I just wanted to add to my wife’s review. After the initial great experience at the time of purchase, I thought I heard a concerning noise. After talking with Bob, the high level of customer service continued. As the vehicle came with a one month, 1,000 mile warranty, Bob arranged to have a well known local mechanic look at it. It turned out to be a very minor issue and it was taken care of. Above and beyond expectations for a paranoid customer who thought they heard the noise of doom. They didn’t have to do anything, but they did this. Highly recommended. Fair. Honest.

I recently traded my Audi Q5 for a newer upgraded Q5. The whole experience was great. Bob and Linda were fair, honest and truly a pleasure to do business with. I was really appreciative for the fact that they were able to locate the spare key fob, took the time to pick it up for me and had it in hand at the time of the purchase. I love my "new" car and would not hesitate to recommend them or do business with them again in the future.
