It was an amazing experience working with a great team of professionals! Omar and Yuri - you are the best!!! Buying a Sprinter with your help turned out to be an easy and pleasant process. Clear and professional actions and advice, speed and efficiency of mutual action, taking into account that the transaction was made with the participation of buyers from two States - California and New Hampshire! Excellent service department. Have had my cars serviced for 25 years. Samantha was professional, helpful, and friendly. My cars have never left me stranded and all service and repairs done on time with no surprises after the fact. Would high recommend. Parts department is also great. They stand by their service and repairs.

What does one expect when one buys a car used or new at any Mercedes dealership? If the sticker on the window says something to the effect of " we have done a 100 or 200 or whatever amount of points of inspection they do on vehicles before they sell them " One would believe them. I'm not a newbie at buying cars - I am 62 and have bought cars from other Mercedes dealerships before. I have had really good experiences in the past. I bought a used 2014 C250 from this dealership in August 2021. The car is good. They gave me two keys with the car. When I got home - I checked the spare key and it was not working. I let the salesperson know right away as there may have been a mistake in giving me the wrong key - perhaps of another car. I was told that they would check on it. (BTW I did replace the battery to make sure it was not a battery issue) There was no follow up. I texted the sales person 2-3 times and then 3-4 weeks later was told - that I was out of luck. Its a used car and not certified so they will not replace the key. Now what about all the inspections done on the car . I took them at their word as it is a Mercedes dealership with apparently a good reputation. This is not a matter of money. It costs perhaps 200-300 to get another key - I can do it. It is a matter of principal. Legally the dealership is not obliged to give me another key. Morally they should. If someone sells you a car with 2 keys - should they both be working keys? If a Mercedes dealership tells you they have checked the car thoroughly - would you believe them? Take them at their word or take a mechanic with you to check everything.

Marian was amazing. I ordered my vehicle and she helped me select the options, review the build and fine tune my order. She kept me updated as the build and shipping process progressed with regular updates. When the vehicle arrived she inspected it and it was exactly as ordered. The paperwork was all ready and delivery was smooth, quick and easy with no surprises.

Friendly, helpful, trustworthy, accommodating. Great deals. We drove 6 hours to get to them because they had what we want. I wish they’ve expedited the paperwork a little. I wish they have a bigger parking lot. I wish they offered us at least water to drink.
