Drove home today with my new Cherokee and had a great buying experience with Alfredo. He went out of his way from the very beginning to help in any way he could, and had great communication. There was no BS and he made this process transparent and simple for me. I'm so thankful to have had him as my salesperson. Highly recommend asking for him. Finance department, on the other hand, was not a great experience. Won't name any names, but they were not at all honest with me and tried to take advantage of me, being a young female by myself. It's very disappointing how shady and greedy some people can be, but luckily I saw right through it. Ended up choosing a different avenue instead of financing with them because they lost my trust. This 5 star review is solely for Alfredo.

I had a great experience purchasing a pre owned vehicle from Merrick Jeep. My sales rep Germaine was friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and attentive. Everyone at the dealership made me feel welcome and well taken care of from start to finish. I will definitely continue to do business with this dealership in the future as well as refer my friends and family.

Thoroughly impressed! Great- hassle free experience! I wasn't pressured. I was listened to concerning my budget & what i was looking for. Welllll- thanks to sales agent James- i drove out in my new 2021 vehicle!

I just picked up a 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn. They bought back my 2020 Durango for more then I could have ever expected. Keri P was very knowledgeable and accommodating through the process. I got the bottom line from the start no haggling for hours. I highly recommend talking to keri if your in the market for a new car.
