Alaniz Richard provided great customer service and got all my paperwork for my truck done in a timely manner. No haggling on the price and made the sale go smoothly as well getting it shipped for me in Texas City from their location in Arlington. Shipping was actually a lot less than previous quoted from the actual shipping service. I been looking for this Harley-Davidson F150 for a long time and they had one in great shape and condition for a used Truck compared to other dealerships with similar Trim and years. I recommend you go check then online or in person. Ask for Alaniz.

Bought a work truck from Richard at Metro Auto and had a very accomodating experience throughout the whole process. We worked out the deal over the course of a few weeks while being many miles apart. It's a used vehicle so making sure I had my proper research, pictures, and inspection done while arranging it all remotely was important and Richard was very helpful and communicative about what we both needed to get the deal accomplished. There were a few minor things to fix and they made sure to get it all done before I came to get the truck. Oh actually, the air conditioning fix was more than minor as the dash had to be taken out, but it sure was important and they did it right. It's a good truck and I am a happy customer.

Purchased 2013 Chevy Silverado truck from Mario. The truck appeared to be a good truck except tires were very bad and old. Asked for tires to be replaced and they were not. Had difficult getting in and out of truck. Was told this truck did not come with assist handle. Notice a day later holes for it, and called Mario if I could get one. He said he would check. After a week he stated they did not have one. Even though I had it inspected and it was not noted, it ultimately was my responsibility to notice prior to purchase. However, for customer service and satisfaction, one should have been provided.

Bought 2017 F150 from Richard @ Metro and everything went smoothly. The Truck was very clean and at a good price. I would definitely look at metro Auto again if I need another Truck. Great Experience. Thanks Richard. I have driving the Truck for about 2 weeks and so far so good runs great.
