No hard sell. Recommended a long drive from the dealership and that I take it home overnight. This car sold itself to me. My local mechanic retiring Dec 2nd after 40+ years in the business put it on the lift and gave it a thorough eyeball said it was probably in the best condition of any car of this age he's seen!

I had three concerns: one was due to customer error (mine), one was a wiper blade not clearing the windshield (new part ordered), the other was the result of an after market trailer hitch installation. All three were thoroughly checked out and resolved. Great efficiency and customer service.

Very, very, very...professional! Had an tire blow out on freeway heading north on business trip. Had tire and rim damage. They immediately assessed my car, presented me with some repair options, and then took care of the problem very efficiently at a very reasonable cost. On top of that, they cleaned and detailed my car before sending a driver to pick me up at my hotel and drive me to the dealership. All of this VIP like treatment and my bill was less than $200.00. These people know how to put the customer first.
