I first called Mercedes with some interest in a few models. Once they got me in the door they just started asking the right questions. I never at once felt like I was being sold I was taken care of from top to bottom! Al (the associate) was great. He allowed me to get comfort with a test drive and then walked me through the finance process. It was smooth. The following day he personally delivered the vehicle and got me accustomed to the great options the car has. However, this was just the beginning. Since the sale, he's kept in touch making sure I am 100% satisfied. It's not even about the car anymore it's about the level of respect this guy has displayed. You want someone to sell you a vehicle go somewhere else. The staff as a whole has made sure I am well taken care of. Thank you guys I truly feel like I'm part of the family and not just a customer. I appreciate everything you guys have done for me!

Buying a car at MB of West Chester turned out to be a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Chip Jurgens greeted us warmly as we walked in and spent the time to listen to my wife's requirements. After some low key but very informative information about the model that she liked and what options were available, we narrowed down our choice quickly and worked out a fair price which was agreed upon by the Sales Manager. Although there are quite a few documents to sign, this went without a hitch and soon we were driving home with our new CLA-250. All in all a very pleasant experience and thus deakership certainly lives up to the Mercedes image and brand.

I'd just recently moved from DC to Louisville and had taken a huge pay cut. I'd driven my car down and someone ran a red light and totalled my car. I found myself unable to get approved for a loan due to me no longer having enough income. I called West Chester Mercedes-Benz and told salesguy D.J. my dilemma. But the car I wanted was there & all I could do is try one last time. Within 2.days after 1 discussion & 1 application I received the best call ever saying that I was approvedI. I couldn't ask for better service throughout the entire process. Financing was easy, even the main manager Abel took the time out to come over and introduce himself. I would definitely recommend!!

The rating of excellence was given because of the customer focused service we received from Mr. Dereje Kiffle. I am 60 years old and have for the past twenty years purchased my automobiles from True Car, Car Guru and Carfax. Boy, how wrong I have been! Immediately, after we parked our car, Mr. Dereje Kiffle greeted us and introduced himself to me and my wife. We were impressed by his whole professional demeanor. He was professional, personable, customer focused, and demonstrated a lot knowledge about the various Mercedes car models. My wife did not know which model of car she wanted to buy. Dereje was very patient and walked my wife through several models and talked right at her level so she could understand the mechanics of each car. When it was all said and done, she selected a 2014 ML350. We received excellent salesmanship on the part of Dereje. More importantly, when we were in doubt about the purchase, he further comforted and calmed our fears. Dereje convinced us he and the MERCEDES-BENZ OF WEST CHESTER team cared and would support us after the sale of the car. He made the whole process of purchasing a car simple, easy and fun. The minute I pulled into the lot, I was greated with a smile. I never thought I would be driving a Mercedes-Benz but Chip Jurgens and his team of co-worker's made it happen. this was our second trip in a month to this dealership. The first time around we weren't able to get to an agreement on price on a different vehicle but they made sure we walked out with a Mercedes this time. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by one of the General managers/ partners who briefly walked us to the car of our liking and introduced us to one of their sales persons. The sales associate was extremely helpful and very knowledgable about all aspects of the car and made sure all of our questions were answered. Turns out it was her first sale as well. During the whole process the managing partner come out to check on us twice which obviously made us feel great. Most importantly their Finance department was a breeze. no long questions no overpriced sales pitches for services not necessary and no hidden charges. It was a joy purchasing a new vehicle from the West Chester Mercedes Benz. Thank you Belenda, and Kayla for making this an extremely simple and enjoyable experience.

I had a very pleasant experience at Mercedes-Benz of West Chester in the Cincinnati area. I had my mind on one car, but they showed me other options and ultimately I decided on one that I think was ab overall better fit than what I had in mind originally. I feel they worked very hard to get the price as good as I could get. The follow-through was also very good post sales. Their concierge service is very good. Kayla spent time and repeated things in a patient manner. The dealership salesman Andreas and the manager Abel were fantastic. I felt no pressure. Of course they used the verbiage that is used at a car dealership and I was prepared for that but I did not feel any undue pressure. They were patient and I felt they were willing to work with me. Definitely when the time arises I would consider going back to them.

I was in the market for a certified pre-owned Mercedes. Found one online, called the dealership, set a meeting with Andreas, test drove it, and then purchased it. Andreas and Michael were extremely friendly and efficient. They had me in, and driving out of, the dealership within two and a half hours. Really enjoy my ML 350.

I was originally looking at SUV's but did not care for the experience at that dealership. Chip Jurgens, professionalism, no pressure, straight forward style was appealing. I test drove two cars and one of them twice before making my decision. It was the most outstanding, professional, major purchase experience I have ever had. I asked for the best offer up front with one counter offer before Belinda shook my hand and said, "Congratulations!" I have been introduced to about 8 staff and each experience has been the same-exceptional. I also appreciated the Kayla Marquardta who went over all the special features that Chip had pointed out, a few days later. Though it was my initial experience with Chip that made all the difference and intrigued me to stay. I also appreciated Mike Campo searching for the best rate.

When we first arrived at the dealership, we were greeted right away by Al Glover. He showed us some options we were interested in and a few hours later, we walked out with the SUV we wanted. I made an appointment for a test drive, after driving a few of the options I met with our sales associate. He was wonderful, Will worked within my price point, and got me more than I wanted. There was no pressure, just questions to make sure I was happy. Everyone was very friendly at the dealership and made it a smooth process - I don't plan to buy a car anywhere else ever again. They even setup an appointment the following day with KJ to teach me the in/outs of the car, it was great. He walked me through everything, and explained how I could personalize my vehicle.

We had great experience on the day of purchase. Later there was some difficulty reaching the team. However, after few days, we were able to contact and got the answer on third row climate control. We felt that lack of vent in the third row made it difficult to cool that row quicker one hot day. I checked with Andreas and he reported no similar complaints from the owners of other similar vehicles. So we decided to check it further and will report if we continue to experience same difficulty in future.

When I arrived to the dealership, my only intention was to 'look' at their inventory, since I was alone. Typically, I second guess everything and get nervous about new transactions but Al was very upfront, patient, and accommodating to all of my questions and concerns. My wife and I recently moved home to the US after spending 18 months in German and we needed to quickly secure cars. i went in to purchase a Cadillac only to see it drive away. i was dead set on leaving because i just knew everything on the lot was way over my price range.To be honest i was real cut throat because i didnt want to deal with the "car dealership BS" but they where patient with me and i softened up. not only did i walk away with a new 2015 car but a payment im more than happy with. i can truly say i will go back to them if i ever want another car in the future. I was shopping around for a CPO Benz. Shopped at Cincy Benz and Ft Mitchell Benz. The atmosphere at the West Chester MB dealer was very relaxed and non-condescending. At the Cincy Benz dealership, it feels like you need to be in the market for a brand new AMG S65 in order to be treated like a customer.Andreas was very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He was also very friendly and shows that he would go the extra mile for his clients. Belinda, the sales manager, was very friendly and transparent about pricing. She didn't make me feel like she was trying to pull a fast one on me. Lastly, Michael in the finance department was able to get me the best rate available. He wasn't pushy about all the little "add-ons" you typically get at the end of the vehicle purchasing process.This dealership wants you to be a loyal customer and they want referrals. That's how they made me feel. At the end of the day, I left with a great deal on a CPO E-class and will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used Mercedes Benz.

This Dealership is UNETHICAL , and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They are not serious about the contract between customers and them!! If contract means nothing, that business is TRUSTLESS!! My husband ordered a car 3 months ago, he paid the deposit of $1000 for it. After 3 month long wait, The sales person named Curt emailed my husband about the car is ready to pick up on April 28th; And on April 29th, only one day after the first email, Curt sent my husband another email said their manager sold my husband's ORDERED car!!!!! Has any dealership did that before? This is insane!!! People paid deposit to order the car and wait long time for it, and you MERCEDES OF WEST CHESTER sell it to someone else in one day after the car available!! It looks like this store is taking their customer's money to get the number of cars from Mercedes, and then after they have the cars, they will not keep the contract any more!! This UNETHICAL way of business is too bad! BEAWARE OF THEM.

In the market for a new car, we were comparing Mercedes, BMW and Audi. The exceptional service and attention we received from our sales associate Andreas Burkert is what convinced us Mercedes was the right choice for us. In addition to being very knowledgable , Andreas made us feel welcomed and did not employ high pressure sales tactics like the other two dealerships. Upon purchasing our GLC300, he kept us informed on a weekly basis on the progress of our customized vehicle from the assembly line, as it traveled across the ocean and when it arrived in the U.S. We were even able to track the ship it was on! All in all, we were very pleased with our experience with the entire staff at Mercedes Benz of West Chester Ohio but especially Andreas.

But most importantly he was "very ethical" in his dealings with me. I'll definitely refer friends to him. Had been looking to purchase vehicle for a couple of months, mostly internet shopping, when we found something we thought we might purchase we would drive to the dealership to check it out, but alas the car was either overpriced and the dealership would not budge from what they were asking or the sales person was simply out of touch. We would continue to search and we happened to notice the very high rating for this dealership plus we saw a car we really liked, we did not want to be bombarded by the sales "vultures" so on a Friday evening we went after hours to take a look at it and we really liked what we saw, the next step however was going the next day to the dealership(Saturday) to take a test drive which we did, we showed up at the lot and within about 5 minutes out walks the sales "vulture" Chip, from that point foreword it was the most painless car buying experience we have ever had, we had planned on going to a couple of more dealerships that day but after the way we were treated and the fact that they met the price we were wanting to pay we walked out of the dealership with a new car that day. We would like to thank Chip, Belinda and Michael for the least painless car buying experience we have ever had, btw, Michael is a riot, thanks again.

Our next door neighbor recently purchased a CLS through Chris Walker as had his parents. I had the opportunity to talk to both the son and his parents who gave Chris high marks and were, in their words, completely satisfied with the Mercedes dealership and its representative. Since we were on the cusp of purchasing another Mercedes, we naturally visited the Montgomery showroom, met Chris , and the rest is history--a very non-threatening, non combatitive negotiation process. Buying a car is never easy. It is a large cash outlay and can be nerve wracking. I can honestly say that my experience at Mercedes Benz of West Chester was relatively stress-free. Within minutes of walking in the door, I was offered a drink and talking about what type of vehicle would meet my needs. A few minutes after that I was test driving one of the large selection vehicles in the dealerships inventory. The pricing negotiation was straight forward and fair. Curt, the salesman, kept in touch with me while I was shopping other comparable vehicles at Porsche, BMW and Audi. Most importantly I never felt pressured. Michael in the financing office quickly pulled together a payment plan that had competitive rates. Again he informed me about additional options (extended warranty, interior/exterior protection packages, etc.) without applying pressure. When i first bought my 05' SLK, I had all kinds of electrical issues. They took care of everything and then some. Excellent price on snow tires and off brand rims for the winter as well as always having a courtesy car ready even if it was just for an oil change. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

We only looked at BMW 5-Series, Lexus GS and the M-B E350. All of the cars are great, but the West Chester dealership simply was the easiest to work with and amazingly, for the same down payment, same term, and same auto price, the M-B dealer's monthly lease payment was almost $100 less than the competition. That's about $3600 for me. We worked with Andreas and Chris and both were excellent.

I've not had an easier or more pleasant car buying experience in 30 years of buying cars. Chip Jurgens spent a little while speaking with my wife and I about what we were looking for and was friendly, knowledgeable, and not the least pushy. He quickly based off our discussions suggested I drive the new AMG C450, what a brilliant suggestion, it fit perfectly what I was looking for. From there the process was easy from trading in my car to handling all the paperwork. Jason Hackney worked diligently to make sure I understood their position on my trade and my new C450, even going above and beyond the call of duty on several instances. Michael Stain was delightful to deal with doing all the finance and title paperwork etc...It felt more like chatting with an old friend rather some finance guy at some car dealership. Chip made sure I was familiar with all the features and functions of my new car before I left. The dealership is clean and bright and comfortable to wander around in have a cup of coffee or whatever. I was always greeted with a bright smile, everyone genuinely seemed pleased to have me in the dealership as I roamed around while paperwork and such was done. I came to this dealership because they had advertised a used car that I wanted. I met my salesman, Andreas Burkett, who treated me such friendly courtesy you would have thought I was going to buy a car three times the cost of my new one! He took the time to have the car put on the rack and the service technician and I went over the whole underbody to assure me that there were no leaks nor rust.Andreas was knowledgable about the whole car buying process, and when he handed me over to Michael Stain in finance, I received the same courtesy. I went to two dealerships in the city to pick out my new car. West Chest definitely worked with me to make the deal happen. Pros: People there were very nice, willing to negotiate price, and they worked around my schedule and were not high pressure (which is normally what makes me never buy from a dealer). Cons: Dealership isn't very high end, some of my questions didn't get solid answers in return due to insufficient AMG training. I would recommend going to West Chester solely on the simplistic nature of the purchase. It was very smooth and easy. Staff was relaxed and willing to work with you.

I loved working with Will Jones--he was patient as Job. We visited once didn't buy but then came back. He worked with getting us into a car that would fit our budget. We waffled between two cars and asked many questions and throughout it all he was patient and helpful. He showed us basic features of the car when we were ready to drive it home and offered assistance even after the sale. I would return to this dealership again.

Overall I had a great experience with the dealership. I have been very happy with the vehicle since I bought it. Patrick was great to work with and was very responsive to any questions I had. This was hands down the best purchasing experience I have had. Mine was a no hassle transaction.I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of West Chester to anyone looking to get behind the wheel of a Benz. I had been looking for the right car for a few weeks when I was referred by a friend to check out this dealership. Their online inventory is easy to search and their pricing is fair. I found the car I wanted to try at a price I was comfortable with and emailed the dealer through the website. I was very pleased to have received a reply in a matter of minutes. I set an appointment for later that day and drove up. In my experience, the mere setting of an appointment is usually a formality, so I was pleasantly suppressed to be immediately greeted by Patrick when I arrived. He had already pulled around the car and was ready for a test drive. It goes without saying that I loved the car. After the test drive I erroneously thought it would be a high pressure sales pitch. There was absolutely zero pressure from Patrick to close same day, but my mind was made up. After a little discussion, we decided to close the deal and discussed financing terms and promotions. When I was working with Tom to finalize financing and warranties, he was incredibly honest and forthcoming with information. Again, there was no pressure to purchase extended warranties or servicing plans. Tom provided the information about what was available and let me decide what I wanted to do. It was a very quick process. All in all, I spent maybe an hour and a half at the dealership, whereas with previous purchases it had been in excess of a couple of hours. Overall this dealership is one I would recommend to anyone due to fair pricing, extremely knowledgable and helpful staff, and promptness. It is easily apparent that Mercedes Benz of West Chester puts the client's interests first!

Stopped in on a Saturday to look at a car I found advertised online. Even thought they were very busy, Patrick found the time to take us out on a test drive and answer all our questions while we looked the vehicle over. This was my very first car purchase and I was on the fence of what make of car I wanted. It wasn't until I got to the dealership and test drove a C300 that I saw online and knew it was the car for me. My initial contact with Mercedes-Benz of West Chester was via the intenet online chat which was very professional. I was referred to Patrick McClellan who called me within half hour to setup an appointment. He walked me through the features of the vehicle I chose on the website along with a test drive. However, I asked him to present me with other car choices and he did which led us to buy a C300 Sport 4Matic, great car at a great price better than what I initially looked up online. It is great to see a dealership where the salesmen work together with each other and do not appear to be in competition for "The Sale". I felt that I was being given the best deal up front and did not have to haggle at all over the price of the car I was purchasing or the value for my trade in. When it came to the signing process this was the fastest I have ever completed a transaction with a dealership. Everything was explained thoroughly as we went through the paperwork, everything was ready when I went into the office and the process was absolutely painless. The car was detailed while the paperwork was being completed and looked outstanding when it was time to drive off the lot. All in all A+ service all the way around. Charlie and Tom were outstandinig in assisting in locating and procuring a replacement mercedes after our other car met an untimely demise. We had previously ordered/purchased an ML350 BLUETEC from Mercedes Benz of West Chester (Stan Christensen was our previous representative) and although we live in Dayton, we returned to West Chester to look for another vehicle. Patrick McClellan was very professional and knowledgeable about the newly released 2015 C-300 models. The 2015 was beautiful, but I needed to have a vehicle with similar features to our ML-350. We discovered a 2014 C-300 and unfortunately the car I wanted sold before I could finalize the purchase. I was very sad. We really wanted this car as I had a stroke several months ago and this particular was very similar to our ML, which made me feel more comfortable driving it. Patrick called to inform us about the car being sold, but not to worry. He and Chris Johnson immediately went to work trying to find a similar one which would meet my needs. They located a CPO in the color I wanted and with the features I had requested. The happy ending to this story... within less than 38 hours we were driving our CPO C-300 back to Dayton. Truly Outstanding Customer Service! Another example of why we continue to make the drive from Dayton.

What an experience! Mercedes Benz Of West Chester is not just any dealership, they care about the customer and their experience in their potential new vehicle. I went in with my research, reviews, and experience from other Mercedes owners and I was prepared to hear every line in the book but not from Charlie. He knows his vehicles and was truly informational. If he didn't have an answer to my question, he is determine to look it up so I was better prepare to make my decision. Talk about dedication, he stayed after hours to make sure he showed me every features of the car and made sure all of my questions were answered. My husband called to set up an appointment and when we arrived, Milton Hughes greeted us and gave us his undivided attention during the entire process. He is so professional and by far the best salesman we have met. He was not overbearing but confident in the car and the Mercedes experience. (My kids even loved him-he talked with both of them and let them pick out snacks!). We never felt pressure to buy. We were on our way to a different brand dealership to finalize a deal on a new car. We saw the ads for lease specials on the 2014 C-class so I figured we should at least stop in and see what was going on. As we walk into the showroom, my wife walked past a car and asked the salesman (Patrick McClellan) "hmmmm, which car is that"? Within days of test drives and research, we ended up with the CLA250. The entire process from beginning to end was hassle-free...and I absolutely hate car shopping. Chris Johnson also proved an invaluable resource as we asked our many questions. They treated us with honesty and respect in a great environment. We will certainly recommend West Chester Mercedes-Benz to anyone who is looking for a luxury car. It's not your typical car buying experience.

I only buy a car every 10 years or so, and this dealership went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for, at the exact price. Starting with Michael Hoppius online, he patiently looked for my ideal vehicle, giving me many choices, and never gave up on me despite my pickiness. By the time I got to the dealership I was already impressed, but then Chip took me for a test drive, found answers to my questions, and made a deal. Christopher J. found me the best finance deal in town, even when I thought I had found my own "best" rate from my bank. A few hours later, I walked out with a shiny car, feeling good about the sales price, and impressed with the great finance rate. And very pleased with the down to earth customer service.

I've bought many cars in my lifetime, but this was the first time I did not feel somewhat overwhelmed. Milton Hughes, in particular, made this almost enjoyable experience. Milton was extraordinarily knowledgeable of the C300, which made me very comfortable and understanding of the quality and features of the vehicle I was purchasing. Sometimes there are no words to express your experience with a vehicle purchase but not in this case. This was my first visit to this Mercedes-Benz dealership and I met the most wonderful people. I had the honor to meet two true gentlemen while looking for a new vehicle. Will Jones, was my personal advisor and a Gem and Tom Cooperstein, my financial advisor. Drove over 100 miles to purchase a used Lexus SUV from this MB dealer. Upon test drive, vehicle turned out to have malfunctioning side-view mirrors. An issue that was not previously disclosed. While Brian Murphy attempted to work with me on an adjustment to the price, "Management" suggested that the price already reflected the condition. To add further insult to injury, even though I was prepared to write a check for the purchase, I was unapologetically advised that "Management" refused to accept my 'out of town' check and that I would have to finance the purchase if I wanted to buy the car. At no time before I arrived at the dealership was I told about their 'out of town' check policy. Unbelievable. What a terrible experience. I will never return.

West Chester Mercedes Benz was a farther drive but well worth it. The Centerville lot was closer but the employees weren't nearly as friendly or eager for my business. I bought a used 2009 Slk 350 and West Chester took care of me. Mr. Cooperstein was extremely helpful in getting the extended warranty switched over. Service Consultant Andrew Vonbargen's customer service relations, helpfulness and attentiveness was the best to date. I am a retired Air Force MSgt and know what it takes to get the job done and to provide the best service possible This dealership does just that. I am giving them give stars because the experience that john have me was great from the time I came in and ordered my amg till I got it he was fantastic. The only problem I had was the time spent with the gsm and they wouldn't honor what was promised to me as a customer, not johns fault, but in the end Craig Thomas came through and fixed mostly all of the deal but I understand it's a business but when promising something make sure you get it in writing and signed by multiple managers. I took my car in for body service work based on a recommendation from my Allstate Insurance Agent. Here is a list of the problems I experienced since then:1. Headliner had a hole in it when it was returned to me. They took it back and made a repair. Not new, but repaired.2. New roof with new paint developed problems 2 months after the work was completed. They buffed it out but told me that it was a bird problem, not their paint job.3. They broke the front windshield replacing my roof. Allstate covered it but the windshield leaks when it rains.4. The rear driver's side quarter panel has separated from the body ever since the body work was done. Upon returning it to them, they claim they never touched that part of the car. ($7,000.00 worth of damage was fixed on my car. Hood, roof, side panels, so I am not buying that explanation since it separated after their body work was performed.5. An interior paint scrape was found on the inside of the front door when the work was finished. I never made them aware of this problem, however it wasn't there prior to the repair. Summary, too many issues for 1 repair. Would not return there unless of course they chose to fix these issues that still exist today. Car is still less than 3 years old. Was 1 1/2 years old when the original repairs were performed.

I am actually not a great fan of driving. I had originally looked at a car at MB Cincinnati because it was close to my home. I was "led" to MB West Chester and subsequently to Ron Zullo. I knew which model I wanted and I knew what I wanted to pay for it. Ron was very courteous and working with him on a price that I could live with was not painful. My husband and I have been checking on line for used Jeep Limited Jets in our area, up to 200 miles from our home, for several months now. We came across one available recently, in West Chester, at the Mercedes Benz dealership. So, I e-mailed a message and was contacted by Mike. We went to see the Jeep, along with our son, and he gave us the "thumbs up" on our choice. We were approached by a salesman named, Brian Murphy, who was very professional and patient with us. He rode along on the test drive and filled us in on the many new gadgets and options that were not in my 2005 BMW Z4. The Jeep drove and rode very well. It was so comfortable and everything that we've been looking for...for more than one year! Brian negotiated with us and did all he could to get us the best deal possible. He also was very entertaining, sharing with us all of his many diverse life events, while we waited for the Jeep to be detailed and washed. Brian made sure the fuel tank was full and the fluids were all topped off for us, too. And, he clearly explained the warranty available to us from Mercedes Benz, plus Chris explained the advantage of any additional warranty options. We felt the Jeep we purchased will live up to the expectations expected by the Mercedes Benz dealership, or they will make it possible. We liked that sentiment. Drove to West Chester MB from Indianapolis on a Thursday afternoon in March, 2014 to see a Lexus RX350 that I had found online. The vehicle was great. My wife loved it, and we decided to buy it. Since we had to go to our Indianapolis bank to get certified funds, we asked what deposit was required to hold the vehicle for a day. We were told that this dealership does not accept deposits on used vehicles and that if someone else came in to buy the vehicle before we got back, they would sell it to them. Not a good customer service policy. We had to take off work Friday, get to our bank when the doors opened and race back to West Chester.Ron Zullo, the sales associate we dealt with, was excellent. He was friendly, helpful and I believe he did everything he could to make our experience positive. The same can not be said for the person who sets the value the dealership will allow for a trade-in vehicle. His offer was less than 70% of other numbers we had received and the online blue book trade value. They budged only a little off that number. The listed price of the RX350 was competitive, but the trade-in made the overall deal not as good.My situation was that my wife loved the vehicle, and I couldn't find that specific interior combination elsewhere. So, that is how supply/demand works, but I don't have to be happy about it. Overall: Ron Zullo is excellent; the dealership is nice, but I wouldn't recommend trading in a vehicle here.

I had been looking for a car for around six weeks with little success until I spotted a C300 series on the internet site and called to get more information. Milton set me up for an appointment that evening and had the car ready when my wife and I arrived. He explained its features and we took a test drive, had a quick negotiation and bought the car and drove it home that evening. We returned the next day for a car wash and Milton spent considerable time explaining the electronics in the vehicle so that we have some appreciation of its many advanced features. It was a very easy, non-stressful experience and I suspect we will be very happy with the car.

Will made my first Mercedes Benz experience very memorable. He was not pushy at all which was something I feared when I pulled into the parking lot with my Volkswagen Jetta. I went into the dealership thinking I was going to buy a used Mercedes and ended up leasing a brand new one and I could not be happier with my decision. This car is absolutely amazing and it's definitely a head turner. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is considering purchasing or leasing a luxury car.

I was glad to meet someone like John because I am truly happy with the choice that I made. Well, it all started with the collision center, under Mike Hardin and his team, referred me to Jason Hackney who set me up with Ron Zullo. Before that Mike Hoppius had helped me to understand what vehicles were available and Eric Thomas had helped me to gather the paper work for the insurance company after my previous Mercedes had been involved in a single-collision wreck (due to black ice). Everyone up until that point had been amazing. And then it got even better.Ron Zullo actually helped me to make the purchasing process smooth. Chris Johnson helped with receiving payment and making the paperwork. He helped me from A to Z and even dropped my car off at Starbuck's when I had to work on an online seminar, along with the remaining paperwork! When we had gone on the test drive, he filled up the tank for me and answered all questions I had. He stayed about 1-1:30 hours after close and made sure my rental vehicle was picked up in the morning. He friendly, courteous, professional, and explained what needed to be done. He spent part of his morning some weeks later, going over the features of the car. He followed up and made sure I was very happy. He even mailed the plates to my house so I could put them onto my car. He was punctual and prompt for all appointments, loved what he did, and was eager to make the overall experience a pleasurable one. When you work with Ron, you feel like VIP. This goes for every employee there! You literally feel like you are the President of the U.S. buying a car from them! I would highly-recommend Ron and his team!

Through the years, I have purchased many cars and always dreaded the experience and the car salesmen" approach. One that is pushy, aggressive, in your face, and simply makes you want to exit the lot faster than you entered. With Mercedes-Benz, my experience was completely unexpected and it started with Lisa Hines, my sales rep. Lisa Hines initially responded to my online request for information. Her approach was well rounded because, she was interested in my needs, my decision process to approach Mercedes-Benz, and how my experience could help Mercedes-Benz provide more value to future clients. Lisa promptly scheduled a test drive and made sure that the day of our appointment; she was ready with the car that most closely matched my requirements. Her personal approach was unlike any car buying experience I have encountered in the past. She did not go for the hard sell and what struck me, was that she seemed to be able to read me and what I needed to know and understand. Not through spouting specifications and comparisons (though she was extremely informed about all features), but by focusing in on my driving habits and getting to know me on the personal side. This enabled her to make recommendations for features in my new car that would ENSURE the best Mercedes-Benz experience. Translated, Lisa listened. The unexpected: Lisa talked about why I liked my previous car, the Mini Cooper S Convertible, about my career experiences which lead to offering benefits that I did not even consider to be eligible for. She truly looked out for her client which (in my experience) is rare and makes me want to give her the title of Client Advocate and not Sales Rep. I have dreamt about owning a Mercedes-Benz since I was thirteen years old. Because of the quality of Mercedes-Benz, I will recommend to all interested, Mercedes. I came to the West Chester Mercedes Benz location looking to buy the new CLA 250. I had already been to "another" MB dealer closer to my home, but felt a little out of place. (Actually, the launch of the CLA in this price bracket probably brings a new, less affluent clientele, which might make us seem a little out of place). But I assume a new demographic in the customer base is exactly what MB was hoping to bring.Nevertheless, upon arrival at the West Chester store, we were warmly greeted by John Moore, who made feel very welcome and at home during every step of the process, demonstrating by his actions in each and every aspect of the sales process, that we would receive the complete and highest quality treatment that every Mercedes customer has come to know and expect from the world renown luxury car provider.All aspects of the process from selection, explanation of options and costs, ordering, delivery and inspection, and documentation processing were given the utmost attention. John Moore and all his management are definitely world class!

My husband visited the dealership several times looking to replace my old vehicle. He worked with Patrick to find a vehicle that would fit our needs and price range. When they narrowed down our choices I came into the dealership with my husband for a test drive. Patrick showed me all the features and differences on the vehicles. He addressed any questions that I had and showed me alternate options. He was very knowledgeable about Mercedes and all the different choices that we could make. There was never any pressure and we were able to take our time and make the right choice. They stayed late after closing with us to get the paperwork completed and make sure I knew how all the features worked. This was a great car buying experience.The dealership is very clean, the staff is friendly and I would highly recommend starting your car search with this dealership.

We searched the Mercedes Benz Certified Pre-owned company website, and were able to find exactly the vehicle we were looking for at the West Chester MB dealership. Hooking up with Milton Hughes was just pure good luck. We contacted the dealer at 11 am, arrived in Ohio at 2:00 pm from Indpls. to meet with Milton, and were on our way home with our GL 450 by 5 pm. A very comfortable and enjoyable car-buying experience. The vehicle is everything the dealer said it was, and the service and Milton's knowledge exceded our expectations.Thanks Milton. I travel frequently between Cincinnati and Detriot. Typically I am away for weeks at a time making it very difficult to schedule appointments ahead of time. I had been in contact with Chris for a few weeks searching for a full size luxury car that would best suit my needs.On a Friday afternoon I received a followup call stating that they had just taken a car on trade in that seemed like a good match for my needs and price range. I headed down to have a look at the car but I ran late and it was locked up in the shop for the evening pending safety checks and final approval before it could be test driven. Chris was able to contact the service manager and get the shop unlocked and the lights back on so we could have a look at the car, I was impressed with all the trouble he went through despite me being late for the appointment. Everything with the car looked great and I was exited to get out of my compact loaner car, I am 6'6.I had to leave that monday for 2 weeks, so after explaining my situation Chris made a few phone calls and it looked like they could have the car ready for me on saturday. On saturday everything went smoothly, I was able to test drive and look the car over once again. I found a problem with one of the leather seats and they had it fixed within the hour. I was also happy with the entire closing process, no ridiculous sales pitches about acid rain, uv damage, or other 3rd party warranty packages. Just simple black and white statements on whether or not he felt they would be worth it to me. Very professional and to the point.Bottom line, 1. Very happy with the car2. Happy with the price3. I was in and out in 3 hoursI would not hesitate to recommend this dealership for new or used purchases.Sincerely, Ken Sullivan

John was great to work with, first on my preliminary visit and understanding that I would need to bring my wife for a visit to get familiar with the dealer ship and vehicle that we had in mind. On the second visit with my wife, who can be demanding, john was very knowledgeable of the product, accommodating to our requests of looking at used and new and in the end put together a deal that we were very happy with and made things happen so that we drove home in a new vehicle. Overall very good experience. There was a problem with the car and they fixed it and let me come back and test drive again. Did not get all 5's because there were multiple times where I had to play the waiting game, whether due to other customers taking priority over my sale ( they were looking at new cars) or waiting on the boss to approve the price. I do understand that both were necessary but wished it could have been more streamlined.

My wife and I, she owns a Lexus, were in search of an updated auto for me, I OWNED a Lexus. We were actually on the internet searching local dealerships for a certified pre-owned Lexus when we happened upon Westchester Mercedes Benz and a certified pre-owned 2011 C300. First and far most we couldn't believe price! The car had all of the amenities that I was looking for and the mileage was far more than acceptable it was incredible! We called and was provided with the necessary information from West Chester Mercedes Benz, and received a call from Brian Murphy; did I mention it was snowing and one of the worse days we've had this year in Cincinnati! Brian asked if we wanted to come out to test drive and we jumped on it! From the moment we met Brian we were sold, he was courteous, more important he was just very friendly and we were very comfortable from the introduction on! Did I Mention it was snowing? He offered us a test drive and we were off. He was very knowledgeable about the C Class and that knowledge sold both of us on the car. Did I mention it was snowing? The weather was so bad that West Chester Mercedes Benz had allowed most of it's employees to leave but Brian stayed with us all the way and the dealership stayed open for us! That was customer service at an all new level! My wife and I know customer service, I 'am retired from IBM with 25 years and my wife retired from American Airlines with 40 years. Brian Murphy epitomizes the individuals that we worked with at our respective companies and he epitomizes elements that we so dearly miss in this so called busy world of ours; professionalism, honesty and integrity. Brian sold me the C300; he and West Chester Mercedes Benz gave me a great deal on my Lexus! That's what I got from Brian Murphy and West Chester Mercedes Benz. I'm too pleased and so is my wife! .

All I can say is "Wow" !! I went into my "buying-experience" expecting to be blown away only by a new Mercedes car, but the entire process matched the awesomeness of the vehicle. From start to finish, from the minute Milton Hughes introduced himself, as I was stepping out of my old car, to the day I drove off the lot in my new CLA250, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and "over-the-top" assistance by Milton and Tom. I have owned several businesses, and know what works and doesn't in client/customer relationships, so it comes with a lot of experience when I say that Milton and the West Chester Mercedes team know their stuff. I was looking for a black on black CLA250 with a few options, and when another Mercedes dealership did not have the time of day to find one for me, Milton did his magic and found the perfect car for me inside of a week. Now that was impressive, especially when all the new CLAs are being sold faster than they can be produced!!! (The other Mercedes dealership told me I could order one but then have to wait four to six months before delivery!!) But what i truly appreciated from Milton and Tom was their "down-to-earth" and friendly sales attitude. I really did not care much for another overly pretentious Mercedes salesman, which I was bracing myself for as I drove up to the West Chester dealership looking for a new car. Instead I was greeted by a true cowboy who treats the cars like his beautiful horses and me just like one of the ranch dudes! To sum it all up, it was truly all my pleasure to have purchased my new car from West Chester Mercedes store. I wish Milton and the West Chester Mercedes team much success in the new year.

Very friendly atmosphere. Lisa Hines was attentive, answered all of our questions. Did what she said she was going to do; returned phone calls promptly, took care of small issues, made us feel comfortable with transaction. After sale, we had some open questions answered. Vehicle made some "rattle" noises in the suspension. Lisa offered to take a ride to listen and help understand what we were concerned about. Overall, a great experience.

On a recent trip from Atlanta, Ga to Dayton Oh, I experienced a mechanical problem on my MB E430. Ken Gullette, service manager, was kind enough to repair my car late on a Saturday afternoon. Researched Audi BMW Lexus infinity Mercedes. Narrowed down to Audi and Mercedes. Did nationwide search to find car I wanted before visiting dealerships. Turned out that the car with the best price on one of the vehicles I wanted was at the west Chester Mercedes. In May of this year my husband and I decided that we would go looking for what I call my "dream car". I have wanted to purchase a MB for many years but never took the time to actually visit any of the dealerships. We visited one close to where we live, but for some reason wanted to continue to look. One day we drove down to West Chester and Will Jones came out to greet us. When you are car shopping you know that for the most part a salesperson is going to be nice because they want your business, but that was not the case with Will. From the time he greeted us we felt the genuineness of this very professional gentleman, that made us feel very comfortable and not pressured. A decision was not made that day because it was late on a Friday evening, but we felt it was truly worth our time to stop in because we had such an enjoyable experience talking with Will. After discussing and comparing information from the dealership near our home, by the end of the next week, we returned and purchased our 2013 E350, "my little blessing". After driving by the Mercedes dealership I decided to stop in and see if a Mercedes was out of my price range. I was greeted by Will Jones and explained that I would like to trade in my current two door pick up for a four door more family friendly car. He was very patient in listening to all of my concerns and assured me that I would get a great trade in value. As we walked around the lot he showed me both used and new cars, I left the lot that day in a used Lexus in mint condition. Even though I bought a used vehicle, I was treated with the same respect as if bought a new Mercedes. I would recommend Will to anyone in the future.

I PURCHASED A 2003 BMW FOR $10,000 WHICH I UNDERSTAND ISNT A LOT OF MONEY FOR THIS KIND OF DEALERSHIP,BUT IT WAS ALL I HAD.I HAVE HAD THE CAR ABOUT THREE WEEKS,I HAVE RAN THRU ABOUT A HALF A TANK OF GAS AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON.WHEN I CALLED THE DEALER THIER SERVICE DEPARTMENT TOLD ME IT WAS A LOOSE GAS CAP,I SHOULD TIGHTEN IT UP AND DRIVE IT FOR A WEEK AFTER A WEEK I HAD A LOCAL SHOP PUT IT ON THIER COMPUTOR AND RACK AND THEY TOLD ME IT HAD A OIL LEAK ON THE MOTOR AND A LEAKING SHOCK IN THE REAR,THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON BECAUSE OF A COOLING ISSUE,WHEN I CALLED THE DEALER THEY SAID SINCE I DID NOT PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING,WHICH BEING A USED CAR I WOULD UNDERSTAND,BUT I HAVE BARELY USED A HALF A TANK OF GAS AND IT HAS ALL THESE PROBLEMS,WHEN I PURCHASED THE CAR I WAS TOLD THIER MECHANICS HAD DONE A THROUGH INSPECTION OF THE CAR AND EVERTHING WAS IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. AM I REALLY SUPPOSE TO BELIEVE THIS ALL HAPPENED OVER 175 MILES, OR ARE THIER MECHANICS REALLY THIS BAD.WHEN I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP IN WHAT WAS A NEW CAR TO ME I WAS VERY VERY HAPPY WITH MY CAR AND THE DEALERSHIP, EVIDENTLY I WAS VERY WRONG.I FEEL SORRY FOR ANYONE WHO TRUSTS THIER SALESPEOPLE OR THIER MECHANICS.

We bought a GLK 350 from Brian Murphy for my wife as her Christmas gift. Brian Murphy helped a lot during our visits, gave us many valuable suggestions, and guided us on purchase. He is the best sales person I have ever met in 5 Mercedes Benz dealers nearby (in Columbus, Dayton, and Cincy)! My wife and I really enjoyed doing business with him. Brian did a great job going through the different Sedans and SUV's that we were comparing. Once we selected our ML350 4Matic Brian also did a great job reviewing the available options and helping us navigate through the selection and sales process. Andy in service was very patient and thorough answering my questions concerning the maintenance schedule on our ML350. Chris in finance made the paperwork when we took delivery quick and painless and was very helpful describing our Mercedes-Benz warranty options. Rob in parts did a great job drilling into some confusing information concerning the custom accessories I ordered for our new ML350 4Matic. Everyone we had contact with was exceptional and gave me confidence in this dealership.

I actually visited Will about 3 weeks ago. He was low pressure and patient. I test drove a E-350 Mercedes and like it. We came close to closing on a deal but didn't. I visited several other dealerships and test drove at Lexus and BMW store. I finally came back and drove the same car again and finalized a deal. Will did a great job and as he said, he was not going to lose my business over 350. I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

I started looking for a good used vehicle on cars .com a couple of mos. ago. I found the car i really liked (2006 Subaru Outback Sedan). The dealership was Mercedes Benz of West Chester,Ohio. I live in west Michigan (approx. 350 miles away). I've never made a purchase like so far away. My salesperson was Milton Hughes. He made arrangements to have me picked up at the Dayton airport. The whole transaction with Milton was very professional(no hassles no pressure). Highly recommended.Even though so many miles away I have no regrets. The initial visit to MB of WC was to purchase a car for my husband. The overall staff at MB of WC was friendly and ensured we were being helped. Will Jones was the Sales Associate and we appreciate the friendly, professional service he provided. Based on that experience which was approx. 1 month prior, I decided to come back and talk with Will about a new car for myself. When I arrived, Will was with another customer and Lisa showed me the CLA and answered questions with the understanding that I was there to meet with Will. I thought this was a true sign of teamwork. Will provided me detailed information to help me make a decision and made himself available even on his off days to address my questions. I truly appreciate the "no hassle" experience. I'm excited about my new car and would definitely recommend Will to friends and family members.

I stopped by Mercedes Benz of West Chester late two evenings ago to look at an ML350 I had seen on their website. It was exactly as described and even though I had arrived close to closing time, they took the time to let me have a test drive. After spending quite some time going over the vehicle, I decided to make the purchase for my wife. They were happy to accommodate and stay well past their normal closing time to start the paperwork.The pickup was scheduled for the following evening. When I arrived with my wife everything was ready, including an extensive familiarization session on every single vehicle function, yes everything in the various owner manuals. It also had a full tank of gas (26 gallons) and was so clean it looked new.As both my wife and I had arrived separately due to a logistic problem, we planned to leave her old vehicle at the dealership and pick it up the following day. No problem, Mercedes Benz of West Chester said they would drop it off at my house first thing the following morning, a 30 mile drive away. It arrived today around 8:00am.Without a doubt a wonderful buying experience. Many thanks to Craig Thomas and Brian Murphy who made it so.

I can understand why Will Jones has the title "Master Certified Sales Associate". I had passed a dealership closer to my home, because I was not satisfied with their customer service. The next dealership was 50 miles in West Chester. The moment I drove to Mercedes-Benz West Chester, I was greeted by Mr. Will Jones. It was raining and he kindly escorted me with his umbrella into the building. I found him to be especially kind and considerate, answering all my questions with honesty and integrity. He is a mild-mannered man that relieved the stress and tension of purchasing a new vehicle. I attribute this to not only his personality, but apparently the exceptional customer service training and years of service he no doubt received from Mercedes-Benz.I purchased my first MB C300 in 2010 and now have a 2014 E350. I have also referred two of my friends to Will and they are now the proud owners of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. They, too, will attest to his character and the friendliness of the MB family in West Chester. Both friends mentioned that their time with Will at MB West Chester was the best car buying experience they have ever had.

Milton and the team were courteous, considerate and responsive. Milton was not pushy allowing for the transaction to be on my terms and at my pace. I'm appreciative of Milton and the teams work in getting me into a brand new CLA. They worked with another dealership in order to secure my car. They worked in a professional timely manner and we're always available to answer any questions I had. Paperwork went smooth and they were generous in the discount given to me. My wife and I will be back and we will be recommending to others!

Had to tow my 2006 R350 in for an estimate, had a timing chain break with 102K miles. They didn't even take the car in their shop and wrote me an estimate of $11,813 for a new engine. I asked if there would be any help from MB of USA since they know they (MB) put in a faulty counterbalance sprocket (check the web) from the factory. They did a VIN search and found that I had bought the vehicle off Ebay instead of a MB dealer and told me at 1:00 P.M. they wanted it off their lot by 8:00 P.M. requiring me to arrange a tow. TOTAL SNOBS!!!! Go somewhere else where they don't put out faulty products from the factory then they run you off their lot when you ask for some help!

Do not take your car there for auto body repairs. My car was rear ended and the impact caused damage to the motor. My concerns were expressed at the time the car was taken in for service however nothing was done other than bumper cover replaced. We had to call the owner of the dealership just to get them to address the issue. David Alexander also told our insurance company the damages weren't caused by the accident which caused our claim to be denied. He also tried to charge us $650 for claims that where void due to bumper replacement so our cost should only be $250. I told my husband to go to Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati and I wish he had listen and that I was more persistent. We brought our car in West Chester and from day one we were treated poorly as if they were doing us a favor selling us a car. These people are very rude and arrogant so go to Mercededs Benz of Cincinnati for quality service!

They had a truck that was the same as mine just 2 yrs newer. Theirs had the same amout of miles as mine they were asking 18000 and offered my 6000 for mine? The sales manager acts as though he is doing a favor by selling you a car. My suggestion is to find a dealer that will respect you and your buying of a new car.

Really like this dealership. When I stopped in I didnt know what I wanted and I love that nobody tried to tell me what I wanted. I just got questions about my lifestyle and felt they didnt want to upell me as much as make sure it was my decision, and just give me the information I asked for. It took a month and they remembered me when I followed up by phone and I bought eventually. Driving my amazing new MB now, and still feel like I made the right choice. Thanks Jason!

In over 45 years of buying cars, I have never had a better and more enjoyable experience. This was my second Mercedes and a very quick decision after my '99 model decided it was time to retire. I searched the internet for 3 hours the night before and finally decided that my first choice was a 2008 Certified Used E350 4matic at West Chester MB. My first impressions were disbelief when I saw it displayed on the showroom floor. With 45k miles, it was hard to believe that it wasn't new. When researching the car on the internet, I was concerned that this car might not be what I was hoping for since the price was well below other dealers in the area. My first inclination to find out what was "wrong" with this car. That's when I met Chris and the General Manager Craig Thomas. After an hour of inspection, instruction and close observation, I was convinced that I found the perfect Benz for me and my search was over. Since the car was more for my wife than me, I kept my secret till the following morning when I inform her that we were going "car shopping". The expression on her face when Chris gave her the keys to her new car was priceless. The only complaint that she had was that she wanted to change the temporary tag to read 2011 so that the neighbors would think the car was new.

I attempted to buy my forth and fifth Mercedes last fall from Mercedes of West Chester and was told I was given preferred customer pricing by Jason the sales manager. When I checked his price with other Mercedes dealers that I had never done business with, to my surprise I received better pricing. I asked Jason to review his numbers and he became arrogantly angry and told me I was a price buyer (like it was a dirty word). He then sent a series of very rude emails basically telling me that Mercedes of West Chester did not want customers like me and that I should take my business elsewhere. When I sent copies of the emails to Craig Thomas the President, he failed to have the professionalism to even respond to me. In December we took our business elsewhere when we bought Mercedes four and five and now five months later we bought number six, all from Mercedes of Cincinnati because they treated us fairly and professionally and they have respect for and appreciate loyal customers. I don't mind being classified as a price buyer if that means researching and buying based on the facts and finding the best overall value for the price. I felt that Mercedes of West Chester's "Preferred Customer Pricing" may mean they prefer the kind of customer who is blindly loyal and willing to leave money on the table. Regardless, there is never a good reason to treat a current or prospective customer rudely. Because of the disrespectful way I was treated I will never buy from Mercedes of West Chester again!

Having interest in an advertised certified used 2008 R350 I called a made an appointment with Chris Foot to see the vehicle. Chris asked for my contact number in case the vehicle sells before I could get there. I show up on time as scheduled and Chris is with another customer so Chris O'Donnell shows me the car. We go for a test drive and I am interested in purchasing the vehicle. I call my wife and get her approval and while doing so Chris Foot pulls Chris O 'Donnell aside takes the keys and proceeds to initiate a sale of this car with another customer. I was then told that my opportunity the purchase the car is contingent on the decision of the person who secondarily test drove the car. I was never told that I would lose my opportunity , I never left the dealership I was ready to buy with cash and a trade. These business practices are unfair and unscrupulous. This dealership is apparently known for ISSUES! Buyer beware

I currently own 3 Mercedes. Every now and then, on a Saturday, I take one of the cars for a complimentary car wash. Have been doing that for 5 years or more. This morning I was rudely refused the car wash by the partner/owner. He said the policy was changed 2 weeks ago and unless you buy a car from them or have it serviced by them, they will not was the car. I buy parts all the time for my 3 mercedes from this Dealership. I have had my car serviced at the other Dealership and both dealerships are owned by the same people. It is a shame for a Mercedes Dealership to be rude to it's customers. I think the part owner might be discriminating, since I am not the "White Guy". Never had a problem at the Cincinnati Dealership. One at West Chester, people need training in interfacing with the customer. I found the Dealership Owner Partner at West Chester to be rude. Will not recommend the West Chester Dealership to any one.

My wife and I went to this dealer to purchase a M class. They were busy, the salesman Steve told us about how they were understaffed etc and he had a customer that was in finance having trouble. He explained that he would have to keep checking on them to see how they were doing. I told him I was fine with that because I wanted to test drive the car first anyways. Once I mentioned the test drive he immediatly changed the subject. After he checked on his other customers I told him that we were interested in the M class and would like to drive one. He kept changing the subject everytime that I said I would like to take it for a test drive. Going into how the people did not have good credit and they were having trouble getting something worked out. I thought he should not have been discussing someone's financial problems with another customer. I thought it strange that he would not want us to test drive the vehicle. He then asked us what price range we were looking at. I was offended at this point and told him that the price range that I am looking at is the price range of the M class but I am not buying a car that I have not test driven. He once again changed the subject so I just told him that I had to go because I want to buy a car tonight and I guess you guys are too busy so thanks for your time. The entire time I do not think he knows he offended me. He said ok gave me a card and told me to come back anytime if I wanted to drive one??? I then called the next morning to see if I could testdrive then car at lunch time and take it home to my wife which is about 5 miles away so she could take it around the block. He said that they dont let people do that.. Any way I purchased a ML350 at lunch from Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati (about 20 miles away)at lunch after I brought the car home to my wife so she could drive it and see it. They had no issue with me taking the car home to my wife. The Customer service at Mercedes Benz of Weschester needs work.
