paid the bill for the front brakes and asked that my car be readied to go. Since driving the car from the dealership, I have heard NO squeal, front or rear, my driving habits notwithstanding!!

On January 14, 2016, we had an amazing experience in purchasing a new GLC-300 Mercedes-Benz. We had been car shopping and stopped at the Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento. Brett Kellner met us and took the time to show us some different styles of Mercedes and took the time to make sure we had no reservations about purchasing a Mercedes and took time to answer our questions. We were not pressured at all, and went home that evening (Jan 13th) to think about what we wanted to do. We returned the following day and although Brett was helping another customer, the service was uninterrupted when Tony Biondi picked up where Brett left off and allowed us to go on a test drive and after the drive we were sold. The whole process was fantastic from Brett to Tony, to the finance manager Georgian Moldoveau. After we purchased the car Victoria Richardson, did an outstanding job showing us all the features. We set up an appointment to do a follow-up visit the same evening with Victoria, and met again and her energy, patience, and enthusiastic personality was perfect for us and we left feeling very comfortable with what we were shown. Additionally, we had a trade in at our home and Brett took the time to go to our home the same evening an pick-up the trade-in. Overall the best car shopping and purchasing experience my wife and I have ever had. Since then, we have been back to have a protective coating put on the car and the service experience again reflected a professional and courteous experience. In summary, this was the best experience and continues to be. We will definitely put Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento on the top of our list for our next car purchase. This was my first Mercedes-Benz purchase and it won't be my last. I had the pleasure of working with Brett Kellner. He took care of the countless questions from warranties, features, and everything in-between. He made me comfortable with every part of the transaction. Well spoken, very professional, and straightforward sales person I've ever had the pleasure of working with. If your in the market for a MB please do yourself a favor and see Brett Kellner and the staff at MB Sacramento. I was able to leave with the car that I wanted with the price I wanted. I want thank the whole staff at MB Sacramento to go above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible when buying my first MB.

Interested in a smart car, talked with sales rep Sara via phone and email. She quoted an "out the door" cost an a lease. After waiting hours in their office they end up telling us they would not honor their own offer.

My wife purchased a 350ML in 3/12 and asked for a MERCEDES BENZ extended warranty. In addition we were sold a tire replacement warranty. Having relocated ; we were informed by our local MB dealer that we did not have a MB extended warranty. MB of Sacramento told us that they did not sell MB extended warranties; but used a another outside company as then then did not have to use MB authorized parts.Guess what? The actual MB extended warranty with actual MB authorized parts was over $2,400 LESS that the outside company they sell using knock off parts. The tire warranty was only good at the Sacramento location. After demanding cancellation due to NOT being sold an actual MB extended warranty as was represented by them - they tried to charge us a PRO-RATED refund instead of the amount we paid. Checked with MB USA and MB of Sacramento and was informed MB of Sacramento does NOT sell ACTUAL Mercedes Benz extended warranties; but with a third party. WATCH OUT YOU DO NOT PAY MORE FOR A NON FACTORY EXTENDED WARRANTY THAN FOR A FACTORY WARRANTY USING AUTHTHIC MERCEDES BENZ PARTS.

Two different Carfax reports given for one and the same vehicle. I have documents to support my claim. My concern on this matter was not looked into. Internet Manager's pricing on this same vehicle was much less than posted legibly on the screen of the same car at the same time right in front of the main office. Eves dropping on phone by salesman Charlie while I was speaking to Joe Ann. He butted in without any prior warning. Took this matter up with Joe Ann later and she looked down in shame. The Executive Asst. to the owner, did not have the courtesy or decency to keep to his promise. In my view, those I dealt with were just a bunch of liars, and I have no intention to have any dealings with this company or recommend their shoddy attitude to any of my friends.

In December of 2010, I took my 2008 Mercedes ML350 into Mercedes Benz of Sacramento (Von Housen Automotive Group) for an oil change and service. While they were retrieving my car their driver caused an accident in my vehicle resulting in $6260. damages. They sent our vehicle to their contracted auto body repair shop. This process was estimated to take 3 days. Throughout the next three weeks, four different times, we were asked to personally visit the repair shop and review the repairs while the car was still unassembled. Each time the repairs were not acceptable and each time the car looked worse than the previous review. By January 20, the car was so horrible, it was unacceptable. There were three coats of paint on the entire right side of the car not matching the hood or the rest of the vehicle. There were vertical sanding marks creating a washboard effect on the front door caused by their body shop trying to reduce the amount of paint build up now exceeding factory specifications. The collision shop said they did not have a solution as to how to fix it. We purchased a new vehicle from MB of Sacramento as no other dealership would accept our trade in its current condition. We were forced to accept a low trade-in value on our once beautiful, flawless 2008 Mercedes, now destroyed by them. We hired a professional appraisal group and they estimated we lost $8,019 value because of the damages and poor repairs. We learned later that Mercedes Benz of Sacramento turned around and sold our repaired vehicle as a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes assuring the new owners the car had never been damaged. The new owners are furious and are now taking action against MB of Rocklin, Von Housen's, their sister dealership. We are asking for a reimbursement for the loss of value on our vehicle. Mercedes Benz of Sacramento is very unresponsive. Even after the involvement of the CA Better Business Bureau and CA Bureau of Automotive Repairs, Mercedes Benz of Sacramento does not return calls when promised and theyre not resolving this issue in a timely matter. We are being forced to take our request to small claims court to hopefully recover our losses. We would not recommend going to Mercedes Benz of Sacramento for the next year (2011-12) as their very own Customer Service Representative told us many cars will be subject to damages during their construction project of expanding their dealership.
