Don't buy from this dealer, I bought a Dodge from them and 2 days later the Transmission broke down, I took my car back to the dealer for them to fix it and they told me we sold you the car as is no warranty, Sal told me I have 30 days warranty when I bought the car but I guess they don't stand behind their cars, I had to spend $1,200 Dollars to fix it but now I'm calling DMV to file a complaint.

Do not buy a car from them unless you like to spend money on repairs,Sal is a Liar he will tell you the car has warranty but he makes you sign as is statement READ WHAT YOU SIGN. I bought a Nissan from them and went back three times and they gave me the run around I took it to my mechanic and he said it will cost $300.00 Dollars I told Sal to fix it he said I'm sorry your 30 days are up.

I have been searching for an audi a4 that is the v6 version, fully loaded, in great condition and runs great for over 4 months. To be honest im very picky and thats why my standards on this car were high because i wanted to keep this car for a long time. i found it on cars.com , i called and booked an appointment, and the car was immaculate!!! i mean it was honestly higher than my expectation!! Arleene was very great, she helped me out a lot and we went on a test drive, took the car to my personal mechanic and verified everything was great! Sal did the paperwork and he was great and funny as well. Thank you Sal And Arleene, i will recommend Metro Auto to all my Family and Friends! thank you very much guys!

I Came in with only $800, times are touch, Christmas coming up and money is tight. i have Horrible credit with a couple of repos. I work down the street from Metro Auto, and i saw they have amazing reviews. I really didnt think i have a chance of getting a car with my situation, but within less than 1 hour, i had my mustang, insurance and i was driving off the lot!! i could not believe it!! Sal was amazing, he really went on and beyond to help me out. i would definitely recommend these guys, thank you very much sal!!!

I came in and dealt with Arleene, went on a test drive on a couple Mercedes they had (by the way they have so many cars and so many options its amazing!!), we drove 3 Mercedes till i found out which one im most comfortable in, i was paying cash so we kept negotiating about pricing. they agreed to sell me the car at the price i requested and even fixed what i asked them to get done for me too. I honestly did not think it was going to be that easy and smooth and to even get the price that i wanted! but they made it happen and im very thankful and happy for that. Thank you Arleen and Sal, you guys are the best!!!

Came in with my husband and kids, needed a car asap. our current car has broken down and i need something reliable, decent miles and cheap monthly payments. i was fine with paying upto $380 a month if needed, i just need something like on the spot! i purchased my beautiful 2006 kia spectra, with less than 100k miles on it, they took care of it for me, detailed it, got it ready, and gave me a payment of $227. i was more than happy i couldn't believe it. they got me a great insurance quote on the spot, wrote it out and got my id cards on the spot as well. and they were able to work with my down payment as well, we were able to split it into two payments. i've never dealt with a dealership so convenient and great to deal with, i really appreciate what you guys did for me. i would greatly recommend this dealership and refer all my family and friends. thanks Sal!

I CAME IN LOOKING AROUND TO SEE WHAT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO FIT MY BUDGET ( ABOUT $1,000 DOWN AND 250 A MONTH), I SAW THE BEAUTIFUL 2008 DODGE CALIBER AND I JUST KNEW IT HAD TO BE MINE! TOOK IT FOR A TEST DRIVE, THEY TOOK OF ALL MY CONCERNS OF THE CAR, AND I DROVE OFF THE CAR WITHIN LESS THAN 1 HOUR! ALL PAPERWORK DONE, THEY GOT THE INSURANCE SET UP AND PRINTED FOR ME ON THE SPOT AND ALL THE PAPERWORK AND IT CAME OUT TO ONLY $220 A MONTH. $30 LESS THAN WHAT I WAS EXPECTING!! ARLENE AND SAL WERE VERY VERY GREAT AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH, I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND METRO AUTO TO EVERYONE!

i came in with only $1,000 down and i needed a car the same night (my wife was starting a new job tomorow morning), SAL gave us multiple options with monthly payments that fit our budget ($250/ month), he was able to get us insurance on the spot, he did it all!! he was great. loved the experience, and also gave us a 3 months / 3,000 mile warranty. these guys are great, i would recommend them to everyone! thanks sal!

I went to see the mazda mx5 miata and I ended up taking it that same day. They helped me reassure the vehicle with a 3 month warranty for anything that happened to the car. It was in great condition for an even more amazing price. I would recommend anyone to go check them out.

Buying a vehicle from here was quick and easy.....I was looking to buy a new/used car and had my mind set on what I wanted. time after time dealer after dealer I was turned down for credit, or needed a large sum of money to get fiananced(6000 to 7000 dollars).......finally my fiancee and I were just checking out antiques in Orange and I saw a 05 BMW 645ci at Metro Auto....I inquired and got prompt response, they got my info ran credit and I was pre approved the same day, paperwork quick and easy, all the guys are top notch...there were a couple issues with the vehicle BUT Sal the manager took care of them ASAP, he didnt even have to!!!!!..I bought the car as is.....I just bought a awesome 100k mile extended warranty from Sal last weekend and now my car is covered to the max......love my new BMW and would definatly reccomend the dealer to anyone with low credit score. A big Thank you to everyone at Metro Auto.

I was looking for a while to replace my Toyota Tundra that has almost 170K miles and finally this one popped on the Internet and had only 63K miles! I don't know how did they find it but after talking to them on the phone, I realized that I will be dealing with professional business people and I was right! I drove down from Rancho Palos Verdes in my old one, the truck was even nicer than described and they gave me a very fair offer for my old one so I couldn't turn it down especially compared to their fair and reasonable price on one that has almost 110K miles less than mine! The whole process went smooth without any pressure. I cannot complain about anything at this dealership.

JUST AS PROMISED, FILLED OUT AN ONLINE APPLICATION BEFORE EVEN COMING IN, GOT THE PRE-APPROVAL BEFORE COMING IN, SAL MADE SURE CAR IS READY FOR TEST DRIVE AND EVERYTHING HE SAID THE CAR WAS, IT REALLY WAS! COME IN, TOOK IT FOR A DRIVE, HE HAD ALL THE PAPERWORK READY, WENT IN AND OUT WITHIN 45 MINUTES FOR THE WHOLE PROCESS! AND THEY EVEN GOT ME INSURANCE FOR AN UNREAL PRICE, HALF PRICE OF WHAT IM PAYING NOW. WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS, SAL WAS GREAT!!!

i came in and talked to tony, test drive the cars, fell in love with the Chrysler 300 which has been my dream car but i could of never thought i would be able to afford it, especially with my horrible credit, even with 2 repos on my credit they were still able to get me into my dream car! customer service was unbelievable, i have never been treated so great in my life! tony started the process and sal finished the process, so easy and smooth and i will definitely refer all my family and friends and recommend anybody even thinking of buying a car to check these guys out, they really did it all for me!!!

i saw the 2007 volkswagen jetta, went in for a test drive, and fell in love. my credit was challenging and my cash was low, they were able to work with me and even get the monthly payment that i needed to be with. they were really nice and great with me, couldn't have been happier. i love my jetta, thank you jose and sal!!!

On April 13, 2013 I bought a 2004 Ford Escape from Metro Auto. When my wife and I were filling out the paperwork to buy the car I asked them if the car had a valid smog certificate. They said not to worry about it, it was taken care of. On April 25, 2013 I received a call from the manager saying that the DMV couldn't find the record of the smog check and would I get it done and they would reimburse me. I did and it passed. The next day the check engine light came on indicating a gross leak in the emission control system. After trying a couple of different gas caps as they recommended, the check engine light kept coming back on with the same problem. At that time I asked what they were going to do about it. The manager came back and said since the check engine light was off when I bought the car, it was my problem and not theirs. I did some research and found that there is a state statute that says that a vehicle sold in the state of California must have a valid smog check within 90 days of the sale. Also, there is no "as is" warrenty when it comes with the emission control system. It was only then that they agreed to fix it if I brought it up there. Wanting to make sure exactly what was going on I took it to my mechanic and it turned out to be a leaking canister control valve. The cost of repair would be $291. I then had a choice to make. Do I drive the car 90 miles from San Diego to Metro Auto having to have my wife follow me up there and take me home, leave the car for a couple of days, rent a car for the two days, and then have to have my wife drive me back up there to pick up the car. I went ahead and had my mechanic fix the car. I then asked Metro Auto to reimburse me $200 of the $291 repair bill. They flatly refused. They said they offered to fix the car, regardless of the inconvience they would have caused me. So. Lie number one, the car did not have a valid smog certificate even thought they said they did. Lie number two, that the DMV lost the smog certificate. The results of smog checks are electronically uploaded to the DMV by the testing facility at the time of the test. They do not "get lost". Additionally, Metro Auto would have had a hard copy of the results which they apparently did not. So, they sold a car with a defective emission control system and it did not have a valid smog certificate in violation of state statute. They first said it wasn't their problem until I pointed out the law to them. They refused to pay even a portion of the cost of repair, instead insisting that I bring it to them causing me great hardship and costs.
