On the road from Minneapolis with a sudden problem. They had the parts within 20 hours and car ready to go 30 minutes later - with constant communication on the situation. Really - it can't get any better.

Christy has always looked out for me by keeping me apprised of what options are available to me to fit my needs! she ALWAYS looks out for my best interests by reviewing my usage of my vehicle and letting me know what my best options are for the future. she lets me know what vehicles are in your current inventory and what will be available in the near future. she is exceptionally professional and rises to the top in terms of accommodating my schedule for delivery! This is most likely the best Mercedes dealership service center in Michigan. Great location and excellent new loaner car is provided. Cheerful reception and my car nicely was washed and dried prior to my return pick up .

Everything is superb. Dan Korte, Lisa, Ashley...your entire staff is knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I have observed each of them interact with other customers while I was in your dealership, and their consistency of high quality care exists with each of your customers. The fact that they have ALWAYS fixed/corrected/advised/performed the service for which I brought the car in is also exemplary...it has always been serviced on time and serviced correctly the first time. Everyone was so low-key..We actually bought from this dealership over a local one because the sales force at the local dealership literally stalked us after we stopped by. Stacey and Greg were informative, answered all our questions and made it a pleasurable deal. Honestly, Wr. Stacey Wyler made a very easy sell. I actually just wanted to get in touch with a sales-person to keep me posted on possibly any CPOs coming up in the next few months. He told me about this car and made it impossible for me to refuse. He never asked my profession or intended money to spend. We have a 20+ year history, and I know that I will always be treated with respect and honesty. My last visit was a good example. I had three concerns: one was due to customer error (mine), one was a wiper blade not clearing the windshield (new part ordered), the other was the result of an after market trailer hitch installation. All three were thoroughly checked out and resolved. Great efficiency and customer service.

Very, very, very...professional! Had an tire blow out on freeway heading north on business trip. Had tire and rim damage. They immediately assessed my car, presented me with some repair options, and then took care of the problem very efficiently at a very reasonable cost. On top of that, they cleaned and detailed my car before sending a driver to pick me up at my hotel and drive me to the dealership. All of this VIP like treatment and my bill was less than $200.00. These people know how to put the customer first.
